3796 - حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا أبو أسامة، عن هشام بن عروة، عن أبيه، عن عائشة، قالت قدم ناس من الأعراب على النبي ـ ﷺ ـ فقالوا أتقبلون صبيانكم قالوا نعم. فقالوا لكنا والله ما نقبل. فقال النبي ـ ﷺ ـ " وأملك أن كان الله قد نزع منكم الرحمة "

3796 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abu Usamah narrated to us, on the authority of Hisham bin Urwah, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, who said: Some Bedouins came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: Do you kiss your children? They said: Yes. They said: But by God, we do not kiss them. So the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “And what do I have control over if God has taken away mercy from you?”
