عن عائشة رضي الله عنها " أَنَّ قُرَيْشًا أَهَمَّهُمْ شَأْنُ الْمَرْأَةِ الْمَخْزُومِيَّةِ الَّتِي سَرَقَتْ فَقَالُوا مَنْ يُكَلِّمُ فِيهَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالُوا وَمَنْ يَجْتَرِئُ عَلَيْهِ إِلا أُسَامَةُ حِبُّ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَكَلَّمَهُ أُسَامَةُ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَتَشْفَعُ فِي حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ قَامَ فَاخْتَطَبَ فَقَالَ أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّمَا أَهْلَكَ الَّذِينَ قَبْلَكُمْ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا إِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمْ الشَّرِيفُ تَرَكُوهُ وَإِذَا سَرَقَ فِيهِمْ الضَّعِيفُ أَقَامُوا عَلَيْهِ الْحَدَّ وَايْمُ اللَّهِ لَوْ أَنَّ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ سَرَقَتْ لَقَطَعْتُ يَدَهَا " رواه البخاري ( 3261 )
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, “The Quraysh were concerned about the affairs of the Makhzumi women who stole.” So they said, “Who speaks about her the messenger of God - peace be uopn him - ? They said, and who would dare to do so except Osama, may God’s pleased uopn him, he love with the messenger " son by bail” so Usamah spoke to him, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: Do you intercede for one of God’s limits? Then he delivered a sermon and said, “O people! Those who were before you perished, because when the noble had stole from them, they would not taken him, and if the weak among them stole, they imposed the hadd punishment on him, By God, if Fatimah, the daughter of Muhammad, stole, I would cut off her hand.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari (3261)
