Don't mix between Al - Bsr and dates

[ر: 4918]. 10 - باب: من رأى أن لا يخلط البُسْر والتمر إذا كان مسكراً، وأن لا يجعل إدامين في إدام. 5278 - حدثنا مسلم: حدثنا هشام: حدثنا قتادة، عن أنس رضي الله عنه قال:إني لأسقي أبا طلحة وأبا دجانة وسهيل بن البيضاء، خليط بُسْر وتمر، إذ حُرِّمت الخمر، فقذفتها، وأنا ساقيهم وأصغرهم، وإنا نعدُّها يومئذ الخمر.

[R: 4918]. 10 - Chapter: Whoever thinks that he should not mix Bsr and dates if they are intoxicating, and that he should not mix two edamame in one edamame. 5278 - Muslim told us: Hisham told us: Qatada told us, on the authority of Anas, may God be pleased with him, who said: I water Abu Talha, Abu Dujana, and Suhail bin al-Bayda, Bosr mixture: unripe dates and dates, as wine was forbidden, so I threw it, and I am the one who waters them, and the youngest of them, and we will count it on that day as wine.

What can we learn from the hadith?

1 - The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - forbade eating ripe dates with immature dates in one infusion - if it was intoxicating - we do not know medically what this means - perhaps the doctors understand this.

2- The Messenger of God forbade the combination of two edamame with bread and edam: what is eaten with bread, or what is mixed with it to make it sweet. Perhaps the Messenger of God would teach us the diet not to combine the types of food that the West calls for today for the sake of better health for your intestines and your general health.

Is food combination working for you?

Proponents of food-combining diets believe that improper food combinations can lead to disease, toxin buildup, and digestive issues. They also believe that proper combinations can actually help relieve these problems.

Common rules of food combining

The laws of food combining can vary somewhat depending on the source, but the most common rules are:

Eat fruit only on an empty stomach, especially melons.

Avoid combining starches and proteins.

Avoid combining starches with acidic foods.

Avoid combining different types of protein.

Consume dairy products only on an empty stomach, especially milk.

Other rules say that protein should not be mixed with fat, sugar should only be eaten alone, and fruits and vegetables should be eaten separately.

What we now know about basic biochemistry and nutritional science directly contradicts most of the principles of food combining.
