يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوٓاْ إِذَا تَدَايَنتُم بِدَيۡنٍ إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلٖ مُّسَمّٗى فَٱكۡتُبُوهُۚ وَلۡيَكۡتُب بَّيۡنَكُمۡ كَاتِبُۢ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِۚ وَلَا يَأۡبَ كَاتِبٌ أَن يَكۡتُبَ كَمَا عَلَّمَهُ ٱللَّهُۚ فَلۡيَكۡتُبۡ وَلۡيُمۡلِلِ ٱلَّذِي عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡحَقُّ وَلۡيَتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ رَبَّهُۥ وَلَا يَبۡخَسۡ مِنۡهُ شَيۡـٔٗاۚ فَإِن كَانَ ٱلَّذِي عَلَيۡهِ ٱلۡحَقُّ سَفِيهًا أَوۡ ضَعِيفًا أَوۡ لَا يَسۡتَطِيعُ أَن يُمِلَّ هُوَ فَلۡيُمۡلِلۡ وَلِيُّهُۥ بِٱلۡعَدۡلِۚ وَٱسۡتَشۡهِدُواْ شَهِيدَيۡنِ مِن رِّجَالِكُمۡۖ فَإِن لَّمۡ يَكُونَا رَجُلَيۡنِ فَرَجُلٞ وَٱمۡرَأَتَانِ مِمَّن تَرۡضَوۡنَ مِنَ ٱلشُّهَدَآءِ أَن تَضِلَّ إِحۡدَىٰهُمَا فَتُذَكِّرَ إِحۡدَىٰهُمَا ٱلۡأُخۡرَىٰۚ وَلَا يَأۡبَ ٱلشُّهَدَآءُ إِذَا مَا دُعُواْۚ وَلَا تَسۡـَٔمُوٓاْ أَن تَكۡتُبُوهُ صَغِيرًا أَوۡ كَبِيرًا إِلَىٰٓ أَجَلِهِۦۚ ذَٰلِكُمۡ أَقۡسَطُ عِندَ ٱللَّهِ وَأَقۡوَمُ لِلشَّهَٰدَةِ وَأَدۡنَىٰٓ أَلَّا تَرۡتَابُوٓاْ إِلَّآ أَن تَكُونَ تِجَٰرَةً حَاضِرَةٗ تُدِيرُونَهَا بَيۡنَكُمۡ فَلَيۡسَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ جُنَاحٌ أَلَّا تَكۡتُبُوهَاۗ وَأَشۡهِدُوٓاْ إِذَا تَبَايَعۡتُمۡۚ وَلَا يُضَآرَّ كَاتِبٞ وَلَا شَهِيدٞۚ وَإِن تَفۡعَلُواْ فَإِنَّهُۥ فُسُوقُۢ بِكُمۡۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَۖ وَيُعَلِّمُكُمُ ٱللَّهُۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ (282)
O you who have believed, when you entered into a debt for a fixed term, then write it down, and let a scribe write between you with justice, and let no scribe refuse to write as God has taught him, so let him write it down and dictate it to him who has the truth, and let him pious God, his Lord, and let nothing of it be diminished If he who owes the truth is foolish, or weak, or unable to dictate, then he dictates to his guardian with justice, and ask for two witnesses from among your men, and if they are not two men, then a man, and two women from among the witnesses that you approve of, If one of them goes astray, then one of them reminds the other, and do not turn away the witnesses when they call upon you, and do not be tempted to write it down, whether it is small or large, until its term, that is more equitable with God, more upright for testimony, and nearer. Do you not have any doubts, unless it is a present-day trade that you manage, between you, so there is no sin on you if you do not write it down and testify when you sell, and neither a scribe nor a witness shall be harmed, and if you do, then it is disobedience on your part, and pious Allah, and Allah will teach you, and Allah is Knowing of all things (282)
This is the verse of desbt, and it is the longest verse of the Qur’an
These verses contain the guidance of the Creator to His servants in their dealings
To preserving their rights through beneficial methods and reforms that wise people do not suggest are higher or more complete than them, for they have many benefits.
Of which:
1 - Permissibility of debt transactions
Whether it is a debt of peace or a deferred purchase, all of it is permissible, because God told about it on behalf of the believers, and what He told about the believers, for it is one of the necessities of faith and the King, the Judge, has approved of it.
2- It is obligatory to name the term in all debts and leases.
3 - If the term is unknown, then it is not permissible, because it is deception and danger, so it is included in gambling.
4 - The Almighty commanded him to write debts.
A look at the verse
1- The word “debt” came in the verse in disapproval, as a metaphor for if it is small or large, it must be written, especially in money, and it is possible to include loans, and God knows best, If you borrow a book from your brother, write it, because life has death before life, and we do not know where and when exactly our time?
2 - The writer must be fair in his writing, perhaps the debt is large and he wants to lighten his burden or the burden of the one he writes for.
3 - A reference to the importance of writing for the language, of course here for the Arabic language, but in general, writing the language confirms it in its people, and that some Arab peoples now, Its young men do not write texts and chat via social media except in English or other languages - or at least Imojii, and this has what it does of diminishing the language, because the spoken language in all languages, even the Arabic language, has different accents, the Arabic language spoken in Egypt is not like the one spoken in Sudan, Syria or Jordan, for example, and it may include colloquial language among its peoples and words that may not be an Arabic language, It is authentic, so the noble verse talks about the importance of writing in an indirect way, and God is Most High and Most Knowing, and you can benefit from this scientific discourse:
The importance of writing in language learning
Studying the language with a native language teacher, interacting with non-natives who are interested in learning the language, talking to natives where possible, watching movies, listening to music, and reading in the target language are all important tools that lead to increased familiarity with it, the language you want to learn Apart from all this, there is a particularly important tool for improving his language when living outside a proper context: writing. While men are characterized by their superior ability to work that requires specific focus such as command and control.
We conclude from the following
Since a woman uses her emotions while remembering, and since a woman suffers from memory problems immediately after menopause, and since a woman uses both halves of her brain to remember, which means her ability to focus less, for all of this, God lightens the burden of her testimony and honor for a woman by allowing her to seek advice from another woman to complete the testimony and so that the man does not control her, he made this obligatory, that is, the testimony of one woman is not accepted. Except in special cases, such as the wife’s testimony against her husband, and cases of chastity and honor. So, after these facts, do we say that Islam insults women and demeans them?
