وصايا الله – تعالي – للمرأة في مرحلة الحمل، ماذا يجب أن يفعلوا في هذه المرحلة الحرجة في حياة المرأة، خاصة وانها تكون فسيولوجياً متغيرة من الداخل إلي الخارج ، نظرا لتغير الهرمونات في جسدها اثناء الحمل ، هنا النصائح الربانية ممكن أن تكون علي لسان رسول اله صلي الله عليه وسلم لأنه لا ينطق عن الهوي إنه هو إلا وحي يوحي من رب العالمين. فلنبدأ... (الوصية الأولي: هدية السماء: الحياة إلي سن الأربعين)
قال تعالي
ﵟ وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ إِحْسَانًا ۖ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ كُرْهًا وَوَضَعَتْهُ كُرْهًا ۖ وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْرًا ۚ حَتَّىٰ إِذَا بَلَغَ أَشُدَّهُ وَبَلَغَ أَرْبَعِينَ سَنَةً قَالَ رَبِّ أَوْزِعْنِي أَنْ أَشْكُرَ نِعْمَتَكَ الَّتِي أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَيَّ وَعَلَىٰ وَالِدَيَّ وَأَنْ أَعْمَلَ صَالِحًا تَرْضَاهُ وَأَصْلِحْ لِي فِي ذُرِّيَّتِي ۖ إِنِّي تُبْتُ إِلَيْكَ وَإِنِّي مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ﵞ سورة الأحقافالآية الكريمة بها عدة وصايا للإبن الذي لم يري النور بعد، وبعد فترة سريعة سيصل لسن البلوغ (أربعون سنة) وطوال هذه المرحلة ما ينبغي أن يفعل في هذه الحياة، ولكن هل هذا معناه: أن الله تعالي لم يحتفي بغير هذين السنين (الولادة – الرشد) بالطبع لا، فقد احتفا الله تبارك وتعالي بغير هذين السنين في مواضع عدة أخر في القرآن، ولكن هنا لن نتحدث إلا علي سن ( الحمل ... لم يصل حتي إلي أيام من عمره في هذه الأرض)
والوصايا كالتالي
1 – توصية من الله مباشرة بالوالدين (الأب والأم) للولد لماذا لأن الأم كان حملها متعب وولادتها فيها متعبة ومكرهة لفعل ذلك، لخفاء في النفس (مشاعر حب الأطفال والإنجاب)
2 – هذا الطفل خرج للحياة لتوه، ولم يلبث إلا أن وصل إلي 40 عام من عمره في لمحات سريعة من الحياة لم يحسب لها حساب ثم أصب يبلغ من العمر 40 عام
3 – في سن الأربعون: يقول الغرب عن هذا السن، إنه مثل سفح جبل ينظر للوراء فإذا هو تاريخ، وينظر للأمام: لا يعلم عنه شيء، والله تبارك وتعالي، ذكر هذا السن تحديدا دون بقية الأعمار في القرآن الكريم وفي هذا إشارة إلي أهمية هذا السن تحديدا عند الله، وهو السن الذي يعطي فيه الله أنبياءه ومرسليه رسالاتهم تحديدا، فهو سن مبارك، سن يحتاج إلي توبة وإعادة تحديد بوصلة، توبة مما فات (لو كان خيراً فالله يعلم أهو مقبول أم لا؟ وإن كان شراً فالتوبة التوبة)
4 – هذا السن يطالب منك 3 أشياء هامة: 1 – (الدعاء للوالدين احياء أم أموات 5 مرات في اليوم والليلة علي الأقل) 2 – (الدعاء لذريتك أنت ففي الغالب أنك تزوجت وانجبت – الغالبية من الناس - ) 3 – (التوبة: انت انت، فقط تذكر كلمات الغرب "سفح جبل" )
5 – ينبغي ان يكون من الأدعية اليومية للمسلم عند بلوغه أربعون سنة.
6 – بعد هذا السن (الأربعون: ينبغي الإعلان بوضوح: أنا مسلم، لماذا؟ لأنه سفح جبل، ينبغي ان تحمد الله علي ما فات من عمرك، فالحياة لا توهب هباءا منثورا، بل هي هدية السماء ، وانت لا تعرف ما هو آت، فالإعلان، الإعلان من يوم الأربعون وليس غدا)
(الوصية الثانية بالوالدين بسبب: الوهن)
قال تعالي
وَوَصَّيْنَا الْإِنْسَانَ بِوَالِدَيْهِ حَمَلَتْهُ أُمُّهُ وَهْنًا عَلَىٰ وَهْنٍ وَفِصَالُهُ فِي عَامَيْنِ أَنِ اشْكُرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيْكَ إِلَيَّ الْمَصِيرُ سورة لقماننستخلص من الآية الكريمة
1 - التوصية من الأبناء تجاه الأولاد بسبب أن الآباء عندهم حب فطري لكل صغير – ضعيف – محبوب، فالأبناء مستقبل وليس ماضي، أما توصية الأبناء بالآباء، توصية بالماضي أو أقل تقدير الحاضر، لا المستقبل، فهي وصية عليم باحتياج هذه الفترة العمرية
2 – الوهن: بعض النساء لا تشعر بالحمل مطلقا، أو تشعر بوهن ليس لهذا الحد الذي تحدثنا عنه الآية الكريمة، لكن ليس كل النساء في كل العالم من كل لون بشرة أو خلفية ثقافية أو سن واحد، بل كلنا مختلفين، والإسلام دين عالمي فيه كل الألوان والأجناس والأعمار، فمن النساء (الضعيفة والمريضة والتي تجتاح بلادها مجاعة ومن فقدت زوجها بسبب موت أو طلاق وغيرها من الظروف ، ثق في كلمات الله تبارك وتعالي ( وهن علي وهن) هذا غير لو لم تأخذ المرأة عناية بنفسها في فترة الحمل، يأخذ الجنين كل ما يحتاج من اساسيات معادنها ويتركها بلا معادن تقريبا بقية ما تبقي لها من عمر في هذه الحياة، واله أعلي واعلم .
(الوصية الثالثة: الاهتمام بحالتهن النفسية)
قال تعالي
أَسْكِنُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنْتُمْ مِنْ وُجْدِكُمْ وَلَا تُضَارُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ ۚ وَإِنْ كُنَّ أُولَاتِ حَمْلٍ فَأَنْفِقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ ۖ وَأْتَمِرُوا بَيْنَكُمْ بِمَعْرُوفٍ ۖ وَإِنْ تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهُ أُخْرَىٰ. سورة الطلاقنستخلص من هذه الآية الكريمة التالي
1 – هذه الحالة في حالة الطلاق وهي حامل: يقول العلماء أسكنوهنّ - أيها الأزواج - من حيث سكنتم من وسعكم، فلا يكلفكم الله غيره، ولا تُدْخِلوا عليهنّ الضرر في النفقة والسكن ولا في غيرهما رجاء التضييق عليهنّ، وإن كانت المطلقات حوامل فأنفقوا عليهنّ حتى يضعن حملهنّ، فإن أرضعن لكم أولادكم فأعطوهنّ أجر إرضاعهنّ، وتراجعوا في شأن الأجرة بالمعروف، فإنْ بَخِلَ الزوجُ بما تريده الزوجة من أجرة، وشحّت هي فلم ترض إلا بما تريده؛ فليستأجر الأب مرضعة أخرى تُرْضِع له ولده

الاكتئاب والقلق والتوتر لدى الأم أثناء الحمل ونتائجه على الطفل
إن إصابة الأم بالاكتئاب أو القلق أو التوتر أثناء الحمل يزيد من خطر تعرض طفلها لمجموعة واسعة من النتائج السلبية، بما في ذلك المشاكل العاطفية، وأعراض اضطراب نقص الانتباه وفرط النشاط، أو ضعف النمو المعرفي. ورغم أن العوامل الوراثية والرعاية بعد الولادة تؤثر بوضوح على هذه النتائج، فإن الأدلة على وجود عنصر سببي إضافي قبل الولادة قوية. فقد يساهم القلق أو الاكتئاب قبل الولادة بنسبة 10-15% من العبء المنسوب إلى النتائج العاطفية والسلوكية. وتظل شراكة الممرضة والأسرة التدخل الوحيد الذي يبدأ أثناء الحمل وقد ثبت أن له فوائد طويلة الأجل على سلوك الطفل.

أن الله تبارك وتعالي لا يحب للرجل أن يضع الضغط المالي علي المرأة المطلقة، خاصة الحامل منهن
(الوصية الرابعة: للمرأة المطلقة الحامل)
قال تعالي
وَاللَّائِي يَئِسْنَ مِنَ الْمَحِيضِ مِنْ نِسَائِكُمْ إِنِ ارْتَبْتُمْ فَعِدَّتُهُنَّ ثَلَاثَةُ أَشْهُرٍ وَاللَّائِي لَمْ يَحِضْنَ ۚ وَأُولَاتُ الْأَحْمَالِ أَجَلُهُنَّ أَنْ يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ وَمَنْ يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَلْ لَهُ مِنْ أَمْرِهِ يُسْرً سورة الطلاقونستخلص من الآية الكريمة
لن نتحدث في هذا الملف إلا علي المرأة الحامل، إذن: المرأة الحامل التي طلقت حديثاً، ليس أجلها (انقضاء عدتها) 3 شهور أو 3 حيضات، بل بدلاً من ذلك لابد أن تلد، ولا تتزوج في هذه المرحلة مطلقاً ولكن لماذا؟

أسرار السائل المنوي: كيف يمكن لشريك جنسي سابق أن يؤثر على نسل ذكر آخر اكتشف العلماء شكلاً جديدًا من أشكال الوراثة غير الجينية، مما يُظهر لأول مرة أن النسل يمكن أن يشبه الشريك الجنسي السابق للأم - في الذباب على الأقل. قام الباحثون بالتلاعب بحجم ذكور الذباب ودراسة نسلهم. ووجدوا أن حجم الصغار يتحدد بحجم الذكر الأول الذي تزاوجت معه الأم، وليس الذكر الثاني الذي أنجب النسل.
فكرة التيليغونيا
أن الذكر يمكن أن يترك علامة على جسد شريكته تؤثر على نسلها لذكر مختلف - نشأت مع الفيلسوف اليوناني أرسطو. كانت مصدر قلق للملوك في القرن الرابع عشر ولا تزال شائعة كفرضية علمية في القرن التاسع عشر ولكن تم رفضها في أوائل القرن العشرين لعدم توافقها مع علم الوراثة الجديد.
(الوصية الخامسة: عدم تشكيك في نسب المولود لستة أشهر)
قال تعالي
﴿ وَحَمْلُهُ وَفِصَالُهُ ثَلَاثُونَ شَهْرًا ﴾ قال تعالي
:﴿ وَالْوَالِدَاتُ يُرْضِعْنَ أَوْلَادَهُنَّ حَوْلَيْنِ كَامِلَيْنِ ﴾ [البقرة: 233]، فإذا كان مدة الرضاع من الثلاثين حَولَين، يكون الحمل ستة أشهر؛ فجمع في الآية أقل الحمل وتمام الرضاع"
فكيف يكون المولود، مولود 6 أشهر فقط ويعيش؟
إما أن تكون جامعةً لأقلهما، أو لأكثرهما، أو لأكثر الحمل وأقل الرضاع، أو لأقل الحمل وأكثر الرضاع، فلم يجُز أن تكون جامعةً لأقلهما؛ لأن أقل الرضاع غير محدَّد، ولم يجز أن تكون جامعة لأكثرهما؛ لزيادتها على هذه المدة، ولم يجز أن تكون جامعة لأكثر الحمل وأقل الرضاع؛ لأن أقله غير محدَّد، فلم يبق إلا أن تكون جامعةً لأقل الحمل وأكثر الرضاع، ثم ثبت أن أكثر الرضاع حولين؛ لقول الله: ﴿ وَالْوَالِدَاتُ يُرْضِعْنَ أَوْلَادَهُنَّ حَوْلَيْنِ كَامِلَيْنِ لِمَنْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يُتِمَّ الرَّضَاعَةَ ﴾ [البقرة: 233]، علم أن الباقي - وهو ستة أشهر - مدة أقل الحمل" فلزم من ذلك أن أقل مدة الحمل ستة أشهر، وذلك بطرح مدة الرضاع الكاملة (24 شهرًا) من مدة الحمل والرضاعة معًا (30 شهرًا) وفقًا للمعادلة البسيطة التالية: 30 - 24 = 6. والأمر ذاته عند أهل الطب، فإن أقل مدة حمل يمكن أن يعيش الجنين إذا وُلد بعد تمامها هي ستة أشهر (180 يومًا)، ولا يكون قابلًا للحياة إذا وُلد قبلها؛ لأن الجهاز العصبي المركزي والجهاز التنفسي لم يكتملا بعد، ويقرر الأطباء أن الجنين الذي يبلغ عمره ستة أشهر يتميز بصفة مهمة؛ وهي قدرته علي التنفس من تلقاء نفسه إذا وُلد وهو في هذا العمر، بل وتكون لديه فرصة العيش دون حضَّانة، والستة أشهر هي أقل مدة للحمل يمكن أن يُولد فيها المولود تام الخِلقة
أقل مدة حمل في تاريخ الطب (premature pregnancy)
سُجلت أقل مدة حمل في التاريخ الطبي الحديث لحالتين: الأخيرة منهما لطفلة ألمانية تدعى "فريدة" بتاريخ: 7 نوفمبر 2010م، بعد حمل دام واحدًا وعشرين أسبوعًا وخمسة أيام، ويقول البروفسور "رينالد ريب" رئيس قسم الأطفال في المستشفى الذي وُلدت فيه فريدة: "أن يُكتب لهذه الطفلة الحياة، فهذه معجزة في حدِّ ذاتها؛ لأن الأجنَّة - بصورة عامة - قبل الأسبوع الثاني والعشرين لا فرصة لهم في الحياة، نسبة لعدم اكتمال نمو الرئتين والقلب والمخ"، وقد وُلدت "فريدة" بوزن (1) رطل وطولها (11) بوصة.
البروفسور يؤكد عدم وجود فرصة للعيش للأطفال الذين يُولدون قبل انقضاء الأسبوع (22)؛ أي: خمسة أشهر وأربعة أيام، حتى لو وضعوا في الحاضنات الصناعية؛ لأن الأعضاء من رئتين وقلب ومخ لم تكتمل أصلًا، والحالة التي سجلها البروفسور ويتحدث عنها كانت (21 أسبوعًا) وخمسة أيام؛ أي: نقصت يومين عن الأسبوع الثاني والعشرين؛ ولذلك وصف بقاء المولودة على قيد الحياة بالمعجزة، أما الحالة الثانية التي تم تسجيلها - وتشترك مع الحالة الأولى في الرقم القياسي - فكانت لمولود كندي بتاريخ 20/ 5/ 1987م، ووُلد الطفل لحمل دام (21) أسبوعًا وخمسة أيام، كما في الحالة الأولى؛ أي: دام لخمسة أشهر ويومين بوزن رطل واحد و(624) جرامًا
هذا الطفل وُلد حيًّا بعد مدة حمل مقدارها 152 يومًا، أي بفارق 28 يومًا عن الستة أشهر، فهل يعني ذلك أن الواقع يكذب الفهم الذي وصل إليه علي بن أبي طالب - ومِن بعده المسلمون - من القرآن الكريم؟!
الإجابة: في ظاهرها، نعم
ولكن الأمر ليس كما يبدو، فالقرآن الكريم تحدَّث وأشار إلى أقلِّ مدة حمل بولادة طبيعية في زمن لم يكن يعرف الحاضنات الصناعية، بمعنى أن يولد المولود ويعيش من تلقاء نفسه، فالطفل المولود لستة أشهر يستطيع أن يرضع من أمه ليعيش، أما من يولدوا لأقل من هذا العمر، فلا يستطيعون العيش من تلقاء أنفسهم، وهذا ما حدث مع الأطفال الذين وُلدوا بعد مدة حمل أقل من ستة أشهر، الذين ما كان لهم أن يعيشوا لولا تقدم الطب وابتكاره حاضنات تقوم مقام الرحم، فقد كانوا دومًا يوضعون في حاضنات صناعية، وكأنهم انتقلوا من رحم إلى رحم، فهذه الحاضنات الصناعية تكمل مهمة رحم الأم بالنسبة للجنين، وفيها يكمل الجنين مدة الحمل الطبيعية أو شبه الطبيعية.
والآن لنتخيل السيناريو التالي
دعونا نفترض أن العلم الحديث ابتكر أرحامًا صناعية، توضع فيها البويضة المخصَّبة، وتبدأ فيها مسيرة حياة هذه البويضة، وتستمر لتسعة أشهر مدة الحمل الطبيعية، ثم نفترض أن هذه الحاضنة تعطلت والجنين قد بلغ شهره السادس، فهل سيعيش هذا الجنين من تلقاء نفسه؟ الإجابة: نعم.
أما لو تعطلت الماكنة (الرحم الصناعي)
والجنين لم يبلغ شهره الخامس، فهل سيعيش؟ فإنه - واستنادًا لما ذكره البروفسور آنفًا - يستحيل أن يبقى هذا الطفل على قيد الحياة، لما ثبت لديه من استحالة عيش الجنين المولود قبل الأسبوع 22؛ لأن أعضاءه لا تكون قد اكتملت بعد. ولا يُقال إن المواليد لستة أشهر ولسبعة أشهر مثلهم مثل من يُولدون قبل ذلك يوضعون في هذه الحاضنات الصناعية أيضًا، لا يُقال ذلك؛ لأن هؤلاء يوضعون في الحاضنات عنايةً بهم وحرصًا على حياتهم، كونهم وُلدوا قبل اكتمال فترة الحمل المعتادة، مع وجود احتمال وإمكان العيش من تلقاء أنفسهم دون مساعدة الحاضنات الصناعية، أما المولود لأقل من ستة أشهر فمن المستحيل أن يعيش بدون مساعدة الحاضنات الصناعية.
فالفهم المستنبط من الآيتين
صحيح ومطابق للواقع، إلا أن ما لم يبيِّنه الفقه، ولم ينتبه له أو ينبِّه إليه، هو وجود اختلاف ما بين المواليد الذين استكملوا التسعة أشهر وبين من ولدوا بعد مدة حمل استغرقت ستة أو سبعة أشهر، ففي الحالة الثانية يولد الطفل غير مكتمل النمو (Premature)، فإذا ولدت المرأة طفلًا مكتمل النمو بعد ستة أشهر من يوم الدخول بها لا يكون الولد ابنًا للزوج؛ لأن الستة أشهر غير كافية لاكتمال نمو الجنين.
(الوصية السادسة: أطول مدة حمل)
أكثر مدة الحمل في الفقه
تعددت آراء الفقهاء في بيان أكثر مدة للحمل، وقالوا: إن كل ما احتاج إلى حدٍّ وتقدير إذا لم يتقدَّر بشرع ولا لغة، كان مقداره بالعرف والوجود
والراجح كما تبنَّاه السادة العلماء بعد تمحيص الأقوال، يقول الدكتور البار
"فأنتهي من حيث ابتدأت بأن المتفق عليه أن تحديد هذه المدة لا توقيف فيه ولا اتفاق، وما اعتمده الفقهاء من تحديد استند إلى وقائع جزئية لا تفيد تقديرًا صحيحًا وعامًّا لأقصى مدة الحمل، وكأن ما ارتكزت آراؤهم عليه هو انقطاع حيض المرأة، وهو في الغالب علامة حملها، وقد تطول فترة الانقطاع ثم يحصل بأمر الله الحمل دون أن ترى المرأة الدم، فتبني مدة الحمل على خطأ واشتباه؛ ظنًّا أن مدة الانقطاع مضافًا إليها مدة الحمل الحقيقية كلها مدة للحمل، وتبقى غالب مدة الحمل تسعة أشهر
وتقول الدكتورة جميلة الرفاعي
"الرأي المختار: إن الواقع والذي يقبله العقل - كما أرى - هو قول ابن حزم، ويُرَدُّ قول غيره لضعف أدلتهم، وقد قمت باستشارة أهل الطب فأكدوا أن أقصى مدة للحمل هي عشرة أشهر؛ لأن المشيمة بعد الشهر التاسع تبدأ بالشيخوخة، وهي التي تغذي الجنين؛ لذا لا يبقى الجنين أكثر من هذه المدة، فتقرَّر من هذا أن الغالب فيه هو التسعة أشهر التي جرت بهن العادة والعرف، وإن زادت المدة إلى عشرة فذلك مقبول ووارد، وانتفى غير ذلك لعدم وروده في الشرع الحنيف.
قول الطب في أكثر مدة الحمل overdue pregnancy
أكثر مدة حمل لمولود استمرَّ حيًّا بعد ولادته سُجِّلت في التاريخ الطبي الحديث من بعد اكتشاف التحاليل المخبرية (الفحص الهرموني) كانت في العام 1945، لسيدة أمريكية اسمها (بولا هنتير) وكان عمرها 25 عامًا، بمستشفى (ميثوداست) بمدينة لوس أنجلوس الأمريكية، وكانت مدة الحمل 375 يومًا؛ أي: سنة و10 أيام، وبعض الأطباء كان يرى أن فترة الحمل عند هذه السيدة قد تكون أقل قليلًا من 375 يومًا، بموجب حسابهم لوقت انقطاع الدورة الشهرية عند المرأة آنذاك وإثبات الحمل بالفحص الهرموني، فقد قالت (بولا هنتير) أن دورتها توقفت في 10 فبراير 1944، وثبت الحمل لدى الأطباء في 24 مارس 1944م، وقد ولدت الطفل بوزن يزيد عن 6 أرطل قليلًا، وقبل هذه السيدة كانت تحمل الرقم القياسي سيدة أخرى بمدة بلغت 317 يومًا؛ أي: ما يُعادل عشرة أشهر و17 يومًا
هاتان الولادتان موثقتان، ومؤيدتان بالفحص الهرموني
وما عداهما من حوادث مروية لا يمكن اعتماده والأخذ به طبيًّا، لأنها ببساطة كانت قبل اكتشاف الفحص الهرموني الذي اكتُشف في العام 1930م تحديدًا، وبهذا الفحص الهرموني يمكن تحديد بداية الحمل بدقة عالية إلى جانب الموجات الصوتية، ومن يتصفح الموضوع على الإنترنت سيجد من النساء من تدعي استمرار حملها لمدة سنتين أو أكثر، وأمثال هؤلاء لا يُلتفت لادعائهن؛ لأن كلامهن غير مُثبت بالفحوصات.
أكثر مدة للحمل رُصدت من قِبَل الأطباء بلغت سنة واحدة
وهو رقم مطابق للاستنتاج الذي وصلنا إليه من تتبُّعنا لآيات القرآن الكريم، علمًا بأن الأطباء - ولأسباب عديدة - حاليًّا لا يسمحون باستمرار الحمل لأكثر من تسعة أشهر؛ لأن المشيمة (التي تغذي الجنين) تبدأ في الضعف تدريجيًّا، فإذا بلغ الحمل نهايته لم تعد قادرة على إمداد الجنين بالغذاء الذي يحتاجه لاستمرار حياته، فإن لم تحصل الولادة عانى الجنين من نقص الغذاء، فإذا طالت المدة ولم تحصل الولادة يموت الجنين في الرحم، وكلنا نعلم اليومَ أن الأطباء لا يسمحون باستمرار الحمل بعد المدة المعتادة، ويستخدمون وسائل صناعية لإخراج الجنين بعد انقضاء فترة الحمل الطبيعية ومن هذه المعاني نعلم أن تمامة الشيء تكون بإضافة القليل (الجزء الناقص عن حد التمام) إلى الكثير، وليس العكس؛ أي: لا نسمي إضافة الكثير إلى القليل إتمامًا، الكثير الغزير يسمى فيضًا وليس تمامةً، والماء حين يأتي بكثرة يسمى فيضانًا.
بعد تحليل دقيق للعلماء – ليس مجاله هنا في هذا الملف -
الخلاصة أن أقل مدة الحمل من القرآن (6) أشهر، وأكثرها (12) شهرًا، وأن الحمل الطبيعي - المعلوم لدى كل الناس - هو (9) أشهر، ولم يحدث ولن يحدث أن تحمل امرأة لأكثر من 12 شهرًا؛ فبالدليل من القرآن الكريم نستنج أن أكثر مدة الحمل هي 12 شهرًا.

Allah the Almighty said
ووصينا الإنسان بوالديه إحساناً حملته أمه كرها ووضعته كرها وكان حمله وفصاله ثلاثين شهرا حتى إذا بلغ أشده وبلغ أربعين سنة قال رب أوزعني أن أشكر نعمتك التي أنعمت علي وعلى والدي وأن أعمل صالحا ترضاه وأصلح لي في ذريتي إني تبت إليك وإني من المسلمين. ﵞ سورة الأحقافAnd We have enjoined upon man, to his parents, good treatment. The noble verse contains several commandments for the son who has not yet seen the light, and after a short period he will reach the age of the maturity (forty years) and throughout this stage what he should do in this life, but does this mean: that God Almighty did not celebrate other than these two phases (birth - adulthood)? Of course not, God Almighty celebrated other than these two phases in several other places in the Qur’an, but here we will only talk about the phase of the (pregnancy ... he has not even reached the days of his life on this earth)
The commandments are as follows
1 - A direct recommendation from God to the parents (father and mother) of the child, why? Because the mother's pregnancy was tiring and her birth was tiring and she was reluctant to do so, because of the hidden feelings of love for children and childbirth.
2 - This child just came out into life, and he did not wait long until he reached 40 years of age in quick glimpses of life that he did not take into account, and then he became 40 years old.
3 - At the age of forty: The West says about this age, that it is like the foot of a mountain that looks back and finds it is history, and looks forward: it does not know anything about it, and God Almighty mentioned this age specifically without the rest of the ages in the Holy Quran, and this is an indication of the importance of this age specifically to God, and it is the age in which God gives His prophets and messengers their messages specifically, so it is a blessed age, an age that requires repentance and redefining the compass, repentance for what has passed (if it was good, God knows whether it is acceptable or not? And if it was evil, then the repentance, the repentance)
4 - This age requires 3 important things from you: 1 - (Pray for your parents, whether they are alive or dead, at least 5 times a day and night) 2 - (Pray for your offspring, as you have most likely married and had children - the majority of people -) 3 - (Repentance: You are you, just remember the words of the West "the foot of a mountain")
5 - It should be one of the daily prayers of a Muslim when he reaches the age of forty.
6 - After this age (forty: it should be clearly announced: I am a Muslim, why? Because it is the foot of a mountain, you should thank God for what has passed of your life, as life is not given in vain, but rather it is a gift from the heaven, and you do not know what is coming, so the announcement, the announcement from the fortieth and not tomorrow)

Among the women (the weak, the sick, those whose countries are ravaged by famine, those who have lost their husbands due to death or divorce, and other circumstances, trust in the words of God Almighty (and they are weak upon weak), this is in addition to if the woman does not take care of herself during pregnancy, the fetus takes all the basic minerals she needs and leaves her with almost no minerals for the rest of her life, and God is Most High and All-Knowing.

Allah the Almighty said
أَسْكِنُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ سَكَنْتُمْ مِنْ وُجْدِكُمْ وَلَا تُضَارُّوهُنَّ لِتُضَيِّقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ ۚ وَإِنْ كُنَّ أُولَاتِ حَمْلٍ فَأَنْفِقُوا عَلَيْهِنَّ حَتَّىٰ يَضَعْنَ حَمْلَهُنَّ ۚ فَإِنْ أَرْضَعْنَ لَكُمْ فَآتُوهُنَّ أُجُورَهُنَّ ۖ وَأْتَمِرُوا بَيْنَكُمْ بِمَعْرُوفٍ ۖ وَإِنْ تَعَاسَرْتُمْ فَسَتُرْضِعُ لَهُ أُخْرَىٰ. سورة الطلاقLodge them where you live according to your means and do not harm them in order to impose hardship on them. And if they are pregnant, then spend on them until they give birth. And if they breastfeed for you, then give them their payment and consult among yourselves on what is acceptable. 1 - This is the case of divorce while she is pregnant: the scholars say, "House them - O husbands - where you live, according to your means, for Allah will not burden you with anything other than that, and do not cause them harm in terms of maintenance and housing or anything else, hoping to make things difficult for them. If the divorced women are pregnant, then spend them until they give birth. If they breastfeed your children for you, then give them the wage for breastfeeding them, and discuss the matter of the wage in a reasonable manner. If the husband is stingy with what the wife wants as a wage, and she is stingy and is not satisfied with anything but what she wants, then let the father hire another wet nurse to breastfeed his child for him.

It is not permissible for it to include the minimum period of both, because the minimum period of breastfeeding is not specified. It is not permissible for it to include the maximum period of both, because it is longer than this period. It is not permissible for it to include the maximum period of pregnancy and the minimum period of breastfeeding, because the minimum period of breastfeeding is not specified. So all that remains is for it to include the minimum period of pregnancy and the maximum period of breastfeeding. The shortest period of pregnancy in the history of medicine (premature pregnancy)
The shortest period of pregnancy in modern medical history was recorded for two cases: the last of which was for a German girl named "Farida" on: November 7, 2010, after a pregnancy that lasted twenty-one weeks and five days, and Professor "Reinald Reb", head of the pediatric department at the hospital where Farida was born, says: "For this girl to be written to live, this is a miracle in itself; because fetuses - in general - before the twenty-second week have no chance of life, due to the incomplete development of the lungs, heart and brain." "Farida" was born weighing (1) pound, and her length was (11) inches.
The professor confirms that
there is no chance of life for children born before the end of week (22); that is: five months and four days, even if they are placed in artificial incubators; Because the organs of the lungs, heart and brain were not fully developed at all, and the case that the professor recorded and talked about was (21 weeks) and five days; that is, two days less than the twenty-second week; therefore, he described the newborn’s survival as a miracle. As for the second case that was recorded - and shares the record with the first case - it was for a Canadian born on 5/20/1987 AD, and the child was born after a pregnancy that lasted (21) weeks and five days, as in the first case; that is, it lasted for five months and two days, weighing one pound and (624) grams. This child was born alive after a pregnancy period of 152 days, that is, a difference of 28 days from the six months. Does this mean that reality belies the understanding that Ali bin Abi Talib - and after him the Muslims - reached from the Holy Quran?!
The answer: On the surface, yes.
But it is not as it seems, as the Holy Quran spoke and indicated the shortest period of pregnancy with natural birth at a time when artificial incubators were not known, meaning that the newborn is born and lives on his own. A child born at six months can breastfeed from his mother to live, but those born at less than this age cannot live on their own. This is what happened with children born after a pregnancy period of less than six months, who would not have lived had it not been for the advancement of medicine and its invention of incubators that take the place of the womb. They were always placed in artificial incubators, as if they had moved from one womb to another. These artificial incubators complete the task of the mother’s womb for the fetus, and in them the fetus completes the natural or semi-natural period of pregnancy.
Now let's imagine the following scenario
Let's assume that modern science has invented artificial wombs, in which the fertilized egg is placed, and the life of this egg begins, and continues for nine months, the natural pregnancy period. Then let's assume that this incubator breaks down and the fetus has reached its sixth month. Will this fetus live on its own? The answer: Yes.
But if the machine (artificial womb) breaks down
and the fetus has not reached its fifth month, will it live? Then - based on what the professor mentioned above - it is impossible for this child to remain alive, because he has proven that it is impossible for a fetus born before the 22nd week to live, because its organs are not yet complete. It is not said that newborns born at six and seven months are like those born before that and are placed in these artificial incubators as well. It is not said; Because these are placed in incubators to take care of them and to ensure their lives, since they were born before the completion of the usual pregnancy period, with the possibility and possibility of living on their own without the help of artificial incubators, as for a baby born less than six months old, it is impossible for him to live without the help of artificial incubators.
The understanding derived from the two verses
is correct and consistent with reality, except that what jurisprudence did not clarify, nor did it pay attention to or alert to, is that there is a difference between newborns who completed nine months and those who were born after a pregnancy period that lasted six or seven months. In the second case, the child is born prematurely. If a woman gives birth to a fully developed child after six months from the day of consummation, the child is not the husband’s son, because six months are not enough for the fetus to fully develop.
(The Sixth Commandment: The Longest Pregnancy Duration)

The opinions of jurists differed in explaining the longest pregnancy duration, and they said: Everything that needs a limit and an estimate if it is not estimated by Sharia or language, its amount is by custom and existence

"So I end where I began, that what is agreed upon is that determining this period is not suspended or agreed upon, and what the jurists relied on as a determination was based on partial facts that do not provide a correct and general estimate of the maximum pregnancy duration, as if what their opinions were based on was the cessation of a woman's menstruation, which is usually a sign of her pregnancy, and the period of cessation may be long and then pregnancy occurs by God's command without the woman seeing blood, so the pregnancy duration is based on error and confusion; thinking that the period of cessation plus the actual pregnancy duration is all the pregnancy duration, and the majority of the pregnancy duration remains nine months
Dr. Jamila Al-Rifai says
"The chosen opinion: The reality and what the mind accepts - as I see it - This is the saying of Ibn Hazm, and the saying of others is rejected due to the weakness of their evidence. I consulted the medical experts and they confirmed that the maximum duration of pregnancy is ten months, because the placenta begins to age after the ninth month, and it is what nourishes the fetus; therefore, the fetus does not survive more than this period. It was decided from this that the most common period is the nine months that are customary and common, and if the period increases to ten, then that is acceptable and permissible, and other than that is denied because it is not mentioned in the pure Sharia.
The medical opinion on the maximum duration of pregnancy (overdue pregnancy)
The longest duration of pregnancy for a child who continued to live after birth was recorded in modern medical history after the discovery of laboratory tests (hormonal examination) was in the year 1945, for an American woman named (Paula Hunter) who was 25 years old, at (Methodist) Hospital in the American city of Los Angeles, and the duration of pregnancy was 375 days; That is: one year and 10 days, and some doctors believed that the pregnancy period for this woman might be a little less than 375 days, according to their calculation of the time when a woman's menstrual cycle stopped at that time and the pregnancy was proven by a hormonal test. Paula Hunter said that her period stopped on February 10, 1944, and the pregnancy was confirmed by doctors on March 24, 1944. She gave birth to a child weighing a little more than 6 pounds. Before this woman, another woman held the record with a period of 317 days; that is: the equivalent of ten months and 17 days.
These two births are documented and supported by a hormonal test
And the rest of the narrated incidents cannot be relied upon and taken medically, because they were simply before the discovery of the hormonal test, which was discovered in 1930 specifically. With this hormonal test, the beginning of pregnancy can be determined with high accuracy, in addition to ultrasound waves. Anyone who browses the topic on the Internet will find women who claim that their pregnancy continued for two years or more, and such people's claims are not paid attention to; Because their words are not proven by tests.
The longest pregnancy period recorded by doctors was one year
This number is identical to the conclusion we reached from following the verses of the Holy Quran, knowing that doctors - for many reasons - currently do not allow pregnancy to continue for more than nine months; because the placenta (which nourishes the fetus) begins to gradually weaken, so when the pregnancy reaches its end it is no longer able to provide the fetus with the food it needs to continue its life, and if the birth does not occur, the fetus suffers from a lack of food, and if the period is prolonged and the birth does not occur, the fetus dies in the womb, and we all know today that doctors do not allow pregnancy to continue after the usual period, and they use artificial means to extract the fetus after the natural pregnancy period has ended. From these meanings, we know that the completion of something is by adding a little (the part missing from the limit of completion) to a lot, and not the opposite; that is: we do not call adding a lot to a little completion, abundant abundance is called a flood and not completion, and water when it comes in abundance is called a flood.
