5365/5366 - The Talbeenah calms the patient's heart, and takes away some sadness

5365/5366 - حدثنا حِبَّان بن موسى: أخبرنا عبد الله: أخبرنا يونس بن يزيد، عن عقيل، عن ابن شهاب، عن عروة، عن عائشة رضي الله عنها:أنها كانت تأمر بالتلبين للمريض وللمحزون على الهالك، وكانت تقول: إني سمعت رسول الله ﷺ يقول: (إن التلبينة تُجِمُّ فؤاد المريض، وتذهب ببعض الحُزْن).

5365/5366 - Hibban bin Musa told us: Abdullah told us: Yunus bin Yazid told us, on the authority of Aqil, on the authority of Ibn Shihab, on the authority of Urwah, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she used to order the talbeen for the sick and for those grieving over the lost, She used to say: I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, say: (Talbeenah calms the heart of the patient, and takes away some sadness) .
