3693 - Commanded us to spread the greeting of peace أَمَرَنَا نَبِيُّنَا صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نُفْشِيَ السَّلَامَ

٣٦٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: «أَمَرَنَا نَبِيُّنَا صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نُفْشِيَ السَّلَامَ»

3693 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated: Ismail bin Ayyash narrated on the authority of Muhammad bin Ziyad on the authority of Abu Umamah who said: “Our Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded us to spread the greeting of peace.”
