[940] حدثنا مسدد قال: حدثنا أبو الأحوص قال: حدثنا منصور بن المعتمر عن الشعبي عن البراء بن عازب قال خطبنا رسول الله ﷺ يوم النحر بعد الصلاة، فقال من صلى صلاتنا ونسك نسكنا فقد أصاب النسك ومن نسك قبل الصلاة فتلك شاة لحم فقام أبو بردة بن نيار، فقال: يا رسول الله والله لقد نسكت قبل أن أخرج إلى الصلاة وعرفت أن اليوم يوم أكل وشرب فتعجلت وأكلت وأطعمت أهلي وجيراني، فقال رسول الله ﷺ: تلك شاة لحم قال: فإن عندي عناق جذعة هي خير من شاتي لحم فهل تجزي عني قال: نعم ولن تجزي عن أحد بعدك
[940] Musaddad told us, he said: Abu Al-Ahwas told us, he said: Mansour bin Al-Mu’tamar told us, on the authority of Al-Sha’bi, on the authority of Al-Bara bin Azib, The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to us on the Day of Sacrifice, after the prayer, He said: Whoever performs our prayer and performs the ritual as we perform the ritual has committed the ritual, and whoever performs the rituals before the prayer, that is a sheep of meat, so Abu Burdah bin Nayyar got up, He said: O Messenger of God, by God, I kept silent before I went out to pray, and I knew that today was the day of eating and drinking, so I hastened and ate and fed my family and neighbors, The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: This is a sheep of meat. He said: I have a jadha'ah: stump hug, It is better than two roasted meat, so will it be sufficient for me? He said: Yes, and it will not be sufficient for anyone after you.
Al - jadha'ah: Sheep that are six months old, horses that are two years old, and camels that are four years old.
