  • 5 -The coming out of the graves

43 The day they emerge from the events hastily as if they as if they are aware that a flag has been set up for them and they are running ahead of themselves. Al-Maaraj:43 Allah says ((وَنُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَإِذَا هُمْ مِنَ الأَجْدَاثِ إِلَى رَبِّهِمْ يَنسِلُونَ * قَالُوا يَا وَيْلَنَا مَنْ بَعَثَنَا مِنْ مَرْقَدِنَا هَذَا مَا وَعَدَ الرَّحْمَنُ وَصَدَقَ الْمُرْسَلُون )) يس:٥١ – ٥٢) ((And the trumpet was blown, and behold, they slip away from the graves to their Lord, * They said, “Oh, woe to us who resurrected us from our resting place. this is what the Most Gracious promised, and the messengers were true.” (18) And God has caused you to grow from the earth a vegetation (17) Then He will return you therein and bring you out with a final release (18) Allah says " يَوْمَ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ سِرَاعًا كَأَنَّهُمْ إِلَى نُصُبٍ يُوفِضُونَ (43) خَاشِعَةً أَبْصَارُهُمْ تَرْهَقُهُمْ ذِلَّةٌ ذَلِكَ الْيَوْمُ الَّذِي كَانُوا يُوعَدُونَ (44) سورة المعارج. “The day they come out of the graves quickly, as if they were going to a destination, (43) Their eyes will be humbled, they will be exhausted by humiliation, That is the day they were promised (44) Surah Al-Ma’arij. How to get out of the graves؟ The gardens, harvest grains, and other plants grow when water falls on them from the sky, we know that the earth is full of very small particles of seeds from which trees grow when rain falls on them, therefore, the ancestors are tiny atoms of the body’s cells from which every human being who died in this world’s life grows, wherever that corn is, God will grow it and a body will emerge from it and we discussed the previous topic scientifically: How do bodies grow from the tailbone, the only remaining, non-decomposing human the tailbone? Why do they come out of the graves? After and between the two puffs God commands the sky to rain, and it rains white water like men’s semen, So people grow as plants grow (green pasture); the body of the son of Adam deteriorates except for the tailbone, It is the bone that rests in the last vertebra of his spine, and this does not wear out by God’s will, It has been mentioned with us that the bodies of the prophets do not decay, and we said: there is no clear and correct evidence that anyone is excluded other than the prophets, neither the martyrs, nor the memorizers of the Qur’an, nor anyone else. Then God orders Israfil to blow the second blast When Israfil blows the second blow, the souls leave their resting place, and then every soul goes to the body from which it emerged. No soul will miss the body from which it emerged, the soul and the body are united, the soul and the body are united, while the human being is a fetus in his mother’s womb, after resurrection, they meet again, and life comes to them. Where are they going? A person will emerge from his grave to the land of resurrection for judgment: After the end of the grave stage, the herald calls to go out to the land of Mahshar and Manshar for the reckoning, for Allah says " فَتَوَلَّ عَنْهُمْ يَوْمَ يَدْعُ الدَّاعِ إِلَى شَيْءٍ نُكُرٍ (6) خُشَّعًا أَبْصَارُهُمْ يَخْرُجُونَ مِنَ الْأَجْدَاثِ كَأَنَّهُمْ جَرَادٌ مُنْتَشِرٌ (7) مُهْطِعِينَ إِلَى الدَّاعِ يَقُولُ الْكَافِرُونَ هَذَا يَوْمٌ عَسِرٌ (8) سورة القمر “Then turn away from them on the day the caller calls for something reprehensible.” (6) With humbled eyes, they emerge from the graves as if they were spreading locusts (7) Rushing in fear to the caller. The disbelievers say, this is a difficult day.” (8) Surah Al-Qamar Why did God Almighty liken people coming out of graves like spreading locusts? 1 - An eloquent analogy, as it is a rational approach for those who love scientific understanding. 2 - The locusts are not organized during the exit stage, as they are not like ants, for example, and this is a time of fear that cannot in any way be organized. See this video (the scientific approach) If that indicates anything: This indicates that the exit is not by anyone's will, but it is a forced exit, forced by fear, and when people are afraid, they flee from the terrifying thing here (the shout and the caller). What is strange is that here the people move towards the caller who guides them to the land of gathering. And read the meaning of this verse now: " وَاسْتَمِعْ يَوْمَ يُنَادِ الْمُنَادِ مِنْ مَكَانٍ قَرِيبٍ(41) يَوْمَ يَسْمَعُونَ الصَّيْحَةَ بِالْحَقِّ ذَلِكَ يَوْمُ الْخُرُوجِ(42) إِنَّا نَحْنُ نُحْيِي وَنُمِيتُ وَإِلَيْنَا الْمَصِيرُ(43) يَوْمَ تَشَقَّقُ الأَرض عَنْهُمْ سِرَاعًا ذَلِكَ حَشْرٌ عَلَيْنَا يَسِيرٌ(44) نَحْنُ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَقُولُونَ وَمَا أَنْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِجَبَّارٍ فَذَكِّرْ بِالْقُرْءَانِ مَنْ يَخَافُ وَعِيدِ [ ق : 41 - 45 ]. “And listen on the Day when the herald will call from a nearby place (41) On the Day when they will hear the cry by the truth, That is the day of coming out (42) Indeed, it is we who live and die, and to Us is the return (43) on the Day when the earth will suddenly split apart from them, this is a gathering upon us, easy (44) We know what they say, and you are not a tyrant over them, so remind with the Qur’an whoever fears the threat [Q: 41-45]. And Allah says وَنُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ فَصَعِقَ مَنْ فِي السَّمَوَاتِ وَمَنْ فِي الأَرض إِلا مَنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ نُفِخَ فِيهِ أُخْرَى فَإِذَا هُمْ قِيَامٌ يَنْظُرُونَ (68) وَأَشْرَقَتِ الأَرض بِنُورِ رَبِّهَا وَوُضِعَ الْكِتَابُ وَجِيءَ بِالنَّبِيِّينَ وَالشُّهَدَاءِ وَقُضِيَ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْحَقِّ وَهُمْ لا يُظْلَمُونَ (69) وَوُفِّيَتْ كُلُّ نَفْسٍ مَا عَمِلَتْ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَا يَفْعَلُونَ [الزمر : 68 -70 ( And the trumpet was blown, and those in the heavens and those on earth were shocked, except whom God wills, then another blow is blown into it, then they stand and watch (68) and the earth shone with the light of its Lord, and the Book was established, and the prophets were brought, and the martyrs, and it was judged between them in truth, and they were not wronged. (69) and every soul has been fully repaid for what it has done, and He knows best what they do.” [Al-Zumar: 68-70] To gather all creatures to the great position in the upcoming topic, God willing

  • 3 - The bodies decompose except for the tailbone

The two sheikhs agreed: There is nothing in a human being that does not wear out except one bone, which is the tailbone, from which creation will build on the Day of Resurrection. In another hadith, he, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: There is a bone in man that the earth will never eat. They said, “What bone is it?” He said: The tailbone. [agreed]. In a little while, you will learn about the scientific evidence about the non-decomposition of the tailbone, but here: it is necessary to verify where the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - got this information, ِAnatomy of human body and the ecology? His knowledge is very powerful - Glory be to Him - it is a revelation that reveals. Before getting into the scientific evidence: Let us say the process of decomposition in a simplified and unscientific way: the dead person falls on the surface of the ground, whether it be a human, a bird, an animal, or even an insect, or any living creature less than that, the earth begins to absorb minerals from the body of this dead creature and descends into four layers of deep earth. Each layer of the earth absorbs what minerals it needs, until heavy metals end up in the abyssal layer of the earth, which cannot be dissolved except by a flood or very heavy rain that reaches the depths of the soil, they are washed into the ocean, and some of them also do not decompose in water, including the tailbone found in humans, which is a scientific fact that scientists did not recognize until recently. The scientific evident What causes a body not to rot? Anaerobic conditions, acidity, frigidity, arid conditions, or any other environmental conditions that limit the activity of bacteria will result in slowing down, or even cessation of decomposition. What is Decomposition? The term decomposition means “to break down”. It typically corresponds to the disintegration or rupture of complex organic matter into a simpler inorganic matter. Bacteria, fungi and a few other microorganisms initiate the process of decomposition and are known as decomposers. They feed on dead organisms to survive. the decaying and dead animals and plants serve as the raw materials which, on the breakdown, produces nutrients, carbon dioxide, and water, etc. Detritus are the raw materials such as dead animals, plants and their remains. Microbes then process this detritus which are collectively known as saprophytes. Does the coccyx " tailbone" decompose? The Coccyx: The coccyx is a small bone attached to the inferior end of the sacrum. This makes the coccyx, also known as the tailbone, a part of both the spine and the pelvic girdle. Decomposition: Decomposition of dead organic material is often accomplished by bacteria, fungi, and other small organisms. The rate of decomposition for any substance depends on a wide range of factors including the available surface area, humidity and acidity, the presence of oxygen and many others. Some substances will end up not decomposing and will instead become preserved for millions of years. • 1 - The death

The death in language The withdrawal of the soul from the body when the body becomes unfit for the soul to remain in it The cessation of life from every living being (every soul will taste death) verse The white death The natural cessation of life from an organism Natural death The red Death The cessation of life is murder The black Death The cessation of life by suffocation The dreaded death The cessation of life suddenly, quickly What has been reported is narrated by Ibn Abi Shaybah in “Al-Musannaf” On the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Muhammad Al-Muharbi, on the authority of Analith, on the authority of Mujahid, on the authority of Yazid bin Shajara, may God be pleased with him, who said: “ No dead person dies until his companions appear for him upon his death, If they are people of amusement, then they are people of amusement, and if they are people of remembrance, then people of remembrance. First: some verses talk about the death In this context, we will jump from one idea to another in a hurry to understand the Qur’an and Sunnah and what it has given us in terms of approximation to the idea of death. Allah says يَجْعَلُونَ أَصَابِعَهُمْ فِي آذَانِهِمْ مِنَ الصَّوَاعِقِ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ ﴿١٩ البقرة﴾ They put their fingers in their ears from the thunderbolts, for fear of the death. (Al-Baqarah 19) Thunder has a loud, frightening sound, and you feel for a moment that your whole life will end, so you find that some people are afraid of the death, Instead of hiding from the light and thunder, Instead, they put their fingers, not just one finger, in their ears, a visual representation of the horror of death. Allah says أَلَمْ تَرَ إِلَى الَّذِينَ خَرَجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ وَهُمْ أُلُوفٌ حَذَرَ الْمَوْتِ ﴿٢٤٣ البقرة﴾ Have you not seen those who left their homes in thousands, fearful of death? (Al-Baqarah 243) Imagine the idea and leave a little behind the reason for the revelation of the verse: Thousands of people leave together, like immigrants, forced migration. Why? Just for fear of death, Whoever is destined to die will die by land, sea, or air, and there is much evidence around us. This does not mean that we embrace death when it is coming, but rather the idea of fear of death is an inherent idea in the soul. Allah says Then wish for death if you are truthful. (Al-Baqarah 94) Some people imagine that it is God's pet, meaning the pet of God Almighty - so to speak - which indicates that we are pampered by God - the Almighty -, and none of us is ever a prophet, guardian, or even a good human being, We do not purify ourselves, but rather God - the Almighty - is the one who purifies whom He wills, the idea of wishing for death is the idea that you feel that you are spoiled by God - the Almighty - or that you are good to Him, and this is impossible - our master Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, who carries in his heart the faith of a nation, He used to say that if I put my right foot into Paradise, I would not be safe from God’s deception to put my left foot in it. The idea of wishing for death is a dangerous idea, and God brought it to everyone who claims divinity and prophet hood, and even that he is God’s chosen one. And look at yourself: Have you ever wished for death when all was well in your life? Allah says وَلَقَدْ كُنْتُمْ تَمَنَّوْنَ الْمَوْتَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تَلْقَوْهُ ﴿١٤٣ آل عمران﴾ And indeed you had been wishing for death before you met it. (Al Imran 143) It is clear: even someone who is fed up with life due to distress or pain, whether physical or even psychological, wishes to die, but at the time of meeting, the matter is different - O God, grant us long life with good deeds - from the supplications of the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace. Allah says قُلْ فَادْرَءُوا عَنْ أَنْفُسِكُمُ الْمَوْتَ إِنْ كُنْتُمْ صَادِقِينَ ﴿١٦٨ آل عمران﴾ Say, “Avert death from yourselves, if you are truthful.” (Al Imran 168) inclined and crooked What this means is: If you are old enough and have more knowledge than all other people, like someone who says that he created God in a machine, we create God in a machine, so distort or keep death away from you if you were honest at the time it came to you. the truth is that the idea of death refutes or eliminates every problem, You said it in your life about the absurdity of life, or about overcoming death or any other idea. (96 You will find them the most eager for life among those who associate others with others, ۚ one of them would like to live for a thousand years, but he is not, by budges him from the torment that he should live long,   And God is Seeing of what they do (96) One of the strangest things about people’s conditions at the moments of death is that some of them would like, with the greatest degree of love, to be among those who live not for 100 years, but for 1000 years. Why? So that he does not only experience the idea of death, even if he lived any kind of life - may God protect us - this is one of the oddities of experiencing the idea of death and escaping from it. Second: The state of the departure of the soul of the believer and the unbeliever upon death 1- The departure of the believer’s soul Al-Nasa’i narrated in “Al-Mujtaba and Al-Kubra”, Ibn Hibban and Al-Hakim on the authority of Abu Hurairah - may God be pleased with him - He said: The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: ((When the time of his death comes for a believer, the angels of mercy come to him with a white silk, They say: Go out, satisfied and well-pleased with you, to the spirit of God Almighty and Rayhan ( Every plant with a pleasant scent is a type of smelt) And God is not angry, and it comes out like the sweetest scent of musk, so much so that some of them give it to each other, so they call him by the best names for him, until they bring him to the gate of heaven, and they say thus the narration with confirmation of the nun: It came to you from the earth, and they bring it to the souls of the believers, and they rejoice more over it than any of you over his absence when he arrives, so they ask him: what did so-and-so do? what did so-and-so do? They say: Leave him until he rests, for he was in the distress of this world, He says: He died, but did he not come to you? They say: He was taken to his mother, the abyss. (Al-Albani said in “Sahihah”(3/293): Its chain of transmission is authentic, and Shuaib Al-Arna’ut said: Its chain of transmission is authentic according to the conditions of the two Sheikhs. Meaning that he went to his mother, the abyss: The souls of the believers say: If he dies and does not join us, then he will be taken to Hell, The abyss is one of the names of Hell, as if it were a deep place into which the people of Hell would fall, a distant abyss. ... Al-Bazzar narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah - may God be pleased with him - on the authority of the Prophet - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - who said: “When a believer is dying, the angels bring him a bundle of musk and basil in it, so his soul is released like a hair is released from dough, and it is said:o reassured soul, go out, satisfied and pleasing to you, to the spirit and dignity of God Almighty, when his soul comes out, musk and basil are placed on it, folded over a harira: silk and taken with it to Aliyin: place in the paradise.) 2 - The departure of the spirit of the disbelievers and hypocrites ((If the disbeliever servant is in a state of cessation from this world and approaching the Hereafter - meaning when he is dying - Angels with black faces descended to him from heaven, wearing sackcloth, and they sat near him as far as the eye could see. Then the Angel of Death came and sat at his head, He says: O evil soul, come out to God’s wrath and angry, He said: Then it spreads throughout his body, and he pulls it out just as he pulls the threads from wet wool, Then he takes it, and when he takes it, he does not leave it in his hand for the blink of an eye until they put it in those sackcloths, and from it comes out like the odor of a stinking corpse, It was found on the face of the earth, and they ascended with it and did not pass by a group of angels except that they said: What is this malicious spirit? They say: To so-and-so, the son of so-and-so, by the ugliest names he was called with in this world, until he ended up with them in the lowest heaven. It was opened for him, but it was not opened for him. Then the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - recited: ﴿ لَا تُفَتَّحُ لَهُمْ أَبْوَابُ السَّمَاءِ وَلَا يَدْخُلُونَ الْجَنَّةَ حَتَّى يَلِجَ الْجَمَلُ فِي سَمِّ الْخِيَاطِ ﴾ [الأعراف: 40])). The gates of heaven will not be opened for them, nor will they enter Paradise, Until the camel enters the eye of the Needle stitcher ([Al-A'raf: 40])). Third: An abstract idea for the death Do you like death? Would you like to bury one of your loved ones underground and then return to your home when his place was empty? Why did God Almighty create death? It is extremely painful to the soul, Did you return after burying one of your loved ones under the dirt as you were before, or is there something strange that you do not understand so that you can adjust the rhythm, even if just a little? Have you heard of euthanasia? Euthanized, if you have not heard, is for someone to take a specific drug that destroys cells in a few minutes without pain. Companies are established for it in almost all parts of Europe, and its goal is to make you tired of life even if you have everything that people love. Euthanized death is more widespread in countries. Scandinavians who are famous for human well-being and happiness. Finlay: Scientific idea: What do people see right before they die? People's oddities at the hour of death Here's how your life flashes before your eyes, according to these seven near-death experiences: Researchers call it an LRE — a life review experience — and it's a vivid account of your lifelong autobiographical memories. “Re-experiencing one's own life events, so-called LRE It is a phenomenon with well-defined characteristics, and its subcomponents can also be demonstrated in healthy people. “This suggests that the representation of life events as a continuum exists in the cognitive system, and can be further expressed in extreme conditions of psychological and physiological stress,” the authors wrote. The rest is in the links below. It was published in 1977 He wrote a book entitled “At the Hour of Death” in which he said that most dying people first see dead relatives and then angels or religious figures when seeing a deceased relative, the dying person experiences a state of joy and lack of fear of death. It also turns out that they are not suffering from hallucinations (as was thought) as the monitoring devices indicate a real viewing situation! The researchers discovered that certain brain waves, called alpha and gamma changed pattern even after blood stopped flowing to the brain. “Given that cross-coupling between alpha and gamma activity is implicated in cognitive processes and memory retrieval in healthy people, it is interesting to speculate that such activity could support the 'final life recall' that may occur in a near-death situation.” Six minutes after the heart stopped Blood flow to the brain is cut off, and the brain essentially dies. Then, the decline reaches a point of no return and our basic awareness is lost - our ability to feel that we are here and now, and to realize that the thoughts we have are our own. Some scientific experiments The experiments were conducted in an attempt to better understand reports from people who have had a near-death experience. Such an event has been associated with out-of-body experiences, feelings of deep bliss, calling, and seeing the bright light above, but also with deep surges of anxiety or complete emptiness and silence. A major limitation of studies investigating such experiences is that they focus too much on the nature of the experiences themselves and often ignore the context that precedes them. It's not easy to get permissions to study what actually happens in the brain during the final moments of our lives. But a recent paper examined the electrical brain activity of an 87-year-old man who suffered a head injury in a fall, died after a series of epileptic seizures and cardiac arrest. While this was the first publication of such data collected during the transition from life to death, the paper is highly speculative when it comes to possible “mind experiences” that accompany the transition to death. Only the study reported It reports brain activity recorded over a period of about 15 minutes, including a few minutes after death. New data from a scientific 'accident' suggests that life may actually be flashing before our eyes as we die. A team of scientists set out to measure, the team wrote in their study published in Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience, a type that could indicate that the ultimate “call to life” may occur in a person’s final moments. The conclusion The Holy Qur’an explains to us in the Almighty’s saying ( فلولا إذا بلغت الحلقوم وأنتم حينئذ تنظرون ونحن أقرب إليه منكم ولكن لا تبصرون) (If it had not reached the throat and you would then be looking and we are closer to him than you are, but you will not see) The moment the soul leaves the body and we stand next to the deceased, we do not see what he sees - and we will all be there This situation one day - Then God Almighty says that He - Glory be to Him and perhaps His angels are closer, For those of us who are dead, in today's science we study brain activity at the time and moment in which we think, the moments of death cannot be measured until now, perhaps tomorrow.... • The story of Moses and Al-Khidr

First: Who is Al-Khidr? Al-Khidr is the righteous servant who had a story with Moses, peace and blessings be upon him, as in Surah Al-Kahf. Al-Suyuti said His name is Baliya, and he was called Al-Khidr because he sat on a white scalp, and it turned green beneath him, as in the hadith narrated by Al-Bukhari and Al-Tirmidhi, which is his saying, may God bless him and grant him peace, It was called Al-Khidr because it sat on a white scalp, and it turned green beneath Him. What is meant by the scalp The face of the earth, as in Al-Qurtubi and Al-Khidr, is a prophet according to the majority, and it was said: A righteous servant is not a prophet Is he a prophet or one of God’s righteous guardian? The scholars differed, and it was said that he is a prophet and it was said that he was not, but I read the interpretation of the Sheikh, may God have mercy on him, Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Uthaymeen, and he said in the interpretation of this verse: His Almighty saying: {And they found one of Our servants} and he is Al-Khidr, as was authenticated on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. and he said: {A servant of Our servants} Is he a servant of God’s righteous servants, or of the guardian who have honors, or of the prophets revealed to them? All of this is possible, but the texts indicate that he is neither a messenger nor a prophet, but rather a righteous guardian whom God Almighty granted him honors, thus, God would show that Moses did not know everything and that he missed a lot of knowledge. Allah says ( آتَيْنَاهُ رَحْمَةً مِنْ عِنْدِنَا) (We gave him mercy from Us) That is: God Almighty made him one of his guardians by His mercy upon him Allah says (وَعَلَّمْنَاهُ مِنْ لَدُنَّا عِلْماً) (And We taught him knowledge from Us) It means knowledge that people do not know about, and it is the knowledge of the unseen in this particular story, and it is not the knowledge of prophecy, but it is a special knowledge. Because this is the knowledge that Al-Khidr learned about, It cannot be perceived and it is not something based on the tangible, so the future is built on the present, but rather something from the absent, so God Almighty showed him information that humans do not know. The problem surrounding the Almighty’s saying in Surah Al-Jinn (27)) (He knows the unseen, so His unseen is not revealed to anyone. 26 Except for the one who is pleased with the Messenger, then he is He walks in front of him and behind him as a watchdog (27) Meaning: The Prophet is surrounded by angels who protect him from being approached by a devil. It protects the revelation from being hijacked by demons and thrown to the priests. Al-Dahhak said: God did not send a prophet except that he had angels guarding him from devils, About imitating the image of the Angel. If a devil comes to him in the image of the Angel, they say: This is a devil, so beware of him. What Sharia law did Al-Khidr follow? The Sharia that Al-Khidr followed was not in reality contrary to the Sharia that Moses followed, but only the background for which Al-Khidr did what he did was hidden from Moses. Where did Musa meet Al-Khidr? Scholars disagreed about the place where Moses - peace be upon him - met Al-Khidr, based on three opinions, which are as follows 1 - Bahrain Complex It is the place where the Persian Sea to the east and the Roman Sea to the west meet. This is the view of Qatada and others. Muhammad al-Qurazi said that the Bahrain Complex is in the Maghreb, near Tangier, and the Bahrain Complex is located in Africa, which is the view of Ubayy bin Ka’b. 2 - in Tangier This is the saying of Muhammad bin Ka'b, or they are the two rivers, Al-Kurr and Al-Rass, which flow into the sea, which is the saying of Al-Sadi. 3 - Bitter Lake The Two Bahrain Complex is the Sea of Rum, which is the White Sea, and the Sea of Qalzum, which is the Red Sea. The area where they meet is called the Bitter Lakes and the Crocodile Lake, or the Bahrain Complex is in the Red Sea in the place where the Gulf of Aqaba meets the Gulf of Suez. The story of Moses - peace be upon him - with Al-Khidr One day Moses - peace be upon him - stood and preached to the Children of Israel, and they asked him about the most knowledgeable person on earth, so he told them that he is the most knowledgeable person on earth. So God Almighty blamed him because he did not return the credit to him, and told him that there was a righteous man who was more knowledgeable than him in the Bahrain Council. So Moses - peace be upon him - asked his Lord, maqtal: (The large wicker basket) And in the place where the whale is lost, there is a righteous man. So Moses - peace be upon him - set off, taking with him his boy Joshua bin Nun and the whale When they reached the rock, they fell asleep. So the whale came out of the pool and fled into the sea after drinking from a spring of water located in the rock called the Spring of Life, When his soul was restored to him, he fled, according to the words of the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace -: (And at the root of the rock is a spring called: Life, nothing from its water can reach it except a living one. So the whale struck from the water of that spring - He said: Then he moved and slipped out from the  large wicker basket, and God Almighty prevented the flow of water in the place through which the whale escaped so that its trace would not be erased, and when Moses - peace be upon him - woke up, He continued on his way without checking the whale. (And when Musa said to his servant, I will not leave until I reach the Council of the Two Bahrains, Or he spent a period of time: (a long period of time equivalent to eighty years or more) and when they reached a gathering between them, they forgot their whale and took its way in the sea in a swarm. And after he crossed the place that God Almighty commanded him to reach He felt tired and hungry, so he asked his boy to eat. Then his boy remembered to tell him about the whale’s escape, when they were at the rock, his forgetfulness of that was only from Satan, for God said: (So when they had passed, he said to his young man, “Bring us our lunch. We have become exhausted from this journey of ours, He said, “Did you see that when we took refuge on the rock, I forgot the fish, and nothing made me forget it except Satan to mentioned it. So they returned to the place where they lost the whale and found the good servant there Allah says (قالَ ذلِكَ ما كُنّا نَبغِ فَارتَدّا عَلى آثارِهِما قَصَصًا * فَوَجَدا عَبدًا مِن عِبادِنا آتَيناهُ رَحمَةً مِن عِندِنا وَعَلَّمناهُ مِن لَدُنّا عِلمًا (He said, “That was what we intended.” Then they returned in their tracks, retracing their tracks, then they found a servant of Ours to whom We had given mercy from Ourselves, and We taught him knowledge from Ourselfs. Moses - peace be upon him - greeted him, introduced himself, and told him that he had come to teach him. The righteous servant recognized him, He is Al-Khidr and told him that God Almighty had informed each of them of knowledge that the other did not know, so if his wisdom was known to one of them, it would not be so to the other. Allah says (قالَ لَهُ موسى هَل أَتَّبِعُكَ عَلى أَن تُعَلِّمَنِ مِمّا عُلِّمتَ رُشدًا قالَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَستَطيعَ مَعِيَ صَبرًا وَكَيفَ تَصبِرُ عَلى ما لَم تُحِط بِهِ خُبرًا) (Moses said to him, “Shall I follow you on the condition that you taught me from what you have been prudence taught, He said, "You will not be able to be patient with me. How can you be patient for something you haven't surrounded, however, Moses - peace be upon him - insisted on accompanying him and told him that he would not disobey his order, Al-Khidr agreed on the condition that Moses - peace be upon him - would not ask him, about something until he clarifies to him what he might deny. Allah says (قالَ سَتَجِدُني إِن شاءَ اللَّـهُ صابِرًا وَلا أَعصي لَكَ أَمرًا * قالَ فَإِنِ اتَّبَعتَني فَلا تَسأَلني عَن شَيءٍ حَتّى أُحدِثَ لَكَ مِنهُ ذِكرًا) (He said, “You will find me, God willing, patient, and I will not disobey your command, He said, “If you follow me, do not ask me about anything until I mention it to you.” So they started walking along the sea coast, and a ship passed by them, and those on board recognized Al-Khidr. So they took Musa and Al-Khidr with them without payment, . Moses - peace be upon him - was surprised by the arrival of Al-Khidr uprooting one of the ship’s planks*; He denied his action, which was not commensurate with the kindness shown to them by the people of the ship. Allah says (فَانطَلَقا حَتّى إِذا رَكِبا فِي السَّفينَةِ خَرَقَها قالَ أَخَرَقتَها لِتُغرِقَ أَهلَها لَقَد جِئتَ شَيئًا إِمرًا) (So they set off until, when they got into the ship, He broken it, He said: You destroyed it to drown its people. You have come to something terrible. Al-Khidr only reminded him of his condition, so Moses - peace be upon him - apologized to him, explaining that this was nothing but forgetfulness on his part. Allah says (قالَ أَلَم أَقُل إِنَّكَ لَن تَستَطيعَ مَعِيَ صَبرًا * قالَ لا تُؤاخِذني بِما نَسيتُ وَلا تُرهِقني مِن أَمري عُسرًا) (He said, Did I not say that you would not be able to be patient with me, * He said, “Do not hold me accountable for what I have forgotten, and do not burden me with difficulty regarding my matter.” Then a bird stood on the side of the ship and wanted to drink from the sea water, so it pecked at it, Al-Khidr likened the extent of their knowledge to the knowledge of God Almighty, - Like the amount of water that a bird drank from the sea. The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: (And a bird came and landed on the side of the ship and pecked in the sea, Al-Khidr said to him: What is my knowledge and your knowledge of God’s knowledge except as this bird sips from this sea. They got off the ship and walked along the coast Al-Khidr saw a boy playing with his friends, so he grabbed his head and pulled it out, killing him, The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: (So they went off, and behold, a boy was playing with the other boys, Then Al-Khidr grabbed his head from above and pulled off his head with his hand, Moses - peace be upon him - quickly denied his action, as he had no right to kill a soul. Allah says قالَ أَقَتَلتَ نَفسًا زَكِيَّةً بِغَيرِ نَفسٍ لَقَد جِئتَ شَيئًا نُكرًا) He said: You killed a pure soul without a soul, you have done something deny) Al-Khidr had no choice but to remind him of his condition again, and Moses - peace be upon him - apologized to him and told him that if he objected to something again, he would leave him and not accompany him. Allah says (قالَ أَلَم أَقُل لَكَ إِنَّكَ لَن تَستَطيعَ مَعِيَ صَبرًا * قالَ إِن سَأَلتُكَ عَن شَيءٍ بَعدَها فَلا تُصاحِبني قَد بَلَغتَ مِن لَدُنّي عُذرًا) (He said, Did I not tell you that you would not be able to be patient with me, He said: If I ask you about something after that, do not accompany me, for you have received an excuse from me.) They continued their journey until they reached a village whose people refused them hospitality, Al-Khidr saw a slanting wall about to fall. So he changed his inclination and Moses, peace be upon him, told him: If he had been paid for his actions, they would have been able to obtain the food that the villagers refused to provide them. Allah says (فَانطَلَقا حَتّى إِذا أَتَيا أَهلَ قَريَةٍ استَطعَما أَهلَها فَأَبَوا أَن يُضَيِّفوهُما فَوَجَدا فيها جِدارًا يُريدُ أَن يَنقَضَّ فَأَقامَهُ قالَ لَو شِئتَ لَاتَّخَذتَ عَلَيهِ أَجرًا) (So they set off until, when they came to the people of a town, they sought food from its people, they refused to give them hospitality, but they found a wall in it, wanted to break, so he made it stand. He said, “If you wish, you can take a reward for it.” Al-Khidr had no choice but to tell him that the moment had come for them to part, and he would explain the wisdom behind all the actions that he had denounced. Allah says قالَ هـذا فِراقُ بَيني وَبَينِكَ سَأُنَبِّئُكَ بِتَأويلِ ما لَم تَستَطِع عَلَيهِ صَبرًا) He said, “This is a parting between you and me. I will inform you of the interpretation of what you could not be patient with.” The explaining the wisdom of every story that Moses - peace be upon him - denied Ali Al-Khidr 1 - The story of the ship As for the ship and the damage he caused to it, this was only to get rid of the injustice of a king who used to forcefully take every good ship from its people, So he wanted to make a defect in it so that this king would turn a blind eye to it, and if that happened, the people of the ship would rush to repair it and benefit from it. Allah says (أَمَّا السَّفينَةُ فَكانَت لِمَساكينَ يَعمَلونَ فِي البَحرِ فَأَرَدتُ أَن أَعيبَها وَكانَ وَراءَهُم مَلِكٌ يَأخُذُ كُلَّ سَفينَةٍ غَصبًا ) (As for the ship, it belonged to poor people who worked at sea, so I wanted to defect it, but there was a king behind them who seized every ship by force.) 2- The killing the boy His killing of the boy was because he was ungrateful to God and his parents were believers, so he feared they would follow him in his religion, Out of love for him and need for him; So God Almighty wanted to bless them with someone better than him in religion and righteousness. Allah says (وَأَمَّا الغُلامُ فَكانَ أَبَواهُ مُؤمِنَينِ فَخَشينا أَن يُرهِقَهُما طُغيانًا وَكُفرًا * فَأَرَدنا أَن يُبدِلَهُما رَبُّهُما خَيرًا مِنهُ زَكاةً وَأَقرَبَ رُحمًا) (As for the boy, his parents were believers, so we feared that he would burden them with transgression and disbelief, So We wanted their Lord to replace Him with someone better in purity and closer in mercy.) 3- The wall that changed its inclination Underneath it was a treasure belonging to two orphans living in the city, and this treasure was gold, as Ikrimah - may God be pleased with him - said, Ibn Abbas - may God be pleased with him - said that the treasure was knowledge, and Abu Dharr - may God be pleased with him - said that it was knowledge written on a tablet of gold, And God Almighty wanted to preserve it for them until they reached adulthood, because of the righteousness that their father was, this is an indication that God Almighty is responsible for preserving the offspring of a righteous servant, Al-Khidr concluded his conversation with Moses - peace be upon him - That everything he did was only by the command of God Almighty. We benefit from the story of Moses - peace be upon him - with Al-Khidr 1 - Science on earth today has reached the point of tyranny, some search engines call him Doctor... by the name of the search engine due to the abundance of knowledge in it, and this is not all, but today there are scientific robots and other things that we know and that we do not know, therefore, it was extremely important for God Almighty to correct Moses’ view of matters, not only was he amazed by the amount of information he had, or he is a prophet, so he knows the knowledge of the first and the last. This is not the case. Rather, it is purely a blessing from God - the Almighty - to receive a small part of the knowledge, which is confirmed by the hadith of the bird that stood on the side of the ship. 2 - In the lives of each of us (Al-Khidr), things happen that makes us cry and scream like our master Moses - peace be upon him. The tongue of speech and what's on the ground, What is wisdom? The days come with understanding some wisdom, some of them are still unseen, but most of the wisdom appear in our lives after a short period of patience. Some problems only need time, just time that passes over them, and they become smaller in your eyes, or you become mature and rise above them and not need them more, or they are solved and the problem ends, It all depends on the degree of our patience and not screaming like children, and perhaps God - the Almighty - will make us read the surah every Friday to bring this idea back to our minds. Life is full of unpleasant surprises related to the world, and we are all this person, except for those who have mercy on our Lord. 3 - Be patient with incomprehensible things. You will mature and learn direct knowledge from God, God willing (Al-Khidr attained Heaven' knowledge) through his obedience to God’s commands - according to the narration that he is one of God’s righteous Gurdian, and it's opinion of the majority. 4 - God Almighty’s teaching to His prophets is sometimes harsh, and He taught all of it through experiences and not through words. He blamed our master Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace - several times in the Holy Qur’an, Even the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said about himself (My Lord disciplined me and disciplined me well). Here is God Almighty’s discipline of our master Moses - peace be upon him, so what about us? Are we polite enough so that God does not refine in us what he should be polite? We live in this world in reserve, and we go to permanently reside with God - the Almighty - and with His Messenger, and the Messenger does not sit next to him unless they have good morals, Do we imagine that the incomprehensible calamities in our lives take more from us than they leave, leaving us in a state other than the one in which they arrived, Our sins will be erased and our status will be raised, God willing, if we are patient, so we will be educated and pave the way for a sound and good life With a powerful King, and God is Most High and All-Knowing.

  • The fate and its good and its evil

The Judiciary The Judgment is bringing into existence what has been proven by destiny The fate What God decrees and judges The difference between the Judiciary and the fate Many scholars differentiated between Judiciary and fate, and it was said that The Judiciary It is God Almighty finding things according to this knowledge and will of God Almighty It is the sixth pillar of faith According to the words of the Prophet - peace and blessings be upon him -: Faith: (to believe in God, and His angels, and His books, and His messengers, and the Last Day, and to believe in predestination, the good and the evil of it) The scholars says Whoever denies them has left the religion They are called the corners of the house, meaning the walls and perhaps the main pillars in the house. If some of the pillars are tilted or bent, then all the corners of the house are in danger, rather, there is a danger to your life, and here is a danger to your faith, and among the pillars of your faith (your belief in predestination and destiny - whatever their meaning is - Here we are talking about a pillar of faith that many people ignore (belief in predestination and fate). We assume that predestination is what the angels wrote in the Preserved Tablet, So the fate that is in your hands now, whether good or evil, and you are aware that we all love a good fate and we do not like the fate of evil, and if it descends upon us - God forbid our faith starts to shake like who is God? Why me in particular? I don't deserve this ...etc. Here, do you remember the noble verse with me? (11) No calamity befalls except by God’s permission, and whoever believes in God, He will guide his heart. And God is All-Knowing of all things (11) The Scholars say in this noble verse: If some calamity befalls you (in your soul - money - children) or otherwise - may God protect you - then it is part of the completeness of monotheism to know that what befell you would not have caused you in vain, the calamity was not due to someone else and then it chose you. Rather, it is by the decree of God - the Almighty - even if there is a rival cause between you and the calamity, for example car accidents - May God protect us - it has a reckless driver, but he is just a stick in the hand of God - the Almighty - to deliver destiny to you. First: The verses of the qra'an Allah says (And the command of God was inevitable decreed ) It will happen, it will happen / It's just that we love good deeds. I met so-and-so by chance, The course of my life changed for the better. This is belief in fate (good). Then something bad happened to me: No, no, why me in particular, Have I done something bad to you, Lord, for you to hurt me like this? Fate is coming down, coming down inevitably, whether good or evil, but it requires the courage to confront. (And it is not for a soul to die except by God’s permission, by a deferred decree, And whoever desires the reward of this world, We will give him of it, and whoever desires the reward of the Hereafter, We will give him therein, and We will reward the thankful Has anyone ever fought you and you did not die? Have you been subjected to a death threat, but it did not work? Did a doctor tell you that you have months to live and then you lived for many years? Read the verse again, (And it is not for a soul to die except by God’s permission, by a deferred decree) even the day of your death and my death is determined by a specific day that only God knows, even if it is by killing - God forbid - so God - the Almighty - ends the noble verse with (And whoever desires the reward of this world, We will give him thereof, and whoever desires the reward of the Hereafter, We will give him thereof, and We will reward the thankful.) Why are the thankful specifically? I understand from the context of the verse that the matter requires patience, not gratitude, but perhaps you remember with me that there are people who are thankful in good times and bad - God made us among them - But gratitude in good times is comforting, so why does God - the Almighty - praise him in bad times? Because few of God’s servants are thankful, that is, they do not give thanks once, but rather they are accustomed to giving thanks in every situation even its bad. Allah says (وَإِن مِن شَيءٍ إِلّا عِندَنا خَزائِنُهُ وَما نُنَزِّلُهُ إِلّا بِقَدَرٍ مَعلومٍ) (And there is not a thing but with Us are its treasures, and We do not send it down except according to a known measure.) Did you know the largest family with money in the world? It doesn't matter, what matters is how they dispose of their own money and coffers? Do they spend it without accurate calculations? Do they distribute it to the poor only? Also it doesn't matter:Have you looked at God's spending on the heavens and the earth from the day they were created until now? Have you ever heard that the sun needs maintenance, or the moon, or other cosmic phenomena? of course not, and I have nothing to do with this in the first place? The treasures are full with God Almighty, but He does not reveal them to His servants except for a test and in a specific amount and does not exceed it, there is someone who has a portion of his money for the poor who cannot earn it on their own, and he does not pay this zakat on his money. He is at fault, not God - the Almighty - why? because we are in a world of testing, as if you are during the test period, do you think about anything except when the paper is drawn? It is not possible, otherwise you will be among the heedless at this time. God Almighty is All-Knowing and All-Aware of our souls and knows when to give us and when to withhold from us, especially His loved ones. Why? So that we do not rely on the world and think that it is all of life, but there is an afterlife in which only a few believe, and it requires us to make an effort, not materially, but rather focusing on the duration of the test. Look around you: how many poor people have been enriched by God after toil and hardship, and who are said to be a self-made man, How many rich people have become poor because they are a dependent person who put their trust in a rich person and strives for his father. So why do we decrease money, he becomes poor. Life is a period of examination and you must be responsible in order to withdraw the paper and you have completed the test. (And if God touches you with harm, there is no one to remove it, except Him, and if He returns you with good, there is no aversion to His bounty. He bestows it on whomever He wishes of His servants, and He is the Forgiving, the Merciful) Touch: touch something And if God touches you with harm - it is just touching you) it does not enter into your depths. For example, if you are afflicted with a disease - God forbid you - it does not destroy all your organs, but rather a disorder in your body until a time, if you are among those who are satisfied, God will replace you with a choice of your body, flesh and blood with something better than it, and if you are dissatisfied and this does not benefit you, we return to the verse: Touching harm: Harm is any kind of thing that harms you and does not benefit you, so know with certainty that no matter how much you go to so-and- so to get you out of the problem, only God - the Almighty - will remove the calamity, Just spread your carpet and talk to God, or look from your balcony at the clouds and talk to God - the Almighty - from behind them and remember the value of monologue, and look at the harm that was like the bare touch...   I know that it is painful, but in the eyes of God it is protection. Perhaps it raises ranks or expiates sins. And if he returns you with goodness there is no objection to his bounty, and the word (rad) can be read in four or six movements, as you learned from the Tahweed of the Qur’an. No one will reject it from you if it was written for you in the first place. Then he ends the verse with (He afflicts whomever He wills with it), and the affliction carries the meaning of an arrow that strikes a bird so that it falls to the ground, and you are just a bird in the hands of divine providence. He afflicts you with an arrow that will never go to anyone else - if it was written for you in the first place - and see the conclusion of the verse. He is the Forgiving, the Merciful Forgiving, Merciful means that there is expiation for bad deeds that are erased by the grace of God, and degrees that are raised by the honor of God, a place in Paradise is reserved by honoring God, so be patient, seek reward, and remain thankful in all circumstances Allah says (And if God had extended the provision to His servants, they would have transgressed in the land, But He sends down in as much as He wills. Indeed, He is All-Aware, All-Seeing of His servants.) The verse is clear: That is, God - the Almighty - your doctor knows what to give you today and what to give you tomorrow because he is the one who knows you from the inside before the outside, if you are important to him and precious to him according to your faith. God is always and forever aware of everything, but in a specific way, for He is aware of what is going on in your heart, . We said previously that the breasts are a receptacle of secrets that perhaps no one has access to yet, even with FMRI technology. Therefore, the true revelation to people of what is going on in the breasts will not be here - and God knows best - but on the Day of Resurrection, in accordance with the Almighty’s saying (and what is in the breasts will be revealed). O you who have believed, do not be like those who disbelieved and said to their brothers, When they strike in the land or make a raid, if they had been with us they would not have died or been killed, That God may make this a regret in their hearts. And God gives life and causes death, and God is Seeing of what you do. He struck the land: he left as a merchant or invader, or he hurried, or he went, The verse tells you about a day when the Companions said something that God Almighty did not like, so He wanted to correct their belief in faith so that you and I could correct our sayings, because sayings are an integral part of the belief, so there are things that are correct to say and things that are not correct to say in Islam, as you say: (It was a black day when I saw so-and-so, and no good befell me after that.) the more correct opinion is (It was by the power of God. I saw so-and-so and he harmed me by the power of God, which was written for me in the Preserved Tablet). We return to the verse: O you who have believed, do not be like those who disbelieved and said to their brothers: It doesn't matter what they told them? The most important thing is that the call is to the believers. If you are one of those who believe in one God, do not do the same as them. You are of a unique Islamic faith - of course this is what should be - you have a way of speaking that is not, may God protect you or may God bless you, no, no, rather, by correcting words at times of turmoil of interests. What is important, O believer, is not to be like the one who disbelieves in God and said to their brothers - here they are hypocrites and they said to their friends, and you also do not say something like that. For their brothers when they strike in the land or fight. If they had been with us, they would not have died or been killed. Look, they said to whom? To their brothers, what is strange about that? The idea of saying negative things to someone who trusts you just to gain an interest from him, or to make him feel negative words or to make him doubt his faith, is rejected in Islam. - If they strike the land: they move in an invasion or travel for knowledge, work, or other things: They say to these brothers of theirs (If they had not gone to this battle, they would not have died or been killed). Even the common people, dear reader, understood that and said (A word, “I wish it would not build a house”) - and it was said, “If a word opens the work of Satan, There is no (If or I wish...) There is a word (God destined and He did what He willed... if we take the available reasons) Here in the verse those who said these words were lazy about fighting jihad with the Messenger, by medicine, some of the companions died, and their guardians felt sorry for them. May God make this a sorrow in their hearts. Then it is the habit of the Qur’an in most cases that it explains to you the reason. It does not just tell you to do or do not do, but rather it explains to you the reason, except in exceptional cases so that you understand that tomorrow through scientific research, So that the Qur’an may be renewed in your chest and mind, and from one side I see that perhaps the reason was not that it would be merciful to the nation in its infancy, for every era has its sayings, and God knows best, now: to make: the cause and reason, those words, a regret in their hearts, and the regret is not sadness, but rather: the intensity of yearning and sadness, and it is a pathogen for bodies and souls. May God protect you. And God gives life and causes death, and God sees what you do Here is the correction of the sayings that support the belief (God and Himself are the One who gives life to souls and causes them to die). And God sees what you do. Why? Because you will walk through life, whatever era you live in, and you will find those who regret the loss in your life, clearly, Remember at the time that if your friend had not gone to the revolution, he would have been among us, or if I had not met so-and-so evil in my work, I would not have left my job, or, or... These are the decrees of God, my brother, and we must respect them. Why? It is said that the more he knows, the less his denial. What does this mean? We do not know what truly surrounds us. God knows better than me or you. Perhaps it is good... Accept it and say, Perhaps it is good. Allah says ﴿ يَا أَيُّهَا الرَّسُولُ بَلِّغْ مَا أُنْزِلَ إِلَيْكَ مِنْ رَبِّكَ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَفْعَلْ فَمَا بَلَّغْتَ رِسَالَتَهُ وَاللَّهُ يَعْصِمُكَ مِنَ النَّاسِ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَا يَهْدِي الْقَوْمَ الْكَافِرِينَ ﴾ [المائدة: 67 ) O Messenger, convey what has been sent down to you from your Lord, If you do not do so, you have not conveyed his message, and God will protect you from the people, Indeed, Allah does not guide the disbelieving people.” [Al-Ma’idah: 67] This Grantee or this guarantee is for the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace only. We do not have anything like it, but we are commanded to reach someone like the Messenger of God (Convey on my authority even if it is a verse), Yes, O Messenger of God, even if we are not qualified for that. Yes, present, O Messenger of God, and if I do not (then I have not conveyed his message) and why did he convey his message (remembrance, for remembrance benefits the believers) there are times when we need to calm a soul, not a body. Sometimes we like to listen, even if we heard the words 1000 times before. We are a mass of moving emotions moving wherever we go, Where our feelings take us, we only know that they lead us to the will and decree of God, and know that God does not guide the disbelieving people, because they chose to disbelieve in God and disbelieve in Muhammad PBUH, And they chose not to be guided, and perhaps they stood in the way of your conveyance, so God will not guide them as long as they are in this state. And if God - the Almighty - had willed, He would have said (Never, instead of “no”), guiding the disbelieving people, this means that it will never happen, but perhaps if they abandon their hostility to money, perhaps God Almighty will guide them to what He loves and pleases, Thus, God Almighty never gives up whoever deals with Him, even if they disbelieve in Him - Glory be to Him - Glory be to Him -

  • The story of Thamud

Who is Thamud? Mada'in Saleh is one of the most prominent archaeological sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which was called the "City of Stone" in the past, Mada'in Saleh is considered an archaeological area of great historical and religious importance, as it was home to the people of Thamud, who were mentioned in the Holy Qur’an. They were the people of the Prophet Saleh, peace be upon him, those who responded to his call and then abandoned their religion, and barren the she-camel that God sent to them as a sign, in addition to it being an important center for the ancient Nabataean civilization, It is one of the most important Nabatean cities after their capital, Petra, in Jordan. the site Mada'in Saleh is located in the northeastern part of Al-Ula Governorate, affiliated with Medina, and on the southeastern side of the Nabataean city of Petra, which is located in the south of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, Mada'in Saleh is also located on the ancient trade route linking the southern Arabian Peninsula with Mesopotamia, Egypt and the Levant, which represents an important strategic location dating back thousands of years.  Mada'in Saleh represents the first site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to be included in the World Heritage List by UNESCO in 2008. The History of Mada'in Saleh The history of Mada'in Saleh goes back to before Christ, and it was known in ancient times as the "City of Stone" and then its name was changed to "Mada'in Saleh" in reference to the people of Thamud - the people of the Prophet Saleh, peace be upon him -Who inhabited the city since the third millennium BC, and were mentioned in the Qur’an after they responded to his call and then abandoned their religion and slaughtered the she-camel that God had sent to them as a sign, so he destroyed them with the cry. Madain Saleh landmarks In 2008 UNESCO listed Mada'in Saleh as one of its World Heritage Sites, making Mada'in Saleh the first historical heritage site in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, The City of Hajar, or Mada'in Saleh, contains many immortal monuments that still maintain their original form throughout the ages. The rock faces in the city indicate the Nabatean civilization, which is located on one of the basalt plateaus in the southeast of the Hijaz Mountains, along with many Islamic monuments. Mada'in Saleh contains groundwater wells reaching a depth of 20 meters in the western part, and includes about 153 carved rock facades indicating the history and civilization of the Nabataeans. there are also many tombs dating back to the first century BC to the first century AD, It is distinguished by its decorated and carved facades, which are evidence of the architectural development of the Nabataeans and their advanced civilization, in addition to the development of agricultural techniques during the Nabataean era through the use of a large number of artificial wells that were dug in the rocky ground. One of the most famous landmarks Al-Sanea Palace Al-Sanea Palace is located in the southern region of Mada'in Saleh and is the first tomb in the lands of the people of Thamud. It is a palace and a cemetery, containing terraces and inscriptions and decorations on the inside that are believed to accompany the dead, similar to the beliefs of the ancient Egyptians, Al-Bint Palace Qasr Al-Bint is a symbol of Nabataean art influenced by Greek civilization, and it is one of the most famous and prominent landmarks of Mada’in Saleh, which was carved into one of the mountains, whales were drawn on its gate inside a triangle, representing the palace guards, but the construction of the palace was not completed for unknown reasons. The Unique palace The unique palace is considered one of the most beautiful architectural buildings with a rock façade and side columns of the Nabataeans and the most famous in Mada'in Saleh. It reaches a height of 16 meters and contains a large, incomplete facade. It has a unique design that refers to the ancient architectural art of the Nabataeans, especially in the construction of their tombs. The palace was given the title “Unique” because of its uniqueness in an independent rock mass, It is distinguished by its design from other palaces. According to researchers, the palace was built for a person named “Hayan bin Kuza.” It is worth noting that Mada'in Saleh was called the "Miracle of the Mountains" because many palaces, houses and tombs were carved into the mountains without the use of machines, and God Almighty also brought Saleh's camel out of its mountains as a sign to them. Thamud are a Arab people descended from Shem, son of Noah, peace be upon him They were living, In the Arabian Peninsula between Hijaz and Tabuk, their homes still exist in Saudi Arabia to this day Their strength They were a people to whom God gave great power. They used to carve magnificent houses out of the mountains and build great palaces on the plains. They were among the people to whom God gave power and influence on earth. Did they believe in God - the Almighty - when Saleh - peace be upon him - called them? No, but they disbelieved in the blessings of God, so they worshiped idols and associated anything with God for which He had not sent down any authority. So God sent them a messenger from among themselves who conveyed to them his messages, and he was righteous, peace be upon him, so he called them to God and debated with them about these idols that they worship instead of God, and reminded them that God had given them leadership on earth and made them caliphs after Ad, so he reminded them of God’s blessings, but they did not believe, their challenge to the Prophet of God, Saleh, peace be upon him. The disbelievers challenged Saleh, peace be upon them, to bring them a sign from his Lord, that is, a miracle, in order to prove to us that you are a messenger from God. So the Prophet of God called upon his Lord to send them a sign from Him that would make them incapable. So God answered him. And God sent them a she camel as a miracle for them, and this she camel came out of a great rock, She was a great camel, not like the rest of the camels, and she was a publican, that is, pregnant, and the Messenger of God stipulated that this camel should have a day on which she could drink, and another day on which they should drink, so that they would not drink on the day that she would drink, and she would not drink on the day that they would drink. She used to provide them with milk and the whole village would drink, She remained among them for a period that God knows, and she gave birth, and many believed with Salih, peace be upon him, but most of them were arrogant and did not believe, and he warned them that if they touched the she-camel with any harm, a painful punishment would seize them, but the wrongdoers deny the signs of God, then the group (from 3:9) of individuals conspired to kill the she-camel. There were nine Rahat in the city, and a Rahat is a number of people from three to nine, and these were nine of the most powerful and immoral people, So they conspired among themselves to kill the she-camel and disobey the Messenger’s order in denial of him. They sent one of them, who was the most powerful and wretched of them, and he consumed wine, so he went to the she-camel and slaughtered her. The torment of Thamud, the people of Salih, peace be upon him When the three days passed and in the morning, God saved Salih and those who believed with him, and sent upon the village of Thamud a single cry from the sky and a tremor from the earth, so they died instantly and became like dying wood, as it withered the crops and plants, and the lands of Thamud remained as a witness to them, This is one of the villages that God punished for their disbelief, and God told them to us in the Holy Qur’an. God does not punish a people until He sends to them a messenger who will explain it to them and establish evidence against them. If they refuse anything but disbelief and transgression, He will send torment upon them. This is the third story of the tortured villages that He tells us. God Almighty. The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, passed by the lands of Thamud and forbade him from entering it On the authority of Abdullah Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to the owners of the stone, do not enter upon these people unless you are weeping. If you are not weeping, then do not enter upon them, may it befall you like what befell them. Bukhari and Muslim, and Al-Hijr is the valley in which the people of Thamud lived, and there are still their homes carved into the mountains indicating them to this day. The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, passed through it with the army in the Battle of Tabuk and forbade people from entering it. The Quranic context of the story Allah says وَإِلَى ثَمُودَ أَخَاهُمْ صَالِحًا قَالَ يَا قَوْمِ اعْبُدُوا اللَّهَ مَا لَكُمْ مِنْ إِلَهٍ غَيْرُهُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُمْ بَيِّنَةٌ مِنْ رَبِّكُمْ هَذِهِ نَاقَةُ اللَّهِ لَكُمْ آيَةً فَذَرُوهَا تَأْكُلْ فِي أَرْضِ اللَّهِ وَلَا تَمَسُّوهَا بِسُوءٍ فَيَأْخُذَكُمْ عَذَابٌ أَلِيمٌ وَاذْكُرُوا إِذْ جَعَلَكُمْ خُلَفَاءَ مِنْ بَعْدِ عَادٍ وَبَوَّأَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ تَتَّخِذُونَ مِنْ سُهُولِهَا قُصُورًا وَتَنْحِتُونَ الْجِبَالَ بُيُوتًا فَاذْكُرُوا آلَاءَ اللَّهِ وَلَا تَعْثَوْا فِي الْأَرْضِ مُفْسِدِينَ (74) قَالَ الْمَلَأُ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ لِلَّذِينَ اسْتُضْعِفُوا لِمَنْ آمَنَ مِنْهُمْ أَتَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ صَالِحًا مُرْسَلٌ مِنْ رَبِّهِ قَالُوا إِنَّا بِمَا أُرْسِلَ بِهِ مُؤْمِنُونَ (75) قَالَ الَّذِينَ اسْتَكْبَرُوا إِنَّا بِالَّذِي آمَنْتُمْ بِهِ كَافِرُونَ (76) فَعَقَرُوا النَّاقَةَ وَعَتَوْا عَنْ أَمْرِ رَبِّهِمْ وَقَالُوا يَا صَالِحُ ائْتِنَا بِمَا تَعِدُنَا إِنْ كُنْتَ مِنَ الْمُرْسَلِينَ (77) فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ فَأَصْبَحُوا فِي دَارِهِمْ جَاثِمِينَ (78) فَتَوَلَّى عَنْهُمْ وَقَالَ يَا قَوْمِ لَقَدْ أَبْلَغْتُكُمْ رِسَالَةَ رَبِّي وَنَصَحْتُ لَكُمْ وَلَكِنْ لَا تُحِبُّونَ النَّاصِحِينَ (79) (الأعراف) And to Thamud, their brother Salih, he said, “O my people, worship God, you have no god other than Him, clear proof has come to you from your Lord. This is the she-camel of God. This is a sign for you, so leave her to eat in God’s land, and do not touch them with evil, lest a painful punishment seize you. And remember when He made you caliphs after Aad, and He settled you in the land, and you take palaces from its plains, and you carve out the mountains for houses, so remember the favors of God, and do not spread corruption in the land (74) The leaders of his people who were arrogant said to those who were oppressed, (75) To those of them who believe, “Do you know that Salih has been sent from his Lord?” They say, “Indeed, we are believers in what we were sent with (75) Those who were arrogant said, “Indeed, we disbelieve in that in which you have believed.” (76) so they butchered the she-camel and disobeyed the command of their Lord and said, “O Saleh!” bring to us what you promise us, if you are of the messengers (77) then the tremor seized them, and they became crouching in their house. (78) so he turned away from them and said, “O my people, I have delivered to you the message of my Lord and I have given you sincere advice, but do not like advisers (79) (Al-A’raf) From the context of the Holy Qur’an speaking about Thamud, we conclude the following: 1 - Hadith (The prophets are brothers by their family, their mothers are different, and their religion is one.) (The laws differ from one religion to another, but the origin of the religion is the same,   It has unified directives (God is one and has no wife or children - belief in the Last Day, angels and devils - judgment in the afterlife and otherworldly immortality, not earthly). 2 - A sign from God - the Almighty - and every righteous request - peace be up on him - from them that they let her eat from God’s land, so they barren her and the torment came upon them, and she is (the she-camel).The verse of God, and the verses must not be overlooked mentally or doctrinally - and what if they let them eat up God’s earth? It is arrogance that there is no God to rule, and we are with this power. 3 - A debate that bears arrogance and the scarcity of souls for what is good for Thamud (the people with whom the councils are filled) and a debate with the oppressed, and declaring disbelief while the oppressed are a declaration the faith, This is what distinguishes the heavenly religions, that whoever follows the heavenly religions in the beginning (the oppressed), and you are aware that the word “weakness” (the letter “S”: an increase in the structure of the word, therefore it is an increase in the meaning) so they are not weak, but someone put them in a position of weakness through poverty through slavery or something else. Of course, God is Most High and Most Knowing. 5 - Among the temptations from which a person rarely emerges with a sound heart, belief, or faith (the temptation of power) is the structural strength of the body, or the power to build and see the effect of what we have done, or the power of prestige, or all of this combined, we will never forget the Almighty’s saying in more than one place (And We will test you with evil and with good as a test). And in times of goodness, the trial of good is much more difficult than the trial of evil. why? Because perhaps in the temptation of evil, you will be patient and be patient so that you will be called patient, or you will be patient in front of people so that no one will gloat over you or for other reasons, but for everything you want to be around you and in your hands, and in the same way that you love, you rarely think about a God who is only known during adversity, and be hard on yourself: are you better in your prayers and having guests over, or when you are in a problem that has not yet been solved? We will not deny that we are servants of calamities. Yes, most of us returned to God Almighty with some calamity. The word “calamity” is great and may be difficult for the soul to hear, but it is said about something small or big, and even a thorn causes us doubt, It is considered a calamity, and we take back our saying (to God we belong and to Him we shall return). O God, give us something better than it,   It is returning the right to its owners. Yes, we are God’s right and we will return to Him sooner or later.

  • The bathing from impurity

There are two characteristics for ghusl from impurity 1 - An attribute of the obligatory ghusl that was performed by the one who performed it as a part of the reword, He takes half the wage, and his impurity raise up from him. 2- Which combined two things: the first: the intention, which is to take a bath with the intention of raising the impurity, and the second: circulating the body with water. The characteristic of complete ghus For the duties and Sunnahs of Ghusl in full: please for: https://dinaeltawilah.wixsite.com/rrm3-members-all-ove/post/the-ghusl-provisions And whoever is confined to the first characteristic of ghusl From the intention and circulating the body with water, that is sufficient even if he did not perform ablution, because ablution is included in the washing, and this washing is for both men and women, However, a woman does not have to undo her braid if the water reaches the root of the hair, By one of these two ablutions, the man or woman will be purified from impurity, and the woman will also be purified from menstruation and postpartum bleeding. The hygiene after sex What to do after sex to make sure you don't get an infection Hygiene after sex, if not maintained, can lead to various complications to your sensitive reproductive organs and make you really sick. This is all you need to do after sex to maintain your health. wash your hands It is the best way to get rid of bacteria that you may pick up when you or your partner touch your genitals. This is key to preventing the spread of infection. Wash with soap and water and make it part of your post-sex cleaning routine. Take care of any yeast infections Partners can pass these back and forth during sex. (Yes, men get yeast infections too.) So if you notice symptoms — itching, burning, or a thick, white discharge from your vagina or penis — treat them before the next time you get busy. Talk to your doctor if you think you have one. Clean and wash your genitals Having sex does not mean turning off the lights and going to sleep. Go out to the bathroom and wash your genitals (not the inside), although you don't have to shower immediately after having sex. Gently washing your reproductive organs with water will help you avoid any type of infection including urinary tract infection (UTI) and this applies to both men and women. You can try mild soap, but it is wise not to use soap if your skin is sensitive or if you already have an infection. Soap can dry out the area and cause irritation. Men with foreskin should gently pull it back and wash it under it, experts suggest. The cleaning process should be simple Cleaning up after sex should not include any type of lotion, wipes, creams or sprays. While we usually assume that these help rejuvenate your private organs, they may end up damaging the area. Some are made with harsh soaps, detergents, shampoos, perfumes, or lotions that can chafe your skin in and around your personal areas. Rinsing the area with warm water is the ideal solution. Try to stay away from tampons, pads, powders, and scented sprays, especially if you have a tendency to get infections quickly. Go and pee after sex It is important to urinate after sex because this reduces your chance of infection. Bacteria can enter the urethra at the time of sex. The urethra is the tube that carries urine out of your body. The moment you urinate, these germs exit your body with your urine. Women should wipe from front to back to prevent the spread of bacteria. The purity musk Evaluation of the antibacterial effect of musk on eleven bacterial strains and three yeast species, This study investigates the antagonistic effect of different musk concentrations of 0, 25, 50, 75 and 100% on some pathogenic microorganisms. 11 bacterial strains and 3 yeast species were isolated and identified. Strains of bacteria include Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhi, Salmonella enteritis, Proteus, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Escherichia coli, Aeromonas aquaticus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Bacillus anthracis, Listeria monocytogenes and Pseudomonas aureus. The three species isolated from yeast are Cryptococcus neoformans, Candida albicans, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The results indicated Musk has inhibitory effects on the growth of the studied pathogenic microorganisms. The higher concentration of 100% musk was less effective, possibly due to the fact that the higher concentration musk had a high viscosity and caused cracks in the medium which hindered its diffusion through the media. The results also showed that musk was more effective than antibiotics.

  • The etiquette for entering the emptiness

The Emptiness in a language The vast expanse of Earth In terminology The place where there is no one, or nothing Q: Does the emptiness is the usual bathroom today? Since the houses at the time of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - did not contain a place to relieve oneself, rather they used to go to the spacious land outside the house, they cover themselves and fulfill their needs, and it has been called a toilet. Because one is alone in it. In the previous era, this expression was synonymous with the term Al-Kanaf In the hadith of Aisha, the Mother of the Believers - may God be pleased with her - in Sahih Muslim, this term was mentioned in her description of the condition of women when relieving themselves, and she said: (And we do not go out except night after night, and that is before we take Al-Kanaf close to our homes, we commanded the first Arabs to rose above it, we were harm to take them to our homes.) And in a narration in Bukhari (And our command is the command of the first Arabs to defecate before defecation) And the excrement is The low place, which was used for defecation in, then He - Glory be to Him - says in Surah An-Nisa: (Or has any of you come from the gha't, " defecation " Or have you touched women?) Verse: The place of relieving oneself, the house of defecation, the Kaneef, or the house of the toilet All of them are terms used to refer to what is called today a toilet, or a bathroom, where this empty space that was in the desert was moved inside the buildings, People's customs regarding this differed depending on time. The second opinion The toilet or excrement is the place prepared for relieving oneself, as for the bathroom, it is the place prepared for bathing, If this becomes clear; The defecation, or the toilet, is the place prepared for relieving oneself, in which a person is alone for this purpose, as for what is next to it from the watering hole, or what contains several cells of a large building, the description of emptiness does not apply to him. And accordingly Do not enter large spaces with your left foot (such as hotel bathrooms, restaurants, malls, etc.) rather, you enter the place prepared for relieving oneself, which is one of the cells grouped in this building, with your left foot. As well as all the rulings related to defecation or the toilet, only apply to the same place where the toilet is intended, not on the large building that brings together several cells, Perhaps there were other water basins and the like in it. Q: What is recommended to be said and done when entering and leaving the toilet? In the entering Presenting his left foot, he says, “In the name of God, I seek refuge in God from evil and female evil. When you go out Ghfrank, meaning: I ask you for forgiveness Q: Is it permissible to face the Qiblah when defecating? What about public bathrooms such as hotels? The correct view is that there is nothing wrong with that if it is in homes, but placing the toilets facing other than the qiblah would be better, In the desert, it is not permissible for a person to face the Qiblah while defecating or urinating, but rather make it to his right or left. Muslim narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him: On the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: ((If one of you sits to relieve himself, he should not face the Qiblah or turn away from it)) In Sunan Abu Dawud - which is good with evidence - on the authority of Marwan Al-Asfar, he said: I saw Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both, leaning his camel facing the Qiblah, then sitting down to urinate towards it, so I said: O Abu Abdul Rahman, wasn’t this forbidden? He said: Yes, it is only forbidden in space, If there is something between you and the Qiblah that covers you, then there is no problem. Q Mention the etiquette of relieving oneself? With evidence for this? He does not enter the toilet with anything that mentions God Almighty or the Qur’an, and it is forbidden for him to read the Qur’an. It is forbidden for him to relieve himself in The path of the people, or under their shade, or their water sources, according to the words of the Prophet, :(Beware of the curser who abandons people’s path or their shadow) Narrated by Muslim. It is forbidden for him to touch his private parts with his right hand According to what the Prophet said in the Two Sahihs on the authority of Abu Qatada, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: ((If one of you urinates, let him not take his private part with his right, He should not cleanse himself with his right hand, nor should he breathe into a vessel.) It is disliked for a person to speak when relieving himself It has been reported that God detests this, not speaking about a Dhkr or something else: Muslim narrated on the authority of Ibn Umar that a man greeted the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, while he was urinating,   He did not respond to him. Q: Is it permissible for a man to urinate in water and then bathe in it? Muslim narrated on the authority of Jabir, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, it forbade urinate in stagnant water, and in the two Sahihs on the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: ( (None of you should urinate in permanent water and then wash yourself with it.) The scholars of Sunan narrated with a good chain of transmission on the authority of Abdullah bin Mughaffal, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: ((None of you should urinate while bathing;   most of the obsessive thoughts are from it.

  • The physical & mental benefits of the Islamic fasting

First: The Physical benefits Increased sensitivity to insulin Insulin sensitivity is a term used to describe how effectively the body lowers blood sugar levels, by secreting the hormone insulin. A person with a higher insulin sensitivity will need less insulin to handle the glucose in their blood than someone with a lower sensitivity. Decreased insulin sensitivity can lead to a host of ill effects such as high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, heart disease, and obesity. It has been scientifically proven that fasting significantly increases insulin sensitivity. In short fasting can help enhance insulin sensitivity, which in turn can help us have healthy blood pressure, cholesterol levels, heart disease, a healthier weight, and a lower risk of diabetes. The autophagy Professor Yoshinori Ohsumi, who won the Nobel Prize in Medicine or Physiology last year, devoted himself to studying a process called autophagy. In broad terms, it's like stripping an old car and reusing parts that might still be useful elsewhere It has been found that autophagy plays a critical role in helping the body to Fighting the onset of a wide range of diseases and ailments, including neurodegenerative disorders such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and Huntington's. It has been found that fasting is an effective way to induce the autophagy process in the body. For those of us who care more about beauty than the health of their brains Autophagy has also been found to decrease how quickly individuals age. Briefly Fasting can stimulate autophagy, which in turn can prevent a host of neurodegenerative disorders, in addition to helping us look younger. Promote gut health It was found that a healthy balance of bacteria in the gut is critical to a healthy digestive system. Researchers from the laboratory of Professor John Thomas reported that fasting fruit flies experienced gene activity that produced an anti-inflammatory response that protected their digestive systems and the bacteria within them. While this study was conducted on fruit flies, the Flies chosen because they have the same metabolism-related genes as humans. A healthy digestive system can greatly boost our immune system. Accordingly, the researchers found that the flies that fasted lived twice as long as the flies that did not fast. Briefly Fasting can promote gut health, which in turn can improve our immune system and digestive processes, allowing us to live longer. Killing cancer cells It has been proven that fasting kills cancer cells. Researchers from UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, report that intermittent fasting inhibits the development and progression of the most common type of childhood leukemia. Another study reported Conducted this time at the University of Southern California, fasting, when combined with chemotherapy, strips away the protection that protects breast cancer and melanoma cells, allowing the body's immune system to treat the cancer more effectively. Other published research has shown that The combination of fasting and chemotherapy makes the treatment more effective Briefly Fasting can help the body fight cancer cells, as well as slow their progression and development. Second: The physiological health benefits: The Increased willpower Professor Roy Baumeister of Florida State University has spent a great deal of time researching self-esteem and self-control/willpower. Perhaps surprisingly, he found that willpower is more important to happiness and success than self-esteem. His strength model of self-control likens willpower to a muscle that can get stronger with exercise. Using this model, Baumeister and his colleagues found that individuals who devote some time to improving their "control muscles" see a full range of benefits, some expecting them and others less. By enrolling participants in programs to improve self-control, researchers found that individuals consumed less nicotine and caffeine, managed their emotions better, did more housework, spent less impulsively, ate less junk food and also spent more time studying. Their research found that it could Improved self-control, and significantly improved self-control in one area (such as abstaining from food and drink) led to improvements in other areas (such as emotional control, financial habits, or time management). Researchers have used the strength model of self-control to find that strong willpower can also help individuals act in pro-social ways. Psychologist Nathan DeWall reported that individuals whose wills were sound were more likely to help a stranger, donate money to a sick child, and provide food to a homeless person. Improving our willpower can be a useful way to increase our compassionate behaviors Most famously, psychologist Walter Mischel's Marshmallow Test is a seminal study that highlights the benefits of having strong willpower. Michelle's delicious experiment put kids in the hot seat, offering them marshmallows they could eat right away, or they could choose to wait several minutes This study became very interesting when the researchers followed it up with the children later in life. They found that children who were able to resist the urge to eat a single marshmallow, Delay their satisfaction to get a bigger reward later They were less likely to be on the wrong side of the law Not obese Do not suffer from drug abuse They have higher levels of academic achievement They have better relationships most effective Most healthy physically and psychologically Third: The mental health benefits The Fasting can help your brain More than a billion Muslims around the world celebrate the holy month of Ramadan. Fasting Ramadan is a requirement for the believers. This means that they are forbidden from having sex, smoking, drinking and eating food from sunrise to sunset. Today we are talking about fasting, which includes only food. Regardless of spiritual or religious reasons, What are the effects of not eating on human health? A team of researchers in the United States said that fasting is good for our brain. Mark Mattson is a neuroscientist at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland. He and others have studied how dietary restrictions can protect your brain from neurological diseases that get worse over time. Two examples of these diseases are Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, his team found that controlling and restricting calories may improve a person's memory, emotions, and state of mind. Mattson says his studies build on years of research that has confirmed links between the number of calories a person eats and mental ability. Calories are a measure of the energy in food. However, if you eat three meals a day, with snacks in between, your body will not have time to use up all of the liver glycogen. Therefore, chemicals for learning and memory are not produced. A report in Johns Hopkins Health Review describes the links. It is said that every time we eat, a sugar called glucose is stored in the liver in the form of glycogen. It takes your body about 10 to 12 hours to use all of the glycogen. The report said, “After using glycogen your body begins to burn fat, which turns into chemicals that neurons use as energy. These chemicals are important for learning, memory, and overall brain health, Physical exercise can also use up glycogen, Mattson said. not surprisingly, he added, "exercise has been shown to have the same positive effect on the brain as fasting." The researchers found that reducing food intake for at least two days a week can improve neural connections in the hippocampus. • The spirituality of the fasting

The file in PDF format and in Arabic language, please for First: The Holy Quran which came for the fasting Allah says 187}. O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become pious (183) A number of days. Then whoever of you is sick or on a journey, then a number of other days, those who bear the ransom must feed a needy. But whoever does good voluntarily, it will be better for him, And that fast is better for you, if you only know (184) The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur’an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion, So whoever of you witnesses the month, let him fast it, and whoever is sick or on a journey, let him fast a number of other days, God desires ease for you and does not desire hardship for you, and that you may complete the period, And glorify God for having guided you, And perhaps you will be grateful (185) And when My servants ask you about Me, then I am near. I answer the call of the supplicant when he calls upon me, So let them respond to Me and believe in Me that they may be prudence (186) It is permissible for you on the night of fasting to have sexual intercourse with your wives. They are clothing for you and you are clothing for them, God knew that you were rebelling against yourselves, but He turned to you and pardoned you, So now sexual intercourse with them and seek what God has ordained for you, and eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread, then complete the fast until nightfall, and do not interact with them while you are secluded in the mosques, These are the limits of God, so do not approach them. Thus does God make clear His signs to the people that they may become pious {Al-Baqarah: 187}. We agreed in advance that every action has an intention to benefit, and from this, fasting is a religious action like any other action, except that it has a legal character, Hence, It does not do it without the intention of benefiting, but on the contrary, there is the intention of benefiting, which is (obtaining piety) What is the relationship between abstaining from some permissible things during the day and obtaining piety at the end of the month as a reward? Let us not forget that the first day day of the Eid Al Fitr is called the reward day. Is piety the reward that I will obtain because of fasting? God knows, and with God’s blessings, let us begin with what we take from the noble verses that are with our hands. 1 - O you who believe An appeal to a limited group of M'mneen : a circle more specific than the general circle of Muslims by name or ID card. 2 - Fasting is prescribed for you as it was prescribed for those before you Therefore, it is not an innovation from previous nations, but rather God - the Almighty - in all of His heavenly religions prescribed fasting for those who believe in Him. 3- That you may become righteous This is the goal of God Almighty’s mercy on this nation: to make it a big goal and small goals to be achieved through tasks, what is important here is day after day fasting for 30 days or less, from man to woman or otherwise, and it is one of the characteristics of the most productive people in life to have a long-term goal, He looks at it every day until it arrives, and this is what happens with us during fasting. We wait for breakfast every day as the completion of one of the tasks, and we wait for the reward day on the day of Eid. 4 - A few days how old are you? 60, 40, 20...etc. Do you feel that this age of your life has passed? It is just a few days, my brother, so take advantage of it, and the spoils are obtained after a battle, (Here is the battle is with yourself) And when you get it, hold on to it as if it were everything in this life, even if you were rich. 5 - So whoever of you is sick or on a journey, then a number of other days. People have circumstances, some of them have a normal life, some of them are under the burden of war, some of them are sick, some of them, and some of them, so among the future plans, that takes into account individual differences in people’s lives, wise legislation that makes exceptions a share, therefore, whoever plans for 100 years for giant companies and does not take into account the different circumstances of his employees is an unsuccessful plan. 6- Those who pay a ransom must feed a needy, So whoever does good voluntarily, it is better for him, and that you fast is better for you, if you only know, If your financial ability allows and your health does not allow you to fast, or travel frequently, and you can bear to pay the ransom, then do it voluntarily. In another topic, you will learn how many physical, psychological and mental benefits there are from fasting, you are the only beneficiary. Just imagine: God Almighty does not benefit from your fasting. Yes, you are the beneficiary. Whoever volunteers to spend money instead of fasting, it will be better for him, but fasting is better, more comprehensive and will changing your life. Then he concludes this verse by saying, “If you only knew,” didn’t I tell you that you are the beneficiary? 7 - The month of Ramadan in which was revealed the Qur’an, a guidance for the people and clear proofs of guidance and criterion. The months of the year are many and varied, and the month of Ramadan, since it is in the Arab months, is therefore variable. It is not the month of December, for example. Every year it comes in the winter, rather, someone who has tried fasting one summer in his life may not try it again until after many years of his life, if God Almighty prolongs his life, In the West today: They celebrate International Women's Day and Watermelon Day... I am not being sarcastic. They celebrate every occasion, insignificant or great, as an international day, and we have an international month (the month of Ramadan) They must be making an international day for something because it has something distinct from the rest of the days for this occasion in particular. We have an occasion for the international month (Ramadan) It is the revelation of the Qur’an through it, so it is special, so if you do not listen to the Qur’an in Ramadan, then when? If you do not read the Qur’an and do not count how many times you have read in order to finish and brag in front of people how many times you have completed, then when? If you do not read some of the interpretation so that the verses may guide you and make clear guidance for you, then when, the days pass by and we will all die, do you know your children well? What really bothers them and what they love...etc. So why don’t you understand the Qur’an the first thing you read, just as you read the thoughts of your children, O reader of thoughts, read the thoughts of God Almighty, It is more deserving of benefit than your bragging about reading other people's brains. 8 - So whoever of you witnesses the month, let him fast it, and whoever is sick or on a journey, let him fast a number of other days. Let him fast: This is a divine command for your benefit, not for God’s benefit. And whoever is sick: You will have compensation for the year and all the years of your life, God willing, but be mindful and pay attention to what remains of your life. 9 - God desires ease for you and does not desire hardship for you. Strange, isn't it? Fasting is difficult, tiring and exhausting, and for some people it is almost impossible, and questions are multiplying: What is the wisdom? Why this hard work...etc.. Remember this part of the verse: He wants ease for you, He does not want hardship for you - Do yourself a favor by reading the psychological, mental and physical benefits of fasting during the month of Ramadan, As for the hardship you are talking about, it is not a characteristic of God - the Almighty - and He confirms this to you here so that you can be reassured. 10 - And that you may complete the number of days, and that you may glorify God for having guided you, and that you may be grateful. Complete the 30 days, O believer. Say from within yourself and from your heart (God is Great), why? To guide the Muslim nation to the best type of fasting ever, intermittent dry fasting for your health, psychology, and mind, He did not guide previous nations with heavenly laws to what He guided you to, and you neglect it, and perhaps you are among those who are thankful. What is the meaning of this? There are different types of gratitude, my brother: it includes the gratitude of the tongue that does not come from the heart, and it includes the gratitude of the heart, (A thankful heart as a the truth) Among them is the gratitude of the limbs, and you: How did you thank? Have you ever had Ramadan in your life and thanked God for its presence in your life, while you were alive and not dead? sound, he is not sick. Have you thanked God from your heart for that? If you did not do it one day, now: Give thanks for the blessing of Ramadan, for it is a blessing from God. 11 - And when My servants ask you about Me, then I am near. I answer the call of the supplicant when he calls upon me. What is the relationship: I fast and my Lord speaks to me about fasting and its benefits (if you know) and then He speaks to me about how He answers supplications. So understand what God Almighty is about when you want some benefit from your manager at work, You know that it is difficult for him to agree to this interest, and even if you are promoted and you do not deserve it due to your work, are you not trying to please him? You're trying, aren't you? Fasting is tantamount to pleasing God Almighty, It is one of the best forms of closeness through which you can draw closer to God - the Almighty - so if you complete your fast without gossip (initiation between people), without (backbiting), without malice, grudges, envy, and other things that discourage good deeds, so supplicate while you understand about God. You are the one who responds to the call. The supplication is answered. Pray and you are certain of the answer. It is not upon God - the Almighty - to work, no, no, but rather by making an effort to complete the worship in the way that pleases Him, then turn completely to His noble face, to carry out your interests, your interests with him are not with your manager, your interests with him are not in the hands of acquaintances, your interests with him are not in the hands of your father or your mother... now, now. 12 - So let them respond to Me and believe in Me that they may be prudence (186) What is the quality of the response? It is to complete worship in the way he wants, not what you do, and let them believe in me: Aren’t we believers enough? It seems that we are not, If we remember the Almighty’s saying (and in heaven there is provision for you and what you are promised), we would refrain from many things that we do. Why, Lord, the response and faith (perhaps they will be prudence ) and what is prudence? A man is sensible: he is right, he is guided, he is upright, he knows the path of righteousness, or he disposes of money well, From the last: You will be more rational, you will be mature and no one will laugh at you, I will fast and in the end I will be mature, what is the relationship? Eating and drinking are hidden desires of the soul that only two types of people can sublimates: things All of us, most of us, are immersed in this blindingly, why? It is said: Btnah: " extreme fullness of food" takes away intelligence and the mind is called reason only because it protects its bearer from falling into danger, and God is Most High and Most Knowing. 13 - It is lawful for you on the night of fasting to have sexual intercourse with your wives. They are clothing for you and you are clothing for them. God knew that you were rebelling against yourselves, so he turned. upon you and pardoned you, so now have peace with them and seek what God has decreed for you. One of the greatness of this religion is that it is not fasting from a specific type of food or fasting for long months that deprives the body of its requirements, but it is fasting that does not deprive the body but rather refines the spirit and gains immunity that strengthens the body in a better way. 14 - And eat and drink until the white thread of dawn becomes distinct to you from the black thread, then complete the fast until night, and do not bond with them while you are If you spend time in the mosques, those are the limits of God, so do not approach them. A Provisions let us abide by them 15 - Thus does God make clear His signs to the people that they may become pious. {Al-Baqarah: 187}. God - the Almighty - explained to us the legitimacy, rulings, and the ideal method for fasting. Note: God did not teach us in the noble verses that a drop breaks the fast or that backbiting eats up good deeds, Rather, he left that for the purified Sunnah, which we will talk about shortly. As for what was stated in the Qur’an regarding the obligation of fasting: It talked about reason, maturity, maturity, and piety. So do you leave the virtuous to less than that? Second: The Purified Sunnah The reward of those who fast The heaven Al-Bukhari’s wording: There is a gate in Paradise called Al-Rayyan through which those who fast will enter on the Day of Resurrection, no one except them will enter from it. It is said, “Where are the fasting people?” They stand up and no one except them will enter from it. If they enter, it is closed and no one enters from it. The forgiveness of sin On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (Whoever prays Ramadan out of faith and seeking reward, his previous sins will be forgiven.) Agreed upon. On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: (Whoever prays the Night of Fate out of faith and seeking reward, His previous sins will be forgiven.) Agreed upon. Stay away from fire On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (Fasting is a shield and a strong fortress from Hell) Narrated by Ahmed. A reason to answer supplications On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (Three supplications are not rejected: the supplication of a father, the supplication of a fasting person, and the supplication of a traveler) It was narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in Al-Sunan, and Al-Dia’ in Al-Ahadith Al-Mukhtara, and its chain of transmission is good. One of the types of intercession on the Day of Resurrection On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (Fasting and the Qur’an will intercede for the servant on the Day of Resurrection, Fasting says: Oh Lord, I prevented him from food and desires during the day, Fasting says: Oh Lord, I prevented him from food and desires during the day, so let me intercede for him, The Qur’an says: I prevented him from sleeping at night, so let me interceded for me on his behalf so, they intercede.” Narrated by Ahmad. The blessing and the presence of angels at suhoor On the authority of Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (A separation between our fasting and the fasting of the People of the Book who eat pre-dawn prayers) Narrated by Muslim. On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (Suhoor is eaten with blessings; do not leave it, even if one of you drinks a sip of water; For God Almighty and His angels pray over those who wear suhoor.” Narrated by Ahmad and Ibn Hibban. On the authority of Abdullah bin Omar, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (Indeed, God and His angels send blessings upon those who wear suhoor.) Narrated by Ibn Hibban. On the authority of Al-Miqdam bin Maadi Karb, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said:   (You should eat the suhoor lunch, for it is the blessed lunch.) Narrated by Al-Nasa’i. Of course, you are an expert: We pray and hope for an answer from God, and some of us accept His obedience and some do not. As for the angels, they are honorable servants who do not sin like us, so their supplications are inevitably answered. So pray for yourself and the nation at suhoor, for it is a prayer that is guaranteed ( Amen above it) by the angels and is therefore not rejected. The reward is from God - the Almighty - directly On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (God Almighty said: Every action of the son of Adam is for him except fasting; it is for Me and I will reward for it, Fasting is a shield, and if it is a day for one of you to fast, he should not be intercourse with women, nor be loud. If someone insults him or fights him, he should say: I am a fasting person, and by the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, the smell of the mouth of a fasting person is better to God than the scent of musk, The fasting person has two joys: when he breaks his fast he rejoices, and when he meets his Lord he rejoices in his fasting) Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim. We will not talk about the Noble Hadith except in one part only Fasting is for me and I will reward it Note: All Islamic laws (Hajj and Umrah - Zakat - Prayer...) are all based on God - the Almighty - so why did he single out fasting as “His” perhaps for the following reasons: 1 - Through it is the monitoring of God - the Almighty - no one, no matter how much he watches you, is superior to the monitoring of God - the Almighty - so no one truly knows whether you are breaking the fast or fasting. 2 - He urged me to fast while he did not benefit - Glory be to Him - so who benefits? 3 - The reward for all deeds is written by the angels, except for fasting. It is written directly with God, and He is the one who rewards it with a worldly reward (piety and maturity) and an afterlife reward that we do not really know. All we know is entering through the Gate of Al-Rayyan. Acceptable fasting, God willing. Oh God, accept our small deeds before the big ones, remove from them those that frustrate deeds, and accept them from us with good acceptance. And remember what good acceptance is? There is an act of worship that is unacceptable - God forbid - the one who performs it takes pains to work and it is not accepted from him (It was accepted from one of them but not from the other) There is acceptable worship, not with acceptable appreciation, but with appreciation for excellence - if so to speak - (So her Lord accepted her with good acceptance.) And you have to choose. May God accept good deeds from us and from you.
