٣٧٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ قَالَ: «أَتَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَنَحْنُ صِبْيَانٌ، فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْنَا» 3700 - Abu Bakr narrated: Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated on the authority of Humayd on the authority of Anas who said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to us while we were children, and he greeted us.”

٣٧٠١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حُسَيْنٍ، سَمِعَهُ مِنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، يَقُولُ: أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ يَزِيدَ قَالَتْ: «مَرَّ عَلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي نِسْوَةٍ، فَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْنَا» 3701 - Abu Bakr narrated: Sufyan ibn Uyaynah narrated on the authority of Ibn Abi Husayn, who heard it from Shahr ibn Hawshab, saying: Asma’ bint Yazid informed him: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by us with some women, and he greeted us.”

٣٦٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا سَلَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ أَحَدٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْكِتَابِ فَقُولُوا: وَعَلَيْكُمْ " 3697 - Abu Bakr narrated: Abdah ibn Sulayman and Muhammad ibn Bishr narrated on the authority of Sa`id, on the authority of Qatadah, on the authority of Anas ibn Malik, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If someone from the People of the Book greets you with peace, then say: ‘And upon you.’”

٣٦٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: «أَمَرَنَا نَبِيُّنَا صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نُفْشِيَ السَّلَامَ» 3693 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated: Ismail bin Ayyash narrated on the authority of Muhammad bin Ziyad on the authority of Abu Umamah who said: “Our Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded us to spread the greeting of peace.”

٣٦٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: «أَمَرَنَا نَبِيُّنَا صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ نُفْشِيَ السَّلَامَ» 3693 - Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah narrated: Ismail bin Ayyash narrated on the authority of Muhammad bin Ziyad on the authority of Abu Umamah who said: “Our Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, commanded us to spread the greeting of peace.”

٣٦٨٧ - حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ تَمِيمِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ الْعَبْسِيِّ، عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَجَلِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ يُحْرَمِ الرِّفْقَ يُحْرَمِ الْخَيْرَ» 3687 - Ali ibn Muhammad narrated: Waki` narrated, on the authority of Al-A`mash, on the authority of Tamim ibn Salamah, on the authority of Abd Al-Rahman ibn Hilal Al-`Absi, on the authority of Jarir ibn `Abdullah Al-Bajali, who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever is deprived of Pardoness is deprived of goodness.”

٣٦٣١ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الأُبُلِّيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنِ الأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ قَالَ ‏ "‏ إِنَّ اللَّهَ رَفِيقٌ يُحِبُّ الرِّفْقَ وَيُعْطِي عَلَيْهِ مَا لاَ يُعْطِي عَلَى الْعُنْفِ ‏"‏ ‏ Ismail bin Hafs Al-Ubuli narrated to us, Abu Bakr bin Ayyash narrated to us, on the authority of Al-A’mash, on the authority of Abu Salih, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: “God is pard and loves padrones, and He gives for it what He does not give for harshness.”

٣٦٨٦ - (صحيح) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا (٥) مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَالِكِ بْنِ جُعْشُمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ سُرَاقَةَ بْنِ جُعْشُمٍ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ عَنْ ضَالَّةِ الْإِبِلِ تَغْشَى حِيَاضِي، قَدْ لُطْتُهَا لِإِبِلِي، فَهَلْ لِي مِنْ أَجْرٍ إِنْ سَقَيْتُهَا؟ قَالَ: "نَعَمْ، فِي كُلِّ ذَاتِ كَبِدٍ حَرَّى أَجْرٌ". [الصحيحة: ٢١٥٢، تحفة: ٣٨٢٠] 3686 - (Sahih) Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us, Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Abd Al-Rahman ibn Malik ibn Ju’shum, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his uncle Suraqah ibn Ju’shum, who said: I asked the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about a lost camel that came to my watering place, and I had smeared it for my camels, Will I have a reward if I give it to drink? He said: “Yes, for every living thing that has a hot liver there is a reward.” [Sahihah: 2152, Tuhfah: 3820]

٣٦٨٥ - (ضعيف) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ نُمَيْرٍ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعمَشُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ الرَّقَاشِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ: "يَصُفُّ النَّاسُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ صُفُوفًا - وَقَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ: أَهْلُ الْجَنَّةِ - فَيَمُرُّ الرَّجُلُ مِنْ أَهْلِ النَّارِ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ فَيَقُولُ: يَا فُلَانُ، أَمَا تَذْكُرُ يَوْمَ اسْتَسْقَيْتَ فَسَقَيْتُكَ شَرْبَةً؟ قَالَ: فَيَشْفَعُ لَهُ، وَيَمُرُّ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى الرَّجُلِ فَيَقُولُ: أَمَا تَذْكُرُ يَوْمَ نَاوَلْتُكَ طَهُورًا؟ فَيَشْفَعُ لَهُ - قَالَ ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ:- وَيَقُولُ: يَا فُلَانُ، أَمَا تَذْكُرُ يَوْمَ بَعَثْتَنِي فِي حَاجَةِ كَذَا وَكَذَا، فَذَهَبْتُ لَكَ؟ فَيَشْفَعُ لَهُ". [الضعيفة: ٩٣، تحفة: ١٦٨٧] 3685 - (Weak) Muhammad ibn Abdullah ibn Numayr and Ali ibn Muhammad narrated: Waki` narrated: Al-A`mash narrated: Yazid al-Raqashi narrated: Anas ibn Malik said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “On the Day of Resurrection, people will line up in rows - and Ibn Numayr said: The people of Paradise, Then a man from the people of Hell will pass by another man and say: O so-and-so, do you not remember the day when you asked for water and I gave you a drink? He will say: So he will intercede for him. Then a man will pass by another man and say: Do you not remember the day when I gave you purification? So, he intercedes for him - Ibn Numayr said: - And he says: O so-and-so, do you not remember the day you sent me on such-and-such a need, and I went to you? So he intercedes for him.” [Al-Da’ifah: 93, Tuhfah: 1687]

٣٦٨٤ - (حسن لغيره) حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ صَاحِبِ لا، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عُبَادَةَ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ! أَيُّ الصَّدَقَةِ أَفْضَلُ؟ قَالَ: "سَقْيُ الْمَاءِ". [د: ١٦٨١، ن: ٣٦٦٤، تحفة: ٣٨٣٤] 3684 - (Hasan according to others) Ali ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Wakee’ narrated to us, on the authority of Hisham, the companion of Al-Dastawa’i, on the authority of Qatada, on the authority of Saeed ibn Al-Musayyab, on the authority of Saad ibn Ubadah, who said: I said: O Messenger of Allah! Which charity is best? He said: “Providing water to people.” [D: 1681, No. 3664, Tuhfat: 3834]

3681 حدثنا أبو بكر بن أبي شيبة وعلي بن محمد قالا حدثنا وكيع عن أبان بن صمعة عن أبي الوازع الراسبي عن أبي برزة الأسلمي قال قلت يا رسول الله دلني على عمل أنتفع به قال اعزل الأذى عن طريق المسلمين 3681 Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah and Ali bin Muhammad told us: Waki` told us, on the authority of Abaan bin Sama`ah, on the authority of Abu al-Waze` al-Rasibi, on the authority of Abu Barzah al-Aslami, who said: I said: O Messenger of God, guide me to an action from which I will benefit. He said: Remove harm from the path of the Muslims.

٣٦٧٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقَطَّانُ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أُحَرِّجُ حَقَّ الضَّعِيفَيْنِ: الْيَتِيمِ، وَالْمَرْأَةِ أحرج: أي اخشي أن يضيع حقهما 3678 - Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated: Yahya ibn Sa`id al-Qattan narrated on the authority of Ibn `Ajlan on the authority of Sa`id ibn Abi Sa`id on the authority of Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “O God, I am emphasizing the rights of the two weak ones: the orphan and the woman.” I am emphasizing: I am afraid that their rights will be lost.
