3302 - Did you see that the Prophet PBUH, was from Mudar?

3302 – حدثنا قيس بن حفص: حدثنا عبد الواحد: حدثنا كليب بن وائل قال: حدثتني ربيبة النبي ﷺ زينب بنت أبي سلمة، قال: قلت لها: أرأيت النبي ﷺ أكان من مضر؟ قالت: فممن كان إلا من مضر، من بني النضر بن كنانة.

3302 - Qais bin Hafs narrated to us: Abd al-Wahid narrated to us: Kulayb bin Wa’il narrated to us: The Prophet’s foster daughter, Zaynab bint Abi Salamah, narrated to me: I said to her: Did you see that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, was from Mudar? She said: Then from those who were not from Mudar, from Banu al-Nadr bin Kinanah.
