Allah says
إِنَّا عَرَضْنَا الْأَمَانَةَ عَلَى السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَالْجِبَالِ فَأَبَيْنَ أَن يَحْمِلْنَهَا وَأَشْفَقْنَ مِنْهَا وَحَمَلَهَا الْإِنسَانُ ۖ إِنَّهُ كَانَ ظَلُومًا جَهُولًا (72)
Indeed, We have offered the trust to the heavens and the earth and the mountains, but they refused to carry it, and were afraid of it, and man carried it, Indeed, he was very unjust and very ignorant (72)
Abdullah bin Amr, may God be pleased with him
The Messenger of God, peace and blessings be upon him, said: (The Hour will not come until obscenity and immorality appear, estrangement of family ties, bad neighbourliness, and until the traitor is entrusted and the trustworthy is betrayed.” Narrated by Ahmad and Al-Tirmidhi
On the authority of Hudhayfah bin Al-Yaman, may God be pleased with him, he said:
