And there is no red over black, nor black over red, except with piety) Narrated by Imam Ahmad. 

what's Islam Offer to free them

1 - (Marrying) from woman slave or man slave

Evidence: He (peace be upon him) said: “Any man who had a slave woman, discipline and discipline her well, teach her and teach her well, Free her and marry her, for he will have the reward of God.”

(The Prophet himself did this)

Melk al-Yamen (female slave)

Allah says

 {وَبِالْوَالِدَيْنِ إِحْسَاناً وَبِذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينِ وَالْجَارِ ذِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْجَارِ الْجُنُبِ وَالصَّاحِبِ بِالجَنبِ وَابْنِ السَّبِيلِ وَمَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ إِنَّ اللّهَ لاَ يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ مُخْتَالاً فَخُوراً)

{And be benevolent to parents, and to kin, and orphans, and the needy, and the neighbour, and the neighbor by side, and the companion in the side and the son of the way, and what you possess of a slave woman or slave, God does not like the arrogant proud)

If the mujahid owns a female slave or slave, then it is permissible for him to sell them, and in both cases - the ownership from the battle or from the sale - In the case of the Mujahid who owns Ummah: slave woman It is not permissible for a man to have intercourse with a female slave until after she has menstruated, in which it is known that her womb is free of pregnancy. If she is pregnant, then he must wait until she gives birth.

On the authority of Ruwafa’ bin Thabit al-Ansari, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say on the day of Hunayn, he said: “It is not permissible for a person who believes in God and the Last Day, To irrigate his water for the planting of others - meaning: intercourse  the pregnant women - And it is not permissible for a person who believes in God and the Last Day to fall upon a woman from captivity until he has cleared her " meaning: sh's not pregnant", and it is not permissible for a person who believes in God and the Last Day to sell spoils until it is divided.” Narrated by Abu Dawood (2158), and Sheikh Al-Albani graded it as authentic in “Sahih Abi Dawood” (1890).

The correspondence
( والَّذِينَ يَبْتَغُونَ الْكِتَابَ مِمَّا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ:" العبد والأمه" ، فَكَاتِبُوهُمْ إِنْ عَلِمْتُمْ فِيهِمْ خَيْرًا ۖ وَآتُوهُم مِّن مَّالِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي آتَاكُمْ ۚ)

(And those who desire the Book of what your oaths possess: “The slave and the ummah,” so write them down if you know something good in them and give them from the wealth of God that has given you)

If the slave wants freedom, he comes to his master and knows him, what he wants and agrees with him on a financial value to be paid by the slave, from his own work - which the master gives time for him - and they write between them a book to which the people testify.

Second how to dealing with them Justly?
 Not giving him the title of slave rather give him a good nickname

  Let not one of you say: feed your Lord, make your Lord ablution, water your Lord, and say: My master, and none of you should say: My servant, my woman slave, rather say: My boy, my girl,my young boy, Until they end up unable to express their thoughts and expressions and return to their own world where they live without labels and are free, in being themselves. However, these worlds are not very realistic, and isolation graduates to more serious problems such as identity crisis, substance dependence, often to antisocial behavior patterns.

Not to kill a slave, cut him off (cut off his nose or a part of his limbs) or castrate him “his testicles were extracted or removed.”

 4515 - On the authority of Samra, that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever kills his servant, we will kill him, and whoever cuts off: cuts off his nose or one of his limbs, his servant will cut him, Then he mentioned the hadith of Shu’bah and Hammad. Abu Dawud said: It was narrated by Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi, on the authority of Hisham, similar to the hadith of Muadh.

Labeling people causes them to lose motivation and self-esteem because it shuts down the mind of the person who sticks to the label. The designer gets a general idea of the subject, He is not allowed any room for change or improvement. When we put labels on people, we take away any chance for them to rise above expectations

Not eating their money of the sold

 In a hadith al-Qudsi: God Almighty said: (In a Qudsi hadith he says - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him-: (God said: There are three, I will be their opponent on the Day of Resurrection: A man gave by me and then treacherously, and a man sold a free man and ate his price, and a man hired a worker and he fulfilled it and he was not given his wages.

Not slander throwing him what he didn't do

Defamation: falling into adultery, homosexuality, or denying parentage, or a child, and it is by explicit speech or writing)

The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: “Whoever slanders his slave who is innocent of what he said, the punishment will be imposed on him on the Day of Resurrection except he as he said)

It is not hidden from anyone, for example, to claim a moral crime in a closed society, such as Arab societies in particular, the newcomers to Islam, and its effect on the soul of the recipient, especially if he is innocent.

Third: Rewords for who's freed them
Whoever sets him free (protection from the fire on the Day of Resurrection)

 The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever frees the slave of a Muslim, God will free every part of him from the fire, even his privte part by his privte part) .

 Whoever frees them will have two rewards: like the reward of the People of the Book if they embrace Islam

 The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: “If a man disciplines his ummah, then depline her, deciplaine her well, and teaches her well, then he freed her and married her, and he had two wages, and if he believes in Jesus, then believes in me, he will have two rewards, and if a servant pious his Lord and obeys his masters, he will have two rewards.) Al - Bukhari

فَلَا اقْتَحَمَ الْعَقَبَةَ ۝ وَمَا أَدْرَاكَ مَا الْعَقَبَةُ ۝ فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ ۝

Fourth: The Penances for the great sins  
 The Atonement for manslaughter

 The Almighty said: (Whoever kills a believer by mistake, you will set free a believing' neck )

 You know how many doctors by medical error kill a believing soul, or a car accident, or others. Whoever causes the death of a believer by mistake has to free a slave,

 If the wrongful killing was from a tribe or country, between you and them there is a treaty, then it is the solution

1- A ransom that you give to the family of the dead

2 - Freeing a believer's neck

3- If you are not able to do this or that, then fast for two consecutive months without interruption.

Zuhar Penance

A man forbids his wife against himself and makes her like his mother

And those who say to their women, “You are upon us like the backs of our mothers,” and then they regret about what they said, liberate a neck before they touch, that is what you are admonishing, and God is well-acquainted with what you do.)

The Penance for gross oaths

 Allah says

لا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ اللَّهُ بِاللَّغْوِ فِي أَيْمَانِكُمْ وَلَكِنْ يُؤَاخِذُكُمْ بِمَا عَقَّدْتُمُ الأَيْمَانَ فَكَفَّارَتُهُ إِطْعَامُ عَشَرَةِ مَسَاكِينَ مِنْ أَوْسَطِ مَا تُطْعِمُونَ أَهْلِيكُمْ أَوْ ...كِسْوَتُهُمْ أَوْ تَحْرِيرُ رَقَبَةٍ

 God will not punish you for the nonsense in your oaths, God will not punish you for the nonsense in your oaths from what you feed your family, or clothe them, or free a neck).

 The atonement for intercourse during the day in Ramadan

 The expiation is the freeing of a believing slave with ability, If he is unable to fast for two consecutive months while he is able, then if he is unable to feed sixty poor people, the value is not sufficient, food for each one half a saa’ of dates, or rice, from the staple food of the country, equivalent to approximately one and a half kilos of food that people eat.
