3799 - حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا محمد بن بشر، عن مسعر، أخبرني سعد بن إبراهيم، عن الحسن، عن صعصعة، عم الأحنف قال دخلت على عائشة امرأة معها ابنتان لها فأعطتها ثلاث تمرات فأعطت كل واحدة منهما تمرة ثم صدعت الباقية بينهما. قالت فأتى النبي ـ ﷺ ـ فحدثته فقال " ما عجبك لقد دخلت به الجنة ". 3799 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Muhammad bin Bishr narrated to us, on the authority of Misa’ar, Sa’d bin Ibrahim informed me, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Sa’sa’ah, the paternal uncle of Al-Ahnaf, who said: A woman entered upon Aisha with her two daughters, and she gave her three dates, so she gave each of them one date, then she divided the remaining date between them. She said: Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came and she told him about it, and he said: “What is strange to you? You have entered Paradise because of it.”

3798 - حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا زيد بن الحباب، عن موسى بن على، سمعت أبي يذكر، عن سراقة بن مالك، أن النبي ـ ﷺ ـ قال " ألا أدلكم على أفضل الصدقة ابنتك مردودة إليك ليس لها كاسب غيرك ". 3798 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah told us, Zayd bin Al-Habbab told us, on the authority of Musa bin Ali, I heard my father mention, on the authority of Saraqa bin Malik, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Shall I not guide you to the best charity? Your daughter is returned to you, and she has no one to earn her but you.”

3797 - حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا عفان، حدثنا وهيب، حدثنا عبد الله بن عثمان بن خثيم، عن سعيد بن أبي راشد، عن يعلى العامري، أنه قال جاء الحسن والحسين يسعيان إلى النبي ـ ﷺ ـ فضمهما إليه وقال " إن الولد مبخلة مجبنة " المعني العام مجبنة: أي أن الولد سبب لجبن الأب فإنه يتقاعد من الغزوات بسبب حب الأولاد والخوف من الموت عنهم. ومعنى قوله "مبخلة" أي أن الولد سبب للبخل بالمال، ومعنى قوله "مجهلة" لكونه يحمل على ترك الرحلة في طلب العلم والجد في تحصيله لاهتمامه بتحصيل المال له. 3797 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah told us, Affan told us, Wahib told us, Abdullah bin Othman bin Khathim told us, on the authority of Saeed bin Abi Rashid, on the authority of Ya`la al-`Amiri, that he said: Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn came running to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, so he embraced them and said, “The children are a source of miserliness and cowardice.” The general meaning Cowardly: meaning that the son is a reason for the father’s cowardice, as he withdraws from military campaigns due to his love for children and fear of dying while they are alive. The meaning of his saying “miserly” is that the son is a reason for miserliness with money, and the meaning of his saying “ignorant” is because he is led to abandon the journey in search of knowledge and the effort in obtaining it due to his concern with obtaining money for himself.

3796 - حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا أبو أسامة، عن هشام بن عروة، عن أبيه، عن عائشة، قالت قدم ناس من الأعراب على النبي ـ ﷺ ـ فقالوا أتقبلون صبيانكم قالوا نعم. فقالوا لكنا والله ما نقبل. فقال النبي ـ ﷺ ـ " وأملك أن كان الله قد نزع منكم الرحمة " 3796 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abu Usamah narrated to us, on the authority of Hisham bin Urwah, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, who said: Some Bedouins came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: Do you kiss your children? They said: Yes. They said: But by God, we do not kiss them. So the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “And what do I have control over if God has taken away mercy from you?”

3794 - حدثنا محمد بن الصباح، حدثنا سفيان بن عيينة، عن عطاء، عن أبي عبد الرحمن، عن أبي الدرداء، سمع النبي ـ ﷺ ـ يقول " الوالد أوسط أبواب الجنة فأضع ذلك الباب أو احفظه " 3794 - Muhammad bin Al-Sabah told us, Sufyan bin Uyaynah told us, on the authority of Ata’, on the authority of Abu Abd Al-Rahman, on the authority of Abu Al-Darda’, who heard the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: “The father is the middle door to Paradise, so neglect that door or protect it.”

3791 - حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا عبد الصمد بن عبد الوارث، عن حماد بن سلمة، عن عاصم، عن أبي صالح، عن أبي هريرة، عن النبي ـ ﷺ ـ قال " القنطار اثنا عشر ألف أوقية كل أوقية خير مما بين السماء والأرض ". وقال رسول الله ـ ﷺ ـ " إن الرجل لترفع درجته في الجنة فيقول أنى هذا فيقال باستغفار ولدك لك ". 3791 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah told us, Abd al-Samad bin Abd al-Warith told us, on the authority of Hammad bin Salamah, on the authority of Asim, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, He said, “A qintar is twelve thousand ounces, each ounce is better than what is between the heavens and the earth.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “A man’s status will be raised in Paradise, and he will say, ‘How is this?’ He will be told, ‘Because of your son’s supplication for forgiveness for you.’”

3788 - حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة، حدثنا شريك بن عبد الله، عن منصور، عن عبيد الله بن علي، عن ابن سلامة السلمي، قال قال النبي ـ ﷺ ـ " أوصي امرأ بأمه أوصي امرأ بأمه أوصي امرأ بأمه - ثلاثا - أوصي امرأ بأبيه أوصي امرءا بمولاه الذي يليه وإن كان عليه منه أذى يؤذيه " 3788 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah told us, Sharik bin Abdullah told us, on the authority of Mansur, on the authority of Ubayd Allah bin Ali, on the authority of Ibn Salamah al-Salami, who said that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: I recommend a man to his mother. I recommend a man to his mother. I recommend a man to his mother - three times - I recommend a man to his father. I recommend a man to his master who is next to him, even if he has caused him harm that will harm him.

٣٦٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ فَرْقَدٍ السَّبَخِيِّ، عَنْ مُرَّةَ الطَّيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ الصِّدِّيقِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَدْخُلُ الْجَنَّةَ سَيِّئُ الْمَلَكَةِ» قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، أَلَيْسَ أَخْبَرْتَنَا أَنَّ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةَ أَكْثَرُ الْأُمَمِ مَمْلُوكِينَ وَيَتَامَى؟ قَالَ: «نَعَمْ، فَأَكْرِمُوهُمْ كَكَرَامَةِ أَوْلَادِكُمْ، وَأَطْعِمُوهُمْ مِمَّا تَأْكُلُونَ» ، قَالُوا: فَمَا يَنْفَعُنَا فِي الدُّنْيَا؟ قَالَ: «فَرَسٌ تَرْتَبِطُهُ تُقَاتِلُ عَلَيْهِ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ، مَمْلُوكُكَ يَكْفِيكَ، فَإِذَا صَلَّى فَهُوَ أَخُوكَ» 3691 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah and Ali bin Muhammad narrated: Ishaq bin Sulayman narrated on the authority of Mughirah bin Muslim, on the authority of Farqad al-Sabkhi, on the authority of Murrah al-Tayyib, on the authority of Abu Bakr al-Siddiq, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The one with a bad manners will not enter Paradis, They said: O Messenger of Allah, did you not tell us that this nation has the most slaves and orphans? He said: Yes, so honor them as you honor your own children, and feed them from what you eat. They said: What will it benefit us in this world? He said: “A horse that you keep and fight on in the way of Allah. It is your slave who takes care of you. When it prays, it is your brother.”

٣٧٠٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ نُجَيٍّ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: كَانَ لِي مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُدْخَلَانِ: مُدْخَلٌ بِاللَّيْلِ، وَمُدْخَلٌ بِالنَّهَارِ، فَكُنْتُ إِذَا أَتَيْتُهُ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي «يَتَنَحْنَحُ لِي» 3708 - Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated: Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated on the authority of Mughirah, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Abdullah ibn Nujayy, on the authority of Ali, who said: I had two entrances to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: one at night and one during the day. When I came to him while he was praying, he would clear his throat for me.

٣٧٠٤ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي زِيَادٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: «قَبَّلْنَا يَدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ» 3704 - Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated: Muhammad ibn Fadil narrated: Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad narrated, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Layla, on the authority of Ibn Umar, who said: “We kissed the hand of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.”

٣٧٠٥ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، وَغُنْدَرٌ، وَأَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مُرَّةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَسَّالٍ، «أَنَّ قَوْمًا مِنَ الْيَهُودِ قَبَّلُوا يَدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَرِجْلَيْهِ» 3705 - Abu Bakr narrated: Abdullah bin Idris, Ghundar, and Abu Usamah narrated to us, on the authority of Shu’bah, on the authority of Amr bin Murrah, on the authority of Abdullah bin Salamah, on the authority of Safwan bin Assal, “A group of Jews kissed the hand and feet of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace.”
