[ر: 2332]. 3 - باب: الخمر من العسل، وهو البِتْعُ. وقال معن: سألت مالك بن أنس عن الفُقَّاع، فقال: إذا لم يسكر فلا بأس. وقال ابن الدراوردي: سألنا عنه فقالوا: لا يسكر، لا بأس به. 5263/5264 - حدثنا عبد الله بن يوسف: أخبرنا مالك، عن ابن شهاب، عن أبي سلمة بن عبد الرحمن: أن عائشة قالت:سئل رسول الله ﷺ عن البِتْع، فقال: (كل شراب أسكر فهو حرام).(5264) - حدثنا أبو اليمان: أخبرنا شعيب، عن الزُهري قال: أخبرني أبو سلمة بن عبد الرحمن: أن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت: سئل رسول الله ﷺ عن البِتْع، وهو نبيذ العسل، وكان أهل اليمن يشربونه، فقال رسول الله ﷺ: (كل شراب أسكر فهو حرام).
