2749 - None of you should make his brother stand up from his seat and then sit in it لا يقم أحدكم أخاه من مجلسه ثم يجلس فيه

[2749] حدثنا قتيبة حدثنا حماد بن زيد عن أيوب عن نافع عن بن عمر أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال لا يقم أحدكم أخاه من مجلسه ثم يجلس فيه قال أبو عيسى هذا حديث حسن صحيح

[2749] Qatada told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Ayoub, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “None of you should make his brother stand up from his seat and then sit in it.” Abu Isa said: This is a good and authentic hadith.
