تركيب الأظافر للزوج
أجازه بعض العلماء ولم يجيزه آخرون
تركيب تلك الأظافر للزوج بالأخذ بالقول بجوازه عموما لا بأس به، وزينة المرأة لزوجها محمودة في الشريعة، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار أن بعض العلماء يرون بعدم جوازه كونه من غير الفطرة كالشيخ ابن باز رحمه الله.
إذا كان في عُرس أو مناسبة قصيرة
أما بالنسبة لتركيب الأظافر إذا كان لزينة وبين النساء ولفترة قصيرة كوقت العرس ونحوه فلا بأس به إن شاء الله تعالى، وكان هذا الجواب من الشيخ عثمان الخميس على السؤال الذي ورده بشأن حكم تركيب الأظافر في المناسبات.
الرأي الأول
فالأظافر ليس فيها دليل بالمنع في تركيبها فهي كسائر الزينة الأخرى، مثل الطوق الذي يوضع على الرأس، ومثل الزينة توضع في النحر أو الأذن أو أي مكان، فلا شيء عليها، فهو ليس من جنس الشعر حتى نقول وصل، ولا يقاس أو يدخل في حكم الوصل؛ لأن مسألة الوصل أن الحقيقة أنها تكون تعبدية وليست معقولة المعنى.
وللتوضيح
فالأظافر هناك شيء من جنسها، وقد أبيحت زينة الخدود والشفاة وجميعها فيها نوع من التغيير، فالفقيه إذا لم يجد العلة حين يتلمسها فإن الأمر يعود عنده إلى التعبد، وهو أن يوقف عند الوارد كما هو فلا يؤدي إلى غيره، والأقرب أن مثل هذه الأظفار جائز.
الرأي الثاني
أنه خلاف السنة ومخالف للفطرة، والتي ذكرها رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم في خمسة مواضع، ومنها تقليم الأظافر.
رأي دار الفتوي المصرية
أمين الفتوى بدار الإفتاء المصرية قال إن العبرة أن يكون تركيب شيء على الأظافر لا يمنع لا يمنع وصول الماء، وعندها فلا بأس والصلاة صحيحة والوضوء لها صحيح
أما تركيب الأظافر المؤقتة وقت الدورة الشهرية
حكم تركيب الأظافر المؤقتة وقت الدورة، أي عندما تكون المرأة في فترة الحيض، وهنا النساء ليس عليهن صلاة، فمع الأخذ بجواز تركيب الأظفار تلك لا شيء عليها، على أن تتأكد من إزالته تماما بعد انقضاء فترتها.

أما النوع الذي يعرف بالأكريليك فهو طبقة ليست بالسميكة ولكنها صلبة بفعل مواد كيميائية تدخل في تركيبها، والجل عدة طبقات من مواد مختلفة، وكلاهما يستمر لفترة طويلة ويمنع وصول الماء لأعضاء الوضوء، فلا يصح.
دار الفتوي المصرية
إن تركيب الأظافر في الحالات التي تكون للتداوي كإخفاء عيوب أو كسر في الأصل يدخلها في حكم البدل عما تحتها، وهنا يجوز للسيدة المسح عليها وغسلها، كما في الجبيرة.
من أجاز أيضاً رأيه كالتالي
أن يضع الشخص هذه الأظافر لغرض صحيح كأن يقلع بعض أظافره لمرض أو غيره فيحتاج إلى زراعة أو وضع أظافر صناعية مكانها، فهذا لا حرج فيه لحاجة التداوي، روى أبو داود والترمذي والنسائي عن عرفجة بن أسعد قال: أصيب أنفي يوم الكلاب في الجاهلية فاتخذت أنفاً من ورق فأنتن علي فأمرني رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم أن أتخذ أنفاً من ذهب.
الشروط في كل ما سبق 3 شروط
1 - يجب على المرأة المسلمة المعتادة على وضع تلك الأظافر التركيب الاصطناعية حينما تتوضأ أن تخلعها عنها، إذا كان من الممكن تحريكها من مكانها، دون ضرر أو مشقة زائدة، كما أن عليه أن يحرص على ألا تتنافى مع وضع خصال الفطرة وأن تكون من طاهر.
2- ليحذر المسلم من أن تكون طويلة أو كبيرة بحيث تغطي جزءاً من أصابعه لم تكن تغطيه الأظافر الطبيعية، لئلا تمنع وصول الماء إلى البشرة عند الوضوء أو الغسل
3 – أن تقص قبيل 40 يوم كما خصال الفطرة

Nails are something of the same kind, and the adornment of the cheeks and lips has been permitted, and all of them have some kind of change, so if the jurist does not find the reason when he touches them, then the matter returns to him to worship, which is to stop at what is mentioned as it is and not lead to something else, and the closest is that such nails are permissible.

The Fatwa Secretary at the Egyptian Dar al-Ifta said that the point is that the installation of something on the nails does not prevent water from reaching it, and in that case there is no problem and the prayer is valid and ablution for it is valid.
As for installing temporary nails during the menstrual cycle
The ruling on installing temporary nails during the menstrual cycle, that is, when the woman is in her period, and here women do not have to pray, so with the acceptance of the permissibility of installing those nails, there is nothing wrong with her, provided that she makes sure to remove it completely after her period ends.

As for the type known as acrylic, it is a layer that is not thick but is hard due to the chemical substances that enter into its composition, and gel is several layers of different materials, and both of them last for a long time and prevent water from reaching the organs of ablution, so it is not valid.
Dar Al-Fatwa Al-Masryah
Installing nails in cases where it is for medical treatment such as concealing defects or a break in the original makes it a substitute for what is underneath it, and here it is permissible for the woman to wipe over it and wash it, as in the case of a splint.
Who also permitted his opinion as follows
That a person puts these nails for a valid purpose, such as removing some of his nails due to illness or something else, and he needs to have them transplanted or put artificial nails in their place, then there is no harm in this for the need of treatment. Abu Dawood, Al-Tirmidhi and Al-Nasa'i narrated on the authority of Urfajah bin As'ad, who said: My nose was injured on the day of Al-Kilab in the pre-Islamic era, so I made a nose of silver, and it smelled bad on me, so the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, ordered me to make a nose of gold.
The conditions for all of the above are 3 conditions
1 - A Muslim woman who is accustomed to putting these artificial nails when she performs ablution must take them off, if it is possible to move them from their place, without harm or excessive difficulty. He must also be careful that they do not conflict with the characteristics of the fitrah and that they are pure.
2- The Muslim should be careful that it is not long or large so that it covers part of his fingers that the natural nails did not cover, lest it prevent water from reaching the skin when performing ablution or ritual washing.
3- That it be cut before 40 days as is the nature of the fitrah.
