[67] حدثنا مسدد قال: حدثنا بشر قال: حدثنا ابن عون عن ابن سيرين عن عبد الرحمن بن أبي بكرة عن أبيه: ذكر النبي ﷺ قعد على بعيره وأمسك إنسان بخطامه: مقدمة أنفه، أو بزمامه قال أي يوم هذا فسكتنا حتى ظننا أنه سيسميه سوى اسمه قال أليس يوم النحر قلنا بلى قال: فأي شهر هذا فسكتنا حتى ظننا أنه سيسميه بغير اسمه، فقال أليس بذي الحجة قلنا بلى قال: فإن دماءكم وأموالكم وأعراضكم بينكم حرام كحرمة يومكم هذا في شهركم هذا في بلدكم هذا ليبلغ الشاهد الغائب فإن الشاهد عسى أن يبلغ من هو أوعى له منه
[67] Musaddad told us, he said: Bishr told us, he said: Ibn Awn told us on the authority of Ibn Sirin on the authority of Abd al-Rahman bin Abi Bakra on the authority of his father: Mention of the Prophet ﷺ He sat on his camel and a person grabbed his khtam: the front of his nose, or his belt, He said: What day is this? So we were silent until we thought that he would name it other than its name. He said: Is it not the Day of Sacrifice? We said, “Yes.” He said: “What month is this?” We kept quiet until we thought that he would name it other than its name, He said: Is it not Dhul-Hijjah? We said, “Yes.” He said: Your blood, your money, and your honor among you are as sacred as the inviolability of this day of yours, In this month of yours, in this country of yours, to inform the absent witness, for the witness may inform those who are more aware of him.
We benefit from this noble Hadith
1 - Rooting the Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him: for the permissible and preferred actions for the sacred months, which are:
A - Blood: How do you know what blood is, because killing someone by mistake is better for you than killing a believer, and killing an unbeliever unjustly, just as you killed all people? And the Messenger of God began with blood in the sacred months, perhaps in the year there will be months in which no Muslim blood is shed, and look around you, you will not find a single spot on the earth that does not have Muslim blood, In the months of the sacred and the months that are not sacred, which is the opposite of the commandment of the Messenger - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.
B - Money: Why is our money forbidden and has its own sanctity? It is possible in order that you do not steal, do not steal the money of others, and no one steals your money, in order not to bully your money, when you get old, and it is a kind of bullying of older persons, perhaps your money will not be taken with embarrassment, what is taken with embarrassment is invalid and not blessed by it, Perhaps and perhaps, the basic principle is that money has its sanctity, so do not complain about it, especially during the sacred months.
- C - Mentioning the other badly: It is that you do not talk about others as you would like that no one else talks about you, It's said: ( If you get to know each other, you are buried) and the meaning: If we knew each other's words about each other, we would hate each other and cooperate in killing each other until burial, or at the very least, we would bury relationships forever. 2 - Then the prohibition of these things was clarified among three prohibitions (the inviolability of the day, the inviolability of the month and the inviolability of the country) then the speech is appended to the fact that this speech is not specific to the Companions, - The elite of creation - Rather, let the absent witness (companions) reach, you, me, us and those who preceded us from generations and those who will come after us from generations, why? for hold our tongues and protect the blood from our hands... 3 - Undoubtedly, people vary in understanding, memorization and comprehension, and the listener may be less comprehensible than the one who hears from him, so the direct listener will have the reward of informing, then the second listener comprehends what he heard, and deduces from it, so he will have the reward of this deduction and the reward of conveying to whoever hears about it. Evidence for this is abundant, Throughout the nation's history, these geniuses are from the people of knowledge, don't they have sheikhs? Yes, they have elders. Where are their sheikhs from their status and rank? They have attained knowledge, but these informants have become more knowledgeable than those who have reached them.

ذَٰلِكَ وَمَن يُعَظِّمْ شَعَائِرَ اللَّهِ فَإِنَّهَا مِن تَقْوَى الْقُلُوبِ (32)
