[ 2748] حدثنا علي بن حجر أخبرنا شريك عن أبي اليقظان عن عدي بن ثابت عن أبيه عن جده رفعه قال العطاس والنعاس والتثاؤب في الصلاة والحيض والقيء والرعاف من الشيطان قال أبو عيسى هذا حديث غريب لا نعرفه إلا من حديث شريك عن أبي اليقظان قال وسألت محمد بن إسماعيل عن عدي بن ثابت عن أبيه عن جده قلت له ما اسم جد عدي قال لا أدري وذكر عن يحيى بن معين قال أسمه دينار

[2748] Ali bin Hajar told us, Sharik told us, on the authority of Abu al-Yaqzan, on the authority of Adi bin Thabit, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, who said: Sneezing, drowsiness, yawning during prayer, menstruation, vomiting, and nosebleeds are from Satan, Abu Isa said: This is a strange hadith that we do not know except from the hadith of Sharik on the authority of Abu Al-Yaqzan, who said: I asked Muhammad bin Ismail on the authority of Adi bin Thabit on the authority of his father on the authority of his grandfather. I said to him: What is the name of Adi’s grandfather? He said: I do not know. It was mentioned on the authority of Yahya bin Ma’in that his name was Dinar.
