719 - حدثنا محمد بن بشار، حدثنا يحيى بن سعيد، عن عوف بن أبي جميلة، عن سيار بن سلامة، عن أبي برزة الأسلمي، قال كان النبي ﷺ يصلي صلاة الهجير التي تدعونها الظهر إذا دحضت الشمس.

719 - Muhammad bin Bashar told us, Yahya bin Saeed told us, on the authority of Awf bin Abi Jamila, on the authority of Sayyar bin Salamah, on the authority of Abu Barzah Al-Aslami, who said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to pray the midday prayer, which you call the noon prayer, when the sun had declined.
