447 – حدثنا عبدان، عن أبي حمزة، عن الأعمش، عن مسلم، عن مسروق، عن عائشة قالت: لما نزلت الآيات من سورة البقرة في الربا، خرج النبي ﷺ إلى المسجد فقرأهن على الناس، ثم حرم تجارة الخمر. أخرجه مسلم في المساقاة، باب: تحريم بيع الخمر، رقم: 1580.(الآيات) من قوله تعالى: {الذين يأكلون الربا… إلى قوله: لا تظلمون ولا تظلمون} /275 – 279/. (حرم تجارة الخمر) لأنها نوع من التعامل بالمحرم، ووسيلة من وسائل الوقوع فيه. والظاهر أن تحريم التجارة بالخمر لم تكن مقارنة لتحريم شربه].

447 - Abdan told us, on the authority of Abu Hamza, on the authority of Al-Amash, on the authority of Muslim, on the authority of Masruq, on the authority of Aisha, who said: When the verses of Surat Al-Baqarah concerning usury were revealed, the Prophet, peace be upon him, went out to the mosque and recited them to the people, then prohibited the trade in alcohol. Narrated by Muslim in Al-Musaqah, Chapter: Prohibition of selling alcohol, No.: 1580. (Verses) from the Almighty’s saying: {Those who eat usury… to His saying: You shall not be wronged, nor shall you be wronged}/275-279. (Prohibit the alcohol trade) because it is a type of dealing with forbidden, and a means of falling into it. It appears that the prohibition of trading in wine was not compared to the prohibition of drinking it.
