  • 2316 - Avoidance and caution against the

    [ 2316 ] حدثنا يحيى بن موسى حدثنا وكيع حدثنا زكريا بن إسحاق المكي عن يحيى بن عبد الله بن صيفي عن أبي معبد مولى ابن عباس عن ابن عباس رضى الله تعالى عنهما أن النبي ﷺ بعث معاذا إلى اليمن ، فقال اتق دعوة المظلوم فإنها ليس بينها وبين الله حجاب [2316] Yahya bin Musa told us, Waki’ told us, Zakariya bin Ishaq al-Makki told us, On the authority of Yahya bin Abdullah bin Saifi, on the authority of Abi Mabad, the mawla of Ibn Abbas, On the authority of Ibn Abbas, may God Almighty be pleased with them, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, sent Muadh to the Yemen He said: Fear the supplication of the oppressed, for there is no veil between it and God.

  • 2317 - Whoever has a grievance with his brother

    [ 2317 ] حدثنا آدم بن أبي إياس حدثنا ابن أبي ذئب حدثنا سعيد المقبري عن أبي هريرة رضى الله تعالى عنه قال : قال رسول الله ﷺ : من كانت له مظلمة لأحد من عرضه أو شيء فليتحلله منه اليوم قبل أن لا يكون دينار ولا درهم إن كان له عمل صالح أخذ منه بقدر مظلمته وإن لم تكن له حسنات أخذ من سيئات صاحبه فحمل عليه قال أبو عبد الله قال إسماعيل بن أبي أويس إنما سمي المقبري لأنه كان نزل ناحية المقابر قال أبو عبد الله وسعيد المقبري هو مولى بني ليث وهو سعيد بن أبي سعيد واسم أبي سعيد كيسان [2317] Adam bin Abi Iyas told us, Ibn Abi Dhi’b told us, Saeed Al-Maqbri told us, on the authority of Abi Hurairah, may God Almighty be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: He who has wronged anyone from his honor Or something, let him asked for foregivness from it today before it is not a dinar nor a dirham if he had a good deed taken from him, In proportion to his wrongdoing, and if he has no good deeds, he takes from the bad deeds of his companion and burdens him, Abu Abdullah said: Ismael bin Abi Uwais said: He was named Al-Maqbari, Because he was staying in the cemetery area, said Abu Abdullah and Saeed al-Maqbari, He is the sire of Bani Laith, and he is Saeed bin Abi Saeed, and the name of Abi Saeed Kisan.

  • 2318 - If he forgive him, there is no turning back

    [ 2318 ] حدثنا محمد أخبرنا عبد الله أخبرنا هشام بن عروة عن أبيه عن عائشة رضى الله تعالى عنها { وإن امرأة خافت من بعلها نشوزا أو إعراضا } قالت الرجل تكون عنده المرأة ليس بمستكثر منها يريد أن يفارقها فتقول أجعلك من شأني في حل فنزلت هذه الآية في ذلك [2318] Muhammad told us Abdullah told us Hisham bin Urwa told us on the authority of his father on the authority of Aisha, may God Almighty be pleased with her, {And if a woman fears that her husband will be superior over her, or he turns away}She said that the man has the woman, and he does not have much of her, He wants to separate from her, but she says: I will make you a free from my affairs, so this verse was revealed about that.

  • 2319 - If his permission or free him from the consequences

    [ 2319 ] حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف أخبرنا مالك عن أبي حازم بن دينار عن سهل بن سعد الساعدي رضى الله تعالى عنه أن رسول الله ﷺ أتي بشراب فشرب منه وعن يمينه غلام وعن يساره الأشياخ ، فقال للغلام أتأذن لي أن أعطي هؤلاء ، فقال الغلام والله يا رسول الله لا أوثر بنصيبي منك أحدا قال : فتله رسول الله ﷺ في يده [2319] Abdullah bin Yusuf told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Abu Hazim bin Dinar, on the authority of Sahl bin Saad Al-Saadi, may God Almighty be pleased with him, The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was brought a drink, and he drank from it, and on his right was a boy, and on his left were the sheikhs, He said to the boy, "Would you permit me to give those, The boy said, "By God, O Messenger of God, I will not give my share from you to anyone, He said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave it to him in his hand.

  • 2320 - The sin of wrongdoing something from the land

    [ 2320 ] حدثنا أبو اليمان أخبرنا شعيب عن الزهري قال : حدثني طلحة بن عبد الله أن عبد الرحمن بن عمرو بن سهل أخبره أن سعيد بن زيد رضى الله تعالى عنه قال : سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول : من ظلم من الأرض شيئا طوقه من سبع أرضين [2320] Abu Al-Yaman told us, Shuaib told us on the authority of Al-Zuhri, he said: Talhah bin Abdullah told me, That Abd al-Rahman bin Amr bin Sahl told him that Saeed bin Zaid, may God Almighty be pleased with him, said: I heard the Messenger of God, peace be upon him, say: Whoever oppresses anything from the land, he will be surrounded by seven lands.

  • 2321 - The sin of wrongdoing something from the land

    2321 ] حدثنا أبو معمر حدثنا عبد الوارث حدثنا حسين عن يحيى بن أبي كثير قال : حدثني محمد بن إبراهيم أن أبا سلمة حدثه أنه كانت بينه وبين أناس خصومة فذكر لعائشة رضى الله تعالى عنها فقالت : يا أبا سلمة اجتنب الأرض فإن النبي ﷺ قال : من ظلم قيد شبر من الأرض طوقه من سبع أرضين [2321] Abu Muammar told us, Abdul Wareth told us, Hussain told us, on the authority of Yahya bin Abi Katheer, he said: Muhammad bin Ibrahim told me that Abu Salamah told him that there was a quarrel between him and some people, It was mentioned to Aisha, may God Almighty be pleased with her, and she said, O Abu Salamah, avoid the earth, for the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, Whoever oppresses an inch of land, Allah collar him with seven lands.

  • 2322 - The sin of wrongdoing something from the land

    2322 ] حدثنا مسلم بن إبراهيم حدثنا عبد الله بن المبارك حدثنا موسى بن عقبة عن سالم عن أبيه رضى الله تعالى عنه قال : قال النبي ﷺ من أخذ من الأرض شيئا بغير حقه خسف به يوم القيامة إلى سبع أرضين قال الفربري قال أبو جعفر ابن أبي حاتم قال أبو عبد الله هذا الحديث ليس بخراسان في كتاب ابن المبارك أملأت عليهم بالبصرة [2322] Muslim bin Ibrahim told us, Abdullah bin Al-Mubarak told us, Musa bin Uqbah told us, on the authority of Salem, on the authority of his father, may God Almighty be pleased with him, who said: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Whoever takes something from the land unjustly, will be swallowed up by him on the Day of Resurrection, To seven earths, Al-Farbari said Abu Jaafar Ibn Abi Hatim said: Abu Abdullah said: This hadith is not in Khorasan, in the book of Ibn Al-Mubarak, I dictated to them in Basra.

  • 2323 - If one person gives permission to another

    2323 ] حدثنا حفص بن عمر حدثنا شعبة عن جبلة كنا بالمدينة في بعض أهل العراق فأصابنا سنة فكان ابن الزبير يرزقنا التمر فكان ابن عمر رضى الله تعالى عنهما يمر بنا فيقول إن رسول الله ﷺ نهى عن الإقران إلا أن يستأذن الرجل منكم أخاه [2323] Hafs bin Omar told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Jableh, we were in Medina with some of the people of Iraq, we had a year, so Ibn Al-Zubayr was providing us with dates, so Ibn Omar, may God Almighty be pleased with them, He passes by us and says that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, He forbade pairing unless a man among you asked his brother's permission.

  • 2324 - If one person gives permission to another

    2324 ] حدثنا أبو النعمان حدثنا أبو عوانة عن الأعمش عن أبي وائل عن أبي مسعود أن رجلا من الأنصار يقال له أبو شعيب كان له غلام لحام ، فقال له أبو شعيب اصنع لي طعام خمسة لعلي أدعو النبي ﷺ خامس خمسة وأبصر في وجه النبي ﷺ الجوع فدعاه فتبعهم رجل لم يدع ، فقال النبي ﷺ إن هذا قد اتبعنا أتأذن له قال : نعم [2324] Abu al-Nu’man told us, Abu Awana told us, on the authority of al-A’mash, on the authority of Abu Wael, on the authority of Abu Masoud, that a man from the Ansar called Abu Shuaib, He had a welder's boy, so Abu Shuaib said to him: Make me food for five, so that I may invite the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, the fifth of five, and I see hunger in the face of the Prophet, peace be upon him, so he called him, and a man who did not invite followed them, The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: This man has followed us. Will you permit him? He said: Yes.

  • 2325 - The worst kind of quarrel

    2325 ] حدثنا أبو عاصم عن ابن جريج عن ابن أبي مليكة عن عائشة رضى الله تعالى عنها عن النبي ﷺ قال : إن أبغض الرجال إلى الله الألد الخصم [2325] Abu Asim narrated to us, on the authority of Ibn Juraij, on the authority of Ibn Abi Malika, On the authority of Aisha, may God Almighty be pleased with her, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: : The most hated of men to God is the most bitter opponent.
