The frogs

The frogs

They are known, and they multiplied until their livelihood was disturbed, as they fell into their food and utensils, jumped on their beds and clothes, and filled their homes, So God sent frogs on them, and one of them lay down, and the frogs mounted on him and they were on him, until he goes to the other side and opens his mouth to eat the frog ate it before him, and do not knead the dough until it is covered with it, and do not cook the pot until the frogs are full, so they will be severely tormented, so they complained to Moses, peace be upon him, and he said: This time we repent and do not go back, so he took their covenant and their charter. Then he called upon his Lord, and God sent down the frogs after He had established them seven from Saturday to Saturday.

So they stayed a month in good health, then returned to their denial, and said: His magic has become clear to you, and he makes monsters, and brings frogs without water, hurt Moses, peace be upon him. And Moses said: Lord, your servants have broken my covenant. And they broke my promise, so take them as a punishment that makes them a punishment, and He gave a sermon and upon those after me is a sign among the rest of the nations, may God Almighty curse them with blood

Heavy rains cause frogs to explode

And the Frogs Florida was visited by four hurricanes in 2004: Charlie, Frances, Evan and Jane. Charlie crossed the Southern Peninsula from southwest to northeast. Francis crossed the Central Peninsula from southeast to northwest, then moved across the Gulf Coast and headed for the middle. Ivan hit the western obelisk.

Jane sat off the east coast for several days and then moved west across the peninsula and north into Georgia. Hurricane winds and/or rain affected nearly every part of Florida. National media bombarded the public with images of communities reduced to matchstick rubble; buildings without missing roofs or walls; fallen trees and power lines; flooded roads and houses; The boats were smashed at their moorings.

The frogs and toads are spread all over the world

32 species are extinct and 1,653 species, an estimated 33 percent of the total, are threatened. By comparison, only 12 percent of all birds and 23 percent of all mammals are threatened. Hurricane Jane arrived on Sept. 26-27, 2004, and its rains once again deadened the shrinking pond, kicking millions of tiny baby shoots out of the grass around the water's edge. A relentless series of tiny half-inch hops walked the baby buds away from the birthing pond to find homes in the surrounding woods.

The migrating crowds did not stop to feed or avoid predators.

It spread like a carpet rolling across the habitat, falling into depressions and piling up against obstacles. Within four days, the carpet of frogs had spread 1,200 feet from the pond and it was still moving. Similar breeding populations and spreads of tadpoles have been reported in the press throughout Alachua County in north-central Florida, in Sarasota in southwest Florida, and in Palm Beach and Martin counties in southeast Florida. Tree frogs don't mutate as quickly as tadpoles, but six to eight weeks after Hurricane Frances, hundreds of tiny three-quarter-inch-long squirrel tree frogs and green tree frogs began emerging from the dry temporary ponds and emerging at night
