[ر: 4918]. 5359 - حدثنا أبو نعيم: حدثنا عبد الرحمن بن الغسيل، عن عاصم بن عمر بن قتادة قال: سمعت جابر بن عبد الله رضي الله عنهما قال:سمعت النبي ﷺ يقول: (إن كان في شيء من أدويتكم - أو: يكون في شيء من أدويتكم - خير، ففي شرطة محجم، أو شربة عسل، أو لذعة بنار توافق الداء، وما أحب أن أكتوي).
5359 - Abu Naim told us: Abdul Rahman bin Ghashil told us, on the authority of Asim bin Omar bin Qatada, who said: I heard Jabir bin Abdullah, may God be pleased with them both, said: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, say: (If it is in any of your medicines - Or: it is in something of your medicine - Good - It is good, for in a scratch with cupping, or a drink of honey, or a stinging with fire that corresponds to the disease, and I do not like to be cauterized.)
