Meeting Pharaoh and saving the Children of Israel or meeting Moses with Pharaoh and his entourage

And when your Lord called to Moses, "Go to the wrongdoing people" (10) - the people of Pharaoh. Will they not then fear God? The Lord of the Worlds began by calling Moses, peace be upon him, to go to Pharaoh and his entourage: the Copts (the people of Egypt), his ministers, princes, and others, whom He called the wrongdoers. The worst thing you see in life are the wrongdoers. God Almighty may be lenient with the unbelievers until their death, giving them more and giving them more, but then He will not be lenient with them if they die in their polytheism. As for the wrongdoers, even if they are Muslims, God Almighty will not be lenient with them, neither in this world nor in the Hereafter. He may hold them accountable for their injustice in this world, or He may delay it for them in the Hereafter, according to its abundance or scarcity, the number of those oppressed in it, the number of those oppressed among them, and their resolve with Allah. But Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, is in the beginning and the end: He does not love the oppressors, nor does He grant them success. Their punishment is either postponed or hastened, and the hastening is a lesson for those who consider. The people of Pharaoh will be their lesson throughout time and space for their tyranny and severe oppression of the Children of Israel, whom Allah honored and who followed Moses with the first message revealed to him. Moses, peace be upon him, knew who the oppressors, the people of Pharaoh, were. Why did Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, not mention that they were the Copts (the inhabitants of Egypt)? And why did He attribute them to Pharaoh? It is said that people follow the religion of their kings, and if you notice that the Copts (the inhabitants of Egypt) were completely comfortable with the suffering of the Israelites before their eyes and all that occupied their thoughts: that Pharaoh would not make their sons work in hard labor instead of the males of the Israelites when Pharaoh exterminated them by systematically killing them out of fear for his kingdom.
