  • The Pillars of the faith

Omar bin Al-Khattab - may God be pleased with him - said: While we were with the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - one day, When a man appeared before us, whose clothes were extremely white and his hair was very black, with no signs of travel visible on him, None of us knew him, until he sat next to the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - and he leaned his knees against his knees, and placed his palms on his thighs, He said: O Muhammad, tell me about Islam? The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: “Islam is to bear witness that there is no god but God, and that Muhammad is the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace -, You perform prayers, pay zakat, fast Ramadan, and perform Hajj to the House if you are able to find a way to it. He said: You are right. He said: We were amazed at him asking him and trust him, He said: So, tell me about faith? He said: To believe in God, His angels, His books, His messengers, and the Last Day, and to believe in destiny, its good and its evil, He said: You are right. He said: So, tell me about charity? He said: To worship God as if you see Him, and if you do not see Him, He sees you. He said: So tell me about the hour? He said: The one asked about it has no knowledge than the questioner, He said: So tell me about its signs? He said: That the female slave will give birth to her mistress, and that you will see the barefoot, naked, destitute shepherds competing in constructing buildings, He said: Then he went and stayed for a while, then he said to me: O Omar, do you know who the questioner was? I said: God and His Messenger know best. He said: It is Gabriel who came to you to teach you your religion.) narrated by Muslim. We take several points from the noble hadith  1- God - the Almighty - did not send the prophets - peace be upon them - with the most beautiful and most complete faces to teach people their religion so that different natures would not alienate them, and we take from that: When God sent our master Gabriel to His Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace and to the believers, he sent him in the most beautiful form (extremely black hair, very white clothing, no traces of travel visible on him) We take from this that the preacher must have a clean body and good appearance as much as possible, and wear clothing similar to what his people wear, and God is Most High and All-Knowing. 2 - A type of education (question) that has been adopted for 1445 years. Why is nothing other than indoctrination taught in our schools in the Arab world? Why? good question.   3- The strangest thing is that the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - certainly knew that he was Gabriel - peace be upon him - and yet he was patient with Gabriel’s teaching to the Muslims and then told him his name, we take from this that we adopt prophetic etiquette. Many of us know information, perhaps more than the person speaking to him. If you know something, do not shake your head in agreement and do not say, “I know this,” for this is not prophetic etiquette, The scholars are the heirs of the prophets, and God taught them nothing but the word of the Qur’an “the remembrance benefits the believers.”  4 - Gabriel, peace be upon him, sitting, man by man, and eye for eye: a modern educational method that the West today calls eye contact, on the ground, especially for children, imagine that this knowledge, with the humility of the teacher to his student, learns how much he learns from teaching with children. 5 - This hadith explains to us very simply: Religion is not just a testimony to monotheism, but rather it has levels for each one of us individually, to advance in them one by one, such as: Islam, then faith, then benevolence, and you and whatever your work in this religion informs you of. 1- What is faith? ......... We will address them one by one. To believe in God The general Description   The faith in God is the firm belief in His existence, Glory be to Him, His Lordship, His divinity, and His names and attributes. 1 - Belief in one God, not multiple gods 2 - He has names and attributes similar to 99 names, all of which are pure attributes of Him - Glory be to Him - the Most High - and we are commanded to imitate them. What is the meaning of proving divinity to God - the Almighty -? It is said: head of the house, head of the family, and what is meant is the one responsible for the house, and most often the man, who is primarily responsible for meeting the needs of the house. Now: Who created the heavens and the earth? Who provided the universe with its primary living matter? Who created DNA and RNA without genetic engineering? And from the creation of the dinosaurs that they are fighting to bring back from extinction, as well as the carrier pigeons, because every element in the universe has something useful to do, God Almighty created a cosmic system that is in harmony with each other, if anything is lacking from it due to human actions on land and sea, The scholars sat in their retreats (laboratories) and have not left them until today to return to one thing that God created first. So, do not say: Why did He not provide for the poor? Why are there famines... etc. when He - Glory be to Him - is responsible for us? Because it is your mismanagement of the resources in your hand, the father gives his children everything they need, and one of them is organized and takes every gift as the end of the universe, so he behaves well, manages it, maintains it, and gives thanks for it (charity), and the other is negligent and broke it from the first day and asked you for another where your heart with who? Change your view of the Lord, for He is the Lord and King of everything, and do not pin your mismanagement of resources on him, because He is a generous God has spent more on maintaining the earth and the heavens since its creation than the European Union has spent together since the Paris Declaration on Climate Change. From the last: Imagine that the Lord is like an arrow descending from the sky towards the earth, providing it with all good things. What is the meaning of affirming the names and attributes of God Almighty? Do you have a name, you who are reading this? Of course, we all have names. Does your name carry an attribute such as Karim - Yazid - Sadiq - Iman... or others? Does the meaning of your name carry that attribute in its entirety? In the past, they said: Every human being has a share of his name. If you do not take a share of your name, be careful. God - the Almighty - is different from that - He has names that cannot be renounced, It cannot be other than it, and He is continuing it, doing it day and night despite the differences in people’s colors, temperaments, colors, and languages, and some of His names have two sides of the same coin, and He, Glory be to Him, is like His name (Al-Jabbar: He comes from the splint that heals fractures, He will strengthen you when you are broken, and at the same time: He will break the one who broke you) and others. And God has in His names - Glory be to Him - names of beauty and names of majesty, so the names of beauty are: My Lord, grant us a share of it (such as the Forgiving - the Forgiving - the Merciful...etc.) and it has (names of Jalal: seek refuge in God, that He deal with you with them, for they are specific to the worship of the tyrants on earth such as the - the Avenger - the Mighty...etc.) But I hear you saying: Where is he - Glory be to Him - in terms of oppression throughout the earth? Where are the attributes of His Majesty - Glory be to Him, the Most High, in the injustices that occur here and there? Do you imagine that God Almighty is quick to do things like you? He creates things and they come to be, and yet He was created in 6 days. He is forbearing and has mercy on the unbeliever, the oppressor, the transgressor, and the tyrant. Even if He seizes him, He does not let go of him.) You and I, and we are like two types of trees, if you are a believer: you will be like a palm tree - our topic now is not how much benefit you will get from it - but to be a palm tree must be tiring for dozens of men to throw a stone at you and make you fall. On the contrary, the winds come to you to the right at times and to the left at other times, and it will never be uprooted from your roots. As for the infidel or the hypocrite: like a pine tree, nothing will ever happen to it. Even if they want to uproot it, it is cut with a sword, so it does not come out of its roots, but it is cut down with a fatal cut, as if it had never sung with the pine yet, read his saying - the Almighty- with me and wait: God Almighty said: “None disputes over the verses of God except those who disbelieve, do not be deceived by their volatility in the country (4)   And his angels  Luminous creatures - they worship God Almighty - they do not disobey God in what He commands them and do what they are commanded - they do not think about disobedience and then regret it, they love the sons of Adam unlike the devils, they wish them well, unlike some of the sons of Adam. With God Almighty’s saying (So forgive those who repent and follow Your path and save them from the torment of Hell), they have a good relationship with humans, the Angel of the right side is a prince over the Angel of the left side. The Angel of the left cannot write down your bad deeds until the Angel of the right side asked permission from him not write it until after 6 hours, he said: Perhaps he will repent, perhaps he will ask for forgiveness. They love good smells, and are offended by bad smells. They will not let go of you day and night unless you go to the toilet. o r when you meet your family, they pray for you to spend every morning, and they pray for you in Ramadan, O seeker of goodness, come, they are luminous personalities beloved by believers. They exist, but we do not see them due to a wisdom that only God knows. There is no place here to prove that scientifically, for light is other than the clay from which we are created, the different natures do not harmonize, and our visual energy does not see different rays, such as infrared rays with which a donkey sees devils. And he wrote it Not only the books that we know - in their first revelation before they were distorted - such as the Torah, the Gospel, and the Qur’an, but also the Psalms of David, the Books of Abraham, the Books of Moses, and others that we know and that we do not know, we recognize it, and this is great, because the essence of sincerity, or the highest type of sincerity, is fairness to oneself, and we recognize their religions before they become distorted, and they do not even think about merely recognizing our religion. And his messengers Do you believe in all of God’s messengers - peace be upon them all? Is there no sensitivity between you and our Lord Jesus? Do you like our master Moses or do you not like him because he represents the Jews? Do you love our Master Solomon, or did his temple, which the Jews were searching for, make you not think about it at all? The messengers are all children of family. They came with one belief and many laws, just like the house in which only one brick remains, which was completed by the Master of Messengers Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace. And the other day Set a beat, what's this? This is what the next day does to us. We have learned in this life the last day of study, the last day of vacation, the last day of the trip...etc. and we never thought about our last day in this world, the day of our death, which is the same day connected to the first day in the afterlife (the Day of Resurrection). Remember that you stand up for prayer and we will all stand up for the Lord of the Worlds on the day when neither wealth nor children will benefit except only those who come to God with a sound heart. Why? we agreed that everything has a small goal and a big goal, but the small goal on the Day of Resurrection: is to adjust your rhythm here in this world. We do not know when we will truly die and the death is the beginning of the resurrection. Whoever dies, his resurrection will take place, and he will control your movement in life. Do not lie, do not steal, do not rape...etc. and do good as much as you can, but the big goal is to reach that moment with a sound heart, and I will not tell you about a sound heart, as we can all write volumes of high-level theoretical faith, as for practicality, we have very poor grades. Can you, after everything that happened to you, live in this world with a heart like a child’s heart that forgives, and smiles despite the wounds? And he feels compassion for animals or for a world full of monsters. This is the big goal: Beware, then beware, of returning to a generous God with all this hatred, envy that fills your sides, clear - Forgive, have mercy, and repent to God and return to a sound heart now, for death never asks permission from any of us... Oh God, grant us a good ending with a sound heart with which we meet you. And with fate: good and evil  The goodness is goodness. I met so-and-so and his face was the face of goodness. After that, I was given good tidings of such-and-such. I saw a good opening in such-and-such. This is God who decrees goodness for us, the Lord of goodness. But if the next comes (the evil fate) Why does God do this to us? Does He not love His faithful servants? Does He do that to the believers and leave the unbelievers... etc. etc. etc., and we have forgotten that one of the basics of our faith in God - glory be to Him - Belief in the goodness of fate is like the worst of fate, all the same, and you may have said, “You haven’t tried it.” That’s why you have sweet talk, You should know that each of us walks through this life with a heavy burden on his shoulders, and fights in a calamity that he is afflicted with, but we do not feel it, and if he takes something, he has already paid the price, If sadness did not spread among people, he would not leave you and go to someone else, and neither would happiness. And you should know that through sadness you reach high places not only in the afterlife, but here, too, you are you. Look at yourself after or near the end of your ordeal. Are you you? You have become strong and have shown signs of mental and psychological maturity. You are no longer a child who makes you cry over a piece of candy or is defeated by a word, The difficulties give you a qualitative shift that you tell about this life and you trample on it with your feet, and you never cling to it in your heart after that, but rather you hold it in your hand, and it is a meaning that you do not know while you are in a quiet and peaceful house and your loved ones full your eyes with joy, The ordeal will turn into a gift, and it is merely a change of letters from one place to another, except that the difference between them fills what is between the heavens and the earth, and it will leave, it will leave, Let her leave with her pain and bitterness, praising your patience, endurance, and maturity, and not criticizing your screaming and wailing. May God give patience to the people of calamity, grant them peace and recover soon, and grant us recover from evil by His grace, do yourself a favor by asking for well-being and do not ask God for patience except when a calamity strikes. May God protect you so that you do not suffer from calamities. Just always ask and always be well. So, tell me about the benevolence?  What is the relationship between Ihsan: which is mastery - completion in that God sees me from where I do not see Him, a different expression from the eloquence of the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace, do you work in a multinational organization? Are surveillance cameras everywhere? If it broke down one day or the electricity went out, would you work as efficiently as you do? The truth is that monitoring has a reward, although it is heavy on the soul, it keeps you on the straight path in things, actions, and circumstances, Now: One of the requirements of faith is that you know that God sees you even if you do not see Him, and this does not mean that it comes to mind: that you are afraid of disobeying Him. Rather, it is prepared for us: that the meaning is beyond that: it is mastering your work - your prayers - your charity - your professional work to the degree. That no one after you can improve your work, this is what we understand by ihsan. Therefore, in another hadith about ihsan, the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, tells us that ihsan is craftsmanship with perfection - so to speak - and he gave an example of that (slaughtering livestock) at the edge of the blade + resting the carcass, and whoever works in this profession knows that this is better. And the most perfect thing for the animal, the benevolence takes on everything around us, from your relationship with your neighbors, through your servants, and even the cat that moves in front of you. So, tell me about the time? He said: The one asked about it has no knowledge of the questioner  Why is our Master Gabriel asked twice in one hadith about the Day of Resurrection, once about the pillars of Islam and another time about the pillars of faith? due to the difficulty of this day, he wanted to alert us that preparation for tomorrow is preparation from today, not tomorrow, so our master Ali Ibn Abi Talib understood this meaning and said: Work for your life as if you will live forever, and work for your death as if you will die tomorrow, and as the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said, “The one who is ask for is not more knowledgeable about it than the questioner,” indicating that it is among the unseen that God has withheld from our understanding, out of great wisdom, and belief in the unseen is the basics of our true religion. God is unseen, the angels are unseen, the devils are unseen, the Day of Resurrection is unseen, and Heaven and Hell are unseen. So tell me about its signs? He said: That the female slave will give birth to her mistress, and that you will see the barefoot, naked, destitute shepherds competing in constructing buildings. For a female slave: there are many slaves today, about 10 million people are under the fire of slavery, most of them are women and children. We are not talking about myths, rather, they may be Muslims rather, they are Muslims. Just type modern slavery in the images section of the search engine and you will find what will defeat you psychologically, that women wearing the veil are bound to be sold as slaves, and their fate is unknown, it is not known to whom they are being sold, whether a Muslim or someone else. May God kill humanity that has gone and has not returned. The most important thing is that they exist, and the strangest thing is that the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - speaks in this hadith about slave women and not men or children, so that you may know: One of the types of exit from slavery in Islam is (marrying a female slave) and liberating her from slavery - I will attach a link for you about Islam’s solutions to slaves, as for the other, sheep herders in some countries may be big contractors - so to speak - who buy and sell what you cannot afford, which is part of the prophecies of the Messenger of God, and they remind us that the Day of Resurrection has become very near. Then he set off and I am stayed for a while  It seems that the Prophetic etiquette: The Companions infect from it, as Gabriel, peace be upon him, set off, and setting off is not the same as walking quietly and greeting everyone in the place before leaving, which suggests the strangeness of the situation as a whole, except that our master Omar says (I remained patiently), meaning he did not speak or ask until the Messenger informed him of the truth of the situation. This is the etiquette of the Prophet, It is the faith that God - the Almighty - approves of for us, and God is Most High and Most Knowing.   The solutions of Islam for slavery, please for: https://dinaeltawilah.wixsite.com/rrm3-members-all-ove/post/the-islamic-solutions-for-slaves

  • The pillars of Islam

[Page: 144] The third hadith on the authority of Abdullah bin Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with them both, said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, saying:   Islam is built on five things: the testimony that there is no god but God, and that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger, and stand up for prayer, and pay zakat, Hajj to the House, and fasting in Ramadan, narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim. The general description The pillars of Islam are: The Islamic structure consists of 5 pillars Some points that we should consider regarding the noble hadith: 1- Building, and building is made of clay. Here the building is intangible as it is something that happens within the soul as a result of worshiping these pillars. 2 - If any column leans, then the entire building is crooked, but even if one of the pillars leans, the rest of the pillars must be kept strong and solid, especially prayer, as it is the foundation of the building. Let's start with the details: 1 - The testimony that there is no god but God The general Description 1 - One of the pillars of Islam 2- Verbal worship On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (God will save a man from my nation, over the heads of creation on the Day of Resurrection, and ninety-nine records will be spread over him, every record is as far as the eye can see. Then he says: Do you deny any of this? Have you been wronged by my memorizing scribes? He says: No, Lord. He says: Do you have an excuse? And he says: No, Lord, He says: Yes, you have done us a favor, for there is no injustice done to you today, then a card is taken out that says: I bear witness that there is no god but Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and His Messenger, and he says: Bring your weight, He says: O Lord, what is this card with these records? He said: You will not be wronged. He said: then the records are placed in a bowl, The card is in a cuff, so the records are scattered, and the card is heavy, so nothing is heavy with the name of God. A pause with the testimony that there is no god but God Do you remember the infidels of Quraysh? They are infidels, but they used to carry a word and never put it down, the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - came to perfect good morals. The Arabs had and still have morals that only religion can complete. They used to memorize 1000 verses of poetry, they recite it orally in Dar al-Nadwah due to their eloquence, even though most of them were illiterate and neither read nor wrote. So why was it a sentence consisting of 5 words (There is no god but God)? Is it too big for them to say it on their tongues? Because they understood that it would separate a person from his old ideas and beliefs, because it might make him fight the people closest to him, not because he disbelieved in what he believed in, rather, because he is a warrior against God and His Messenger, and you: Have you uttered, “There is no god but God,” do you truly feel that God is one God who has no partner, then the judgment is his in yourself and in all aspects of your life as well, whatever you feel, except that there is no god but God, it is a card that protects you from hellfire, God forbid. The conclusion  It is said that a man is faulty with his word, and nothing else is faulty with him to the extent that he says a word, he cannot fulfill it, and it is a burden except for the one whom God Almighty grants him success. Therefore, your saying there is no god but God is not a verbal act of worship that you say once, And you enter Paradise with it and the matter is over. Rather, it is a way of life that will change your thinking almost 180 degrees in all your love and hate in this life. 2 - prayer establishment The general Description 1 - Ritual worship 2 - Stand up it: in the soul and not in the limbs. the explanation Allah says {وأقم الصلاة إن الصلاة تنهى عن الفحشاء والمنكر} (العنكبوت:45)، ((Prayer forbids indecency and evil [Al-Ankabut: 45])) The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said when he was told: So-and-so prays all night, When the morning came, he steals, He said: What you say will stop him - or he said - his prayer will prevent him, Narrated by Ahmad, Al-Bazzar, Al-Tahawi, and Al-Baghawi with an authentic chain of transmission from the hadith of Abu Hurairah. Immorality: adultery and all other extremely heinous sins. The objectionable: what the righteous people in a given society deny. We take from this hadith 1-     Stand for the prayer is not just a ritual that you perform and sit just to get the benefit of your body’s movement during the day and night, rather, it works for you even though you do not realize it. You do many things in your life and you do not understand their meaning and you wait for the result with great patience, such as going on a such and such diet, Or you do meditation or yoga...etc. You do that and you do not understand and after a while you actually change, and God is the ideal: prayer does that to you and you do not feel the text of the Messenger’s hadith on that.  The conclusion  1 - To establish prayer from the beginning of the word (God is Great), thus separating yourself from everything that is smaller than God - the Almighty - You enter into the company of God and He fixes everything that is wrong with you, for it is your ascension to heaven, where it is said: If you want to talk to God, pray, and if you want God to talk to you, read the Qur’an, 2 - When you build a new relationship with someone (husband/wife - son and father - brother and brother or any relationship you know), you often talk to him a lot, the less you talk to him, the less love there will be, and there cannot be a connection between two people unless they communicate. God Almighty does not want to burden you with the hardships you do day and night, but rather He wants you to have a close connection with Him. 3 - You and I are destined to perish, even if we are among those who live long. The people closest to you in love will leave you on the day of your death, and no one will be with you except God - the Almighty - Therefore, if you did not have a relationship with Him, how would you trust Him with your fears of the unknown (the hereafter), your home and you and my final home? At the end of this file, I will attach to you: a file on the spiritual, psychological, and physical benefits of the prayer 3 - Al - Zakat The general Description 1 – A pillar of the Islamic home 2 - Zakat: purification On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (Three things I swear upon: God will not make anyone who has a share in Islam, like someone who has no arrow, and the arrows of Islam are three: the prayer, and fasting, and zakat, and God does not take charge of a servant in this world and give him someone else on the Day of Resurrection.) the talk. [Narrated by Ahmad with a good chain of transmission]. The explanation Purge what? Purifying your money from what is forbidden, as every money you earn before you spend it is originally permissible, and the rest of the money: It is possible that it contains something similar to what is forbidden and you do not realize it, like usury, or you took it unlawfully, or you did not work with it as you should, or, or, so by giving out part of your money, you purify your stinginess, you purify the money of its sanctity with it, You purify souls around you who did not get what you got. It is a principle that does not diminish you or diminish your wealth, but rather increases the good and lawful origin that you have and blesses you with it. The conclusion It was said that a dinar was given this name in Arabic, only because it is religion and fire, so if you take it with its rightful share, then it is your religion, and if you take it without its due right, then it is your fire - praise be to God. It was also said about charity that it is proof, Proof of what? Proof of your faith that you are monotheistic and that you have a wise God who chooses for you how you walk in life. 4- Ramadan fasting The general Description 1 – One of the pillars of Islam 2- Ritual worship On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (Whoever prays Ramadan out of faith and seeking reward, his previous sins will be forgiven.) Agreed upon. On the authority of Hudhayfah bin Al-Yaman, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (A man’s temptation is in his family, his money, his children, and his neighbour, Prayer, fasting, charity, and commands and prohibitions expiate it.) Agreed upon. On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (Three supplications are not rejected: the supplication of the father, and the supplication of the fasting person, and the supplication of the traveler) Narrated by Al-Bayhaqi in “Al-Sunan” and Al-Dia’ in “Al-Ahadith Al-Mukhtara”, and its chain of transmission is good. From the previous hadiths we conclude the following: We will not talk about the importance of intermittent fasting, as you are an expert in that. The best type of intermittent fasting without water is Islamic fasting, so this is not our topic, but what concerns you and us: Why did God Almighty impose fasting? Do we feel for the poor, so why do the poor fast? God knows best: But do you see the sun every morning? You are one of the lucky ones, because you live in a country with the sun. Did this sun come out one day and say, “I will not go out today, I am very tired, or I need maintenance, for example?” Is anyone in this life able to maintain the sun by burning it at the equator? No sane person would say that. Now: Is your body getting tired? Do you get up one day and say: I will not go to work because of the fatigue I feel? A lot, and therefore you yourself are placed in a mold called the body. This body needs periodic maintenance, maintaining your body is fasting, which is once a year and for a whole month. Diseases will come out of you, if you fast as God intended, no sugar, no excess food, and follow the Sunnah of the Prophet...etc. You have put your body in maintenance or called it with modern names (detox) for a limited period, but it is very effective. I will attach a link to you about fasting, do not miss it, and please share it. The conclusion You are not performing hollow ritualistic acts of worship. All you care about is pleasing the Lord. Rather, you are improving yourself, your body, and your entire life for the better, do not feel privileged that you are doing something, because in reality you are the beneficiary and no one else. 5- The Hajj to the House The general Description 1 - A pillar of faith 2 - Ritual worship On the authority of Aisha, the Mother of the Believers, may God be pleased with her, she said: O Messenger of God! We see jihad as the best deed, so should we not strive? He said: (No, but the best jihad is a Hajj with not mixed with any sins) Narrated by Al-Bukhari. The general explanation  Imagine that the not mixes with any sins Hajj has no reward except Paradise, why? Do you think you will perform Hajj Mabroor easily? Can you hold your tongue from idle talk, obscenity, insults, arguments, etc.? A period of time (the time of Hajj) in the midst of huge numbers of people, with languages that you do not understand anything of and temperaments that may not suit yours, and yet you are in control of yourself. Hajj brings you closer to humility toward God, you took off your elegant, branded clothes, perhaps, and wore the least clothes that the least poor person could wear, and they were equal in place, clothing, perhaps food, and even relieving oneself, and it is a feeling that only a true believer in God - the Almighty - can achieve. The conclusion  Hajj teaches you humility and brings you closer to the meaning of the Day of Resurrection, even if you believe it or anyone around you in your family/acquaintances or others does not believe it, the scenes of Hajj will return with you and you will voluntarily transmit them to others, your outlook on the short, boring, painful life will change, and you will despise yourself time and time again if you escape for a little and follow the same doctrine (Hajj or Umrah) and save yourself from the hustle and bustle of life. As for the summary of the pillars of Islam  You are like a new or old Muslim who came from the quarters of Islam, and you did not have the chance to get closer to God. If you did the pillars of Islam according to what God Almighty wanted, then you would have established the beginning of the religion, He is the one who will change everything in you and you will learn everything voluntarily. We will not forget the hadith of the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - No one will be takes it hard by religion except that it will overpower him.”  What is meant is: the prohibition of strictness in religion, for a person to burden himself with worship that he cannot bear except at a severe cost, It is not required to bear the hardships of worship. All that is required is a heart that prostrates to God in humility, and a body that obeys the heart of its believe in.  -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Link to the physical, spiritual and psychological benefits of prayer https://dinaeltawilah.wixsite.com/rrm3-members-all-ove/post/the-prayer A link about the physical and psychological benefits of fasting https://dinaeltawilah.wixsite.com/rrm3-members-all-ove/post/the-physical-mental-benefits-of-the-islamic-fasting

  • The combative jihad

The word Jihad means: exerting one’s utmost effort through struggle – or exerting one’s utmost effort to reach a noble goal. Before we talk about the meanings of Jihad and its importance in Islam, and the value of martyrs in Islam as well, we must note that the word Jihad is a word that is hated in the West, and in terms of security in the Middle East, and the Mujahideen in the eyes of Muslims are the best people, In the eyes of others, they are terrorists. What is the truth about jihad? Why did the God of Muslims prescribe jihad for Muslims at specific times that the nation goes through? Is Islam the only heavenly religion that has a military wing? Or do all heavenly religions, and even earthly religions, do that? We will discuss the subject in two parts: Part One (Combat jihad, which is the highest type of jihad ever – Part Two: Types of jihad that are equivalent to combat jihad for those who cannot engage in combat jihad. On the authority of Abu Musa al-Ash’ari - may God be pleased with him - who said:  The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - was asked about a man who fights out of bravery, or fights out of zeal, or fights out of hypocrisy, Which of these is in the way of Allah? The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “Whoever fights so that the word of Allah is supreme is in the way of Allah.” Let's began... The Intention in Islam Al-Humaydi Abdullah bin Al-Zubayr narrated: Sufyan narrated:  Yahya bin Saeed Al-Ansari narrated: Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Taymi informed me that he heard Alqamah bin Waqqas Al-Laythi say: I heard Umar bin Al-Khattab On the pulpit he said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say: Actions are only by intentions, and each person will have only what he intended. So whoever migrates for worldly gain or for a woman to marry, then his migration is to that for which he migrated. We preferred to start the topic of jihad with intention,  because whoever lives on something dies on it. Perhaps someone was forced to jihad, and his intention was not to raise the word of God Almighty or protect the weak or protect the religion itself or any other possible reasons for him to undertake jihad. And just as God Almighty does not accept polytheism with Him, glory be to Him, He does not accept the martyr unless his intention was for God and His Messenger, even if he died in the arena of jihad. and the evidence is: On the authority of Abu Hurairah - may God be pleased with him - who said: We witnessed with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he said to a man who claimed to be a Muslim: This is from the people of Hellfire. When the fighting came, the man fought fiercely and was wounded. It was said: O Messenger of God, the one to whom you said he was from the people of Hell, he fought a fierce battle today and he died. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: To Hell. He said: Some of the people almost doubted, and while they were like that, it was said that: He did not die, but he was severely wounded. When night came, he could not bear the wounds and killed himself. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, was informed of that and he said: God is Great. I bear witness that I am the servant of God and His Messenger. Then he ordered Bilal to call out to the people: No one will enter Paradise except a Muslim soul, and God will support this religion with the wicked man. The Reward in Islam  Good deed = 10 good deeds/deed Patience = Unlimited Reward Ihsan = Ihsan ( Ihsan: benefactions)  Good loan = double the reward + generous reward Jihad = one degree out of one hundred degrees on the Day of Judgment In Sahih from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace:  In Paradise there are one hundred levels that God has prepared for those who strive in His cause, between each level is like the distance between heaven and earth. Why did I start with some types of rewards for deeds in Islam? In Islam, there are two great acts of worship (the worship of merchants and the worship of free people). The bottom line is that the worship of merchants is based on profit and loss (heaven and hell). As for the worship of free people (they worship Allah because He deserves to be worshipped, whether they are given it or not), but of course they wish for Paradise, but they do not work for it, but for Allah. What do most Muslims do? The worship of merchants, so reward is very important in the matter of deeds in Islam. In the second part: You will find deeds equivalent to combat jihad, so that no Muslim, whether a man or a woman, deprives himself of the reward of jihad. The reward of martyrdom for the sake of Allah It was proven that he, peace and blessings be upon him, said about the one who is stationed: He is safe from temptation, and his deeds and provisions are sent down to him. The one stationed is less than the martyr. So if this happens to the one stationed, The martyr is expected to do so, and martyrs are promised Paradise, as God Almighty said: And never think that those who are killed in the cause of Allah are dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision. [Al Imran: 169] The martyrs are doing great good, and they have great merit with God, if God corrects their intentions. On the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: When your brothers were afflicted at Uhud, Allah placed their souls in the bodies of green birds that frequent go to the rivers of Paradise, eat of its fruits, and take refuge in golden lanterns in the shade of the Throne, when they found their drink and food good and their resting place nice, they said: “If only our brothers knew what Allah has done to us! So that they would not give up on jihad and turn away from war!” Allah the Almighty said: “I will convey it to them on your behalf, Then God Almighty revealed these verses to His Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace. The important of Jihad  Why was combat jihad prescribed in Islam? For four main reasons:  The first case: the case of self-defense   the Almighty and Exalted - said:  وَقَاتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ الَّذِينَ يُقَاتِلُونَكُمْ وَلا تَعْتَدُوا إِنَّ اللَّهَ لا يُحِبُّ الْمُعْتَدِينَ  And fight in the way of Allah those who fight you but do not transgress. Indeed. Allah does not like transgressors We benefit from the noble verse, the following: 1 - For the sake of Allah: If for personal interests or agendas, there is no reward for it, but rather sin 2 - Those who fight you: No fighting civilians 3 - Condition of fighting: No aggression, and aggression is: armed or unarmed conflict and dispute between two or more individuals or entities Why? Because Allah does not love aggressors... It must be a joke that Islam was spread by the sword Allah the Almighty said: فَمَنِ اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ فَاعْتَدُوا عَلَيْهِ بِمِثْلِ مَا اعْتَدَى عَلَيْكُمْ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الْمُتَّقِينَ  ﴿So whoever transgresses against you, transgress against him in proportion to his transgression against you. And pious Allah and know that Allah is with the pious ones We benefit from the noble verse, the following: 1 - It is the right of a Muslim to respond to aggression with aggression. We do not turn our left cheek to someone who strikes us on the right cheek. 2 - In the same way that you were attacked: no more and no less. If there was an increase: then the Muslim entered into the oppression of his brother, and oppression is darkness on the Day of Resurrection. 3 - The command to pious God: because God Almighty is with the pious one . What is this... Islam really did not spread by the edge of the sword The second case: The case of defending the religion Allah the Almighty said: (9 God does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, God loves those who act justly. (8) Allah only forbids you from those who fight you because of religion and expel you from your homes and support others in your expulsion - from making them guardian And whoever makes guardian with them - then it is those who are the wrongdoers. (9) We benefit from the verses, the following:  1 - Allah the Blessed and Exalted did not forbid righteousness and justice for those who did not expel us from our homes or fight us for our religion. What is righteousness? Righteousness is good character - Righteousness: all kinds of goodness - Righteousness: a cheerful face and a good tongue... As for justice: it is more than justice, it is justice and equality. Who is this, O Lord? For non-Muslims, whatever they are, provided that they did not fight us for our religion and did not expel us from our homes. 2 - When does the Lord the Blessed and Exalted forbid us from taking allies with those who differ from our religion (when they fight us for our religion + support others in expelling us from our homes)? If we did, and took them as allies and made them our allies, we would become oppressors in the eyes of Allah. The question here is: Did Allah wrong them by doing so? They were not Muslims to begin with. It is truly a joke that Islam spread by the sword. The third case: The case of defending freedom of belief Allah says  {وَأَعِدُّوا لَهُمْ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُمْ مِنْ قُوَّةٍ وَمِنْ رِبَاطِ الْخَيْلِ تُرْهِبُونَ بِهِ عَدُوَّ اللَّهِ وَعَدُوَّكُمْ وَآخَرِينَ مِنْ دُونِهِمْ لَا تَعْلَمُونَهُمُ اللَّهُ يَعْلَمُهُمْ } [الأنفال: 60] {And prepare against them whatever force and Horses stationed in the way of Allah you are able to terrify the enemy of God and your enemy and others besides them whom you do not know. God knows They} [Al-Anfal: 60] We benefit from the noble verse Any readiness and preparation before entering the war, and this is entrusted to the regular army of the country - this is what it should be - what do we do specifically, O Lord: In the preparation stage 1 - Prepare whatever strength you can: What is strength, strength is denied in Arabic language meaning any kind of strength you possess at the present time, even if it is skill in using social media, a language you possess other than Arabic, scientific strength (PhD ...) physical strength - strength of relationships ... meaning whatever you possess, this is in the preparation stage. 2- From the tether of horses: Here is the military power, and why does the Lord of the Worlds talk about horses? The Qur’an has reached the end of the twenty-first decade and will reach the end of the world. The truth is that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, talks about horses having good tied to their forelocks until the Day of Resurrection, and whoever takes care of horses, especially those tied for the sake of God, will receive such and such a reward... Today, the West has returned to using animals in the largest armies in the world, including horses, especially mules, because they are a hybrid between donkeys (one of the most intelligent animals) and horses, and they are one of the most honorable animals. Therefore, you find mules: stubborn - intelligent - have strong hooves used in rugged places, and teach soldiers patience to stand firm on the battlefield from their frequent treatment to rein in the mules, and God knows best. Why Terror in the heart of the enemy, then God Almighty speaks about the hypocrites and the verses are completed... May God save us from hypocrisy and its people The fourth case: The case of defending the weak Allah says   ﴿ أُذِنَ لِلَّذِينَ يُقَاتَلُونَ بِأَنَّهُمْ ظُلِمُوا وَإِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلَى نَصْرِهِمْ لَقَدِيرٌ، الَّذِينَ أُخْرِجُوا مِنْ دِيَارِهِمْ بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ إِلَّا أَنْ يَقُولُوا رَبُّنَا اللَّهُ وَلَوْلا دَفْعُ اللَّهِ النَّاسَ بَعْضَهُمْ بِبَعْضٍ لَهُدِّمَتْ صَوَامِعُ وَبِيَعٌ وَصَلَوَاتٌ وَمَسَاجِدُ يُذْكَرُ فِيهَا اسْمُ اللَّهِ كَثِيراً وَلَيَنْصُرَنَّ اللَّهُ مَنْ يَنْصُرُهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَقَوِيٌّ عَزِيزٌ ﴾  Permission is given to those who are being fought against, because they have been wronged - and indeed, Allah is competent to give them victory - those who have been expelled from their homes without right - only because they say, “Our Lord is Allah, And were it not that Allah checks some people by means of others, monasteries, churches, synagogues, and mosques in which the name of Allah is much mentioned would surely have been pulled down. And Allah will surely support those who support Him. Indeed, Allah is Powerful and Exalted in Mighty. We benefit from the noble verse, the following :  “People are for people, from Arabs to non-Arabs. So what about a Muslim for a Muslim? Today, the oppressed Muslims are everywhere. In Myanmar, in India, and in China, there are re-education camps. In Afghanistan, there is extreme poverty. In Somalia, Chad, and elsewhere, the Muslim slaves are more numerous than the people of the country. Palestine and Sudan are a matter of course. The oppressors in China are under fire. If God did not repel people by means of others, the entire earth would have been corrupted. Today, there are many spots on earth where Muslims are placed in extreme humiliation and oppression. May God relieve the oppressed.” Now, Is jihad still jihad if the other party asks for a truce? No For God Almighty said "وإن جنحوا للسلم فاجنح لها وتوكل على الله إنه هو السميع العليم" (الأنفال 61) "But if they incline to peace, then incline to it and rely upon Allah. Indeed, it is He who is the Hearing, the Knowing." (Al-Anfal 61) The ethics of war among the Muslims Not killing the elderly, women and children The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace  said (in the narration of Abu Dawud): (Do not kill an old man, nor a child, nor a child, nor a woman) Do not kill worshipers The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “Go out in the name of God and fight in the cause of God. Do not transgress, do not exaggeration, do not mutilate, do not kill children, and do not kill the people of monasteries Do not kill treacherously Do not drown palm trees or burn them, do not hamstring an animal or a fruit-bearing tree, and do not demolish by me Spending on the captive Allah says  وَيُطْعِمُونَ الطَّعَامَ عَلَىٰ حُبِّهِ مِسْكِينًا وَيَتِيمًا وَأَسِيرًا} {And they give food, in spite of their love for it, to the poor, the orphan, and the captive.} Do not mutilate the dead, do not plunder what is not yours “The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade looting and mutilation.” (Bukhari) (Nuhba: taking something that does not belong to someone openly, and mutilation: mutilating the victim by cutting off some of his limbs. The Wars of the Prophet Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace The wars of the Prophet Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace The battles of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - were not to seize lands, kill innocents, or shed blood. Rather, they were defensive or preventive wars to prevent an attack on him or on Islam. There is no dispute that Mecca began by opposing him, persecuting him, and trying to eradicate him, and the tribes of the Arabian Peninsula followed suit.

  • Eating with 3 fingers

Eating with three fingers in the Sunnah On the authority of Ka'b bin Malik - may God be pleased with him - he said: I saw the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - eating with three fingers, and when he finished he licked them. narrated by Muslim On the authority of Anas - may God be pleased with him - he said: When the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - ate food, he would lick his three fingers, He said: He ordered us to lick the bowl, and he said: “You do not know in which of your food the blessing lies.” narrated by Muslim. Some pauses for the previous Hadiths 1 - This is the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - eating with his honorable hands, and he urges Muslims to eat with his hands. Whoever taught him the etiquette of some types of food, they are eaten with the hand, such as chicken or bread, and in etiquette they are called finger foods. And whoever knew - may God bless him and grant him peace - that it has countless benefits, to the point that some restaurants in the West serve the idea of food by hand. May God’s blessings be upon you, my Messenger. God has taught you what you did not know, and we are learning from you after 1445 years. Thank you, Messenger of God. A word to new mothers Have mercy on your child: unless we learn it, teach it to your children and refine the method to be consistent with general eating etiquette (of course we are talking about Muslim etiquette). It is possible that you can look for finger foods untisels like silicone fingers and this the least of faith - if so to speak - to put in your child’s hand and teach him to eat with his hand so that he can benefit from the list of benefits that we will mention after a wile in this file. Now: With the proven scientific benefits of eating with three fingers on the right hand Eating with a spoon or with your hands? Find out what's best for your health Eating with hands has its good old history in India. Not only was it an integral part of our traditions, but it was also the simplest way to eat. Nowadays, there are still many people who still eat with their hands. With flashy and luxurious cutlery taking over our traditions, most people find eating with spoons more convenient. But did you know that eating with your hands has its own list of health benefits? Increases blood circulation Eating with your hands is a great exercise that helps with blood circulation. Be it mixing your food together or shaping bites of dal and roti, using your hands gets your joints and fingers moving, which is the equivalent of any hand exercise. It helps you maintain the proportion of food Eating with your hands is a relatively slow process than eating with a spoon. Thus, you not only spend more time chewing food, but you also eat less than you would normally eat with a spoon. contact with food Eating food with hands has been an ancient tradition in our Indian culture. In those times, people not only used their hands to eat but also used to sit on the floor while eating meals. Although it has evolved to include luxury cutlery and dining tables, eating with one's hands still holds a special relationship with each of us. Eating with our hands not only makes us feel nostalgic but also makes us form a connection with what we eat. Better digestion Our hands, stomach, and intestines are home to certain bacteria that are said to protect us from disease. Eating with our hands helps these bacteria enter our bodies and protects our digestive system from exposure to harmful bacteria. Make sure to wash your hands well with soap and water before sitting down to eat meals. May prevent type 2 diabetes Eating with spoons and cutlery is associated with speed of eating which has been linked to blood sugar imbalance in the body. This may lead to type 2 diabetes. According to a study published in the journal Clinical Nutrition, people with type 2 diabetes were more likely to eat fast and use cutlery, compared to people without the condition. It has already been proven that eating with your hands slows down the eating process and thus prevents you from developing type 2 diabetes. Provides healthy bacteria Many healthy bacteria live in the skin of the hands. These healthy plants can protect the body from the attack of other destructive bacteria that invade the external environment. Eating with our hands can therefore help boost our digestive system's natural immunity against environmental bacterial germs. However, make sure to wash your hands properly before eating and also trim your nails. Prevents burning the tongue Your hands can also act as temperature sensors. When an individual eats with a fork, they may not realize how hot the food is because it goes directly from the plate to their mouth. In contrast, when you touch food while eating it with your hands, the nerve endings of your fingertips transmit the temperature reading to the brain, thus preventing you from burning your tongue. The nerve endings on our fingertips can physically stimulate digestion, lighting up our brains and signaling to our stomachs that we’re about to eat, meaning you’ll have a heightened experience of taste, textures, and smell. It's natural Eating with your hands is a common practice in many cultures, especially Indian, because Indian cuisine seems like the most natural thing to do. Now imagine having dal and roti with fork and knife? Or trying to eat a non-vegetarian bone-in delicacy with a fork? It's completely impractical. Hence, hands are preferred over fine cutlery. A new study has found that babies who use their fingers to eat during the weaning process are less likely to become obese than those who are spoon-fed pureed foods Dear Muslim who follows Islamic etiquette: 1 - You follow a forgotten Sunnah of your Messenger Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace - which the West follows today in the most expensive and famous restaurants that have begun to adopt this idea (eating with the finger) and not with a fork and knife. 2 - Do not forget to remind others of it while you enjoy its benefits, because by doing so you are reviving a forgotten Sunnah of the Messenger of God.   3 - Infants who have just started eating, mother, do not forget to wash your hands and then feed him with your hand, based on the Sunnah of your Prophet Muhammad - may God bless him and grant him peace. Note What is silicone? Silicone is a type of synthetic polymer that is more heat resistant compared to organic polymers. It is widely used and commercialised in many industries including personal care, coating, automotive, electronics, chemicals, etc. due to its durability, easy to manufacture, and stable over a wide range of temperatures. Most silicone products can withstand up to 260°C. You should not confuse “silicone” with “silicon” because they are not the same. Silicon is used to manufacture semiconductors in electronics whereas silicone does not conduct electricity. Rubber silicone (Polysiloxane) is the form of silicone that is commonly used in kitchenware. FDA compliant The FDA recognised silicone as safe to use as food-grade materials (food-grade silicone) in 1979. It is advisable to buy only FDA-approved silicone utensils. The FDA inspects the manufacturing process and post-production of silicone kitchen utensils to ensure that they are safe for preparing food.

  • The visiting etiquette in Islam

The article PDF in Arabic, please for: The Visiting etiquette in Islam On the authority of Muadh, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: ((God Almighty said: My love is obligatory for those who love in me and sit for me and those who exchange each other for Me, and those who visit one another for Me)). [said by Ahmed and Albany].   On the authority of Anas: ((The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to visit the Ansar, greet their children, and wipe their heads)); [Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi (2696) in a similar manner, Al-Nasa’i in Al-Sunan Al-Kubra (8349), Ibn Hibban (459), and the wording is his, and Al-Baghawi in Sharh Al-Sunnah (6/335)]. On the authority of Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas, may God be pleased with them both, he said: ((The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to me: O Abdullah bin Amr, Was I not told that you fast during the day and pray at night? I said: Yes, O Messenger of God. He said: Do not do that. Fast and break your fast, and get up and sleep. Your body has a right over you, your eye has a right over you, and your wife has a right over you, indeed, your visitor has a right over you.) [Narrated by Al-Bukhari (1975) and Muslim (1159)]. Some questions and their answers Mention the evidence from the Qur’an and Sunnah that visits are obligatory in Islam? Allah says ﴿يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتًا غَيْرَ بُيُوتِكُمْ حَتَّى تَسْتَأْنِسُوا وَتُسَلِّمُوا عَلَى أَهْلِهَا ذَلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ * فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدُوا فِيهَا أَحَدًا فَلَا تَدْخُلُوهَا حَتَّى يُؤْذَنَ لَكُمْ وَإِنْ قِيلَ لَكُمُ ارْجِعُوا فَارْجِعُوا هُوَ أَزْكَى لَكُمْ وَاللَّهُ بِمَا تَعْمَلُونَ عَلِيمٌ﴾ [النور:27،28].“ O you who have believed, do not enter houses other than your own until you have become sociable and have greeted their inhabitants that is better for you, so that you may remember, If you do not find anyone there, do not enter it until you are given permission, and if it is said to you, “Return,” then return. That is purer for you, and God is Knowing of what you do” (An-Nur: 27, 28). On the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace -: “A man visited a brother of his in another village, and God prepared for him an angel on his way, When he came to him, he said, “Where do you want?” He said, “I want a brother of mine in this town.” He said, “Do you have a favor that you wish for, He said, “No, except that I loved him for the sake of God Almighty, He said, “I am the Messenger of God to you, and that God has loved you as you loved him.” [Narrated by Muslim]. What is the evidence that visiting relatives is obligatory in Islam? On the authority of Abu Hurairah, may God be pleased with him, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, who said: (Whoever believes in God and the Last Day, let him maintain his ties of kinship) Narrated by Al-Bukhari (6138). On the authority of Aisha, she said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said (the womb is attached to the throne, saying: Whoever joins me, God will connect him, and whoever cut off me, God will cut off him.) Narrated by Al-Bukhari (5). 989) and Muslim (2555) What are the benefits of visits?  The visiting relatives, neighbors, friends, and other general Muslims; It is a means of strengthening affection, uniting hearts, and strengthening ties, and through it, the forgetful remembers, It alerts the heedless, teaches the ignorant, relieves souls, alleviates misfortunes and sorrows, and other benefits hoped for from visits, Mention from the Qur’an or Sunnah what supports that it is necessary to honor the guest? On the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he ordered it and made it linked to belief in God and the Last Day. He said: “whoever believes in God and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor, and whoever believes in God and the Last Day, let him honor his guest, whoever believes in God and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent, “Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim. - Whoever believes in God and the Last Day should honor his guest.” First: the guest etiquette Bring your intention when visiting On the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: (Indeed, a man visited a brother of his in another village, and God provided for him, on his way an angel, When he came to him, he said: Where do you want? He said: I want a brother in this village, He said: Do you have a blessing that you wish for, He said: No, except that I loved him for the sake of God Almighty. He said: For I am the Messenger of God to you, that God has loved you as you loved him for Him) Narrated by Muslim (2567). Set a visit time by phone or mobile message  This is done by setting an appointment for the visit via phone, mobile message, or similar means of communication, He avoids the times when it is likely that the owner of the house does not like anyone coming to him, as it is a time of rest, or a time for studying for himself or his children...etc. The visitor must sit in the place specified by the house owner Ibn Muflih, may God have mercy on him, said: He should look at the custom of the owner of the house in this regard, and it is not permissible for him to transgress it. Did the owner of the house know that he was seating guests in any place, if there is a specific place where the owner of the house usually sits and the guest sits, the visitor sits there, if he is appointed and does not speak, then we look at the custom of the place and sit there. If he has neither custom nor habit, then custom and habit In that case, sitting without special permission is due to him obtaining permission to enter. as long as he brought you into the house, this means that you should choose a place and sit in it if the owner of the house does not have custom or habit. Only a pious person will enter your house  On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he said: (Do not keep company with anyone but a believer, and let no one eat your food except a pious one.) Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi (2395) and Abu Dawud (483). 2) Al-Khattabi, may God Almighty have mercy on him, said: “This only came about food for invitation, not food for need, and that is because God Almighty said (And they feed food out of love for Him to the poor, the orphan, and the captive), and it is known that their captives were infidels, neither believers nor pious, but he warned against keeping company with someone who is not pious, and discouraged mingling with him or eating with him, for eating creates familiarity and affection in the hearts. Avoid prohibited times for visiting He does not go so much that his hosts become dissatisfied with him, and the person does not prolong his absence in an unusual way, so the connection is severed and affection disappears from the hearts, On the authority of Abu Dharr, he said: The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: “O Abu Dharr, visit intermittently, you will beloved more, [Narrated by Al-Tabarani with an authentic chain of transmission], meaning: Visit sometimes and cut off other times. He does not leave until he asks for permission On the authority of Ibn Omar, may God be pleased with them both, he said: The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: “If one of you visits his brother and sits with him, Do not get up until he asks for permission, and if one of you comes to the council, let him greet, and if he wants to get up, let him greet, for the first is not more deserving over the last.” Going out with the visitor to the door of the house It is polite for the head of the house to go out with the visitor and accompany him to the door of the house. Abu Ubaid al-Qasim bin Salam visited Ahmad bin Hanbal. Abu Ubaid said: when I wanted to stand up, he stood with me. I said: Do not do it, Abu Abdullah, Al-Sha’bi said: “A complete visit to the visitor is to walk with him to the door of the house and take his passengers.” He should not enter a room or the like without his permission Allah says (27 - 28). (O you who have believed, do not enter houses other than your own until you have maintained sociable and greeted its inhabitants, that is better for you, so that you may remember, but if you do not find anyone therein, do not enter it until you are given permission. And if it is said to you, “Return,” then return, it is purer for you, and God is Knowing of what you do.” (An-Nur: 27-28). Ask permission three times, with a little time between them There is an opportunity for the owner of the house to open the door and give permission to enter. If the door does not have a bell and requires knocking, knock politely if it is possible to hear by knocking lightly, let him suffice, otherwise, according to need and according to what is reasonable. Permission form: greeting. Do I come in  On the authority of Rabi’i, he said: A man from Bani Amir told us that he asked permission to come to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, while he was in a house, and he said: Come in?  Then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to his servant: Go out to this man, So teach him how to ask a permission, and say to him: Say peace be upon you, may I come in? t he man heard him and said: Peace be upon you. Shall I come in? So the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave him permission, and he entered.) Narrated by Abu Dawud (5177), and authenticated by Al-Albani in “Sahih Sunan Abi Dawud” (3/270). He does not face the door, but stands to the right or left On the authority of Abdullah bin Busr, he said: (When the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to the door of a people, he would not face the door, From the in front of it, but from its right or left corner, And he says: Peace be upon you, peace be upon you. That is because there were no curtains over the houses at that time.) Narrated by Abu Dawud (5186). On the authority of Huzayl, he said: (A man came and stood at the door of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, asking permission, So he stood at the door - facing the door - and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said to him: Thus - on your behalf - or thus, for permission is only from seing.) Narrated by Abu Dawud (5174), and authenticated by Al-Albani in “Sahih Sunan Abi Dawud” (3/269). If the owner of the house asks: Who? He says his known name and does not say me. On the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, may God be pleased with them both, that he said: I came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in repayment of a debt that my father had owed, So I knocked on the door, and he said: Who is this? So, I said: I am, He said: I am, I am as if he hated it.) Narrated by Al-Bukhari (6250) and Muslim (2155).  If he is not given permission, let him return and not get angry “If the people of the house say to the one asking for permission: Go back, he must go back, because God Almighty says: (And if it is said to you, “Go back,” then return, for that is purer for you.) some of the scholars wished that he asked permission from some of his friends to say to him: Return, so that he may return, and he obtains the virtue of returning mentioned in his saying: (It is purer for you); because what God said: It is purer for us, there is no doubt that there is good and reward for us in it, And knowledge is with God Almighty.” End. “Adwaa al-Bayan” (6/202). not sit with the host for a long time A prolonged stay with the owner of the house causes boredom and annoyance, the benefit of the visit is removed, and the pleasure of meeting turns into boredom and burdensomeness, and affection turns into hatred. The Pray for the owner of the house Among the supplications mentioned by the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, in this regard: - (O God, feed whoever fed me, and give drink to whoever gave me drink) Narrated by Muslim (2055). - (O God, bless them in what You have provided for them, and forgive them and have mercy on them) Narrated by Muslim (2042) - (The fasting people broke their fast with you, and the righteous ate your food, May the angels’ blessings be upon you.” Narrated by Abu Dawud (3854), and authenticated by Al-Albani in “Sahih Sunan Abi Dawud” (2/459). Not to looking at the private parts of the house And in the two Sahihs on the authority of the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - he said: “If someone were to look at you without permission and you hit him with a pebble and gouged out his eye, there would be no blame on you.” Not to spy or eavesdrop on the household If the owner of the house gets up to bring coffee, tea, or something else, he begins to look through the holes in the doors at the people of the house and their sanctities, and there is no doubt that this is one of the forbidden matters, God Almighty forbade spying, and God Almighty said: “And do not spy,” and peace and blessings of God be upon him said: “And do not spy” The noble prophetic directive came to gouge out the eye of the person in this situation, and he has no blood money or retaliation. Rather, his eye is wasted. The visit must be free of legal violations  Such as mingling, shaking hands with foreign women, watching corrupt satellite channels, and other reprehensible things. The visit should be short the visit should be short and brief, if the visit is not obligatory and is not intended from a faraway place, because a long visit leads to boredom, wastes time, makes the visitor burdensome, and may destroy his affection. Because some people are harmful, you see them sitting at the forge from the afternoon until the hour of sleep, eating the leftovers of lunch, and perhaps taking a rest after eating in people’s homes, then, after sunset, he sits for coffee and tea, waits until dinner time, and then goes to visit someone else, as if he were in a hotel with an open buffet. Don't let your children mess around in other people's homes So the man or woman brings their children to visit, especially if there is no guidance and direction for the children before the visit, as they may destroy, break, play and mess around in people’s homes, they break and destroy him, and he does not leave his visit unless the family members breathe a sigh of relief so that they are safe from the reproaches of others and do not burden his visit. That he does not lead the household in their prayers On the authority of Abu Attiya, who said: Malik bin Al-Huwaith used to come to us in our prayer place and speak, so one day the prayer came, so we told him to come forward? He said: Let some of you come forward, so I can tell you why I don’t come forward, I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: “Whoever visits a people should not lead them in prayer, And let a man from among them lead them.” [Authenticated by Al-Albani, and Al-Tirmidhi said This is a good and authentic hadith, and this is acted upon according to most people of knowledge, among the Companions of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and others, they said: The owner of the house is more deserving of the Imamate than the visitor. Do not give yourself free rein to ask about the price of furniture or anything else During his visit, the visitor may see some of the good furniture and arrangement of the house, so he begins to ask the owner of the house about the furniture, and its price, and other questions and inquiries that may cause the homeowner to be embarrassed, which is not appropriate for a Muslim. He, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (Part of the goodness of a person’s Islam is his abandoning what does not concern him    Second: the host etiquette He should not raise his voice at the guest or any of the household This is not polite or respectful, rather he should lower his voice and muffle it. To Fluent in his faces when they receive them  Imam Al-Awza’i, may God have mercy on him, was asked: What is honoring a guest? He said: Fluent face and good speech. To tell the guests something that makes them happy  He speaks to them in a way that pleases their souls He gives them good news He should not remove the table before the guests have had enough  It is not part of Islam to remove the food while the guests are still eating, nor to look at the places of their food while they are eating not too silent in their presence  nor is he absent from them Silence makes the guest feel that you are not welcome, and being absent from them for a long period of time, even if to prepare food, it is preferable to have a relative sit with them and not leave them alone The host does not rush (guest) to leave  but deposits him at the door of the house Indirect speech or standing after a long visit On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him, he said: “When the Messenger of God married Zainab bint Jahsh, He called the people and they ate, then they sat talking, and it was as if he was preparing to get up, but they did not get up, When he saw that, he got up, and when he got up, those who got up got up, and three people sat down, then the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, came to enter, and the people were sitting, Then they got up, so I went and came and informed the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace - they had set off, so he came and entered.) A supplication for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God! Peace be upon you, O God’s best creation! Peace be upon you, beloved of God! Peace be upon you, O Master of Messengers and Seal of the Prophets! Peace be upon you and your family, and your companions, and your household, and upon the prophets and all the righteous; I bear witness that you conveyed the message, fulfilled your trust, and advised the nation, so may God reward you on our behalf as best as He would reward a messenger on behalf of his nation.” Ibn Omar's supplication to visit the Prophet's Mosque “Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God. Peace be upon you, O Abu Bakr. Peace be upon you, Oh Omar” and it is a valid suspended sentence. And about Malik he says: "May the peace, blessings, and mercy of God be upon you". Bedouin supplication at the grave of the Messenger of God Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God! I heard God Almighty saying: “And if only when they wronged themselves, they came to you and asked forgiveness from God, and the Messenger asked forgiveness for them. they would have found God Forgiving and Merciful.” I have come to you seeking forgiveness for my sin, seeking your intercession to my Lord. Then he began to say: O the best of those whose greatest is buried at the bottom, and the bottom was filled with their perfume, And I will sacrifice my life for you in a grave in which you reside, in which is chastity and generosity. He said: Then he left, and my eyes carried me, and I saw the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, In sleep, he said to me: O Utbi, come to the Bedouin, so give him good news that God Almighty has forgiven him. The Supplication for visiting Al-Baqi' Peace be upon you, people of your land, believers and Muslims, and we, God willing, will follow you. We ask God for wellness for us and for you. A supplication for leaving Medina Oh God, do not make this the last pledge to the sanctuary of Your Messenger, and make it easy for me to return to the Two Holy Mosques, By Your grace and grace, and grant me forgiveness and well-being in this world and the hereafter, We were returned safe and sound to our homelands.”   The Sunnahs for entering the Prophet’s Mosque Make sure that your share of going out to the mosque is reward and reward, not sin and punishment. God Almighty said: “And they were not commanded except to worship God, sincere in religion to Him, turning away from polytheism.” (Surat Al-Bayyinah: 5)  On the authority of Abu Hurairah - may God Almighty be pleased with him - he said: The Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: “Whoever comes to the mosque for something, that is his share.” When he goes to the mosque walking  “Oh God, put light in my heart, light in my sight, and light in my hearing, and on my tongue is light, and on my right hand is light, and on my left side is light, oh God, make light above me and light below me, and place light before me, and behind me is light. Oh God, increase the light for me.” (Narrated by Imam Muslim) If the visitor arrives at the mosque  He enters with his right leg and says the supplication for visiting the Prophet’s Mosque: “I seek refuge in God Almighty and in His Noble Face, And his ancient authority from the accursed Satan, in the name of God, and may blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of God, oh God, open for me the doors of your mercy,” or he says: “In the name of God, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of God, O God, open for me the doors of your mercy, and when he comes out, let him say: Oh God, I ask you of your grace. Praying two rak'ahs before sitting  He prays two rak'ahs to greet the mosque, and the prayer to greet the mosque is a Sunnah on the authority of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace, On the authority of Abu Qatada, may God be pleased with him, he said: The Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “When one of you enters the mosque, he should not sit until he has prayed two rak’ahs.” Visit the Prophet's grave He faces the grave of the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - and turns towards the Qiblah about four cubits from the wall of the grave of the Messenger - may God bless him and grant him peace - and he greets him moderate, He says the supplication of visiting the grave of the Prophet  which is... Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God! Peace be upon you, O God’s best creation! Peace be upon you, beloved of God! Peace be upon you, O Master of Messengers and Seal of the Prophets! Peace be upon you and your family, and your companions, and your household, and upon the prophets and all the righteous; I bear witness that you conveyed the message, you fulfilled your trust and advised the nation, so may God reward you on our behalf as best as He would reward a messenger on behalf of his nation.” Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar said about this hadith: I did not find it to be narrated with such completeness. What was reported on the authority of Ibn Omar is that he used to stand at the grave of the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - and say: “Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God. Peace be upon you, O Abu Bakr. Peace be upon you, O Omar, It is validly suspended.  On the authority of Malik, he says: “May God’s peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you.” This is what was reported on the authority of Ibn Umar and others. Al-Tabari leaned towards it and said: If the visitor says the above-mentioned things, there is nothing wrong with it. However, following is more important than Heresy, even if it is good. Then it is delayed by an arm's length  Then he would move back an arm's length to his right and greet Abu Bakr, may God be pleased with him. Then he would move back another cubit to greet Omar bin Al-Khattab, then he returns to his original position, facing the face of the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - and pleads with it for himself, and intercedes through it to his Lord, Glory be to Him, and prays for himself and his parents, and his friends and loved ones, and those who do good to him, and all Muslims, and to strive to supplicate frequently, and to take advantage of this honorable position, and to thank God Almighty, He glorifies Him, glorifies Him, and praises Him, and sends blessings upon the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace – and increase of that all. This prayer is in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa (Between the grave and the pulpit)  Al-Bukhari and Muslim narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - he said: “What is between my house and my pulpit is one of the gardens of Paradise,” and it is recommended for a Muslim to pray in the noble Rawdah, Regarding the meaning of the previous hadith, scholars mentioned 3 opinions, Praying in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa and many supplications there the first   The noble Rawdah is truly part of Paradise, and on the Day of Resurrection it will move to its place in Paradise. And the second   Worship in Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa is a way for the one who does it to enter Paradise And the third  The noble Rawdh  is where happiness is achieved through the worship that a Muslim performs there, just as this happens to him in Paradise and its gardens. It is Sunnah for the visitor to pray the obligatory prayers in the Prophet’s Mosque, may God bless him and grant him peace, and whatever voluntary prayers, God willing, at times other than the prohibition. He should do a lot of supplication, remembrance, and reading the Holy Qur’an in the mosque, and choose places away from crowds, facing the Qiblah with humility to God Almighty, He faces the Qiblah, thanks and glorifies God Almighty, and supplicates for himself whatever he wants, for his parents, and whomever he wants from among his relatives, sheikhs, brothers, and all other Muslims. The visitor should be careful to perform the five daily prayers in his mosque, may God bless him and grant him peace, and take advantage of his time by doing a lot of dhikr, supplication, and voluntary prayers. Because of the great reward for that. Visit Quba Mosque It is Sunnah for him to visit Quba Mosque and pray there because the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to visit Quba Mosque, riding and walking, and praying two rak'ahs therein, He, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, as stated in the two Sahih books, (Whoever purifies himself in his house, then comes to the Quba Mosque and performs a prayer there, will have the reward of Umrah.)  The desirables for entering the prophet mosque It is ruling for a woman to enter the Prophet’s Mosque If a woman goes to the Prophet’s Mosque, she must cover her parts This includes all of her body except the face and hands, and she must wear loose clothing that does not describe, reveal, or define the features of her body, and adherence to modesty and lack of adornment. It is permissible for a Muslim woman to pray in the Prophet’s Mosque and go to it with the intention of visiting As narrated by Ibn Omar, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, say: “When your women ask permission to go to the mosques, give them permission.” Lowering the gaze, God Almighty said: “And tell the believing women to lower their gazes” (Surat An-Nur: 31) The purity of body and clothing - That he walk with humility and tranquility and not crowd the worshipers - Whoever enjoined upon him to greet the Messenger of God - may God bless him and grant him peace - He said: “Peace be upon you, O Messenger of God, from so-and-so, son of so-and-so! - It is recommended for whoever is in Medina to purify himself in his house, then go to Quba Mosque and pray two rak’ahs there.) This is permissible when entering the Prophet’s Mosque  The ruling on menstruating women A menstruating woman can wait for her periods to stop, or take a medication that prevents bleeding, by consulting medical professionals, then she takes a bath and visits the Prophet’s Mosque. If her bleeding does not stop and the time for travel approaches, then there is no objection to her visiting and greeting while she is menstruating, if it prevents pollution; The Prophet’s visit is one of the greatest acts of closeness and most desirable, and the pilgrims’ need for it is certain, a group of jurists have stated that the circumambulation of an excused menstruating woman is equivalent to the permissible passage through the mosque, and there is no doubt that the visit of the Prophet at that time is more permissible than the circumambulation. The Prohibitions on entering the Prophet’s Mosque Eating: The Prophet - may God bless him and grant him peace - said: “Whoever eats onions, garlic, and leeks should not approach our mosque, for the angels are harmed by the same things that the sons of Adam are harmed by.”   Raising the voice is not allowed in the Prophet’s Mosque {O you who have believed, do not raise your voices above the voice of the Prophet, and do not speak loudly to him as you speak loudly to one another, lest your deeds become worthless while you do not realize it} (Al-Hujurat: 2). It is not allowed to crowd, especially women: Do not crowd with men when entering and leaving the Prophet’s Mosque. It is forbidden to face the grave of the Prophet when praying  Invoking anyone other than God Almighty is not permissible, as He said: (So do not pray to anyone with God.) And he said: (And who is more astray than one who calls upon other than God one who does not respond to him, Until the Day of Resurrection, and they are heedless of their supplications.)  It is not permissible to ask the Messenger because of your needs  It is not permissible to ask the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, to meet needs or relieve distress, or similar things that can only be asked of God Almighty.  The Wiping is not permitted in the Holy Grave  It is forbidden to touch the pulpit or grate the room in which the graves of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and his two companions, may God be pleased with them, or kiss it or circumambulate it.

  • The rights of Animals in Islam

Allah says ( ما فرطنا في الكتاب من شيء) The beginning of the matter is that the Qur’an says, “We have not neglected anything in the Book”? Does the Qur’an on this occasion: talk about animals? The truth is that God Almighty mentioned animals several times in the Qur’an and Sunnah and assigned them rights that you will not find in the heavenly religions before that which existed 1400 years ago and more, anything that is new is not comparable to that which is 1,000 years and more. Moreover, Islam singled out for some animals an entire surah in their name, perhaps because of their impact on the environment compared to others, and perhaps they are a model for others, and perhaps the animals mentioned in the Qur’an are all of African origin, not of Western origin, and that Africa is known for its biological diversity and is known for its abundant animal wealth. And God knows what he means... Let's begin. First: The general rights of animals mentioned in the Purified Sunnah: 1 - The right to life قال -تعالى-:(وَما مِن دابَّةٍ فِي الأَرضِ وَلا طائِرٍ يَطيرُ بِجَناحَيهِ إِلّا أُمَمٌ أَمثالُكُم).[ He - the Most High - said: (And there is no animal on the earth, nor a bird that flies with its wings, but nations like you). As long as they are nations like us, there is a nation of cats, a nation of birds, a nation of fish, a nation of beasts and insects and others., and we like the life and feed our children, so they also like life and love those who save them from the great problems of life that they may be exposed to - and love those who feed them to feed their children. 2- Spending on it The scholars are of the opinion that the maintenance of the animal is obligatory on its owner, and the public, on the condition that the judge may compel the owner of the animal to spend on it, So they considered the animal a party to the judiciary and it is judged for it, and it differed in this Hanafi for “procedural” considerations. 4- Giving its right to feed That the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “If you travel in fertile land, give the camels their share of the land, and if you travel in the fammine, make haste for them to walk, and if you visit at night, avoid the road, for it is the shelter of vermin at night. 5- The right to rest His saying, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, in another narration on the previous hadith: “Do not transgress the homes.”That is, do not go beyond the travel stations in which rest is in an effort to speed up the travel, “because it is the trouble of souls and beasts.” 6 - When you are unable to spend on the animal (solution) The Malikis said: It is decreed that the animal be taken out of its possession by sale, charity, or slaughter, if it is one of the slaughtered The Shafi’is rent animals, and if it is not possible to rent them, the ruler does what he sees fit. The Hanbalis added another solution. It is for the ruler to spend on the animal by taking a loan from the owner of the animal. 7- The scholars have ruled that the animal’s so'r: is (what is left over from what the animal drank). It is permissible to deal with it in ablution and other things, and that is the rest of the food whose meat is eaten, cats, mules, donkeys, lions and birds of prey, an exception is made from this: the dog and the pig, as their ribs are unclean, and whatever they have been exposed to should be washed with water and dirt. 8- Feeding animals is a charity Saraqah bin Jasham asked the Prophet about this, he said: I asked the Messenger of God about the lost camels coming my water basin, I have cleaned it and prepared it for my camel, so will I have any reward if I water it? He said: “Yes, for every mainkind with a free liver, there is a reward.” 9 - Watering animals is forgiveness of sins He said: “While a man was walking, he became very thirsty, so he went down a well and drank from it, then went out, and there was a dog panting, eating the soil because of thirst. So he filled his shoe, then held it in his mouth, then performed a ritual bath and gave the dog a drink, so God thanked him and forgave him.” They said: O Messenger of God, do we have a reward for animals? He said: “In every moist liver there is a reward.” 10 - The Right of Mercy The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: (The merciful has mercy from the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful, mercy whose on the Earth , you'll be mercy from the heavens 11 - Not to kill an animal for no benefit The Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - said: (There is no person who kills a sparrow or anything above it without its right, but God will ask him about it on the Day of Resurrection). 12 - Not to hit or torture a beast (Have you not been told that I cursed whoever branded an animal in the face, or hit it in the face) 13 - Right to treatment and care (The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, passed by a camel that had hit its back on its stomach, and he said: Fear God with regard to these beasts, so ride them righteous, and eat them righteous.) its came to this degree from thin because of shortage of foods offer to it. 14 - Not marking the face (it is permissible in any place other than the face) It was proven on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, that he forbade marking an animal in the face. Jaber, may God be pleased with him, said: (The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade hitting the face and brandishing the face.) Narrated by Muslim (2116)

  • The hoopoe

Allah - the Most High - did not create anything in vain, and He is All-Wise, Glory be to Him, as He places the right thing in the right place at the right time. Is there a significance to the use of the hoopoe in the army of Solomon, peace be upon him, and what does the Lord of the Worlds want from this sign? The Holy Quran God Almighty said (27) And he inspected the birds and said, "Why do I not see the hoopoe? Or is he among the absent ones?" (20) I will surely punish him with a severe punishment, or I will slaughter him, or he must bring me clear authority. (21) So he stayed not long, and he said, “I have encompassed that which you have not encompassed, and I have come to you from Sheba with certain big news.” (22) Indeed, I found a woman ruling them, and she has been given of all things, and she has a great throne. (23) I found her and her people prostrating to the sun instead of God, and Satan had made their deeds pleasing to them and averted them from the way, so they were not guided. (24) Do they not prostrate to God, He who brings forth what is hidden in the heavens and the earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare. (25) We benefit from the verses, The following:  1- And he inspected the birds: Who? Our master Solomon, peace be upon him, and was he the commander of the highest forces in the army, or the king? If it was this or that, then it is amazing that he inspected the conditions of the army himself, not only that but he inspected the birds in the army, that is, the smallest element in his army, as his army included humans, jinn, animals and birds, wasn’t that right? 2 - He said, "Why do I not see the hoopoe?"  Question here is: Did the hoopoe have a specific place to stand in the army's military parade? Or was it just an observational force from Solomon - peace be upon him -? 3 - Or was he among the absentees?  This is an absence without permission from a young soldier among the soldiers, and he is not accepted in the army of Solomon, peace be upon him - an indication of the extent of discipline in attendance and absence. 4 - I will surely punish him with a severe punishment, or I will slaughter him, or he must bring me clear authority Who will pluck out all his feathers to suffer, or will he be severely tortured, or will he be killed altogether: all because of an absence without permission? Strange, or will he come with a medical certificate or a certificate of where he was, when, and with whom? This is seriously beyond seriousness, he really is an army. 4 - So he stayed not long, and he said, "I have encompassed that which you have not encompassed.  That is, the hoopoe. Staying: remaining and residing for a period of time that is neither short nor long. Look. So he said, "I have encompassed that which you have not encompassed." Who is speaking to whom? The smallest soldier addresses the king or the supreme commander of the forces in this manner (I have encompassed what you have not encompassed) What is this and Solomon - peace be upon him - He does not scold him or tell him why you are speaking in this inappropriate manner or refer him to a military disciplinary board or anything else. Rather, he gives him space to speak. Of course, Suleiman is a supreme commander. And I have come to you from Sheba with certain big news. That is, the hoopoe traveled to another country and another kingdom, to the Kingdom of Sheba, and he did not just migrate without a reason, but rather he returned with confirmed news threatening the origin of Solomon’s kingdom, which was based on the monotheism of God - the Almighty - Indeed, I found a woman ruling them, and she has been given of all things, and she has a great throne. (23) It was a surprise to the hoopoe that a woman ruled a kingdom. He did not talk about the kingdom, but rather talked about the queen. She has been given everything, and she has a great throne: indicating that her kingdom is rich. I found her and her people prostrating to the sun instead of God. In a little while, in modern science you will learn why the hoopoe spoke about the sun and the extent of his connection to it. His second shock was in the Kingdom of Sheba, that they worshipped the sun instead of God. And Satan has made their deeds pleasing to them and averted them from the path, so they are not guided. (24) And Satan made their deeds seem good to them: indicating that ugly, sinful, or bad deeds have an ugly appearance, even in front of people, and Satan beautifies these actions so that the perpetrators do not see this ugliness and thus increase their sin. Then He averted them from the way, so they are not guided.  Then the hoopoe wonders that they do not prostrate to God, who brings forth what is hidden in the heavens and the earth and knows what you conceal and what you declare. (25) God - there is no god except Him, Lord of the Mighty Throne. As s if he wanted to say that the thrones of kings are one thing and the throne of the King of Kings is another thing. Then Solomon responded with the response of kings. (26) ۞He said, “We will see whether you have told the truth or whether you are among the liars.” (27) Because he did not disbelieve the hoopoe and did believe him, but rather he told him that he would verify this news. This also indicates the high level of intelligence knowledge that Solomon’s army - peace be upon him - had at this time in history. The modern Science Recent studies have shown that the hoopoe is more efficient than pigeons in the uses of transportation and communication, as it flies faster and does not need a group to fly, and its self-defense is more efficient and it can withstand hunger and thirst more, in addition to its famous intelligence and cunning. Unique Behaviors of Hoopoes Sunbathing: One of their most charming habits is sunbathing, where they spread their wings and tail to soak up the sun’s warmth. Protective measures: When young hoopoes are threatened, they produce a foul-smelling fluid to deter predators. This unusual defense mechanism is effective in warding off potential threats. Communication between hoopoes is complex and varied, involving visual and auditory signals. The implication 1 - Does Allah Almighty want to teach Islamic armies to use animals like the West, and are Arab Islamic armies completely far from this matter? 2- It is the cosmic system created by one God, the All-Wise, All-Knowing, All-Powerful, who places each of its elements in its proper place, even insects have a great role in the ecosystem, Please maintain the ecological balance so that we are not among those about whom God Almighty says (And do not cause corruption on the earth after its reformation). Our excessive use of pesticides, deodorants, perfumes, and floor cleaning tools with strong odors reduces the biodiversity of insects and animals and disrupts the hormones of children who reach puberty. The animals which used in the warfare in the West

The article five Messengers and successors (presidents, kings, princes, sultans, etc.) All of them are under the command of God Almighty to implement the Sharia on earth and forget - you can say that they are commanded by God Almighty on earth. Allah says إِنَّا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ شَاهِدًا وَمُبَشِّرًا وَنَذِيرًا ۝لِتُؤْمِنُوابِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ وَتُعَزِّرُوهُ وَتُوَقِّرُوهُ وَتُسَبِّحُوهُ بكْرَةً وَأَصِيلًا ۝ إِنَّ الَّذِينَ يُبَايِعُونَكَ إِنَّمَا يُبَايِعُونَ اللهَ يَدُ اللَّهِ فَوْقَ أيْدِيهِمْ فَمَنْ نَكَثَ فَإِنَّمَا يَنْكُثُ عَلَى نفْسِهِ وَمَنْ أَوْفَى بِمَا عاهَدَ عَلَيْهُ اللَّهَ فَسَيُؤْتِيهِ أَجْرًا عظِيمًا [سورة الفتح:8-10] We have sent you as a witness, a bearer of glad tidings, and a warner, ۝that you believe in God and His Messenger and support him and honor, glorify Him morning and evening ۝ those who swear allegiance to you only swear allegiance to God, God's hand is over their hands, so whoever reneges on it is only against himself, and whoever fulfills his covenant with God, He will give him a great reward [Surat Al-Fath: 8-10] The article six All Muslims scattered in the countries of the world are one Islamic nation. The article seven There are no borders within the Islamic Ummah except for the administrative borders that exist between the states, and some exceptions, such as the presence of Israel within the Islamic nation, or the existence of an Islamic state that is far from the Islamic nation, but it is affiliated with the Islamic nation, like Indonesia and other states of the Islamic Ummah. The article eight If the population of any country is more than half of it Muslims, then this country is considered a state belonging to the Islamic Ummah even if the system of government is non-Islamic, and the Islamic nation is found in the basic principles of the Islamic constitution, that state must fight against the ruling regime and whoever supports it until it overthrows it and replaces it by any means and at any price, because it is not permissible for ruling systems to remain in the hands of a non-Muslim minority. The article nine Or it is not permissible to form parties within the Islamic Ummah unless the ruling system is infidel and hypocritical, or there are non-Muslims with Muslims in the same state, in this case the nation must form the Islamic Ummah will not be dispersed by a unified movement, front or bloc to confront the government or non-Muslims, and not be an easy prey for enemies. And whoever takes Allah as a allies, and His Messenger and those who believe, Indeed, the party of God will be victorious (65) Al-Ma’idah The article ten The head of the nation is called the king, caliph, or imam. There are many verses related to these terms in the Holy Qur’an, including Almighty saying And their prophet told them that God had sent you Taloot as king, they said how can he have the kingdom over us while we are more entitled to the king more than him, and he was not given much money, and he said, "God has chosen him over you, and he increased him abundantly in knowledge and body. And God gives His kingdom to whom He wills, and God is wide, Knowing (247) Al-Baqara The second topic (the system of government) This topic shows the form of the system of government in Islam and the foundations on which it was built. It also shows the three bodies and their specializations, which are the Shura and Sub-Legislation Authority, the Executive Authority, and the Judicial Authority. The Article eleven The legal system in Islam consists of three bodies, instead of three authorities, which are the executive body, the Shura Council and subsidiary legislation, the judicial body; Because the authority and rule in the Islamic system belongs to God Almighty, and each body has a president, and the president of the executive body, He is the head of the nation or state. These three bodies together implement the rule of God in the nation on earth. This was explained in many verses of the Holy Quran. (48)And We have sent down to you the Book with truth, confirming what was before his hands of the book, and dominant over it, then judge between them by what God has revealed, and do not follow their whims from what has come to you of the truth, for each of you we have made a law and a platform, and if God had willed, He could have made you one nation, but that He may test you concerning what He has given you, so race to do good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will inform you of that in which you used to differ (48) The article tweleve The terms of reference of the Shura Council and subsidiary legislation are: Interpretation of Quranic verses and hadiths of the Prophet when needed, issuing decisions and instructions and taking the necessary measures in case of necessity, to consider issues and issues of the nation related to religious and social matters, as well as to have competences related to administrative, political, financial and military matters, It has powers to remove the president of the nation and the head of the Shura Council and subsidiary legislation in case they deviate from the application of Islamic law and do not perform their duties properly, In order to remain in its position, the nation must remove them, even by force, and one of its prerogatives is to declare another war, and the joint one with the president of the nation is; establishing or severing relations with other countries, or stopping them, declaring or canceling emergency, appointing ambassadors in other countries, appointing judges and senior officials in the state or in other countries, punishing or holding the head of the nation and the head of the Shura Council accountable. when there is a default in their job, as well as isolating, punishing or holding employees and senior officials accountable at home and abroad in the event of a default in their job, such as ministers, commanders in the army, judges, national security officials, ambassadors, representatives, and the like, when they carry out actions that may affect the unity and safety of the nation. as well as ratification of the nation's general budget. The article seventeen The president of the executive authority (the president of the nation) has broad and important powers, and its important powers are; He is considered a general commander of the Islamic armies, he takes important and dangerous decisions after consulting and obtaining the approval of the members of the Shura Council and subsidiary legislation, monitoring the work of the Shura Council and subsidiary legislation, appointing and dismissing senior statesmen including governors, judges, military commanders, and diplomats, He is primarily responsible before the nation for preserving the nation's sovereignty, security and stability. The third topic: the social system This topic deals with the social system in Islam and shows the relationships of individuals with each other, the family system and the public morals that Shariah urges adherence to. Allah says إِنَّمَا الْمُؤْمِنُونَ إِخْوَةٌ فَأَصْلِحُوا بَيْنَ أَخَوَيْكُمْ ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُرْحَمُونَ (10 ) الحجرات The believers are but brothers, so make peace between your two brothers, and pious God that you may receive mercy (10) Al-Hujurat The article twenty one The social system in Islam is a cooperative and fraternal system, the relationships of individuals with each other or with the group, and the group’s relations with another group are cooperative and fraternal, meaning that cooperation is in accordance with what was brought by Islamic law. Allah says وَتَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْبِرِّ وَالتَّقْوَى وَلَا تَعَاوَنُوا عَلَى الْإِثْمِ وَالْعُدْوَانِ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ [المائدة:2] And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression, and pious God, for God is severe in punishment [Al-Ma’idah: 2] On the authority of Anas bin Malik, may God be pleased with him The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: (None of you believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” Narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim The Article twenty two Punishment is in accordance with the Holy Quran and Sunnah, and hudud crimes should be applied, and retribution, blood money, and punishment for the criminal or the guilty as indicated in the Sharia principles of the Islamic constitution, these basic crimes are: adultery, defamation, for theft, corruption in the land (haraba), drinking alcohol, apostasy, transgression, and it is not permissible to pardon him except in accordance with the Sharia also such as retaliation, punishment The article twenty three The right of neighbourhood is safeguarded, and it is not permissible for a neighbor to harm his neighbor for his own benefit, the state does not have to interfere in prevention, the private sector, and the community in that neighborhood must prevent this harm. And worship Allah and do not associate anything with Him, and dutiful to your parents, and with relatives and orphans, and the needy, and the neighbor who is a relative, and the neighbor who is aside [An-Nisa: 36]. The Article twenty four Sanctity of the dwelling It is not permissible to enter a specific dwelling except with the consent of its owner Allah says يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَدْخُلُوا بُيُوتًا غَيْرَ بُيُوتِكُمْ حَتَّىٰ تَسْتَأْنِسُوا وَتُسَلِّمُوا عَلَىٰ أَهْلِهَا ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَذَكَّرُونَ (27) سورة النور O you who believe, do not enter houses other than your own, so that you may be familiarity and say hello to its people, ۚ This is better for you, that you may be remember (27) Surah An-Nur The article twenty five A person may not be charged with a charge, whether it is related to adultery or theft, against the innocent, and upon the nation, this should not be a blatant assault, insult, or defamation without witnesses, and the Islamic State or the Islamic State will hold such people accountable and fight them, because such people are nothing but an ailment in the Islamic society, which leads to the dispersion and tearing of the Ummah. The article twenty-six The state or the Islamic nation must fight the liars and the owners of sedition, hooligans; because lying is a tool and a malicious pest to destroy society from the base, and he must fight them and combat them by retiring from them, distance from them or banish them from society. The state must strictly prohibit the appointment of liars and rioters in state departments, this can only be done through compelling evidence and valid witnesses, that these people are liars and owners of sedition. Allah says يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِن جَاءَكُمْ فَاسِقٌ بِنَبَإٍ فَتَبَيَّنُوا أَن تُصِيبُوا قَوْمًا بِجَهَالَةٍ فَتُصْبِحُوا عَلَىٰ مَا فَعَلْتُمْ نَادِمِينَ ..الحجرات O you who have believed, if an evildoer comes to you with news, so prove that you afflict a people out of ignorance, Then you will become remorseful for what you have done .. the rooms Article twenty seven If two groups of Muslims fight in the Islamic nation, then the Islamic legal system, He prevented them from fighting, and if they insisted on fighting, then in this case it is against the system, If one of the parties insists on fighting, the regime must stand, He pressures both sides to stop fighting, with the weak side, and he fights against the sect that oppresses the other until it submits to the command, the reality is the command of God Almighty, and the regime and the nation must reconcile them after stopping the fighting. The article twenty eight Everyone has the right to own wealth, whether movable or immovable provided that he does not monopolize it and does not exploit it against the Islamic nation, and its source is permissible, and to act in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. The fourth topic: the economic system This topic deals with the economic system in Islam, It also shows the form of the economic system in Islamic law and the extent to which it can be applied on the ground The Article Thirty No, restricted, the Islamic economic system is not usurious, there is no monopoly or exploitation between the two, according to Islamic law Allah says (143)Thus We have made you a middle nation, so that you may be witnesses against the people, and the Messenger will be a witness over you, and We did not place the qiblah that you were facing except that We might know who follows the Messenger from those and who turn on their heels, and if it is too great, except for those whom Allah has guided, and God would not waste your faith. Indeed, God is Compassionate Merciful to people, (143)   Article thirty one The Islamic economic system has characteristics that differ from all systems of any kind, especially in terms of usury and zakat, Charity, tribute, kharaj, economic situation, the days of the existence of the treasury, It is run by the Central Administration of the Islamic Ummah. Article thirty two It is not permissible to mix or merge the Islamic economic system with other systems, this is the destruction of the system, not the positive economy, under the pretext of circumstances, or disturbances or necessity, and the Islamic economics from its roots   Article thirty three The legal system should prevent banks from dealing in usury, whether governmental (public sector) or private banks (private sector). Allah says Those who devour usury will not stand except as the one who the devil falters him, of the touch. that is because they said that selling is like usury, and God permitted selling and prohibited usury, so whoever comes to an admonition from his Lord, then he stops He has what preceded, and his matter is up to God, and whoever returns, they are the inmates of the Fire, and therein they will abide (275) The article thirty four Bribery is prohibited in all fields, whether it is in state departments, or in based on the hadith, the private sector or in any other field on the authority of Abdullah bin Omar - may God be pleased with him, about them he said: (The Messenger of God cursed the briber and the one who takes a bribe) The article thirty five Not to accept a gift, Any public employee, whether permanent, hidden bribery may not be considered the kind of citizen he needs to complete his transaction, In the departments of the state, and the Messenger of God said: Now, I will use the man among you to do what God has entrusted to me, So he comes and says: this is your money and this is a gift that was given to me. Did he not sit in his father's and mother's home, until his gift comes to him if he is honest, by God, none of you will take anything from it, without his right, except that he will meet God Almighty carrying him on the Day of Resurrection...) The article thirty six It is not permissible to monopolize any materials, whether food or others, and prevent their sale or conceal them from the commercial market, Until the prices rise, then sell them at obscene profits, and this is a violation of Islamic law, as stated in the noble hadith: (Whoever hoards food for forty days, he wants it to be expensive, He is a sinner and the covenant of God and His Messenger, who brings Marzouq, has been absolved of him, and the monopolist is cursed, and he mentioned a sobriety in his university, the Messenger of God said: wretched is the monopolistic person, if he hears of cheapness he is displeased, and if he hears of high prices he is happy) The article thirty seven The Islamic legal system must set a limit on consumer prices, so that the profit does not exceed a quarter of the cost, except in cases of necessity and exceptionalism, In order to reduce class differences and money does not remain monopolized by a particular class. Allah says ... كَيْ لَا يَكُونَ دُولَةً بَيْنَ الْأَغْنِيَاءِ مِنكُمْ ۚ وَمَا آتَاكُمُ الرَّسُولُ فَخُذُوهُ وَمَا نَهَاكُمْ عَنْهُ فَانتَهُوا ۚ وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ اللَّهَ شَدِيدُ الْعِقَابِ. سورة الحشر ...so that it will not be a circulated between the rich among you, and whatever the Messenger gives you, take it, and whatever he forbids you, abstain from it, and pious God, for God is severe in punishment. Surat Al-Hashr The article thirty eight First: It is not permissible to work in the trade of alcohol, intoxicants and drugs that are harmful to humans, not in the trading of tools that are used to play gambling of all kinds and the like, because it involves loss and profit, because it is forbidden in Islam. Allah says أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا إِنَّمَا الْخَمْرُ وَالْمَيْسِرُ وَالْأَنْصَابُ وَالْأَزْلَامُ رِجْسٌ مِنْ عَمَلِ الشَّيْطَانِ فَاجْتَنِبُوهُ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ ۝ O you who have believed, intoxicants, gambling, and idols are only, and the arrows are an abomination from the work of Satan, so avoid it that you may succeed. The fifth topic: public rights and freedoms and duties This topic deals with the general rights and freedoms of individuals, It also shows the duties and obligations that fall It is upon them to defend the Islamic religion and protect the Islamic state, from enemies according to Islamic law The article forty one Rights, freedoms and duties should be in the light of Islamic law, surely everything that is in international documents and in regional or local, or in constitutional documents related to the Islamic law, and broader than them in many areas, except for the freedoms related to indecency, and evil and corruption, so they are restricted; Because it creates chaos, and out of it emerges injustice The article forty-two Man is free in all his actions, actions and transactions, whatever they are within the framework of Islamic law. The article forty-three The freedoms forbidden in Sharia are the inadmissibility of buying, selling, carrying and storing all narcotic substances, other than those used for the purpose of medical treatment; Because these substances are harmful to humans physically and healthily, whoever violates this provision will be punished with 40 lashes. 81 The punishment is repeated whenever the act is repeated. The article forty-four It is strictly forbidden for women to go outside the house in clothing that provokes men, In terms of not covering the body completely or with transparent or tight clothes that show the woman's charms, whoever violates this will be punished with 20 lashes, and the punishment will be repeated whenever the act is repeated, according to the personal opinion of the researcher The article forty-five A person is free to do any work, provided that he does not oppress or affect the interest of others, physically, morally and psychologically, and not contrary to the basic texts of Islamic law. The Article forty-six The silence of the Islamic Sharia on some matters is considered permissible to do or leave because it does not violate the provisions of Islamic Sharia, as it came in the authentic hadith: “Allah has imposed an obligation, so do not transgress it, and He has prohibited things, so do not transgress them, And he kept silent about things out of mercy, obligations, so do not waste them, and he set limits for you without forgetting, so do not ask about them The article forty-seven All non-Muslims who live in the lands of the Islamic nation and are called the people of dhimma are free in their rituals, studies and thinking, and they dispose of themselves, their money and their trade, with Muslims, with some of them, or with others. Likewise, they are free to resort to the judiciary they desire, whether it is their own or the Islamic judiciary, and other such freedoms, but on the condition that these freedoms do not affect the dignity, safety and security of Muslims under Islamic law. The article forty-eight All dhimmis who live in the lands of the Islamic Ummah have obligations and duties in terms of defending the lands of the Islamic Ummah and preserving its dignity, and its safety and security in exchange for the rights and freedoms that Islamic law has given them, because they are individuals belonging to the lands of the Islamic nation, all rights and freedoms are matched by obligations and duties, and on the contrary, all obligations and duties are matched by rights and freedoms, that is, there must be a balance between these two concepts. The article forty nine It is not permissible to compel the people of dhimmis to enter the Islamic religion by force, and this contradicts Islamic law. But it is permissible to win the people of dhimmis to Islam, through good morals such as preaching, guidance and advice. They are free in their religion according to Islamic law. The Article fifty It is not permissible to recant from Islam after entering it. Because the apostate must explain the reasons for his apostasy, so when there is no valid invalidity for his apostasy, he is forced to create reasons that refute reasons; In order to justify his apostasy, and perhaps these refuting reasons may affect some weak souls among Muslims, and this in turn distorts the reputation of Islamic law, thus, the removal of such people from existence is better than their survival. The apostate is to be killed according to what came in the honorable hadith, the Messenger of God said (Whoever changes his religion, kill him) there are opinions about the duration of the opportunity for the apostate to retract his decision, the important thing is that the apostate should be killed for his apostasy if he insists. The article fifty one Every Muslim has the right to deal with non-Muslims in the economic, political and social fields in accordance with Sharia, and it is not permissible to procrastinate, with those who harm the dignity of Muslims and disregard the basic law and manipulate its texts, and they must be boycotted in all fields, when it is not possible to fight or confront them. The article fifty-two Appointment to the constituencies the nation is free and fair according to terms of reference and competencies on an equal footing without racial, religious, intellectual, sectarian or gender discrimination except for some positions, the sites are dangerous and sensitive in which only the sincere Muslim is required. In Islam, it is not allowed to designate the word doctrine except for the opinions of the jurists only The article Fifty-Three Men have priority in appointments because men are responsible for protecting women, managing them, and providing their banks according to Islamic law, while women have a distinctive feature in managing the affairs of the house, family and children more than men. The article Fifty Four Education is open to all without discrimination between Muslims in any respect, and the individual is free to choose the specialization he desires after the initial stages, but according to his competence, and the trustees are also free to choose the sciences they desire, provided that they do not prejudice the Sharia of Islam. Article fifty-five The people of the dhimma have the freedom to choose in the judiciary to which they resort, if they choose an Islamic judiciary, they must fully implement the rulings, otherwise the rulings will be enforced against them. 6- The sixth topic - The general and transitional provisions This topic includes several separate articles related to the protection of the Islamic nation and its lands, as well as the protection of Islamic law from loss. The article fifty-six Although major non-Islamic countries were prevented from establishing an Islamic legal system. i.e. the application of the Islamic constitution (Islamic law) in the states of the Islamic Ummah, the nation must unite and resist these deviant regimes by any means and at any price and whatever it may be, because the nation does not stand by pluralism, but rather by the belief that it adheres to, this is on the one hand, or materially, its human loss. Allah says فَلَا تَهِنُوا وَتَدْعُوا إِلَى السَّلْمِ وَأَنتُمُ الْأَعْلَوْنَ وَاللَّهُ مَعَكُمْ وَلَن يَتِرَكُمْ أَعْمَالَكُمْ (35) So do not be discouraged and call for peace, and you are the Most High, and God is with you, and He will never abandon your deeds (35) The article Fifty Seven The Islamic army is a shield for the nation and it is not permissible to interfere in the internal affairs of the nation, except in emergency cases, and his job is to protect the nation and its lands, security, stability and Sharia law. The article fifty-eight It is not permissible to appoint the dhimmis in sensitive, important and dangerous positions in the Islamic army and other security departments, because this issue is related to the fate of the Islamic nation. The article fifty-nine There is no such thing as sectarianism or sectarianism in Islamic law, as issues, issues, and specific matters are resolved, through the basic law or the secondary law, the most important of which is consensus, analogy and reason. Allah says وَالَّذِينَ اسْتَجَابُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَأَقَامُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَىٰ بَيْنَهُمْ وَمِمَّا رَزَقْنَاهُمْ يُنفِقُونَ (38) And those who answered their Lord and established prayer, and their affairs are by consultation among themselves, and they spend out of what We have provided for them (38) The article sixty If Muslim scholars (mujtahids) disagree on a specific issue or in resolving a specific issue in the light of the basic and subsidiary Islamic Sharia, the president of the nation must reconcile them and try, if one group insists on their opinion and unjustly oppresses the other, then he must bring their points of view closer together, If one group insists on their opinion and unjustly oppresses the other, the president must stand with the rightful party. Allah says وإن طائفتان من المؤمنين اقتتلوا فأصلحوا بينهما فإن بغت إحداهما على الأخرى فقاتلوا التي تبغي حتى تفيء إلى أمر الله فإن فاءت فأصلحوا بينهما بالعدل وأقسطوا إن الله يحب المقسطين } And if two groups of believers quarrel, then reconcile between them, If one of them transgresses against the other, then fight the one that transgresses until it obeys God's command, If it fails, then reconcile between them with justice and be just, for God loves those who are just.} Article sixty one All the previously mentioned articles are the basic principles of Islamic law, It is subject to amendment from time to time, whether the amendment is an addition or deletion or by completing the deficiency in some of its articles, but according to the following conditions: Firstly The amendment shall only be every ten years, and in case of urgent need. secondly The amendment shall not exceed more than 5% of the total materials. Third The amendment does not affect the core of the basic Islamic law Fourthly Amendment is not possible unless requested by two-thirds of the mujtahids in Islamic law. A scholar of religion is not a mujtahid unless he takes a professorship in the sciences of Islamic law, or a certificate is given to him with a title from a committee consisting of a sufficient number of old mujtahids. In addition to this, the mujtahid must support him with more than 50%, Islamic religious scholars, whether they are mujtahid or non-mujtahid. • Wrong false forelock

How many times have you read this noble verse and passed it by unnoticed, and only a few scholars and knowers know it. The story seems at first glance to be an ordinary story that happens in life. The story of the verse was revealed about Abu Jahl, the uncle of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. God Almighty described him as a forelock. His head, meaning the front of the head above the eye and the beginning of the head from the top, is lying and wrong, why did God Almighty describe him as such? Let us learn about that together through this article. First: The Psychology Talk about secrets and lies The contribution of the ventromedial prefrontal cortex to vocal deception The behavioral and functional anatomical responses shown by humans support the hypothesis that deception involves the frontal executive. Functional neuroimaging studies have shown that the ventrolateral prefrontal cortex (among other regions) is activated during lying, compared to telling the truth. However, despite some discernible consistency across studies, problems with empirical validity remain For example, The expediency of intentional, experimenter-sanctioned deception (i.e., telling subjects when they are lying); Such “lies” probably do not have suitable proxies for deception “in real life.” In this experiment, we attempted to address such confounding issues by designing an fMRI paradigm in which subjects chose when to lie (thereby reducing reliance on cues), using spoken words, in relation to material they deemed “embarrassing”; Additional probation conditions require them to “comply” or “challenge” their examiners (by withholding pre-determined answers). The uncover of the main effect of lying Significant activation of the ventrolateral prefrontal cortex. These results replicate our previous findings and extend them to circumstances in which individuals are allowed to choose when to deceive. Second the noble Qur'an  Allah says (16) Have you seen the one who forbids (9) a servant when he prays (10) Have you seen whether he is upon guidance (11) or enjoins piety (12) What have you seen if he lies and turns away? (13) Did he not know that God sees? (14) No, if he does not stop, we will pull his frontal cortex with a strong tug (15) frontal of a false lie (16) 1 - Who finishes whom? Abu Jahl (the uncle of the Messenger, may God bless him and grant him peace), forbade the Messenger of God from praying for no other reason than that he was praying out of hatred for him and out of hatred for Islam. God Almighty marvels at this act. He did this to his nephew for no other reason than his hatred for this new religion. 2 - God Almighty is amazed once again that this person (Abu Jahl) is not guided and does not command people to be pious, since he has a voice heard among the Quraysh because he was a reckoner and relative among his people. 3 - And God Almighty - wonders a third time (Have you seen that he denied the truth when it (Islam) came to him and God Almighty says in astonishment: Did he not know that God sees and hears everything that his soul speaks. Here we remember the words of psychology that we mentioned first, which is that a person lies and the activity of this lying appears on the forehead, and here we focus on the phrase (Did he not know that God sees)? Here we understand that a person before God Almighty is as if he is under the influence of MRI or FMRI, that is, as if a scan is being done to him, as if he is transparent before God and sees him from the inside out. If he lies to all people, he cannot lie before God. 4 - (No, if he does not end, we will follow the forelock) That is, he gave him a violent tug on his forehead as a punishment for his lying and against whom? against God Almighty, man in our world today is afraid of lying in front of some concerned authorities, such as lie detectors in the past, MRI machines, FMRI, and others today, To the extent that some courts in the West today take the testimony of MRI and FMRI as reliable testimony among the testimony of the accused, and they rely entirely on long-term memory. The wrong false forelock This is the key to this article: the forelock, that is, the forehead above the eye and the top of the head on the left, is responsible for lying and responsible for decisions making, It is no secret to you that the lying person’s lie means making a decision to lie, that is, he thought and decided to lie, and it was possible for him to honest but he did not do so, so this is a decision that was made, the strange thing about the verses is that they talk about Abu Jahl, that he imagines that he will lie, and that God does not see him from the inside, and he makes the decision to lie, which is not to believe in this religion, claiming before the Quraysh that this religion is not good. The witness: that the opposite is true, and that this verse preceded the FMRI < MRI technology. Only about 1446 years ago In the end Does the Lord, Blessed and Exalted be He, tell us what will happen at the end of time in terms of modern technologies, or does He just not want a Muslim to lie because perhaps one day his lying will be exposed, so his face will not fall as a result of his lying... God knows what He wants from His servants, and all we have to do is accept that This religion is a religion that does not conflict with science, which makes us proud of it.
