4 - باب: ما جاء في أن الخمر ما خامر العقل من الشراب. 5266/5267 - حدثنا أحمد بن أبي رجاء: حدثنا يحيى، عن أبي حيَّان التيمي، عن الشَّعبي، عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما قال:خطب عمر على منبر رسول الله ﷺ فقال: إنه قد نزل تحريم الخمر وهي من خمسة أشياء: العنب والتمر والحنطة والشعير والعسل، والخمر ما خامر العقل. وثلاث، وددت أن رسول الله ﷺ لم يفارقنا حتى يعهد إلينا عهداً: الجد، والكلالة، وأبواب من أبواب الربا.
4 - Chapter: What is stated that wine is what intoxicates the mind from drinking. 5266/5267 - Ahmad bin Abi Raja’ told us: Yahya told us, on the authority of Abu Hayyan al-Taymi, on the authority of al-Sha’bi, on the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with him, who said: Umar delivered a sermon on the pulpit of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, The prohibition of wine was revealed, which is of five things: grapes, dates and wheat, And barley, honey, and wine is what intoxicated the mind, And three, I wish that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not leave us until he entrusted us with a covenant: Ijtihad and Kalela: whoever has no son or father, and a doors of usury.
