  • The Islamic solutions for slaves

Pass it to others, maybe what you can't, someone else can Going back to the early years in the Quraish when Islam entered people's lives as a new religion, the slave trade between the Arabs was intense and active in the regions of West Asia, North Africa and East Africa, This activity reached its lowest levels at theend of the nineteenth century. Slaves are human beings and have rights based on their humanity, Slave Muslims are equal with free Muslims in religion, The prophet Peace Be Upon Him said ) Is there no preference for an Arab over a non-Arab, nor for a non-Arab over an Arab? And there is no red over black, nor black over red, except with piety) Narrated by Imam Ahmad. what's Islam Offer to free them 1 - (Marrying) from woman slave or man slave Evidence: He (peace be upon him) said: “Any man who had a slave woman, discipline and discipline her well, teach her and teach her well, Free her and marry her, for he will have the reward of God.” (The Prophet himself did this) Safiya bint Hayy ( Jweish) is a Coptic slave, who was gifted by the Byzantine emperor to the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace. She gave birth to Ibrahim bin Muhammad, whom the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, loved very much, She was released, and she became the wife of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and according to Islamic law, she converted to Islam and became the wife of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. She lived more than a decade after becoming a widow and became involved in politics and was an early force in the Muslim community. Cyrine the Coptic Sister of Maria the Coptic The Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave her to the poet Hassan bin Thabit, who freed her and married her. The adoption Before the prohibition of adoption, the Prophet (peace be upon him) was not satisfied with freeing and adopting Zaid, but also married him to his foster mother (Umm Ayman), whom he had freed in turn and even he (peace be upon him) He is married to his cousin Al-Hasiba Al-Nassiba: which mean: rich, high class (Zainab bint Jahsh) In breaking the tribal customs of ignorance, destroying class differences, and applying equality between slaves and masters on the ground. Buy a slave - Bilal bin Rabah - He was an Abyssinian slave, and at first he belonged to Umayyah ibn Khalaf until Abu Bakr freed him because of his conversion to Islam, then the first muezzin of the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, became the slaves released after entering Islam, (Abu al-Ala al-Mawdudi says) It was reported that Muhammad released at least 63 slaves. (Mir Ismail, medieval historian) He began by changing the name of the slave and correcting it, and it is written in "Beach the Sea" that there In the house of the .Messenger and his companions, part of the slaves were released Free him/her from money zakat The Almighty said (Indeed, alms are for the poor, the needy, and those working on it, and those whose hearts are beloved to Muslims: the newly entrants to Islam, and in the necks: the slaves, and those in debt, and those who are astray in the way of God, an ordinance from God, and God is Knowing,Wise) Melk al-Yamen (female slave) Allah says {وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَاناً وَبِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْجَارِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْجَارِ الْجُنُبِ وَالصَّاحِبِ بِالجَنبِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالاً فَخُوراً) {And be benevolent to parents, and to kin, and orphans, and the needy, and the neighbour, and the neighbor by side, and the companion in the side and the son of the way, and what you possess of a slave woman or slave, God does not like the arrogant proud) If the mujahid owns a female slave or slave, then it is permissible for him to sell them, and in both cases - the ownership from the battle or from the sale - In the case of the Mujahid who owns Ummah: slave woman It is not permissible for a man to have intercourse with a female slave until after she has menstruated, in which it is known that her womb is free of pregnancy. If she is pregnant, then he must wait until she gives birth. On the authority of Ruwafa’ bin Thabit al-Ansari, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say on the day of Hunayn, he said: “It is not permissible for a person who believes in God and the Last Day, To irrigate his water for the planting of others - meaning: intercourse  the pregnant women - And it is not permissible for a person who believes in God and the Last Day to fall upon a woman from captivity until he has cleared her " meaning: sh's not pregnant", and it is not permissible for a person who believes in God and the Last Day to sell spoils until it is divided.” Narrated by Abu Dawood (2158), and Sheikh Al-Albani graded it as authentic in “Sahih Abi Dawood” (1890). (And those who desire the Book of what your oaths possess: “The slave and the ummah,” so write them down if you know something good in them and give them from the wealth of God that has given you) If the slave wants freedom, he comes to his master and knows him, what he wants and agrees with him on a financial value to be paid by the slave, from his own work - which the master gives time for him - and they write between them a book to which the people testify. Second how to dealing with them Justly? Not giving him the title of slave rather give him a good nickname Let not one of you say: feed your Lord, make your Lord ablution, water your Lord, and say: My master, and none of you should say: My servant, my woman slave, rather say: My boy, my girl,my young boy, Until they end up unable to express their thoughts and expressions and return to their own world where they live without labels and are free, in being themselves. However, these worlds are not very realistic, and isolation graduates to more serious problems such as identity crisis, substance dependence, often to antisocial behavior patterns. Not to kill a slave, cut him off (cut off his nose or a part of his limbs) or castrate him “his testicles were extracted or removed.” 4515 - On the authority of Samra, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever kills his servant, we will kill him, and whoever cuts off: cuts off his nose or one of his limbs, his servant will cut him, Then he mentioned the hadith of Shu’bah and Hammad. Abu Dawud said: It was narrated by Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi, on the authority of Hisham, similar to the hadith of Muadh. Labeling people causes them to lose motivation and self-esteem because it shuts down the mind of the person who sticks to the label. The designer gets a general idea of the subject, He is not allowed any room for change or improvement. When we put labels on people, we take away any chance for them to rise above expectations Not eating their money of the sold In a hadith al-Qudsi: God Almighty said: (In a Qudsi hadith he says - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him-: (God said: There are three, I will be their opponent on the Day of Resurrection: A man gave by me and then treacherously, and a man sold a free man and ate his price, and a man hired a worker and he fulfilled it and he was not given his wages. Not slander throwing him what he didn't do Defamation: falling into adultery, homosexuality, or denying parentage, or a child, and it is by explicit speech or writing) The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: “Whoever slanders his slave who is innocent of what he said, the punishment will be imposed on him on the Day of Resurrection except he as he said) It is not hidden from anyone, for example, to claim a moral crime in a closed society, such as Arab societies in particular, the newcomers to Islam, and its effect on the soul of the recipient, especially if he is innocent. Third: Rewords for who's freed them Whoever sets him free (protection from the fire on the Day of Resurrection) The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever frees the slave of a Muslim, God will free every part of him from the fire, even his privte part by his privte part) . Whoever frees them will have two rewards: like the reward of the People of the Book if they embrace Islam The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: “If a man disciplines his ummah, then depline her, deciplaine her well, and teaches her well, then he freed her and married her, and he had two wages, and if he believes in Jesus, then believes in me, he will have two rewards, and if a servant pious his Lord and obeys his masters, he will have two rewards.) Al - Bukhari The reward for storming Aqaba Aqaba: the difficult ascent from the mountains Allah says فَلَا اقْتَحَمَ الْعَقَبَةَ ۝ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْعَقَبَةُ ۝ فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ ۝ So do not break into the obstacle, and what makes you know what the obstacle is, untie a neck. Fourth: The Penances for the great sins The Atonement for manslaughter The Almighty said: (Whoever kills a believer by mistake, you will set free a believing' neck ) You know how many doctors by medical error kill a believing soul, or a car accident, or others. Whoever causes the death of a believer by mistake has to free a slave, If the wrongful killing was from a tribe or country, between you and them there is a treaty, then it is the solution 1- A ransom that you give to the family of the dead 2 - Freeing a believer's neck 3- If you are not able to do this or that, then fast for two consecutive months without interruption. Zuhar Penance A man forbids his wife against himself and makes her like his mother And those who say to their women, “You are upon us like the backs of our mothers,” and then they regret about what they said, liberate a neck before they touch, that is what you are admonishing, and God is well-acquainted with what you do.) The Penance for gross oaths Allah says God will not punish you for the nonsense in your oaths, God will not punish you for the nonsense in your oaths from what you feed your family, or clothe them, or free a neck). The atonement for intercourse during the day in Ramadan The expiation is the freeing of a believing slave with ability, If he is unable to fast for two consecutive months while he is able, then if he is unable to feed sixty poor people, the value is not sufficient, food for each one half a saa’ of dates, or rice, from the staple food of the country, equivalent to approximately one and a half kilos of food that people eat.

  • The demons

the name A non-Arab noun that is forbidden from being morphed into Arabic or non-Arabic Ibn Hajar said If it had been an Arabic name derived from Iblās, it would have been named after his despair of God’s mercy by expelling and cursing him. The definition of Satan in language A group of linguists have stated that shaytan is an original noun, based on the form of fayal, derived from shattan: meaning after, so it is far from the nature of humans, by nature, through his immorality, he was far from all goodness, and he was demonized. He became like the devil and did his deeds,” Umayyah said Ibn al-Atheer mentioned If the nūn of Satan is made original, it is from Shattan, which is: keeping away from goodness, or a long rope, It is as if he had been in evil for a long time. And if I made an extra portion, it would be one who was overexcited. If he died, or one who was very angry, if his anger became intense and inflamed. He said: The first is more correct. As for Satan, he is aware of a creature that God Almighty created from fire, and placed him among the angels, and he carried out his work as long as God wished for him to do, then he disputed with his Lord over pride and greatness, so he was too arrogant to obey Him, He disobeyed his Lord, so He expelled him from His mercy and from his job, He descended to earth, and demonization became his characteristic The main purpose of their presence on Earth? Before the temptation of the children of Adam, worship, yes, worship according to the text of the Qur’an, worshiping the abilities and the form in which they were created, Allah says {وَمَا خَلَقْتُ الْجِنَّ وَالْإِنسَ إِلَّا لِيَعْبُدُونِ} [الذاريات:56] {And I did not create the jinn and mankind except to worship Me} [Al-Dhariyat: 56] Does Satan have offspring? Allah says ﴿ أَفَتَتَّخِذُونَهُ وَذُرِّيَّتَهُ أَوْلِيَاءَ مِنْ دُونِي ﴾ [الكهف: 50 God Almighty said: “Do you then take him and his descendants as guardians besides me?” [Al-Kahf: 50] So, the satan has descendants, as stated clearly in the Holy Qur’an It was said that his offspring occurred through ovulation But was it through a wife or through eggs? Each was said and there is no explicit text in it, Those who say that it whitens have cited the words of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace: do not be the first to enter the market or the last to leave it, for there are devils spawning and hatching, It was narrated by Al-Barqani in his Sahih, as Al-Nawawi said in Riyadh Al-Salehin. The material from which they are made God told us in His Noble Book about the origin of the creation of the jinn, and God Almighty said:  {And the jinn We created before that from poisonous fire} {And He created the jinn from a flame of fire} [Al-Rahman: 15] {And the jinn We created before from poisonous fire} [Al-Hijr: 27] And in the hadith On the authority of Aisha, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “Angels were created from light. The jinn were created from a flame of fire (Narrated by Muslim: [2996].) Al-Marij: a bright flame with an intense flame, or a flame mixed with the blackness of fire. And we benefit from this? 1 - When God - the Almighty - created a creation from raw materials present in the environment around us (water - earth - light - fire), the question is, are they now able to form human beings and animals and a great creation through genetic modification - we cannot deny that - but it is not only a simulation, but also from a living cell and not from deaf dust as God Almighty does. Perhaps this is the challenge, to reveal the secret of the craftsmanship in more than one verse in His Final Book and not care about that, And not only that, but - Glory be to Him, the Almighty, explicitly declared in His Book that there are creators besides Him, as He said in His glorious Book ( فتبارك الله أحسن الخالقين ) (o sanctify of God, the best of creators) - 2 - Some of them are righteous, and they were created for worship and they perform worship perhaps better than humans, and their reckoning is with God, so stop saying the cursed Satan, for Satan, as you will read in this article, is (the father of the jinn) and we in the world of people say (a corrupt person is created from the back of the scolar), and vice versa is true, and God is Most High and All-Knowing. 3 - Within the limits of my knowledge - they are created from living cell as stated above, but I have never heard again, within the limits of my knowledge, that they created from a flame of fire a creation that hears, sees, understands, speaks, takes shape, and so on. Every individual among the sons of Adam has been appointed as a companion from among the jinn. On the authority of Ibn Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God said: “There is not one of you who has not been appointed by his companion among the jinn.” They said: “And you, O Messenger of God?” He said: “And me, except that God helped me against him, so he became Muslim.” He does not command me to do anything but good.” (Narrated by Muslim: [2814]) Al-Nawawi said in his explanation of Muslim (17/175): He converted to Islam: he became a believing Muslim, and this is what is apparent. Al-Qadi said: “And know that the nation is united on the Prophet’s infallibility from Satan in his body, mind, and tongue.” In this hadith there is a reference to warning against the temptation of the companion, his whisperings and his temptation, so let us know that he is with us so that we can beware of him as much as possible. His story with angels Allah says The story of the jinn and the devils with the angels. It is said that Satan is the father of the jinn, and it is said that the jinn are the fathers of the devils - we do not know specifically - that is, we would not have followed the verses as God Almighty said. And when We said to the angels, “Prostrate to Adam,” they prostrated, except for Iblis. He refused and was arrogant, and was one of the disbelievers. who said? God is the Lord of the Worlds and imagine the scene of the angels attending, Satan and Adam - peace be upon him, so God said to the angels, “Prostrate to Adam.” They prostrated because they were naturally born to obey and were not arrogant. As for Satan, according to the text of the Qur’an, he refused and became arrogant, and God made him one of the unbelievers, because he disobeyed God’s command and not because he did not prostrate to Adam. The other thing in the noble verse: Satan envied Adam, he envied him for the world (the earth) in which he would live, maybe because he lived there before him - if it is true that the jinn created the first creation on earth at all) and he loved the earth, so envy preceded arrogance, and God is Most High and All-Knowing. And We said, O Adam, dwell you and your wife in Paradise, and eat from it freely wherever you wish, but do not approach this tree, so you will be among the wrongdoers The scene after which fate will judge has ended. Look, they were at the beginning of creation. Perhaps you said that from the first trial and error, God judges Satan that he is one of the unbelievers, God is the one who created, and He is closer to all of His creation than the jugular vein, and He knows the whispering of the breasts, so He knows that there is no hope from His faith - as some people do. The beginning of another scene indicates to us the decision of God - the Almighty - End - He does not look behind him - I ask forgiveness from God for the expression - and begins the conversation with Adam and his wife Eve (He said to you, “Dwell in Paradise, you and your wife, and eat of it as you wish, except for a certain tree, It is a kind of test, a test of loyalty to God Almighty - why? Didn't he help him against Satan? Didn't he make the angels prostrate to him? Why is the test then a blessing to everyone? The truth is that it seems that God - the Almighty - wanted two things with this test - as comes to mind, and He is Most High and Most Knowing: 1 - Confirming the nature of Adam that it was different from the devils (disobedient by nature), and from the angels (obedient by nature), and that Adam made a distinction between these two natures. Hence, the caliphate came about because he was given the choice, and it was said that whoever is fertile is given the choice or is confused. 2 - The world that Adam will inhabit - Adam was not created for Paradise, but rather for this world - was created or the basis for it is testing and assignment, not gentleness and honor. Allah says فَأَزَلَّهُمَا الشَّيْطَانُ عَنْهَا فَأَخْرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيهِ وَقُلْنَا اهْبِطُوا بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ عَدُوٌّ وَلَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ مُسْتَقَرٌّ وَمَتَاعٌ إِلَى حِينٍ ﴾ Then Satan caused them to slip away from it and brought them out of the state they were in, and We said, “Go down, some of you enemies of one another, and you will have on earth a place of residence and enjoyment for a time.” A slippage of the complexes, a slippage of desires, and it was the reason for their expulsion from Paradise. Didn’t I tell you that the matter is not just arrogance, the issue is envy, and God is Most High and Most Knowing, of course. Then the saying was directed directly to Adam and his wife and his descendants after him (Go down from it: some of you are enemies to one another... wait wait, Adam’s descendants were all sisters and brothers at the beginning of life. Could they be enemies to each other? Yes, this is the sunnah of life and the sunnah of testing. From here comes the choice, and it is yours on earth, (A temporary residence at a time written for each one of us) and enjoyment of what is in his hand until his death. and God is superior and knows the best. The Jinn demons A type of jinn who are rebellious The evil Human demons They are the rebels and villains of humanity Satan He is the father of the jinn according to a group of scholars and he is the one who squeezed his tongue and was too proud to prostrate. Others of the scholars said Satan is from a group of angels called the jinn. He was too arrogant to prostrate, so God expelled him and kept him away, and he became the leader of all evil, all evil, and all infidels and misguided people. Every human being has a devil and an angel, As he said, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, when he said: There is not one of you who does not have his companion from among the jinn and the angels with him. They said: And you, O Messenger of God? He said: And me, except that God helped over him, so he became a Muslim, what is meant is that every human being has a companion among the angels and a companion among the devils. The believer is in obedience to God and His Messenger and adherence to the religion of God, He vanquishes his devil, humiliates his devil until he is weak and unable to prevail and prevents the believer from doing good, by encouraging him to do wrong and discouraging him from doing good, the believer must fear God and strive to fight his Satan by obeying God and His Messenger and seeking refuge in God from Satan. Who inhabited the earth before Adam? There is no evidence from the Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet that there are people who inhabited the earth before Adam, peace be upon him. Rather, it was sayings that were quoted from the people of interpretation among the Companions and Followers, and among these sayings are: The First statement He talks about the jinn as a people who inhabited the earth before Adam, peace be upon him, and they are the ones whom God created from hell. Al-Tabari mentioned this in his interpretation, quoting Ibn Abbas, saying that the jinn were the first to inhabit the earth, and they spread corruption there, killed, and shed blood. The second statement Neither jinn nor anyone else inhabited the earth before Adam, and Al-Tabari mentioned that Yunus told me, he said, Ibn Wahb told me, he said, Ibn Zaid said that God had said to the angels: I want to create people on earth, and put angels on it, and God has no creation at that time except angels, and there will be no creation on earth at that time. The third statement A people called the Han inhabited the earth, and then the jinn came to fight them and live in their place. This saying is one of the stories that are not based on authentic chains of narration. The Jinn food and drink The jinn eat and drink: On the authority of Ibn Masoud, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “.. A supplicant of the jinn came to me. So I went with him. So I recited the Qur’an to them. He said, “So he set off with us and showed us their traces and the traces of their fire.” They asked him for food. He said to you: Every bone on which the name of God is mentioned that falls into your hands will be more abundant in meat, and all dung is fodder for your animals.” The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “So do not cleanse yourself with them, for they are the food of your brothers.” (Narrated by Muslim: [450]) And in a narration: “A delegation from the jinn of Nasibin came to me, and what good jinn they were. They asked me for provisions, so I prayed to God for them that they would not pass by a bone or dung without finding food on it.” (Narrated by Al-Bukhari: [3860]), the believing jinn have every bone on which the name of God is mentioned, because the Messenger did not permit them to omit naming, and as for omission of naming, it is because the jinn are infidels. The animals of the jinn in the previous hadith of Ibn Masoud said that the jinn asked the Messenger for food, and he said: “...and every dung is fodder for your animals.” The Djinn dwellings The jinn inhabit this land on which we live, and they are frequently found in... the damage And sites of impurity, such as bathrooms, backyards, garbage cans, and cemeteries That is why the Prophet’s guidance came by taking precautions when entering such places, by reciting the prescribed remembrances, and from that is what was reported on the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, who said: When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, entered the toilet, he would say: “O God, I seek refuge in You from impurity and evil things.” (Narrated by Al-Bukhari: [142], and Muslim: [375]). Al-Khattabi said: Wickedness is the group of the wicked. The plural of the evil is the male and female devils Their reckoning on the Day of Resurrection And the jinn will be brought to account on the Day of Resurrection. Mujahid, may God have mercy on him, said in the Almighty’s saying: {And indeed Paradise knows that they will be brought to account} [As-Saffat: 158]. He said: It will be brought to account. Sahih Al-Bukhari: Chapter on mentioning the jinn, their reward and punishment.

  • The blowing in the trumpet

Allah says { ونفخ في الصورفإذا هم من الأجداث إلى ربهم ينسلون } (يّـس:51) {And the trumpet is blown of it, and behold, they are from the graves to their Lord, escaping} (Yasin: 51) Allah says { فإذا نقر في الناقور () فذلك يومئذ يوم عسير }(المدثر:8- 9) {And if it clicks on the Naqur () then that day will be a difficult day} (Al-Muddaththir: 8-9) Naqur: trumpet It is proven on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them, that he said A bedouin came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: What are the trumpet? He, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (The trumpet is which one is blown in ) Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and said Hassan Sahih. He said, may God bless him and grant him peace (The best day which the sun rose , On Friday, on it Adam was created, and on it he came down, And on it he repented, on it he died, on it the Hour will be established, and there is no an animal except when it is shouting on Friday, from the morning until the sun is a pity of the hour except for the jinn and mankind, and in it there is an hour that a Muslim and he prays asking God for something but He will give it to him) Narrated by Al-Hakim and authenticated by Al-Dhahabi. Ibn Abd al-Bar said (And as for his saying, “There is no animal that does not scream,” the shouting is listening, and here it is: listening out of pity, and fearing suddenness and surprise.) End Al-San'ani said: (meaning: Watch her standing and listen to her ears to hear her stripes, fearing that it will fall and the signs of God will appear, perhaps, and God knows best, it is wailing in anticipation of the sun rising from the west, because it is the first of the signs, and if it appeared, it would be of terror, and the voices do not startle every hearing.) End. (Except for the jinn and mankind): We excluded them from every animal, because most of them are heedless of that. Who is the angel commanded to blow into the Trumpet? God Almighty entrusted the command of blowing the Trumpet to Israfil, peace be upon him, and he is one of the great angels and since he was entrusted with that and he was ready to be blown into it, and the closer the time, the more prepared he was. He, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (How did he pleased when the owner of the horn licked the horn and bowed his forehead, He listened, waiting to be commanded to blow and blow, the Muslims said: How do we say, O Messenger of God? He said: Say: God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.we rely on God, our Lord.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi. And blowing in the trumpet two blows or said three 1 The first blow is called: the blow of shock - death - Allah says ِ{ ونفخ في الصور فصعق من في السماوات ومن فيالأرض إلا من شاء الله ثم نفخ فيه أخرى فإذا هم قيام ينظرون } (الزمر:68) {And the trumpet was blown, so whoever was in the heavens and whoever was on the earth were shocked, except for whom God wills. Then He blows into it another time, and behold, they are standing looking.” (Al-Zumar: 68) By hearing this blast, everyone in the heavens and the earth will die except those whom God wills to survive. PBUH" said : (The people are dumbfounded, I will be the first to wake up, and behold, Musa is beside the throne, I do not know if he was among those who were shocked and then came back from death before me, or if he was among those who made an exception for Allah.) Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim. And this shout comes at a time when people are heedless and preoccupied with this world, as the Most High said: {They do not see but one shout that seizes them while they quarrel, They cannot make a bequest, nor can they return to their families.” (Yasin: 49-50) Imam Al-Tabari narrated in his interpretation on the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, who said: “Let the trumpets be blown while the people are on their roads, in their markets, and in their gatherings, Even the garment is between the two men bargaining, so what one of them sends from his hand until it blows in the trumpet, and even a man leaves his home and does not return until he blows the trumpet.” Who exactly dies in the first blow ? Anas, may God be pleased with him, said (Creatures will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection, and the sky will be filled with rain, and that is because when God Almighty commanded Israfil to blow the trumpet with a blast of shocked, and it is the first blast, so the people of the seven heavens and the seven earths and whatever is between them will die, then Gabriel, Mikael, Israfil and the Angel of Death will die, so the creatures will remain dead between the two blasts for forty years.) It was narrated by Al-Daynoori and its investigator said: (Its narrators are trustworthy) How to blow on pictures (first puff) So with the first blowing in the pictures there will be a clicking in it, the Most High said: \) Then if it is clicked, it will be clicked, Al-Qurtubi explained the wisdom behind that, and he said: (If it is blown into it to stun, he combines between blowing and clicking, So that the shout is greater) End e said, may God bless him and grant him peace The Hour will come and the man will milk the fertile, the vessel will not reach its mouth until you get up, and the two men are selling clothes, but they are not selling them, Until you get up, and the man splashes in his pelvis, and he does not move until it get up) Narrated by Muslim. 2 - The Second Blow - The Blow of Resurrection - Allah says وَنُفِخَ فِى ٱلصُّورِ فَصَعِقَ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَمَن فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ إِلَّا مَن شَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۖ ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِيهِ أُخْرَىٰ فَإِذَا هُمْ قِيَامٌۭ يَنظُرُونَ And the trumpet was blown, and those in the heavens and those on earth were shocked, Except whom God wills. Then another blow will be blown into it, and when they are standing, they will see it. It is a shout that awakens the dead from what they are in, then they will be gathered after it to the land of the gathering, And this blast is what is meant by the Almighty’s saying: {The Trumpet will be blown ˹a second time˺, then—behold!—they will rush from the graves to their Lord. And it was said that they are 3 blows? Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said that it was three blasts The puff of panic, the Most High said: ( ونفخ في الصور فصعق من في السماوات ومن في الأرض إلا من شاء الله ثم نفخ فيه أخرى فإذا هم قيام ينظرون    ( 68 ) ) {And on the day when the trumpet will be blown, then those in the heavens will panic, And whoever is on the earth except whom he wills, then another breath was blown into it, and they were standing looking (68)) How to blow in the second blow? In this noble verse, a man mentioned the last blow, and the trumpet is a horn of light in which the Angel blows the breath of resurrection, which is the last blow, if He blew it all the people of the graves rose from their graves alive to the reckoning, And the penalty) the end 29/1836- On the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, he said: There are forty days between the two blasts. They said, O Abu Hurairah, forty days? He said: I refused. They said: Forty years, He said: I refused. They said: Forty months? He said: I refuse, and everything in a person will wear out except the tailbone, in it He creates creation, then God sends down water from the sky, and they sprout as plants sprout.” Agreed upon. He said, may God bless him and grant him peace (So the wickedest of people will remain in the lightness of birds and the dreams of lions, they do not know what is right, nor do they deny what is wrong, Satan will appear to them and say: Will you not respond? They say: What do you command us? He commands them to worship idols, And they are in that the abode of their sustenance, their good life, then it will be blown in the trumpet, So no one hears him except that he pays attention to the side of his neck and raises it. He said: The first person to hear it is a man who is coated the basin with plaster and clay ( a camel's pelvis), He said: Then he will be electrocuted and the people will be electrocuted) Narrated by Muslim. He, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (God Almighty has forbidden the bodies of the prophets on earth) Narrated by Abu Dawud and authenticated by him Look at this scientific talk that confirms the honorable hadith The human body never really goes away The dead never really go away. In archeology and forensic science, this is absolutely true. Although people tend to think that human remains quickly turn into nothing, the human body is actually very flexible and can last for hundreds or even thousands of years. Most people had heard of Egyptian mummies, and even as far back as 2600 BC, people knew how to Preserving their dead so successfully that they endure to this day. But even without human help, ancient human remains have persisted in South America as the climate dries out the body and slows bacterial decay. Caves in lower environments Harsh can be dry and cold enough to preserve human remains, such as Schmerling in Belgium, where the first bones of our Neanderthal relatives were discovered. The truth is never buried Decay begins almost immediately after death, as the body's normal functions end and internal bacteria proliferate. These processes cause the tissues of the human body to tear and break down. Forensic scientists use these observations to calculate the time since death. Once the soft tissues have completely decomposed, all that is left is the skeleton. The skeleton and teeth are more robust. Although they undergo a number of subtle changes after death, they can remain the same for many years. During a person's life, the skeletal system is a dynamic bio-record It is altered in both its form and chemistry by diet, environment, and daily activities. Because different teeth are formed at different points during childhood, and different bones in the skeleton remodel at different rates, these hard tissues engrave information About a person's life from childhood to the time of death. Archaeologists and anthropologists are highly skilled at opening up this skeletal archive. • The differances

Allah says وَلَوْ شَاءَ رَبُّكَ لَجَعَلَ النَّاسَ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَلا يَزَالُونَ مُخْتَلِفِينَ ۝ إِلَّا مَنْ رَحِمَ رَبُّكَ وَلِذَلِكَ خلَقَهُمْ وتَمَّتْ كَلِمَةُ رَبِّكَ لَأَمْلأَنَّ جَهَنَّمَ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَالنَّاسِ أجْمَعِينَ [هود:118-119] And if had your Lord willed, He would have made the people one nation, and they would not cease to differ, except those on whom your Lord has mercy, and for that He created them, and the word of your Lord was fulfilled, I will fill Hell with jinn and all people [Hud: 118-119] We benefit from the verse on several axes Action is related to God's will God is not like human beings whose will is one thing and they are forced to do something else, but He - Glory be to Him - if He wills something, He does it, and here if He wants to make us all: on the heart of one man, In thinking, knowing, and understanding about Him, Glory be to Him - or about life, or in one belief to do, but it is not His will. And they are still different They are still an act of continuity, i.e. not in a period of time alone or with some persons within another group. Rather, it is a way of life Except from the mercy of your Lord It indicates that the difference, despite some of its praiseworthy benefits, is division and fragmentation. There is always a nation united on one word, whether this nation is not determined by a specific time, or a specific place, they meet and unite on the idea and those whom God has mercy on That is why He created them: This is strange.. As if the main purpose of our creation as human beings was to be different in thought, color, belief in God, belief, and thought in life, This is the essence of wealth, and this is the essence of choice. It is said in the proverb (who is more fertile, he may chose or confuse) for those who have fertility in information, Or things, it was easy for him to choose what he wanted, so there is nothing we should forced on him. As if the verse tells us not to be surprised or collapse when you find the differences in your life and to walk in it. The wonder is that you are not different from others, we do not say to a small or large group that you belong to it - this is possible - but it is not possible for you to come out partly away from this group and show people the same way of thinking, values and morals, and this is what the noble verse talks about that you can unite with a group (one nation) In ideas and values...etc. But it is not possible for all people to be in this way, so do not let the dispute break out between you. Why? Because it is one of the goals of nature, the universe, as nature is full of you from the beginning of the dinosaur - even if it became extinct - to small insects that can hardly be seen with the naked eye, and it was so easy for God to copy infinite numbers of the first copy of the dinosaur, for example, and distribute it to all the planet Earth, and He does not create shapes, types, sizes, and colors of creatures between dinosaurs and insects, rather, the act of this diversity in nature also exists among people and through it, if they agree, or groups of them agree on the same goals, a nation without people and with their differences produces the best kind of brainstorming that produces all the innovations you see around you, to the structures that bear the stamp of art, to even diseases and viruses that have never been seen before... This is the tax of difference The difference has aspects that are praiseworthy and others that are reprehensible, before we know what they are exactly, we must know that whenever we are distinguished by something, we differ from others, and people do not like someone who is distinguished over them, so envy and hatred ensues, perhaps fighting for personal interests and the fear of losing their interests, let's take a look at some of the pros and cons: The positive effects of difference It makes it possible - if the intent is to be believed - to identify all the possibilities that could be evidence, and throw them to the face of the evidence. A sport for the mind Cross pollination Opening areas of thinking to reach other assumptions that minds can reach Multiple solutions for the owner of each incident to find the appropriate solution to the situation that is commensurate with the reality of their lives Giving individuals self-confidence and the ability to confront and find solutions Difference of opinion is mercy because it is impossible to convince people of one opinion The negative effects of difference Killing the competencies and draining the rest of the non-emergence of energies Rely on one canned idea Increased delay and distance from civilization. Is Islam keen on etiquette for disagreement or leave the matter to us? No: Islam addressed Muslims with several verses in the Qur’an that improve and control the relationship in the event of disagreement. Let us refer to some of them: Allah says O David, we made you a caliph in the land, so judge between the people with justice, and do not follow your desires, lest they lead you astray from the path of God, those who stray from the way of God will have a severe punishment because they forgot the Day of Judgment.) 1- By regular reading, what do you understand from the verse without the interpretation of the distinguished scholars? God - the Almighty - talk to whom in the verse? A prophet of the faithful prophets who killed the enemy of God and the enemy of the believers in his time (Goliath) and he is a young soldier, and he is now a judge and a king at the same time, i.e. combining the virtues of the world, the king and the judiciary between people, and with this comes a warning to him from God - Almighty- why? we are more deserving of this warning than a prophet from God’s prophets. He is a role model for all judges who will come after him, not only in his time, but in all ages, I cannot imagine a Muslim judge teaching verses about the judiciary in the Qur’an that he did not study during his studies or even read them to educate himself, so when there is disagreement, it is necessary to set aside whims and personal interests away from people's rights 2 - Disagree, and your difference must be recognized by everyone around you: but let you have limits while dealing with those around you Allah says ﴿ يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا يَسْخَرْ قَوْمٌ مِنْ قَوْمٍ عَسَى أَنْ يَكُونُوا خَيْرًا مِنْهُمْ وَلَا نِسَاءٌ مِنْ نِسَاءٍ عَسَى أَنْ يَكُنَّ خَيْرًا مِنْهُنَّ O you who have believed, do not deride a people, perhaps that they be better than they are, and no women from other women who may be better than them people that they got faithed  An appeal to believers in particular: What does this mean? Does this mean that non-believers are outside these orders? rather, it means that if you do not do that, then you are outside the limits of your faith in those moments when you do that. Don't scoff Dear reader, no (it is called La al-Nahiya in the Arabic language), which means that it is a strong prohibition, mockery of a people by a people, what is the definition of a people? They are a group of veiled people mocking a non-veiled group, Let us assume that the West mocks the way the East dresses, or vice versa, the East mocks the West's way of life, and so on... This is forbidden, Why is the verse explaining something strange? (Maybe they are better than them) How is this when they are being mocked in the first place? So to God Almighty - a view of things that is not like our personal perspectives, you may condemn the one who dresses in a way that you do not like, so he will be better and purer in religion than you. You have a arrogance and he is humble and ashamed of his disobedience, as they say maybe, obedience bequeathed glory and arrogance, and perhaps disobedience bequeathed humiliation and brokenness) and the Humiliation and brokenness are among the nearest and quickest ways to reach God Almighty. And no women Women, Lord, from among the people? Why do we talk about them too? Women in their societies in particular are the most jealous and envious people ever, and talk behind each other, and even sarcasm is a major part of their conversations, and why did they stop? For the same reason, it is possible that the one you are talking about and making fun of is better with God than you are. 3- When misunderstanding (avoid suspicion) Allah says يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اجْتَنِبُوا كَثِيرًامِّنَ الظَّنِّ إِنَّ بَعْضَ الظَّنِّ إِثْمٌ O you who believe, avoid much suspicion, for some suspicion is sinful. Do not think badly of a word emanating from your brother when you find a good explanation for it.) On Omar, there is no objection to mistakes. It is a cheap attempt to triumph over the other, so that we can go to the depths and delve into its history, we track down a stumbling block and then publicize it, whether it is a person, an entity, or an idea that we reject. Of course, friction and action generate some errors, no one can claim infallibility and help the other overcome his mistakes and try to close them, so most of the suspicions are sinful, and some of the suspicions that you think about the other is correct, so never overpower the little. in conclusion 1 - It is not a shame to differ, as the difference shows your individuality and your distinction and that you are not a duplicate of one of them. It is important that you search for aspects of agreement before the disagreement while dealing with the other. 2 - Learn the etiquette of disagreement and do not be a duplicate copy of the Arabic talk show when disagreeing 3 - If God - the Almighty - wanted to create duplicate copies of the same shape, color, size, etc., He would have done it, but we were created different, so let us enjoy this difference. 4 - The clay of the earth is not one color, rather it is red, black and white, and some of it is difficult and easy, so I acknowledge the difference in the origin from which we were formed and there is no contradiction of the difference because it is a cosmic Sunnah and instinct.

  • The Giving up does not mean failure

(105)So when they surrendered, he gave it to the forehead (103) and We called to him: O Ibrahim (104) you have fulfilled the vision. Indeed, thus We reward the benefactors (105) Here we focus on just a simple expression (surrender): the virtue of surrendering to God in times of adversity, It is (surrender) a look: our master Ibrahim and his son Ismail (peace be upon them) They worshiped God through an act of worship that most Muslims ignore. Our master Ibrahim is about 80 years old or more at this time, his son is 16 years old, Ismail, his first and only son, (our master Ibrahim) who is old and has a human desire (people) wants to complete his life with this young adult son, He wants to have fun with him, depends on him..etc, but God is his priority in his soul and cells, no wonder, you know the sponge, if you put it under the water, what happens, it fills with water, our master Abraham, his title: his nickname: the Khaleel of God, that is: God - the Almighty - permeates all his cells, That is, the love of Abraham - peace be upon him - for God, permeated all the cells of his body, mind and soul, until he became a title with God - the Almighty - the khaleel of God - Put God's command (to kill his only son) before his eyes before what you think of him as a prophet, think of him as a human being, Likewise, Ismael (peace be upon them both) does not yell at his father, Likewise, Ismael (peace be upon them both) does not yell at his father Do you make like the father of the prophets: our master Abraham or his son (our master Ismail, peace be upon him)? There are problems in this world that can only be solved with time, and time means patience and patience (Fortress of Islam) In a place like this in the Qur’an it is called (beautiful patience), the beauty of patience in Islam: there is no complaint about it, attempts to get out of the ordeal without complaining, and if you reach this point, make sure that you reach your true self, you understand the world, this time things will be small in your eyes, this (vartue of the Islam) The vision has come true: You only believe a message because the vision of the messengers is true, and you accept it, (and we also reward the benevolence) May Allah reward you with good for those who master every step in their faith, Do you have a good focus on your small tasks before the big ones? they are the ones whom God loves (the doers of benevolence: those who are perfect in what they do) Now let's see the virtue of surrender and how to make? The virtue of surrender People have always considered phrases like “never give up” and “finish what you start” as virtues that However, the changing situation and the pressures that the person is exposed to in his life require a different and more dynamic attitude that makes him give up those great goals at the level of personal life and work, by choosing the appropriate time and method, as he must have the insight, courage and confidence enough to give up his difficult goals. In reaching and choosing more logical and successful goals and projects The right time to surrender One of the mistakes that a person usually makes is early or late withdrawal. The timing of withdrawals is difficult to determine, so the rule to follow is that we must give up on a goal that does not make any progress despite the great effort to achieve it, which means that when things become more difficult at work, relationship or school we must make an effort double, but in the case of not Having a great result though. Effort after a period of time is not so short that we should consider giving up this goal and thinking of something newFactors affecting the decision to surrender 1 - Choose another command It's easy to choose another goal or path to achieve rather than just chasing the primary goal, which explains why most people give up on their failed relationships when interviewing someone new who might be a good fit to start a new relationship. 2 - Experimental cost It usually refers to the amount of money, effort and exhaustion that we have saved and invested in order to achieve this goal that we want to abandon, and this cost is usually the main obstacle to abandoning one of its useless goals. In order to avoid such a big loss, the individual must choose the right timing for the withdrawal before the loss is incurred 3- Opportunity cost We should talk here about the valuable opportunities that we miss in pursuit of our original goals. This is an important factor in determining the need to abandon those goals Surrender with honor One of the most important obstacles to the surrender process is the sadness and grief that occurs on the individual’s psyche, not to mention the social embarrassment that it causes. The person can choose the appropriate way to inform people of his decision, which helps change. Their point of view on the subject, wherever some feel depressed or in pain and even ridicule your decision here, four rules can be followed to help him communicate his decision to these people 2 - Make your decision clear You must explain to others that you thought deeply and made a clear decision to abandon this goal that has become useless for you, which helps to convince people of your decision and reduce the burden on them. 2 - Determine your next steps The people around you are often concerned about the future and what life may bring you. So when you give up on your goals, you have to convince people that you will draw a clear outline of your next steps, even if you are not sure of your next steps, which makes them accept your decision more smoothly. 3 - Be honest We usually worry about the huge embarrassment that might result from giving something away in public. For example, it is very difficult for someone to say that their restaurant has failed and needs to close. There is no other way to say or explain this failure. Increase people's respect for your decision and your admission of failure 4 - Accept all opinions with open arms It is sometimes difficult to formulate decisions that everyone agrees with or supports, which means that criticism from others must be accepted with a warm and calm mind. Which is better: surrender or failure? Most people fail at something that means: being a failure person, while others consider this idea to be wrong. It is often the real cause of despair and frustration for many, and the fear of facing a new challenge. Failing at something does not mean you have failed at all. It is always important to seek advice and advice that can be very important in making the right decision to quit or choose new goals. in conclusion Dear dear reader If everyone tweets in a direction, you can reverse this trend if it is not in your favor, then everyone tweets that you should never give up... and this small article explains to you a virtue that you may not have considered a virtue before, which is the virtue of surrendering to God in times of adversity. There is no one among us who has not faced hardship in his life - it differs according to the strength of your faith in God. Would you acknowledge the goodness of surrendering to God at the time of hardship, such as the example of the article (our master Abraham and his son) - the love of father to his only son who's see his birth after his age, and they command to be separated forever by killing, and who kill whom? father to his son, whatever you face in this life, I do not imagine that a father is the one who slaughters his son with his own hand, and their surrender was a decisive moment in lifting the calamity... Come back with me (so when they surrendered, he turned to the forehead... and we called him) the divine call came at the moment of bitter surrender to the bitter calamity. Sometimes we need to surrender like adults, and not trample our feet like children, and then, God willing, the distress will be gone. The link https://www.syr-res.com/article/2465.htm

  • Are we associate with God, and we do not feel?

And among the people are those who take peers besides God, whom they love as the love of God, and those who believe are stronger in love for God, And if those who did wrong could see when they see the torment and all power belongs to God, and God is severe in chastisement (165) Al-Baqara The scientists said peers, that is: parables and peers who worship them with Him and love them as they love Him, and He is God with no partner. And in the two Sahihs, on the authority of Abdullah bin Masoud, he said I said: O Messenger of God, which sin is the greatest? He said: “That you make a partner to God while He created you.” And those who believe are stronger in love for God.) Some points of the noble verse 1 - And from the people: that is, not all people, then God Almighty does not generalize, but rather singles them out from the honorable characteristics of those who speak. 2 - Other than God: that is, less than Him - Glory be to Him - and everything, no matter how high it is, is less than Him 3 - Equals: These people love it as the love of God in terms of equality and self-exaltation and other than that 4 - Then the Almighty says (And those who believe are stronger in love for God) And here (what are these idols that we worship besides God - Almighty) we are Muslims and monotheists, so is hypocrisy (as minor shirk) or nodal hypocrisy is the polytheism that he intends - Almighty - ? We understand this, when we see the next verse Allah says Say if your fathers and your sons and your brothers and your wives and your clan and the money you earned, commerce that you fear will decline, and dwellings that you are pleased with dearer to you than God and His Messenger and striving in His Cause, so wait until God brings His command, ۗ And God does not guide the out of obedience (24) Repentance The scientists said Abu Jaafar said: Blessed and Exalted be He says to His Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace: (Say) O Muhammad, to those who did not migrate to the abode of Islam, who reside in the abode of polytheism: If the stay is with your fathers, your sons, your brothers, your wives, and your clan = and it was (money you have acquired) Saying: You acquired it (and a business that you fear will decline) by separating from your country (and dwellings you are pleased with), so you lived in it, more beloved to you than emigration to God and His Messenger, From the abode of polytheism and from jihad in its cause, meaning: in Supporting God's religion, which He is pleased with (so wait) He says: So wait ((until God brings His command), until God brings the conquest of Mecca, (And God does not guide the disobedient people) He says: God does not grant success to those who are out of obedience and disobedience to Him The points of the verse 1- The warning is severe in the noble verse that whoever takes these eight things that came in the verse (more beloved to us) from God and His Messenger and the jihad in His cause - we ask God for forgiveness - we await God's punishment 2- Why wait for God’s punishment and why does He describe us if we do (the love for these things is more than….) We are immoral, and it is the instinct that God created in us? 3 - The idea lies when interests conflict, not in normal times, but in crises, and God knows best 4 - As for the jihad, the jihad of the sword is the highest rank with God - the Almighty - a support for the religion - to preserve property in defense if something is removed from the religion, and the truth is that we as Muslims - a large sector of us does not carry weapons and stands at the borders between countries - for example - but we are all addressed by the noble verse, so what is the solution? The types of jihad in Islam are what make us all strive in the manner that God loves, even if it is not like the jihad of the sword - like the jihad of a woman (The complete & correct Hajj and Umrah, good beautification, and good treatment of the husband) It is equivalent to jihad for the sword for sak of God, knowledge and learning is equivalent to jihad for the sake of God. Of course, intention precedes action, Teaching the Qur’an in particular is jihad in the way of God, according to His saying, the Most High: “and strive against them with it a great struggle” (Al-Furqan 52) and other things such as honoring one’s parents, and others like honoring parents, so do not deprive yourself, O Muslim /woman Muslim, of jihad (for the sake of God), but what is within your destiny... And God is Most High and Knows best. Let's break it down one by one The parents Parents: Which fathers or powerful fathers? The rich with prestige and social status? God knows, but some parents have power over their children to do what does not please God - Almighty - or at the very least, the children see their fathers committing a great sin with God Almighty, and they do not see anything wrong with them, so they eat and drink with them, And they never try to deny their actions, whether it is social corruption, political corruption, or even injustice to relatives or acquaintances. It's a kind of offering his love to God's love - Almighty - the brothers It is a strong blood bond, and it is said in the proverb (me and my brother on my cousin...) and it has the same paternity as you have previously, as there are some brothers who have a great position in his society, Or such or such - so not denouncing him is a kind of giving preference to his love over the love of God - Almighty- It's a kind of offering his love to God's love - Almighty - The spouses Almighty says - in more than one place in the Qur’an) Allah says (23)) (Gather together those who wronged and their wives, and they were what they do worship besides Allah, so guide them to the path of Hell (23)) No one enters Paradise alone, and no one enters Hell alone, but in groups, so the time of gathering is like a kind of heavenly classification, the wicked with the wicked, and the good ones are with the good people...etc. Among the factions on the Day of Resurrection are the spouses. So whoever follows her husband’s wife over his wrongdoing to someone, she will be a partner with him, and they will both be gathered together with the group of the wrongdoers, or vice versa: The witness is that the spouses who agree on what does not please God are crammed under this verse It's a kind of offering his love to God's love - Almighty - The sons For the souls of the liver, the sound innate love, we do not talk to them about drawing near to God Almighty, for fear of harming them psychologically or otherwise - It's a kind of offering his love to God's love - Almighty - The clan Clan love is an innate love. The extended family is the smallest of the clan and the largest of them is the tribe to which it belongs or the group to which - You spent your life in its victory or otherwise, And the Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: A boy from the immigrants beat a boy from the Ansar from Banu Al-Mustaliq, The first called for help: O emigrants, and the other called out: O Ansar! The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - heard this and said: “What is the matter with the claim of ignorance?” They told him what had happened, and he, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Leave it, for it's stinky.” And the hadith is frank That the clan is sought in disputes and quarrels, and by means of it you overcome your opponent, perhaps this opponent of yours is a believer like you, and this is what happens between the Sunnis and the Shiites And between the Sunnah and themselves - let us remember (Leave it, for it stinks) The moneys Yes, money: love it very much and take it with what is permissible or forbidden, or you wake up in the evening only watching the stock exchange and its shares, or watching the interest in banks or other forms of love of money, this is a short story that actually happened One of them was on a plane and he had a suitcase with him, then death came suddenly. On board the plane was one of the righteous, so he began to teach him witness, and then he said: (the bag - the bag) and it contained a lot of money, and unfortunately the soul went to its owner, and he says (the bag is the bag), we ask God for forgiveness. It's a kind of offering his love to God's love - Almighty - The commerce The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - says in a hadith from which we took this part: stumbled the slave of Dinar, stumbled the slave of Dirham, And Abd al-Khamisa (a type of cloth), if he is given he is satisfied, and if he is not given he is indignant, He perished and relapsed, and if he was tingling, then there is no catch to it Unhappy: a prayer of unhappiness Abdul Dinar and Abdul Dirham (gold and silver) or he carries today all kinds of securities Then a supplication again from the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - about misery again, and not only that, and it relapsed: he turned, and God knows best, his condition changed from happiness to misery, and if he was pricked with anything like a small needle, the tweezers doesn't pick it up from his body, The hadith has a strong accent on everyone who loves these things (commerce) with a love that makes him fall away from the remembrance of God, or that he becomes immersed in thinking about it only It's a kind of offering his love to God's love - Almighty - The good dwellings Allah says ﴿ قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِ وَالطَّيِّبَاتِ مِنَ الرِّزْقِ ۚ قُلْ هِيَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا خَالِصَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ﴾ {Say: Who has forbidden the adornment of God which He has produced for His servants, They are the good things of provision. Say, "They are for those who believe in the life of this world, purely on the Day of Resurrection. Thus do We detail the verses for a people who know. There are palaces in life - there are luxurious villas - there are houses and chalets on the seas and rivers whoever becomes interested in arranging, organizing, cleaning and renovating his beautiful home, He loves something more than God, and we understand from that: If a woman memorizes her Qur’an and obeys her husband, And she raised her children on faith: here these homes, no matter how large they are, are among the blessings of God upon the servant, and God is Most High and Knows the best. Oh God, benefit us from what you have taught us, increase our knowledge, and make it acceptable Note The meaning found in this article, quoted from Sheikh Muhammad Ramadan Al-Bouti - may God have mercy on him - I hope from God - the Almighty - that it be a sound doctrinal transmission..

  • What does the family represent to Muslims and how does this affect their behavior in the west?

What do you know about the mental background of Muslim youth? In this article, we discuss an important part of the mental background of the young Muslim man. Let's review it together. First: What does the human mental background represent? The mental background includes material factors such as: human history and geography: where a person lives or his mother land, - his mother tongue - the way of dress and so on, There is no doubt that the small family, represented by the father, mother and brothers, or the nuclear family that includes grandfather, grandmother, uncles, aunts and others, is a basis for receiving the basic culture that represents a significant part of the background of the Muslim youth. In this article, we revolve around the concept of the family in Islam and its implications in Muslim youth culture, And what it also entails in his interaction with Western society through understanding some concepts that the Muslim family understands and does not understand and at the same time are not present in the mental background of the Western youth, and as long as there is mixing between Arab and Western youth as a kind of integration, the background of each of them must be studied. The concept of honoring one's parents Allah says (And lower for them the wing of humiliation out of mercy, and say, “My Lord, have mercy on them as they raised me when I was young.” Surah Al-Isra 24) We benefit from the verse the following Young people often enjoy full vitality and physical and mental strength, which sometimes entails arrogance, so the verse comes with humility and lowering the head for the parents, and that is out of mercy and not humiliation, Pray for them in prayer five times a day, alive or dead, for this is from righteousness as they used to raise you when you were young, This is reflected from the Muslim’s mentality on the reality in the West, sometimes with disapproval, and sometimes with the inability to fully integrate (of course we are talking about the religious youth who is aware of his responsibility for his Arabism and his Islam). The virginity concept Ismail bin Abdullah told us, he said: My brother told me, on the authority of Sulaiman, on the authority of Hisham bin Urwa, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, who said: I said, O Messenger of God, what do you think if you went down to a valley and in it was a tree that had been eaten, and you found a tree that had not been eaten, in which of them would you feed your camel? He said about the one that had not been fed. It means that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not marry another virgin. Ismail bin Abdullah told us, he said: My brother told me, on the authority of Sulayman, on the authority of Hisham bin Urwah, on the authority of his father, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, who said “I said, O Messenger of God, do you think that if you went down to a valley in which there was a tree that it had eaten from, and found a tree from which it had not been eaten, in which of them would you graze your camel? He said regarding the one who was not raised by her, it means that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not marry a virgin other than her, the hadith indicates the importance and preference of a virgin over a woman who was previously married to the Prophet, and this is considered by the general Muslim community or believers as a very acceptable concept. Similar to the women of the valley, there is evidence of great diversity in colours, shapes, languages, conditions, age, etc. The tree species in the valley differ as do the fruits, and so do the women). The camel here is the water of man's life) Where does it eat from all this variety in the trees in front of it? Islam has specific guidelines in this regard. This is reflected in the background of a Muslim who lives in the West in his preference for a woman who did not coexist with men before him, especially if she was not married, unless she repents from that, and often from within him does not forgive her, everything that reminds him of her past brings problems to the surface, so where do you raise your camel? An indication of choice, and as it is said (whoever fertilizes has a choice or confusion) and here it means: that women are types, shapes, colors and languages, but they are preferences, and Islam did not leave the choice, especially in the wife, to the man’s mood or even the circumstances in which he lives. Allah says ( هُنَّ لِبَاسٌ لَكُمْ وَأَنْتُمْ لِبَاسٌ لَهُنَّ} [البقرة من الآية:187 (They are clothing for you and you are clothing for them) [Al-Baqarah: 187] Dress covers defects before virtues, and thus marriage in Islam. We are nothing but human beings, full of faults before virtues, and we do not feel them unless someone alerts us to them, and the Muslim knows that the pure, chaste woman who preserves his honor while she is on her way. Close to him is no less important than attaching to her with the same compassion, care and insensitivity between them, It is from this concept that the Muslim is reflected in his movement in the West. And does he see this type of Muslim woman, or does he see this type of man if he is a Muslim, and that is reflected on him in emotional relationships, and this differs from the etiquette of intercourse with the thoughts of a Muslim such as cohabitation? With each other, The prohibition of same-sex marriage - or intercourse from the anus or otherwise, the concept of menstruation, hatred of a Muslim, and the prohibition of intercourse at the time, all these are ideas in the mental background of a Muslim and they do not appear except when contact, If he marries a Western woman who has no idea about such thoughts, if they did not agree on them before marriage, the problem would surface. The Almighty says: وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ ۖ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ ۖ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَطْهُرْنَ... الآية {And they ask you about menstruation, say: It is harmful, so keep away from women in menstruation, and do not approach them until they purify from it.} God Almighty described it as harmful, and science said: (The vaginal pH is higher and therefore less acidic than usual in the menstrual period, and the cervix is low, and its opening is more wide, and finally, the endometrium is absent during menstruation. All these three factors have theoretical risks to allow (for organisms accessing the bloodstream during penetrative sex) and others you can review in the link below. Therefore, it is forbidden for Muslims to have intercourse with it, and it is a normal thing for a non-Muslim woman. Rather, they appear to have some benefits such as relieving pain and so on. . . The concept of family (nuclear) The traditional Muslim family is extended, often spanning three or more generations. The extended structure provides many advantages, including stability, cohesion, and physical and psychological support, especially in times of need, and in this context it is reflected in the life of a Muslim living in the West, rather it reflects on his whole life, if he wants to do something unacceptable to the family, he is ostracized from his family, which is his small community in which he finds his primary comfort zone. Some other concepts about family life you can read below. Family life One of the most prominent features of Islamic society is the importance attached to the family, The family unit is the cornerstone of a healthy and balanced society. The level of focus different from that found in individual-centered cultures is for many wonderful things, but for a Muslim it is very different, The man is considered the head of the family; But for many men, this is a poisoned cup because leadership comes with responsibility. The economic responsibility for providing for the family rests directly with the man regardless of whether his wife earns money. Thus, unemployment can greatly affect the safety of the family, Which leaves the man in a state of uncertainty. The rates of psychopathy in such cases may be high, with repercussions for the family as a whole, and in Islamic culture, similar to other traditional cultures, respect and appreciation increases with age. Elderly parents are respected because of their life experiences and their hierarchical position within the family unit. The opportunity to meet parents' needs in their later years is seen as a gift from God. The marriage between the sexes and the delineation of roles You dress them and they dress you. This succinct Quranic analogy encapsulates the primary goals of marriage - to provide warmth, comfort, protection, and beautification. Within the framework of the Islamic vision, children have the right to have children and grow up in a stable and safe environment. Marriage is considered to provide such an environment. In contrast, celibacy and sex outside of marriage are strongly discouraged because they are considered extreme behaviors that are not conducive to a healthy society. Kinship gives many advantages, which explain, at least in part, the persistence of its attractiveness. For example, it allows comprehensive knowledge of the future marriage partner of sons or daughters - a particularly important consideration in Muslim minority communities where the usual social networks that facilitate the search for a suitable partner may be lacking. The union of two families, usually the parents arrange the marriage. Although the free consent of both the bride and groom is essential, parental coercion is often strong. Apparently some parents are beginning to understand their children's marital concerns. However, young and old still consider the practice of selecting marriage partners from within the community. Inbreeding (mixed marriage) is particularly common among Muslims of South Asian and Arab descent. Among Pakistani Muslims, current estimates are that about 75% of couples are related, and about 50% are married to first-degree cousins. This is an increase over their parents' generation, of whom only 30% are married to first-degree cousins. The sexual norms Sex in the context of marriage is a legitimate and enjoyable activity - an act of worship worthy of God's reward. On the contrary, heterosexual sex outside marriage is considered deviant and deserves punishment in the aftermath. In keeping with Orthodox Judeo-Christian teachings, homosexuality is considered a sin. However, a distinction is made between homosexuality and the act itself. The former is acceptable provided that it is not practiced, mixing does exist among Muslims, although its prevalence is, in all likelihood, much less than in some segments of Western society. Those who operate outside the Islamic framework often find themselves ostracized and responsible for discrediting the family name. Thus, the possibility of "going out" for gay Muslims is not realistic nowadays, and despite the positive view of sex, it is not a topic that is openly discussed. Cultural taboos require that sex remain a private matter between husband and wife. This explains, at least in part, why Muslims are so reluctant to seek help with sexual problems and how long it takes to see a doctor. The Menstruation During menstruation, women will be exempted from some important religious rites, such as the rituals of prayer, fasting, and Hajj (the pilgrimage to Mecca). Sexual intercourse is also prohibited at such times. All other forms of physical contact between husband and wife are permitted, for example, hugging and kissing. The pregnancy Many hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad glorify the virtues of marriage, childbearing, and fertility. The opinion of Muslims regarding contraception is divided, with a minority saying it is categorically prohibited while the majority view is that contraception is permitted but not encouraged. A small minority, largely confined to academic circles, suggests that effective family planning strategies are necessary to prevent the excessive global spread that many in the West have predicted. The prevalence of contraceptive use in Muslim countries varies greatly, reflecting these divergent views, and ranges from less than 5% (in Mauritania, northern Yemen, Somalia and Sudan) to more than 50% (in Turkey, Lebanon and Tunisia).

  • The evidence of who's see the imposing the hijab

The evidence of who's see the imposing the hijab Allah says {And there is no believing man or woman when God and His Messenger have decreed a matter, That they should have a choice in their affairs, and whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has indeed gone astray.” (36) Surah Al-Ahzab. Al-Azhar International Center for Electronic Fatwa confirmed That the veil is imposed by the text of the Holy Qur’an, and the texts are definitive evidence and evidence that does not accept ijtihad, and the center stated, in a statement, and stressed that “the veil is an obligation that has been proven obligatory, with definite Qur’anic texts of proof and evidence that do not accept ijtihad, and no one has the right to contradict established rulings, just as it is not acceptable for the general public or non-specialists - whatever their culture - to engage in them. The statement stated “Among the Qur’anic verses with definitive proof and evidence that state that the veil is obligatory for all Muslim women, God Almighty says: {And tell the believing women to lower their gaze and guard their private parts and not display their adornment, except what appears thereof, and let them draw their veils over their bosoms, and not display their adornment except to their husbands...} [Believers: And he said, may God bless him {O Prophet, tell your wives, daughters, and believing women they draw their outer garments over themselves; that is the least that they should be recognized, so they will not be harmed, and God is Forgiving, Merciful} [Al-Ahzab: 59]» To the details God Almighty made clothing an adornment and a veil, a path to goodness and a manifestation of piety And the Almighty said ) O children of Adam, We have sent down to you a garment to cover your bad, feathers, and clothing of piety; that is good.” [Al-A’raf: 26] Islam commanded women to cover and veil (to protect them from the harm of immoral people) Allah says (( O Prophet, say to your wives, daughters and believing women they draw their robes over them, that is closer that they should be known and not be offended.” [Al-Ahzab: 59] He also commanded them to strive to hide their adornment and the places of temptation from them, except for what appears out of necessity or without will And the Almighty said: {And let them not reveal their adornment except what appears of it, and let them wear their veils, on their pockets.” [An-Nur: 31 And God - the Most High - commanded men to lower their gaze at what was forbidden to them - Allah says {Tell the believers to lower their gaze and guard their private parts, that is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Aware of what they do. * And tell the believing women to lower their gaze} [An-Nur: 30, 31]. First: some linguistic meanings The meaning of pockets Al-Shawkani said: Al-Jawyub is the plural of pocket, which is the place where pieces of armor and shirt are cut, the commentators said: The women of the pre-Islamic era used to let their veils fall behind them, and their pockets were wide in front of them, so their necks and necklaces were uncovered, to hit their masks on the pockets to cover up what it seemed, and the word beating is an exaggeration in throwing, which is sticking Saeed bin Jubair said And let them strike}: and tighten {with their veils over their pockets} meaning: on the neck and chest, so that nothing of it is seen and Ibn Al-Jawzi said: Meaning: And let them throw their veils over their pockets, to cover their hair, earrings, and necks. Jalal Al-Suyuti said That is, heads, necks, and chests are covered with masks. Al - Tabarruj - Make-up Abu Ubaidah said: To highlight their virtues And al-Zajjaj said: Tabarruj is to show one’s adornment and what evokes a man’s lust Al qua'ad They are the ones who have advanced in age, so they stopped menstruating and pregnancy and despaired of having a child Almrout A garment of wool or linen that is girded around and worn by a woman Al - ajar A garment that a woman wraps around her head father-in-law Male relatives of the husband Second: The verses indicating the obligation of hijab In the Almighty saying (And if you ask them for things, ask them from behind a barrier, that is purer for your hearts and their hearts.) Is it exclusive to the wives of the Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him only, or are other women included in it? The scholars differed over the interpretation of the verse First saying The verse is specific to the wives of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, so complete hijab is obligatory for them and not for other women. Ibn Ashour, may God have mercy on him, said in “al-Tahrir wa al-Tanweer”: “This verse legislates the ruling on the veil of the mothers of the believers.” End. And he said too With this verse, along with the verse that I quoted above: (O wives of the Prophet, you are not like any other woman) Al-Ahzab: 32, the meaning of hijab for the mothers of the believers, which is compounded by staying in their homes, is realized, not showing anything of themselves, even the face and hands, and it is a veil that is specific to them and is not obligatory for anyone else. Muslims used to follow the mothers of the believers in piety, they vary in that according to customs. End quote from al-Tahrir wa’l-Tanweer The second saying The verse is general, and it includes the wives of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and other women. Ibn Jarir al-Tabri, may God have mercy on him, said in his “interpretation” (20/313) (And if you ask the wives of the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, and the believing women who are not married to you, for enjoyment, then ask them from behind a barrier. End quote. Al-Qurtubi - may God have mercy on him - said: In his “interpretation” (14/227): “In this verse there is evidence that God Almighty has permitted their request from behind a veil, in a need that is presented, or an issue about which you will be given a fatwa, and that includes all women according to the meaning, and what is included in the fundamentals of Sharia, that all women are ‘awrah. End quote. Al-Qurtubi - may God have mercy on him also - said: In the interpretation of the Almighty’s saying: (And stay in your homes, and do not display yourselves like that of the times of ignorance) Al-Ahzab / 33 The meaning of this verse is the command to stay in the house, and if the speech was addressed to the wives of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, then others entered it in the sense; This is if there is no evidence for all women, how can the law be full of women staying in their homes, and refraining from leaving them except for necessity? based on the above, in more than one place. End quote from Tafsir al-Qurtubi (14/179). Al-Jassas said - may God have mercy on him - In Ahkaam al-Qur’an (5/242) it says: “This ruling, even if it was revealed specifically for the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and his wives, so the meaning is general in it and in other than it, since we are commanded to follow it and emulate it, except for what God has singled out for him without his nation. It is more correct to say the second And that the verse is general in the case of the wives of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and in the case of the women of the nation, and the evidence for the preponderance of the generality of the verse is several things: The origin is in the discourse of the general Sharia, unless the evidence indicates that that discourse is specific. Sheikh Al-Shanqeeti, may God have mercy on him, said in Adwa’ Al-Bayan (6/247). And among the evidences for the ruling is the verse of hijab in general: it is what is established in the fundamentals that the speech of a single person covers the entire nation, The ruling is not limited to that one who is addressed, and we have clarified this issue in Surat Al-Hajj, in the topic of the prohibition of wearing saffron, and we said that because the speech of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, to one of his ummah applies to the entire ummah. Because they are equal in the rulings of assignment, except with special evidence that must be referred to. He explained the matter by asking Munura Hijab by saying: ((This is purer for your hearts and their hearts); The reason for the matter is that it is purer for hearts, It is well known that the mothers of the believers are the purest of hearts among women, and other women are more in need of obtaining what achieves the purity of hearts)) Sheikh Muhammad Al-Amin Al-Shanqeeti, may God have mercy on him, said The Almighty says: (And if you ask them for things, ask them from behind a barrier, that is purer for your hearts and their hearts. The saying of many people is that the verse of “hijab” I mean: God’s saying: (And if you ask them for things, ask them from behind a barrier) specifically for the wives of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him,the Almighty’s justification for this ruling, which is the obligation of hijab, is that it is purer for the hearts of men and women than suspicion in His saying, the Most High: (That is purer for your hearts and their hearts) a clear indication of the generalization of the ruling, as no one among all Muslims said that other than the wives of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, there is no need for their hearts to be pure, And the hearts of men are suspicious of them, and it has been established in the fundamentals: end quote from Adwaa’ al-Bayan (6/242) When the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - was asked about the in-law? He said: the in-law is death) Sheikh Al-Shanqeeti, may God have mercy on him, said, “Adwa’ Al-Bayan” (6/249) So his warning, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, is this eloquent warning against men entering upon women, and his expression of a relative entering upon his relative’s wife in the name of death, saheeh prophetic evidence that the Almighty’s saying: (so ask them from behind a screen) is general in all women, as you can see; If it was a private ruling, With his wives, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, when men warned this general eloquent warning against entering upon women is over The conclusion The verse is general in the obligation of hijab for the wives of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and for other women in general. Third: Hadiths of the Prophet Safiyyah bint Shaybah reported that Aisha, may God be pleased with her, used to say: When this verse was revealed (And let them draw their veils over their bosoms) They took their lower garments (a type of garment), then they cut it from the edges (the side of the garment), and they were covered with it. Narrated by Al-Bukhari (4481) and Abu Dawood (4102) with the wording: Ibn Hajar said in Fath Al-Bari Abi Hatem from Abdullah bin Othman bin Khaitham on the authority of Safiya, what explains this and his wording, we mentioned to Aisha the women of Quraysh and their virtue, and she said: “The women of Quraysh are virtuous, but by God, I have not seen anyone better than the women of the Ansar, the most believable, Surah Al-Nour was revealed, and let them draw their veils over their pockets, so their men turned to them, reciting to them what was revealed about them, there was not a woman among them who did not stand up to her veil, and they began to pray as if they had crows on their heads 2. On the authority of Aisha that the wives of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to go out at night if they defecate to the alcove (place) On the authority of Urwa that Aisha said The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, used to perform the dawn prayer, and some of the believing women, wrapped in their headscarves, would witness with him, In their clothes (clothing), then they return to their homes, and no one knows them. Narrated by Al-Bukhari (365) and Muslim (645). On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said Riders would pass us while we were with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, in ihraams, when they came close to us, one of us let her jilbab fall from her head over her face, and when they passed us, we uncovered it. Narrated by Abu Dawood, (1833) and Ibn Majah (2935), and it was authenticated by Ibn Khuzaimah (4/203). And in the book Jilbaab And on the authority of Asma bint Abi Bakr, may God be pleased with them, she said We used to cover our faces from the men, and we used to comb our hair, before that in ihram. Narrated by Ibn Khuzaimah (4/203) and Al-Hakim (1/624) who declared it authentic. Golden agreed. And correct in the book Jilbaab On the authority of Asim Al-Ahwal, he said: We used to go to Hafsa bint Sirin, and she had made the jilbab like this: and she had veiled herself with it, and we would say to her: May God have mercy on you, there is no sin on them if they put off their clothes without displaying their adornment.) He said: So you say to us: Anything after that? So we say: (And if they abstain, it is better for them) and you say: It is proof of veiling. Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi (7/93). Al-Bukhari (5232) narrated on the authority of Uqbah ibn Aamer, may God be pleased with him that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Beware of entering upon women.” He said a man from the Ansar: O Messenger of God, do you see the father-in-law? He said: The father-in-law is death. • What are the countries which require wearing the hijab?

1 - Saudi Arabia Debates over the enforcement of the niqab never end in Saudi Arabia Some Saudis have argued that the state's requirement that women wear the garment amounts to an infringement of individual liberties. Over the past few years, the kingdom has been gradually trying to shake off the legacy of the Awakening Which dominated Saudi Arabia for about four decades, when controversial religious thought prevailed, supported by ultra-conservative religious figures, who enjoyed remarkable social and political influence Niqab supporters camp but she responded, rejecting the arguments of those who demand a woman's right to choose. They also denounced the demands to reconsider imposing the full veil on the face as a "violation of public norms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" and "a violation of legal norms, In their attempt to intimidate their opponents, they went so far as to accuse the supporters of the campaign of leading a foreign conspiracy to fight Islam and manipulate the morals of Saudi women. In light of the new climate of more social freedoms, Saudi women have been wearing more colorful abayas in recent years, light blue and pink in stark contrast to the traditional black. Open abayas over long skirts or jeans are more common in parts of the kingdom. in March 2018 The crown prince said women should choose for themselves whether they want to wear black robes and face coverings. Prince Mohammed said at the time. A few months later ("#abaya_maqluba,"") Saudi women have developed a new form of protest and the hashtag “#abaya_maqluba” on Twitter, which translates to “Abaya inside out” has given way, In a move largely described as creative and courageous. Saudi women at the time posted pictures of themselves wearing abayas, the long, loose robes that symbolize Islamic piety, as a form of objection to pressure on them to wear the dress. The campaign came two months after a similar campaign called on Saudi women to burn the niqab, the full veil. The move, considered "bold" and "original" by some activists, was controversial in ultra-conservative Saudi Arabia. 2 - Iran Iranian dress code - What to wear in Iran like the locals From the hijab to the chador and how to cover the upper and lower body, the dress code in Iran has its own rules. Two completely different forms of law were used, from opposing ideologies, to trying to control women and cover their hair and bodies in the last 90 years. It was the first attempt, the use of the veil was the subject of legislation in 1936 by the new king Reza Shah (1925-1941), who wanted to force women to remove their headscarves in public, By his order to "open the veil." The Shah's vision of modernity, influenced by Turkish leader Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, included changing what Iranian women wore. From 1941 to 1979 There was no law ordering women to dress, but many women still wore the veil either as an expression against the monarchy or because their choices were restricted by patriarchal values, such as Namus (honour) and strict control over male family members. The Islamic Revolution of 1979 He introduced the idea of the hijab law. On March 8, 1979, thousands of Iranian women marched through the streets protesting the idea of imposing the veil with slogans such as "Freedom to choose clothes." Wearing the hijab has become compulsory for all Iranian women From April 1983 Since then, all women have been legally compelled to wear the hijab in public, even non-Muslims and foreigners visiting Iran. In the 90s The Islamic government introduced more legal measures and social restrictions to enforce mandatory veiling laws. Criminal punishment for those who violate the law began to be applied, and ranged from imprisonment to fines. As of January 2018 According to this new decree, women who did not adhere to the Islamic dress no longer faced fines or imprisonment, but had to attend classes teaching Islam, "The women will no longer be transferred to detention centers, and no lawsuits will be filed against them," said local media reports, quoting Tehran Police Chief Gen. Hossein Rahimi. What exactly is the crime of bad hijab in Iran? The morality police, Qesht Ershad, usually escorted women to a police car and then to a classroom. The women are then required to sign a form stating that they will not commit the crime of "bad veiling" once again, they are forced to take part in a directive" organized by the police to learn how to respect Islamic values. This new order applies only in the capital, Tehran - but even there, women who repeatedly flout the dress code can be subject to legal action. How to apply the law to Muslim women in Iran In addition to the discriminatory aspects of the compulsory dress code, an important legal issue is that the offense of "bad veiling" or "indecent veiling" not specified by law. Because the law is drawn so loosely, enforcers like the morality police can choose to interpret it differently and oppress women in different ways. 3 - Afghanistan The Taliban orders women to dress from head to toe in public, Taliban officials announced Women and girls were expected to stay at home, and if they had to go out, they wore loose, all-over clothing that revealed only their eyes— Preferably a burqa. The restrictions on women's movement and clothing are the toughest the Taliban have announced since they came to power in August, she pointed to the growing dominance of the group's hardline leaders, who appear to be behind the extended ban on most women and girls in secondary schools. From 1996 to 2001 They imposed severe restrictions on women's dress and movement, and forbade most girls from attending school. As well as penalties for the woman's guardian The directive for clothing for women and teenage girls came from the Taliban's acting minister of virtue and the prevention of vice, a well-known hardliner, Khaled Hanafi. "We want our sisters to live in dignity and safety," he said. However, it was not clear what the legislative stages were, It will not be the woman who will be punished, but her male guardians. Her brother, father, husband or son will be tasked with enforcing the rules, and will be held accountable if she breaks them. Punishments range from several days in jail to being fired from their jobs. Ordered Taliban leaders in Afghanistan All Afghan women must dress from head to toe in public — a blunt hardline axis that underscored rights activists' worst fears and was bound to further complicate the Taliban's dealings with an already distrustful international community. The decree stipulates that Women were to leave the home only when necessary and male relatives would face punishment—ranging from summons and escalating to court hearings and imprisonment—for violating women's dress codes. The Taliban had previously decided not to reopen schools for girls above the sixth grade Reneging on an earlier promise and choosing to appease their hardline base at the cost of further alienating the international community. But the decree is not widely supported among a divided leadership between pragmatists and hardliners. The decision has disrupted the Taliban's efforts to win recognition from potential international donors at a time when the country is mired in a deepening humanitarian crisis. Hashmi said the religiously oriented Taliban administration feared moving on proceeding with girls' enrollment beyond sixth grade could alienate their rural base. In the capital, Kabul, private schools and universities are operating without interruption.
