    ٱللَّهُ وَلِيُّ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ يُخۡرِجُهُم مِّنَ ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِ إِلَى ٱلنُّورِۖ وَٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوٓاْ أَوۡلِيَآؤُهُمُ ٱلطَّٰغُوتُ يُخۡرِجُونَهُم مِّنَ ٱلنُّورِ إِلَى ٱلظُّلُمَٰتِۗ أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ أَصۡحَٰبُ ٱلنَّارِۖ هُمۡ فِيهَا خَٰلِدُونَ (257) Allah is the Guardian of those who believe, He brings them out of darkness into the light, and those who disbelieve, their guardians are the tyrants, who bring them out of the light into darkness, those are the Companions of the Fire, they will abide therein (257) This verse follows the verse that preceded it, and the previous one is the foundation, and this is the fruit so the Almighty told that those who believed in God, and validated their faith, by carrying out the duties of faith, and he left everything that contradicts it, that he is their guardian, takes care of them with his special mandate, and takes care of their upbringing, so he brings them out from the darkness of ignorance, disbelief, sin, heedlessness, and turning away to the light of knowledge, certainty, faith, obedience, and full turn to their Lord, and enlighten their hearts, with what He throws into them of the light of revelation and faith. The View of the verse 1 - God Almighty called the light one, and the darkness multiple, and the darkness here are the different ways in which man seeks to obtain one thing, which is (happiness), And he who goes from the door of money will not find happiness as a gifts, and he who goes in the door of children will not find there happiness (light), and the only light is in the path of God - the Almighty - 2- Just as the bodies have food, which is food and drink, souls also have food that no one gives to anyone, only God Almighty makes you the one who walks in the direction of (the light) so you get what you want from the food of the souls, which is the path of God, which is the smallest Islam for Him and what is meant by the light in the verse. 3 - Every little one of mine has a guardian who goes with him whenever he needs him, and we are young in the presence of God - the Almighty - that is, whatever our social status, financial condition, or anything else, therefore, we need a guardian for us who is great than the father or brother or otherwise, because perhaps the interests of the father and his son or brother and his brother differ, so he is not considered a guardian after a quarrel, the only one who has no interests between himself and his servant (God - the Almighty -) so God is the best guardian for the believers.  أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِي حَآجَّ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمَ فِي رَبِّهِۦٓ أَنۡ ءَاتَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكَ إِذۡ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمُ رَبِّيَ ٱلَّذِي يُحۡيِۦ وَيُمِيتُ قَالَ أَنَا۠ أُحۡيِۦ وَأُمِيتُۖ قَالَ إِبۡرَٰهِـۧمُ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَأۡتِي بِٱلشَّمۡسِ مِنَ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقِ فَأۡتِ بِهَا مِنَ ٱلۡمَغۡرِبِ فَبُهِتَ ٱلَّذِي كَفَرَۗ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يَهۡدِي ٱلۡقَوۡمَ ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ (258) Have you not seen the one who disputes with Abraham about his Lord, that God give him the king, when Abraham said, "My Lord is He who gives life and causes death." He said, "I give life and cause death, Abraham said: For God brings the sun from the east, so bring it from the west, so, amazement who's the one who disbelieves and God does not guide the unjust people (258) Ibn Al-Qayyim, may God have mercy on him, said   And in this debate there is a very nice joke, which is that the polytheism of the world is based on the worship of planets and graves, then idols were depicted in their images, so the two evidences that Ibrahim inferred included the nullification of the divine, that is a sentence that God alone is the one who gives life and death. A look at the verse   We have not been contemporary with this story, but we see it with the eye and witness of God - the Almighty - present in all times and all places, and it is the debate between the king (Nimrud) and our master Ibrahim, peace be upon him, and without entering into the debate, we must not enter into a contest with anyone except within the limits that we are on the truth and we want to be saved (mental discussion) By truth to show it, as for controversy for the sake of controversy, it is forbidden in Islam, and on the authority of Abu Umamah Al-Bahili, may God be pleased with him, who said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: I guarantee a house in the middle of Paradise for one who gives up arguments even he is on the truth, Narrated by Abu Dawood, and Ar-Rabadh: The middle and highest part of Paradise. أَوۡ كَٱلَّذِي مَرَّ عَلَىٰ قَرۡيَةٖ وَهِيَ خَاوِيَةٌ عَلَىٰ عُرُوشِهَا قَالَ أَنَّىٰ يُحۡيِۦ هَٰذِهِ ٱللَّهُ بَعۡدَ مَوۡتِهَاۖ فَأَمَاتَهُ ٱللَّهُ مِاْئَةَ عَامٖ ثُمَّ بَعَثَهُۥۖ قَالَ كَمۡ لَبِثۡتَۖ قَالَ لَبِثۡتُ يَوۡمًا أَوۡ بَعۡضَ يَوۡمٖۖ قَالَ بَل لَّبِثۡتَ مِاْئَةَ عَامٖ فَٱنظُرۡ إِلَىٰ طَعَامِكَ وَشَرَابِكَ لَمۡ يَتَسَنَّهۡۖ وَٱنظُرۡ إِلَىٰ حِمَارِكَ وَلِنَجۡعَلَكَ ءَايَةٗ لِّلنَّاسِۖ وَٱنظُرۡ إِلَى ٱلۡعِظَامِ كَيۡفَ نُنشِزُهَا ثُمَّ نَكۡسُوهَا لَحۡمٗاۚ فَلَمَّا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُۥ قَالَ أَعۡلَمُ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَيۡءٖ قَدِيرٞ (259) Or like the one who passed by a town that was empty of its thrones, He said, "How will God give life to this after its death?" So God die him for a hundred years, then resurrected him, He said, “How long have you stayed?” He said, “Have you stayed a day or part of a day.” He said, “Rather, I have stayed a hundred years, so look at your food and drink, it has not changed, and look at your donkey, and let us make you a verse for the people, and look at the bones, how we spread them and then clothe them with flesh, then when it became clear to him, he said, “I know that God has power over all things” (259) This man passed by a village that had been destroyed. Its people died and its buildings were ruined, so he said - in the face of doubt and exclusion: “How can God give life to this village after its death?” That is: that is far away, and it is in this state, meaning: and others like it, according to what he did in his heart at that hour. So God wanted his mercy and the mercy of people, as God made him die for a hundred years. And he had a donkey with him, so he killed him with him. long period. When the hundred years passed, God sent him   “How long did you stay?” He said, “I stayed a day or part of a day,” depending on what he thought. And God said, “Rather, I waited a hundred years.” It seems that this response was at the hands of some of the honorable prophets. And from the perfection of God’s mercy to him and to the people is that he showed him the verse with his eyes, so that he could be convinced of it. After he knew that he was dead, God revived him, It was said to him: “Then look at your food and drink, it did not come to pass.” That is, it did not change during these long periods. A view around the verse 1- The West today claims that it revives the dead after an uncontested process of cooling the organs in a scientific way.     لَّا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِٱللَّغۡوِ فِيٓ أَيۡمَٰنِكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَاخِذُكُم بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ قُلُوبُكُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٞ (225) أي: لا يؤاخذكم بما يجري على ألسنتكم من الأيمان الباطلة، التي ينطق بها العبد، من غير قصد ولا استئثار، وإنما جرت على لسانه، كقول الرجل في عرض كلامه: لا والله، ونعم والله، وكقسم على أمر مضى، ظاناً أنه صادق على نفسه، فيما قصده قلبه، وفي هذا دليل على اعتبار النوايا في الأقوال، كما تعتبر في الأفعال، والله غفور لمن تاب إليه، حليم لمن عصاه، حيث لم يعجله بالعقوبة، بل حلم به وستر عليه، وغفر له بقدرته عليها، وكونه بين يديه، وهذا من الأيمان الخاصة بالزوجة، في أمر خاص، وهو يمين الزوج، أن يمتنع عن جماع زوجته مطلقاً، أو قيداً، لأقل من أربعة أشهر فأكثر. من حلف بامرأته خاصة إن كان أقل من أربعة أشهر، فهذا كسائر الأيمان، فإن حنث فيها كفر، وإن أتم يمينه فلا شيء عليه، ولا سبيل لزوجته عليه، لأنه ملكها أربعة أشهر. {فإن وفّوا} أي رجعوا إلى ما أقسموا على تركه وهو الجماع. {إِنَّ اللَّهَ غَفُورٌ} يغفر لهم ما وقع منهم من القسم، بسبب رجوعهم. {رَحِيمٌ} حيث جعل لإيمانهم كفارة وكفارة، ولم يجعل ذلك عليهم لازماً ولا ملازماً، ورحيماً بهم أيضاً، كما رجعوا إلى زوجاتهم، وكانوا بهن رحماء.  لِّلَّذِينَ يُؤۡلُونَ مِن نِّسَآئِهِمۡ تَرَبُّصُ أَرۡبَعَةِ أَشۡهُرٖۖ فَإِن فَآءُو فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ (226) أقل من أربعة أشهر فأكثر من حلف بزوجته خاصة -إن كانت أقل من أربعة أشهر- فهذا كسائر الأيمان، فإن حنث فهو كافر، وإن أتم يمينه فلا شيء عليه، ولا سبيل لزوجته عليه، لأنه ملكها أربعة أشهر ولو كانت إلى الأبد، أو أكثر من أربعة أشهر، تضاعف له أربعة أشهر من يمينه إذا طلبت زوجته ذلك، لأنه حق لها. إن أتمها وهو الجماع إن جامع فلا شيء عليه إلا كفارة الحنث، وإن أبى أرغم على الطلاق، وإن أبى طلقه الحاكم، ولكن الأهل والرجوع إلى زوجته أحب إلى الله تعالى، ولهذا قال: (فإن وفّوا) أي رجعوا إلى ما أقسموا على تركه وهو الجماع، فإن الله كان غفوراً. "يغفر لهم ما حصل منهم من الحلف، بسبب رجوعهم. "رحيم" جعل كفارة وكفارة لإيمانهم، ولم يوجبها عليهم، لا تنفصم، ورحيم بهم أيضاً، كما لجأوا إلى زوجاتهم، وكانوا رؤوفين بهن ورحماء. أي امتنعوا عن الحلف، وكان ذلك دليلاً على رغبتهم فيهن، وعدم إرادتهم لأزواجهن، وهذا ليس إلا تصميمهم على الطلاق، إذا حصل هذا الحق الواجب منه مباشرة، وإلا أرغمه الحاكم على فعله أو فعله. {والله سميع عليم} وفيه تحذير وتهديد لمن حلف بهذا الحلف، ويقصد بذلك الأذى والضرر، فهذه الآية تدل على أن الولاء خاص بالزوجة، لقوله تعالى: {ومن أزواجهم} فإنه يجب عليه الوطء في كل أربعة أشهر مرة، لأنه بعد الأربعة يضطر إما إلى الوطء أو الطلاق، وما ذلك إلا لأنه ترك الوجوب. وَإِنْ عَزَمُوا الطَّلَقَ أي امتنعوا عن القسم، وكان ذلك دليلاً على رغبتهم فيهن، وعدم إرادتهم لأزواجهن، وهذا ليس إلا عزماً على الطلاق، إذا كان هذا الحق الواجب قد حصل منه مباشرة، وإلا أرغمه الحاكم عليه، أو نفذه "هذه الآية تدل على أن الإيلاء خاص بالزوجة، كما قال: من نسائهم، وأنه يجب عليه الوطء في كل أربعة أشهر مرة؛ لأنه بعد الأربعة مضطر إما إلى الوطء، وإما إلى الطلاق، وما ذلك إلا لأنه ترك الوجوب." نظرة حول الآية تفضلاً: انظر إلي الصورة أعلي ( محاولات لإلغاء الطلاق ) وجرب ما بها من توجيهات لعل الله يحدث بعد ذلك أمرا، وأمرنا أن نسأل أهل الإختصاص، وهذه الصورة مجمعة من آراء متخصصين في مجال إصلاح الأسرة وَإِنۡ عَزَمُواْ ٱلطَّلَٰقَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ (227) "وإن عزموا الطلاق" أي امتنعوا عن القسم، وكان ذلك دليلاً على رغبتهم فيه، وعدم إرادتهم لأزواجهم، وهذا ليس إلا عزماً على الطلاق، إذا حصل هذا الحق الواجب منه مباشرة، وإلا أجبره الحاكم عليه، أو نفذه "والله سميع عليم" وفيه تحذير وتهديد لمن حلف بهذا الحلف، ويعني بذلك الضرر والمشقة.هذه الآية تدل على أن الإيلاء خاص بالزوجة، كما قال: "عن نسائهم، وأنه يجب الوطء، مرة في كل أربعة أشهر، لأنه بعد الأربعة مضطر إما إلى الوطء، وإما إلى الطلاق، وما ذلك إلا لأنه تركه وجوباً. وَٱلۡمُطَلَّقَٰتُ يَتَرَبَّصۡنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ ثَلَٰثَةَ قُرُوٓءٖۚ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَن يَكۡتُمۡنَ مَا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ فِيٓ أَرۡحَامِهِنَّ إِن كُنَّ يُؤۡمِنَّ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۚ وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ إِنۡ أَرَادُوٓاْ إِصۡلَٰحٗاۚ وَلَهُنَّ مِثۡلُ ٱلَّذِي عَلَيۡهِنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيۡهِنَّ دَرَجَةٞۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ (228) المعروف: ما اتفق عليه أهل الصلاح في المجتمع أي النساء المطلقات من أزواجهن أي: ينتظرن ويعدن مدة {ثلاث حيضات} أي: حيض، أو طهر حسب اختلاف العلماء في المراد بذلك، وإن كان الصحيح أن الحيض هو الحيض، ولهذا العدة أحكام عدة، منها: العلم ببراءة الرحم، فإذا كررها ثلاثة قراء، علم أنه لا يوجد حمل في رحمها، فلا يؤدي ذلك إلى اختلاط الأنساب. نظرات حول الآية الكريمة انظر لهذه الدراسة عن فرض براءة الرحم قبل الزواج مرة أخري عدة المُطلقة كما أثبتت الأبحاث العلمية أن الحيض الأول بعد طلاق المرأة يزيل من 32% إلى 35% من بصمة الإصبع، والحيض الثاني يزيل من 67% إلى 72% من بصمة الإصبع للرجل، والحيض الثالث يزيل 99.9% من بصمة الإصبع للرجل، وهنا يكون الرحم قد تطهر من البصمة السابقة وأعد لاستقبال بصمة أخرى. الدراسة الأولي العثور على "بصمة" الحيوانات المنوية تمكن الباحثون من تحديد البصمة الجينية للحيوانات المنوية البشرية السليمة - نشأت مع الفيلسوف اليوناني أرسطو. كانت مصدر قلق للملوك في القرن الرابع عشر ولا تزال شائعة كفرضية علمية في القرن التاسع عشر ولكن تم رفضها في أوائل القرن العشرين لعدم توافقها مع علم الوراثة الجديد. الدراسة الثالثة إدارة الأدلة البيولوجية لتحليل الحمض النووي في حالات الاعتداء الجنسي وأخيرًا من المهم تسليط الضوء على جميع الخطوات التي يجب أن يكون أي خبير في الطب الشرعي على دراية بها في إدارة الأدلة لتحليل الحمض النووي: تاريخ الاعتداء الجنسي والملاحظة الجسدية التي يجب أن توجه الفاحص لجمع الأدلة (على سبيل المثال، أنشطة الضحية بين الاتصال الجنسي والفحص، وجنس الضحية، ونوع الدليل).  ٱلطَّلَٰقُ مَرَّتَانِۖ فَإِمۡسَاكُۢ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ تَسۡرِيحُۢ بِإِحۡسَٰنٖۗ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمۡ أَن تَأۡخُذُواْ مِمَّآ ءَاتَيۡتُمُوهُنَّ شَيۡـًٔا إِلَّآ أَن يَخَافَآ أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِۖ فَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَا فِيمَا ٱفۡتَدَتۡ بِهِۦۗ تِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَعۡتَدُوهَاۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ (229) فأخبرنا تعالى أن {الطلاق} أي: الذي يقع به الرجعة {مرتين} حتى يستطيع الزوج إذا لم يرد الضرر أن يرجع فيه، ويراجع رأيه خلال هذه المدة، أما ما فوقها فلا يجوز ذلك، لأن من تجاوز الاثنين إما أن يكون جريئاً في الحرام، أو لا رغبة له في إمساكه، بل قصده الإيذاء، ولهذا أمر تعالى الزوج أن يمسك زوجته {بمعروف} أي يعاملها برفق، ويفعل مثل ذلك مع زوجاتهم، وهذا أرجح، وإلا فإنه سيطلقها ويتركها. {ومن يتعد حدود الله فأولئك هم الظالمون} وأي ظلم أعظم ممن اقتحم الحلال، وتجاوز عنه إلى الحرام، فلم يكتف بما أحل الله؟ "الظلم ثلاثة أنواع: ظلم العبد فيما بينه وبين الله، وظلم العبد الأكبر وهو الشرك، وظلم العبد فيما بينه وبين الخلق. ومنها: العلم ببراءة الرحم وإذا كررها ثلاثة قراء علم أنه لا يوجد في رحمها حمل، فلا يؤدي ذلك إلى اختلاط الأنساب، ولهذا أوجب الله عليهن الإخبار بما خلق الله في أرحامهن، وحرم عليهن كتمان ذلك، سواء كن حوامل أو حائضات، لأن كتمان ذلك يؤدي إلى مفاسد كثيرة، وكتمان الحمل يوجب أن يكون على غير صاحبه راغبا فيه، أو على وجه الاستعجال لانقضاء العدة. وإذا ألحقته بغير أبيه فإنه يقطع الرحم والميراث  ويخفي عنه محارمه وأقاربه، وله أن يتزوج من محارمه." وفي ذلك من الشر والفساد ما لا يعلمه إلا رب العباد. فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدُ حَتَّىٰ تَنكِحَ زَوۡجًا غَيۡرَهُۥۗ فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَآ أَن يَتَرَاجَعَآ إِن ظَنَّآ أَن يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَتِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ (230) أي الطلاق الثالث  فلا تحل له من بعد ذلك حتى تنكح زوجاً غيره أي نكاحاً صحيحاً ووطءاً لأن النكاح الشرعي لا يصح والعقد والوطء داخل فيه وهذا بالتراضي. ولا بد أن يكون نكاحاً ثانياً نكاح شهوة إن قصد إحلاله مرة أخرى للأول فلا يكون نكاحاً وهذا يدل على أن الإنسان ينبغي إذا أراد أن يدخل في قضية وخاصة الدول والصغار والكبار أن ينظر فإن رأى في نفسه قوة لذلك ووثق به تقدم وإلا امتنع. "يُبَيِّنُهُ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ" لأنهم المنتفعون به المنتفعون بغيره، وفي هذا فضل أهل العلم الذي لا يخفى، لأن الله تعالى جعل بيانه لحدوده خاصاً بهم، والمراد بذلك أن الله تعالى يحب عباده العارفين بحدود ما أنزل على رسوله والمصدقين لها.  لَّا يُؤَاخِذُكُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِٱللَّغۡوِ فِيٓ أَيۡمَٰنِكُمۡ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَاخِذُكُم بِمَا كَسَبَتۡ قُلُوبُكُمۡۗ وَٱللَّهُ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٞ (225) God does not call you to account for idle talk in swearing, But He accounts for what your hearts have earned, And God is Forgiving, Forbearing. (225) That is: He does not take you to task for what is happening on your tongues of void oaths, which the servant speaks, without intending or winning the heart, but it took place on his tongue, as a man says in the presentation of his words: “no, by God” and “Yes, by God,” and as an oath on a past matter, thinking that he is true to himself, on what the heart intends, and in this, there is evidence that intentions are considered in words, as they are considered in actions, and God is “Forgiving” to those who repent to Him, “Forbearing” to those who disobeyed Him, where he did not hasten him with punishment, rather he dreamed about him and covered him, and forgave him with his ability to do it, and being in his hands, and this is one of the oaths specific to the wife, in a special matter, which is the husband’s oath, to abstain from having intercourse with his wife at all, or with a restriction, for less than four months or more. Whoever swears by his wife in particular, if it is less than four months, This is like all other oaths, if he breaks it, it is blasphemy, and if he completes his oath, then there is nothing for him, and his wife has no way for him, because he owned it for four months. {if they fulfill} That is, they went back to what they swore to leave, which is intercourse. {Indeed, Allah is Oft-Forgiving} He forgives them for what happened from them of swearing, because of their return. { Merciful } whereas He made expiation and expiation for their faith, and did not make it necessary for them and inseparable, and merciful to them as well, as they turned to their wives, and they were kind and merciful to them.  لِّلَّذِينَ يُؤۡلُونَ مِن نِّسَآئِهِمۡ تَرَبُّصُ أَرۡبَعَةِ أَشۡهُرٖۖ فَإِن فَآءُو فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٞ رَّحِيمٞ (226) For those who are refuse to intercourse with their wives, a wait of four months, If they turn back in their words, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. (226) Less than four months or more Whoever swears by his wife in particular - if it is less than four months, this is like all other oaths. If he breaks his oath, he is a disbeliever, and if he completes his oath, then there is nothing upon him, and his wife has no way for him, because he owned it for four months, even if it was forever, or a period of more than four months, a period of four months is multiplied for him from his oath, if his wife requests that, because it is her right. If it is completed, which is intercourse If he has intercourse, then there is nothing upon him except expiation for breaking the oath, and if he refuses, He was forced to divorce, and if he refused, the ruler divorced him, but the family and returning to his wife, more beloved to God Almighty, that is why he said: “If they fulfill it,” that is, they return to what they swore to leave, and it is intercourse, for God is Forgiving.” He forgives them for what happened from them of swearing, because of their return. " Merciful " He made expiation and expiation for their faith, and did not make it necessary for them, Inseparable, and also merciful to them, as they turned to their wives, and they were compassionate and merciful to them. That is, they abstained from the category, and that was evidence of their desire for them, and their lack of will for their husbands, and this is nothing but their determination to divorce, If this obligatory right is obtained from him directly, otherwise the ruler forced him to do it or did it. {God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing}   There is a warning and a threat to whoever swears this alliance, and he means by that harm and hardship, this verse indicates that loyalty is specific to the wife, due to his saying: {from their wives} It is obligatory to have intercourse once every four months, because after the four, he is forced either to have intercourse or to divorce, and that is only because he left it obligatory. A Look at the Verse Please: Look at the image above (attempts to cancel divorce) and try the directions in it, perhaps God will bring about something after that, and He commanded us to ask specialists, and this image is a collection of opinions of specialists in the field of family reform  وَإِنۡ عَزَمُواْ ٱلطَّلَٰقَ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَمِيعٌ عَلِيمٞ (227) And if they intend to divorce, then surely Allah is Hearing, Knowing. (227) And if they resolve to divorce.”   That is, they abstained from the category, and that was evidence of their desire aginst them, and their lack of will for their husbands, and this is nothing but a determination to divorce, If this obligatory right is obtained from him directly, otherwise the ruler forced him to do it, or carried it out  “God is Hearing, Knowing”   There is a warning and a threat to whoever swears this alliance, and by that he means harm and hardship. This verse indicates that al-Ila’ is specific to the wife, as he said, “from their women, and that it is obligatory to have intercourse, once every four months, because after the four, he is forced, either to have intercourse, or to divorce, and that is only because he leaves it obligatory. وَٱلۡمُطَلَّقَٰتُ يَتَرَبَّصۡنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ ثَلَٰثَةَ قُرُوٓءٖۚ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُنَّ أَن يَكۡتُمۡنَ مَا خَلَقَ ٱللَّهُ فِيٓ أَرۡحَامِهِنَّ إِن كُنَّ يُؤۡمِنَّ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۚ وَبُعُولَتُهُنَّ أَحَقُّ بِرَدِّهِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ إِنۡ أَرَادُوٓاْ إِصۡلَٰحٗاۚ وَلَهُنَّ مِثۡلُ ٱلَّذِي عَلَيۡهِنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ وَلِلرِّجَالِ عَلَيۡهِنَّ دَرَجَةٞۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ (228) And a divorced woman should wait by themselves for three months, and it is not permissible for them to conceal what God has created in their wombs, If they believe in God and the Last Day, and their spouses are more entitled to their return in that, if they wanted to reform, and for them is the same as that which they owe with customed, and men have a degree over them, and God is Mighty, Wise (228) Ma'ruf: What the people of righteousness agreed upon in a society That is, women who have been divorced by their husbands That is: they wait and count for a period of {three menstrual cycles} that is: menstruation, or purification according to the difference of scholars as to what is meant by that, although it is correct that the period is menstruation, and there are several rulings for this waiting period, including: Knowledge of the innocence of the womb, if it is repeated by three readers, He knew that there was no pregnancy in her womb, so it does not lead to mixing of lineages. The third study Managing biological evidence for DNA analysis in sexual assault cases Finally, It is important to highlight all the steps that any forensic expert should be aware of in managing evidence for DNA analysis: the history of the sexual assault and the physical observations that should guide the examiner in collecting evidence (e.g., the victim’s activities between sexual contact and examination, the victim’s sex, and the type of evidence).  ٱلطَّلَٰقُ مَرَّتَانِۖ فَإِمۡسَاكُۢ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ تَسۡرِيحُۢ بِإِحۡسَٰنٖۗ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَكُمۡ أَن تَأۡخُذُواْ مِمَّآ ءَاتَيۡتُمُوهُنَّ شَيۡـًٔا إِلَّآ أَن يَخَافَآ أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِۖ فَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ أَلَّا يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَا فِيمَا ٱفۡتَدَتۡ بِهِۦۗ تِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَعۡتَدُوهَاۚ وَمَن يَتَعَدَّ حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِ فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ (229) The divorce is twice, so hold back with kindness, or relieved with benevolence, and it is not lawful for you to take anything of what you give them, except that they fears that they will not keep the limits set by Allah, and if you feared that they would not keep the limits set by Allah, there is no sin on them both for what she gave it, these are God's limits, so do not transgress them, and whoever transgresses the limits of Allah, those are the wrongdoers (229) So, the Almighty told us that {divorce} that is: the one by which the return takes place {twice} So that the husband, if he does not want the harm, can take it back, and review his opinion during this period, as for what is above it, it is not permissible for that, because whoever exceeds the two, is either bold in what is forbidden, or has no desire to hold it, rather, his intention is to harm, and for this reason the Most High commanded the husband to hold his wife {in a kind manner} that is, He treats her with kindness, and he does the same with their wives, and this is more likely, otherwise he will let her go and leave her. {And whoever transgresses the limits set by Allah, those are the wrongdoers}   And what injustice is greater than the one who stormed the lawful, and transgressed from it to the forbidden, so he was not satisfied with what God permitted? Injustice is of three types: the injustice of the servant in what is between him and God, the injustice of the greater slave who is polytheism, and the injustice of the servant in what is between him and creation. Including: knowledge of the innocence of the womb   If it is repeated by three readers, it is known that there is no pregnancy in her womb, so it does not lead to mixing of lineages. That is why the Almighty obligated them to tell about “what God has created in their wombs, and it was forbidden for them to conceal that, whether they were pregnant or menstruating, because concealing that leads to many evils. Concealing the pregnancy necessitates that it be attached to someone other than who it belongs to, desiring it, or in urgency because the waiting period has expired. If she joins him to someone other than his father, then he will sever the ties of kinship and inheritance, and his mahrams and relatives will hide from him, and he may marry his mahrams. And in that there is evil and corruption that only the Lord of the servants knows.  فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا تَحِلُّ لَهُۥ مِنۢ بَعۡدُ حَتَّىٰ تَنكِحَ زَوۡجًا غَيۡرَهُۥۗ فَإِن طَلَّقَهَا فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَآ أَن يَتَرَاجَعَآ إِن ظَنَّآ أَن يُقِيمَا حُدُودَ ٱللَّهِۗ وَتِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ يُبَيِّنُهَا لِقَوۡمٖ يَعۡلَمُونَ (230) If he divorces her, she will not be lawful for him after that, until she marries another husband, and if he divorces her, there is no sin on them if they back down, If they think that they will establish the limits of God, and those are the limits of Allah, which He makes clear to a people who know (230) That is, the third divorce, “so she will not be lawful to him after that until she marries another husband, that is, a valid marriage and intercourse with her, because the legal marriage is not valid, and the contract and intercourse are included in it, and this is by agreement. And it must be a second marriage, a marriage of desire If he intended to make it lawful again for the first, then it is not a marriage This indicates that a person should, if he wants to enter into an issue, Especially the states, the young, and the old, to be seen If he sees strength in himself for that, and trusts it, he will advance, otherwise he will refrain. "He makes it clear to a people who know" Because they are the beneficiaries of it, the beneficiaries of others, and in this is the virtue of the people of knowledge, which is not hidden, because God Almighty made His clarification of His limits specific to them, And what is meant by that is that God Almighty loves His servants, knowing the limits of what was revealed to His Messenger and agreeing with them.

    قال تعالي فَلَمَّا فَصَلَ طَالُوتُ بِٱلۡجُنُودِ قَالَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُبۡتَلِيكُم بِنَهَرٖ فَمَن شَرِبَ مِنۡهُ فَلَيۡسَ مِنِّي وَمَن لَّمۡ يَطۡعَمۡهُ فَإِنَّهُۥ مِنِّيٓ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱغۡتَرَفَ غُرۡفَةَۢ بِيَدِهِۦۚ فَشَرِبُواْ مِنۡهُ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّنۡهُمۡۚ فَلَمَّا جَاوَزَهُۥ هُوَ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ قَالُواْ لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا ٱلۡيَوۡمَ بِجَالُوتَ وَجُنُودِهِۦۚ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُم مُّلَٰقُواْ ٱللَّهِ كَم مِّن فِئَةٖ قَلِيلَةٍ غَلَبَتۡ فِئَةٗ كَثِيرَةَۢ بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ مَعَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ (249) أي: لما تولى طالوت بني إسرائيل واستقر له الملك، استعدوا لقتال عدوهم، فلما فرق طالوت جنود بني إسرائيل، وكانوا كثير العدد وجمع عظيم، اختبرهم بأمر الله، ليتأكد من ثباته واطمئنانه، فقال: ما يحصل في الآية، لعل الله يجعل فيه بركة تكفيه، وفي هذا البلاء دليل على أن الماء نقص عليهم ليتحقق البلاء، فعصى أكثرهم وشربوا من النهر الشراب المحرم (شرب كمية كبيرة)، ورجعوا على أعقابهم وارتدوا عن قتال عدوهم، وعدم صبرهم على الماء ساعة واحدة أكبر دليل على عدم صبرهم على القتال الذي سيطول وسيقع فيه مشقة عظيمة. في تقهقرهم عن بقية الجيش زاد الصامدون ثقتهم بالله لكنه حثهم على الثبات والشجاعة أهل الإيمان الكامل فقالوا: "كم من فئة قليلة غلبت فئة كثيرة بإذن الله والله مع الصابرين عونهم وتأييدهم ونصرهم فثبتوا وصبروا على عدوهم جالوت وجنوده" نظرة حول الآية 1- الاختبار الثاني للإيمان: الاختبار الأول بعد (الأقوال) الاختبار الثاني (بعد الأعمال) "فتنة الشرب من النهر" تظاهروا وذهبوا مع نبيهم للقتال، أليس هذا دليلاً على الإيمان؟ نعم، لكنه ليس مرضاة لله وحده، فإذا كنت اليوم بين المجاهدين وتتصور أنه في سبيل الله فانتظر (الاختبار الثاني للإيمان) لذهابك للجهاد، ليس بالقول أو حتى الفعل، بل بالاختيار والقبول. 2- إنهم عطشى ويحبون الماء. لماذا يفرض الله سبحانه وتعالى هذا الفرض الجائر على الجنود؟ اقرأ معي هذا: العلم الحالي والمفاهيم الخاطئة المستمرة حول الطقس الحار والجفاف المرتبط بالتمارين الرياضية والإفراط في الترطيب، والذي يسمى نقص صوديوم الدم، (نعم، يمكنك شرب الكثير من الماء). على الرغم من أن كلتا الحالتين يمكن أن تكون خطيرة، إلا أن التعرق المفرط ومجموعة من الحالات الأخرى مثل الإسهال أو القيء يمكن أن تؤدي إلى الجفاف (يسمى أيضًا فرط صوديوم الدم). المزيد عن نقص صوديوم الدم شرب الكثير من الماء بسرعة كبيرة يُشار إليه أيضًا باسم "تسمم الماء"، وهو اختلال في للإماهة الزائدة - شرب أكثر من 1.5 لتر في الساعة - وخاصة في الظروف الحارة والرطبة، والتي يمكن أن تكون قاتلة. 3 - الشاهد: إنهم في حالة حرب وعطش، والمياه التي لديهم قد نفدت، وهذا نهر. ألا يشربون كمية كبيرة منه؟ هذا متوقع، وإذا حدث ذلك فهم يحتاجون إلى علاج طبي فوري، ومعرفتهم الدنيوية لم تكتمل بعد في هذه الآونة من التاريخ- شرب الكثير من الماء بسرعة كبيرة مميت - لذلك يأتي الحكم الإلهي اختصارًا لكلمات لن يفهموها في ذلك الوقت. هل ما زلت تعتقد أن حكم الله - عز وجل - عليهم غير عادل؟!! 3- تبقى فئة صغيرة تؤمن بالله حقًا (كم من فئة قليلة غلبت فئة كثيرة)، وهذه كلمات تنبع من الإيمان بالله ورؤية عينية لتجارب الحياة السابقة، مثل غرق فرعون أمام أعين أجدادهم. 4- الله دائمًا وأبدًا مع الصابرين / والصبر هو: حبس النفس عما يزعجها ومنعها من الجزع، وهو صعب جدًا، فهل للصبر فوائد؟ لماذا الصبر مهم جدًا في الحياة؟ مدى أهمية الصبر في الحياة يمتد إلى ما هو أبعد من اللطف مع الآخرين. إنه يفيد علاقاتك بالآخرين ويساعد تلك العلاقات على البقاء صحية لفترة طويلة من الزمن. إن كونك شخصًا صبورًا يعلمك أيضًا كيفية تنظيم عواطفك حتى تظل صحتك قوية. يمكنك التركيز بشكل أفضل على أهدافك وأحلامك طويلة المدى يمكنك اتخاذ قرارات أكثر منطقية وواقعية تنمي المثابرة والمرونة تستمتع بوقت أفضل في تعلم مهارات جديدة يتيح لك أن تكون مستمعًا أفضل تجعل الآخرين يشعرون بالرضا تمارس اللطف وتشجع الآخرين على فعل الشيء نفسه تتعلم كيف تعيش حياة سلمية، وليست مرهقة قال تعالي وَلَمَّا بَرَزُواْ لِجَالُوتَ وَجُنُودِهِۦ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ أَفۡرِغۡ عَلَيۡنَا صَبۡرٗا وَثَبِّتۡ أَقۡدَامَنَا وَٱنصُرۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ (250) ولذلك لما خرجوا إلى جالوت وجنوده {قالوا} جميعا {رَبَّنَا أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْنَا صَبْرًا} أي: شد على قلوبنا، ووزع الصبر بيننا، وثبت أقدامنا عن الزلل والفرار، وانصرنا على القوم الكافرين، {وَآتَاهُ اللَّهُ} أي داود {الملك والحكمة} والنبوة والعلوم النافعة، وآتاه الله الحكمة والخطاب القاطع. نظرة حول الآية البروز: برز الإنسان: خرج إلى الفضاء خرجوا للقتال والقتال (القلة)، فعرفوا أنهم قلة وأنهم كثيرون بالدعاء إلى الله عز وجل، أن يقويهم، ولو سرت في الحياة لوجدت أناسًا كبار الحجم وثقال في الميزان. وإذا كنت تخيفه بفأر يقفز كالأطفال، وترى أناسا بأجسام نحيفة وبنيات ضعيفة، ولديهم قوة نفسية تخيفك وأنت في مكانك، فالقوة النفسية، هي التي تحرك القوة الجسدية، إن وجدت، وإلا فالقوة الجسدية لا شيء على الإطلاق في اختبارات الحياة الواقعية. قال تعالي فَهَزَمُوهُم بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِ وَقَتَلَ دَاوُۥدُ جَالُوتَ وَءَاتَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكَ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَعَلَّمَهُۥ مِمَّا يَشَآءُۗ وَلَوۡلَا دَفۡعُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلنَّاسَ بَعۡضَهُم بِبَعۡضٖ لَّفَسَدَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ذُو فَضۡلٍ عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ (251) فقتل ملك الكفار بيده لشجاعته وقوته وصبره {وَآتَاهُ اللَّهُ} أي: آتى الله داود {الملك والحكمة} أي: آتاه سلطانه على بني إسرائيل بالحكمة، وهي النبوة التي تتضمن الشريعة العظيمة والصراط المستقيم، ولذلك قال {وَعَلَّمَهُ مَا يَشَاء} من العلوم الشرعية والعلوم السياسية، فجمع الله له الملك والنبوة، وكان من قبله من الأنبياء أن يكون الملك لغيره، فلما نصرهم الله تعالى آمنوا في ديارهم وعبدوا الله آمنين مطمئنين بسبب خذلان أعدائهم وتمكينهم في الأرض. نظرة حول الآية 1- أين طالوت؟ ومن هو داود؟ طالوت هو الملك أو رئيس الأركان في فهمنا اليوم، أما داود فهو الجندي المجهول، الذي لم يكن أحد يعرفه قبل هذا، وأراد الله – عز وجل – أن يعرفه الجميع بعد هذه المعركة، لأنه كان له وظيفة أخرى غير الملك بعد ما تسلط عليه نخبة بني إسرائيل، وهي (النبوة). 2- داود محبوب من الله – عز وجل – لدرجة أنه أعطاه ثلاثة أشياء كل منها أعظم من الثاني (الملك – الحكمة – المعرفة) ولهذا كان قاضياً في بني إسرائيل، ومع كل هذه المواهب، سرعان ما ستجد أن ابنه سليمان فهم ما لم يفهمه أبوه – عليهما السلام –. 3- فكرة التدافع ليست فكرة، بل هي قاعدة عالمية، انظر إلى الدول الكبرى تتدافع ضد بعضها البعض بشراسة حتى تنتصر إحداها، أو تطول الحرب، انظر إلى السلع الاستهلاكية، حتى لو كانت عقاراً، فلن تجد إلا صراعاً دولياً، ومباراة لمن سيكون الأول، فالحياة مبنية على التدافع في كل مناحي الحياة حتى ينتصر الأقوى. 4- وأخيراً، من فضل الله على الناس أن أمر الأخيار بمحاربة الأشرار بالجهاد، والجهاد كما ذكرنا سابقاً ليس جهاداً قتالياً فقط، وإلا فما هي مافيا شركات الأدوية التي تمنع الفقراء من الوصول إلى أحدث إنتاجاتهم؟ ومن الفساد البيئي؟ ومن الفساد السياسي؟ إنه مفسدة كفساد التجارب الحيوانية وفراغ الأنواع، إنها حياة مليئة بالفساد، والواجب على الأخيار، أينماً كانوا وأينما كانوا، أن يقفوا في وجه الفساد، ولو كانت رؤوسهم فيه -حفظهم الله- قال تعالي  تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتۡلُوهَا عَلَيۡكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ وَإِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ (252) صدق لا ريب فيه {وإنك لمن المرسلين} وهذه شهادة من الله لرسوله برسالته، ومن أدلتها ما أخبره الله به من قصص الأمم السابقة والأنبياء وأتباعهم وأعدائهم، ولولا إخبار الله له لما علم بذلك، بل لم يكن في قومه من كان عنده شيء من هذه الأمور، فكلما عرضت الحقيقة وعرضت المتشابهات لها ازدادت وضوحاً وتميزاً، وتحقق له اليقين التام، كما حصل لهم حين اعترضوا على أحقية طالوت للملك، فأجابهم بالإقناع وزوال الشبهة. نظرة حول الآية بدأت هذه القصة (الزعماء يقاتلون أعداءهم في ذلك الوقت) بين بني إسرائيل بـ (ألم تروا) يا محمد ويا أمة محمد من بعده -صلى الله عليه وسلم- ما جرى لهؤلاء. وختمت بـ (نتلوه عليك بالحق). فهل هناك قصص تُروى بغير حق للسامعين؟ نعم كثيرون كثيرون يحبون المبالغة ولا يعتبرونها كذباً على الإطلاق، فالله -تعالى- أحق بقول الحقيقة، أحق من يسرد مشهد أو قصة لم نعايشها بالحق. 2- وأنك لمن المرسلين: شهادة من رب حكيم لرسول كريم ليعلم سبحانه أن من سيدعي النبوة من بعده كانوا كثيرين، وما مسيلمة الكذاب إلا أول من بدأ هذا الأمر لا أكثر، وكان الباب مفتوحاً على مصراعيه للأسف الشديد، وصلى الله على محمد، صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم. فَلَمَّا فَصَلَ طَالُوتُ بِٱلۡجُنُودِ قَالَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ مُبۡتَلِيكُم بِنَهَرٖ فَمَن شَرِبَ مِنۡهُ فَلَيۡسَ مِنِّي وَمَن لَّمۡ يَطۡعَمۡهُ فَإِنَّهُۥ مِنِّيٓ إِلَّا مَنِ ٱغۡتَرَفَ غُرۡفَةَۢ بِيَدِهِۦۚ فَشَرِبُواْ مِنۡهُ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّنۡهُمۡۚ فَلَمَّا جَاوَزَهُۥ هُوَ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ قَالُواْ لَا طَاقَةَ لَنَا ٱلۡيَوۡمَ بِجَالُوتَ وَجُنُودِهِۦۚ قَالَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَظُنُّونَ أَنَّهُم مُّلَٰقُواْ ٱللَّهِ كَم مِّن فِئَةٖ قَلِيلَةٍ غَلَبَتۡ فِئَةٗ كَثِيرَةَۢ بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِۗ وَٱللَّهُ مَعَ ٱلصَّٰبِرِينَ (249) When Taloot separated with the soldiers, he said, "Allah is testing you with a river, so whoever drinks from it is not from me, and whoever does not feed it, then he is from me, except he who took a room with his hand, so they drank from it except a few of them, when he and those who believed with him crossed it, they said, "We have no power today with Goliath and his soldiers, said those who think that they will meet God, how few group was defeated a group of ٗ many by the permission of God, and God is with the patient (249) That is: When Taloot took possession of the Children of Israel and the kingdom settled for him, they prepared to fight their enemy, so when Taloot separated the soldiers of the Children of Israel, and they were many in number and great crowd, he tested them by God’s command, to make sure who was firm and reassured was not like that, and he said: what's get in the verse, perhaps God will make a blessing in it that will suffice him, and in this affliction there is evidence that the water has decreased for them in order for the test to be achieved, so most of them disobeyed and drank from the river the forbidden drink, and they returned on their heels and relapsed from, fighting their enemy, and their lack of patience for water for one hour is the biggest evidence of their lack of patience for the fight that will be prolonged and in which great hardship will occur. In their retreat from the rest of the army, the steadfast ones increased their trust in God But he encouraged them to be steadfast and courageous, the people of complete faith, as they said: “How many a small faction has defeated a large faction, God willing, and God is with the patient, His help, support, and victory, so they stood firm, and were patient to fight their enemy Goliath and his soldiers. A look at the verse 1 - The second test of faith: The first test after (sayings) The second test (after deeds) “The affliction by the river” They seemed and went with their prophet to fight, isn't that proof of faith? Yes, but it is not only pleasing to God and only, so if today you are among the Mujahideen and you imagine that it is in the way of God, then wait (the second test of faith) for your going to Jihad, not words or even deeds, but choice and acceptance. 2 - they are thirsty and they love water. Why does God - the Almighty - impose this unjust imposition on the soldiers? In addition to dehydration, a recent article claims that long-distance runners (eg, marathoners) are prone to overhydration — drinking more than 1.5 liters per hour — especially in hot and humid conditions, which can be fatal. 3 - the witness: They are at war and thirsty, and the water that they have with them has run out, and this is a river. Will they not drink a large amount of it? This is expected, and if they do, they need immediate medical treatment, and their worldly knowledge is not yet complete - drinking a lot of water very quickly is deadly - so the divine judgment comes as an abbreviation for words that they will not understand at the time. Do you still think that the judgment of God - the Almighty- on them is unfair?!! 3 - There remains a small group that truly believes in God (how many small factions have defeated a large faction), and these are words emanating from faith in God and an eye vision of previous life experiences, such as the drowning of Pharaoh before the eyes of their ancestors. 4 - God is always and forever with the patient / and patience is: restraining the soul from what bothers it and preventing it from panic, and it is very difficult, so does patience have benefits? Why is patience so important in life? How important patience is in life extends far beyond being kind to others. It benefits your relationships with others and helps those relationships stay healthy over a long period of time. Being a patient person also teaches you to regulate your emotions so that your well-being remains strong. You can focus better on your long-term goals and dreams You can make more logical and realistic decisions You develop perseverance and resilience You have a better time learning new skills It allows you to be a better listener You make others feel good You practice kindness and encourage others to do the same You learn how to live a peaceful life, not stressful Allah says وَلَمَّا بَرَزُواْ لِجَالُوتَ وَجُنُودِهِۦ قَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ أَفۡرِغۡ عَلَيۡنَا صَبۡرٗا وَثَبِّتۡ أَقۡدَامَنَا وَٱنصُرۡنَا عَلَى ٱلۡقَوۡمِ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ (250) And when they came out to Goliath and his soldiers, they said, "Our Lord, pour out patience upon us, and make our feet firm, and give us victory over the unbelieving people (250) That is why when they came out to Goliath and his soldiers {they said} all of them {Our Lord, pour out patience upon us} meaning: Strengthen our hearts, distribute patience among us, and make our feet firm against slipping and fleeing, And we were victorious over the unbelieving people, “And God gave him,” that is, David, “kingdom and wisdom,” prophecy and useful sciences, and God gave him wisdom and decisive discourse. A look at the verse Prominence: the man emerged: he went out into space They went out to fight and fight (the few), so they knew that they were few and that they were numerous by supplicating to God Almighty, to strengthen them, and if you walked through life, you would find people who are large in size and heavy in the balance of body mass. and if you hide it with a mouse that jumps like children, and you see people with skinny bodies and weak builds, and they have psychological strength that frightens you while you are in your place, then psychological strength, It is what drives physical strength, if any, otherwise, physical strength is absolutely nothing in real life tests. Allah says فَهَزَمُوهُم بِإِذۡنِ ٱللَّهِ وَقَتَلَ دَاوُۥدُ جَالُوتَ وَءَاتَىٰهُ ٱللَّهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكَ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةَ وَعَلَّمَهُۥ مِمَّا يَشَآءُۗ وَلَوۡلَا دَفۡعُ ٱللَّهِ ٱلنَّاسَ بَعۡضَهُم بِبَعۡضٖ لَّفَسَدَتِ ٱلۡأَرۡضُ وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ذُو فَضۡلٍ عَلَى ٱلۡعَٰلَمِينَ (251) So they defeated them, God willing, and David killed Goliath, and God gave him kingdom and wisdom, and taught him whatever he wanted, and had it not been for God repelling people one by one, the earth would have been corrupted, but God is of bounty to the worlds (251) He killed the king of the infidels with his own hand due to his courage, strength, and patience {And God gave him} that is: God gave David {kingdom and wisdom} that is: who bestowed upon him his dominion over the Children of Israel with wisdom, It is prophecy that includes the great law and the straight path, and that is why he said {And teach him what he wills} of legal sciences and political sciences, so God combined kingdom and prophecy for him, It was before him from the prophets that the king would be for others, so when God Almighty helped them, they were at ease in their homes and worshiped God, safe and secure, because of letting down their enemies and empowering them on the land. A look at the verse 1 - Where is Taloot? And who is David? Taloot is the king or chief of staff in our understanding today, while Daoud is the unknown soldier, which no one knew before this, and God - the Almighty - wanted him to know after this battle, because he had a function other than kingship after what the Israeli elite had ruled over them, which is (prophecy). 2- David is loved by God - the Almighty - to the extent that He gives him 3 things, each of which is greater than the second (kingdom - wisdom - knowledge) and that is why he was a judge in the Children of Israel, with all these gifts, soon you will find that his son Solomon understood what his father - peace be upon them both - did not understand. 3- The idea of scrambling, it is not an idea, it is a global norm, look at the major countries scrambling against each other fiercely so that one of them will prevail, or the war will prolong, Look at consumer goods, even if it is a drug, you will find nothing but international conflict, and a match for who will be the first, life is built on stampede in all aspects of life so that the strongest prevail. 4- Finally, it is from God’s grace upon people that He commanded the good to fight the evil with jihad, and jihad, as we previously stated, is not only combative jihad, otherwise what is the mafia of pharmaceutical companies that keeps the poor from reaching their latest production? and from the environmental corruption? It is for political corruption? It is as corruptible as animal experiments and species emptiness, It is a life full of corruption, and it is obligatory for the good, whoever they are and wherever they are, to stand in the face of corruption, even if their heads are in it - may God bless everyone - Allah says  تِلۡكَ ءَايَٰتُ ٱللَّهِ نَتۡلُوهَا عَلَيۡكَ بِٱلۡحَقِّۚ وَإِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلۡمُرۡسَلِينَ (252) Those are the signs of God, We will recite them to you with truth, and you are among the messengers (252) The Almighty said: {These are the signs of God that We recite to you with truth} that is   Unquestionably honest   {And indeed, you are among the Messengers} This is a testimony from God to His Messenger of His message, which among its evidence is what God told him of the stories of the predecessor nations, the prophets, their followers and their enemies that, Had it not been for God's information to him, he would not have had any knowledge of that, rather there was no one among his people who had any of these matters, whenever the truth is presented and similarities are presented to it, it becomes clearer and more distinct, and he achieved complete certainty, as happened to them, when they objected to the entitlement of Taloot to the king, answer the answers obtained by persuasion and the demise of suspicion. A look at the verse This story began (the chiefs fighting their enemies at that time) among the children of Israel with (did you not see), O Muhammad and O nation of Muhammad after him - may God bless him and grant him peace - what happened to those. And it ended with (We recite it to you with truth). are there stories unjustly told to listeners? Yes, many, many people like to exaggerate and they do not consider it to be a lie at all, so God - the Almighty - is more deserving of telling the truth, more deserving of reciting a scene or a story that we did not live with. 2 - And that you are among the Messengers: A testimony from a Wise Lord to a Generous Messenger so that he - Glory be to Him - knows that whoever will claim prophethood after him, there were many, and Musailama the liar was only the first to start this matter, nothing more, and the door was wide open, unfortunately, may Allah's blessings be upon Muhammad, may Allah's blessings be upon him and his family and companions, and peace be upon him.     قال تعالي  أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلۡمَلَإِ مِنۢ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مُوسَىٰٓ إِذۡ قَالُواْ لِنَبِيّٖ لَّهُمُ ٱبۡعَثۡ لَنَا مَلِكٗا نُّقَٰتِلۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۖ قَالَ هَلۡ عَسَيۡتُمۡ إِن كُتِبَ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡقِتَالُ أَلَّا تُقَٰتِلُواْۖ قَالُواْ وَمَا لَنَآ أَلَّا نُقَٰتِلَ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَقَدۡ أُخۡرِجۡنَا مِن دِيَٰرِنَا وَأَبۡنَآئِنَاۖ فَلَمَّا كُتِبَ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقِتَالُ تَوَلَّوۡاْ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّنۡهُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِلظَّٰلِمِينَ (246) يقص تعالى على نبيه قصة رؤساء بني إسرائيل وهم الأشراف والرؤساء وخص الملأ بالذكر، لأنهم عادة هم الذين يبحثون عن مصالحهم ليتفقوا، ويتبعهم غيرهم على ما يرون، وذلك لأنهم أتوا نبياً لهم بعد موسى عليه السلام، فقالوا له {ابعث لنا ملكاً} أي: اجعل لنا ملكاً {نقاتل في سبيل الله} فليجتمع متفرقونا ويقاوموا عدونا من خلالنا، ولعلهم يومئذ لا يكون لهم زعيم يجمعهم، كما كانت عادة القبائل التي تملك بيوتاً، فكل بيت لا يرضى أن يكون للبيت الآخر رئيس، فاسعوا من نبيهم أن يعين لهم ملكاً يرضي الطرفين، ويكون تعيينه خاصاً بإيراداتهم. يقص الله تعالى هذه القصة على الأمة حتى يتفكروا في الجهاد ويرغبوا فيه، ولا ينصرفوا عنه، فقد صار الصابرون هم المحمودون في الدنيا والآخرة؛ وخسروا الأمرين، فأخبر تعالى أن أهل الرأي من بني إسرائيل، تشاوروا في الجهاد، واتفقوا على أن يطلبوا من نبيهم أن يعين لهم ملكاً، وينهي النزاع بتعيينه، وينالوا الطاعة الكاملة؛ ولم يبق قول إلا مقال. نظرة على الآية قبل أن ننتقل إلى نظرة أو أكثر حول الآية الكريمة، ندعوك لقراءة فكرة الاستحقاق الذاتي المكتوبة أسفل هذا الكلام، وهنا سنفسر الآية حرفياً. بالنفس البشرية وعقدها وخصائصها، بدءاً من فرويد ومن هو أعلى منه في الإنسانية. فلنبدأ... ألم تر قلنا من قبل أنه عندما يستخدم الله - تعالى (الم تر) فهي من اجل - أن ييجمع انتباهك إليه - سبحانه وتعالي- فلا تقرأه وعقلك فارغ أو مشتت في أمور أخرى، لأن الله هو الذي سيريك المشهد الذي لم تشاهده انت علي الحقيقة إلى الصفوة الصفوة التي تملأ بها الصفوف الأولى في أي مجلس، أصحاب الياقات البيضاء - إن صح التعبير - من بني إسرائيل هنا علمنا أنهم صفوة بني إسرائيل من بعد موسى إذ قالوا لنبي لهم: ابعث لنا ملكاً نقاتل في سبيل الله إذن هم ليسوا اليهود المعاصرين لموسى - عليه السلام - الذين تاهوا في الصحراء، بل ربما هم من ذريتهم الأثرياء، فقالوا ادعاء وليس كلاماً من القلب (ابعث لنا ملكاً) فهم صفوة واعتادوا على الثراء ويريدون ملكاً يقودهم في الحرب ضد أعدائهم "قال هل لو كتب عليكم القتال لم تقاتلوا؟" أخبرهم نبيهم بذلك: يريد أن يتأكد من أنها مجرد أقاويل فارغة خالية من الحقيقة، أم أنها نية حقيقية للقتال، ونادراً ما يترك الأغنياء والأثرياء أحبابهم لأنفسهم ويقاتلون ليموتوا ويتركوهم. قالوا: وما لنا لا نقاتل في سبيل الله وقد أخرجنا من ديارنا وآبائنا؟ كان هذا جوابهم، أنهم اعترفوا بأن أعداءهم أخرجوهم من ديارهم ظلماً وعدواناً، وأخذوا منهم أولادهم إما بالقتل أو السبي أو غير ذلك. فلما كتب عليهم القتال تولوا إلا قليلاً منهم فظهرت شرارة القتال، فكلهم إلا قليلاً منهم هم الذين قاتلوا، والباقون كثيرون. "ولوا عن القتال أو تولوا أمر أنفسهم أو غير ذلك والله عليم بالظالمين" وهنا وصفهم الله -تعالى- بالظالمين، ظالمين لمن؟ الله؟ حاش وكلا ولا، لنبيهم؟ قال تعالي وَقَالَ لَهُمۡ نَبِيُّهُمۡ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَدۡ بَعَثَ لَكُمۡ طَالُوتَ مَلِكٗاۚ قَالُوٓاْ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لَهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ عَلَيۡنَا وَنَحۡنُ أَحَقُّ بِٱلۡمُلۡكِ مِنۡهُ وَلَمۡ يُؤۡتَ سَعَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلۡمَالِۚ قَالَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱصۡطَفَىٰهُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَزَادَهُۥ بَسۡطَةٗ فِي ٱلۡعِلۡمِ وَٱلۡجِسۡمِۖ وَٱللَّهُ يُؤۡتِي مُلۡكَهُۥ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٞ (247) أي كيف يكون ملكاً وهو دوننا شرفاً ونسباً ونحن أحق بالملك منه؟ ومع هذا فهو فقير لا يملك ما يملكه الملك من المال، وهذا مبني على ظنهم الفاسد وهو أن الملك ونحوه من الدول ضروري لشرف النسب وكثرة المال، ولم يعلموا أن الصفات الحقيقية التي يجب تقديمها عليها، ولهذا قال لهم نبيهم: {إِنَّ اللَّهَ اصْطَفَاهُ عَلَيْكُمْ} فيجب أن تستسلموا لذلك {وزاده بسطة في العلم والجسم} أي: فضله عليكم بالعلم والجسم، أي: بقوة الرأي والجسم التي تتم بها أمور الملك، لأنه إذا كان رأيه كاملاً وكان قادراً على تنفيذ ما يقتضيه الرأي الصحيح فإنه يحصل ذلك الكمال، وإذا فاته أحد الأمرين اختل عليه الأمر. وأن الملك ليس بكثرة المال؛ ولا صاحبها من الذين كانوا ملكين في ديارهم، الله يؤتي ملكه من يشاء نظرة حول الآية أخبرهم نبيهم أن الله قد بعث لكم ملكاً وهذا إقرار بإرادة الله - عز وجل - في اختيار طالوت ملكاً عليهم، فكان ردهم: كيف يكون له ملك علينا؟ (مراجعة لنبيهم، وومرجعة علي إرادة الله - عز وجل -) ونحن أحق بالملك منه (ألم أقل لكم إنها فكرة استحقاق ذاتي لا توثق) ثم بدأوا يعددون أسباب القول بأنه لا يستحق الملك وأنهم يستحقونه بدلاً منه، (ولم يؤت سعة من المال) وهم أغنياء، ونحن متفقون على ذلك، فهم نخبة غنية من بني إسرائيل. قال نبيهم إن ثلاثة أسباب هي سبب اختيار الله - عز وجل - لطالوت: 1- كثرة العلم... يبدو أنهم علم عسكري أو الله أعلم، وهو استعارة لأهمية العلم والعلماء. 2- البنية القوية (صفات الجندي المثالي في المعارك العسكرية) 3- والله يؤتي ملكه من يشاء... أي لا تتحدث عن هذا الأمر وهنا: اقرأ فيما يلي عن فكرة الاستحقاق، ثم ارجع بنظرك إلى الآية مرة أخرى وستجد أنها تحققت بالكامل في نخبة بني إسرائيل الذين أخبروا نبيهم بذلك. ما هو الاستحقاق؟ الاستحقاق يشمل كل جوانب الحياة، الصحة، المال، العلاقات، للحفاظ على حالة متوازنة من حياة الإنسان. والاستحقاق هو حالة من التكامل بين الأفكار والمشاعر والسلوكيات والملكية المادية. من المهم العمل على زيادة الاستحقاق لأن ذلك يدعم الشخص، فكلما ارتفع الاستحقاق ارتفع تقدير الذات، وكلما انخفض الاستحقاق انخفض تقدير الذات والأهم أنت تستحق عندما تكون صاحب الحق، ولا تكون مزيفًا أو متظاهرًا، وإذا انخفض الاستحقاق كان تدمير الذات واضحًا هل الاستحقاق مادي فقط؟ من المؤكد أن الأشياء المادية ضرورة، لكنها تبقى محفزاً لرفع الشعور بالاستحقاق، كالاهتمام بالمظهر، وامتلاك الاحتياجات الأساسية بالقدرات المتاحة. من هم الذين يعانون من أوهام الاستحقاق؟ النرجسيون الذين يعانون من تضخم ذاتي زائف سطحي، فإن شعورهم المفرط بالاستحقاق يجعلهم يسعون إلى إجبار الآخرين على الامتثال والخضوع، ولا يقبلون مراجعة أخطائهم ولا يقبلون النقد. قال تعالي  وَقَالَ لَهُمۡ نَبِيُّهُمۡ إِنَّ ءَايَةَ مُلۡكِهِۦٓ أَن يَأۡتِيَكُمُ ٱلتَّابُوتُ فِيهِ سَكِينَةٞ مِّن رَّبِّكُمۡ وَبَقِيَّةٞ مِّمَّا تَرَكَ ءَالُ مُوسَىٰ وَءَالُ هَٰرُونَ تَحۡمِلُهُ ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُۚ إِنَّ فِي ذَٰلِكَ لَأٓيَةٗ لَّكُمۡ إِن كُنتُم مُّؤۡمِنِينَ (248) نظرة على الآية ثم ذهب نبيهم وقال لهم: إن ظهور هذا الملك (طالوت) علامة على أن التابوت الذي فقدوه منذ زمن طويل من أيام موسى وهارون - عليهما السلام - سيأتيكم، وأول ما يرونه سيشعرون بلطمأنينة في قلوبهم... وهنا عدة لطائف اللطيفة الأولى الحمد لله على نعمة التسبيح في الإسلام (...فَاصْبِرْ عَلَىٰ مَا يَقُولُونَ وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا ۖ وَمِنْ آنَاءِ اللَّيْلِ فَسَبِّحْ وَأَطْرَافَ النَّهَارِ لَعَلَّكَ تَرْضَىٰ (130) فلعل الرضا تكون من الطمأنينة) الرضا نوع من السلام الداخلي الذي يبحث عنه الكثير من الناس ولا يجدونه، يجده المسلم من خلال تسبيحات بأعداد محددة أو غير محددة يقولها في الصباح والمساء، أنت فقط لا تفهم ما يفعله التسبيح بحمد الله بقوتك النفسية ، افعل ولن تخسر. اللطيفة الثانية اليهود أناس ماديون ويحبون المظاهر كثيراً، فلا عجب أن أصحاب أفضل الماركات العالمية في الملابس هم اليهود، ولا عجب أن يكونوا في العطور كذلك ايضا، وليس من المستغرب أن تظهر من خلالهم نظريات تتحدث عن المادية -لا يوجد دليل- ولكن المادية هي نظرية تقوم عليها نظريات أخرى في الغرب كالتفرد وغيرها، والتي تجعل الإنسان الفرد عابداً لنفسه قبل أن يعبد أي شيء آخر، وللأسف فإن الشرق يمتص هذا أكثر فأكثر، فلا عجب إذن أن تظهر جمعة سوداء وجمعة بيضاء وأسماء أخرى لا علاقة لها بالإسلام من اليمين أو اليسار، الجمعة هي جمعة مباركة في الإسلام وفيها خلق آدم وفيها نبعث إن شاء الله. اللطيفة الثالثة إن وجود الصالحين أو حتى وجود أثر من آثارهم في الحياة يلهم الإيمان في القلوب القاسية التي نسيت الإيمان بالله، وانظر حولك فسترى -على سبيل المثال- بلا حصر، أن كتب الشيخ محمد متولي الشعراوي ملهمة للناس في الشرق والغرب إلى يومنا هذا، رحمه الله وعلماء الأمة العظام. آمين كلمة أخيرة يجب أن نشعر بالاستحقاق في نفوسنا، لأن هذا سيرفع من تقديرنا لأنفسنا وهو ما نحتاج إليه فعلاً، ولكن فكرة أننا ندافع عن دفاعات نفسية فكرة غير ناضجة، ونقول إننا نستحق ما أنعم الله به على الآخرين - فهو كأنه عمل نخبة بني إسرائيل - فلا تكن يهودياً في نفسك ثم تتظاهر بالعداء لليهود. --------------------------------------------------------------------------  أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلۡمَلَإِ مِنۢ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مُوسَىٰٓ إِذۡ قَالُواْ لِنَبِيّٖ لَّهُمُ ٱبۡعَثۡ لَنَا مَلِكٗا نُّقَٰتِلۡ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِۖ قَالَ هَلۡ عَسَيۡتُمۡ إِن كُتِبَ عَلَيۡكُمُ ٱلۡقِتَالُ أَلَّا تُقَٰتِلُواْۖ قَالُواْ وَمَا لَنَآ أَلَّا نُقَٰتِلَ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَقَدۡ أُخۡرِجۡنَا مِن دِيَٰرِنَا وَأَبۡنَآئِنَاۖ فَلَمَّا كُتِبَ عَلَيۡهِمُ ٱلۡقِتَالُ تَوَلَّوۡاْ إِلَّا قَلِيلٗا مِّنۡهُمۡۚ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمُۢ بِلظَّٰلِمِينَ (246) Have you not seen the elite of Israel after Moses, when they said to a prophet of theirs, “Send us a king, so we can fight in the way of God, He said: Would you not kill if fighting was prescribed for you, They said, "Why should we not kill in the cause of God, when we have been expelled from our homes, and our fathers, so when fighting was prescribed for them, they turned away, except a few of them, and God is Knowing of the unjust (246) The Almighty tells His Prophet the story of the leaders of the Children of Israel, who are the nobles and the chiefs. He specifically mentioned the leaders, because they are usually the ones who seek their interests to agree, and others follow them according to what they see, because they came to a prophet of theirs after Moses, peace be upon him, and said to him {Send us a king} meaning: {to fight in the way of Allah} so that our dispersed ones may come together and resist our enemy through us, and perhaps on that day they will not have a leader to unite them, as was the custom of the tribes that owned houses, so each house would not be satisfied with the other house having a leader, so they sought from their prophet to appoint a king for them who would please both parties, and his appointment would be specific to their revenues. The Almighty tells this story to the nation so that they may think about jihad and desire it, and not turn away from it, for the patient ones have become the ones who are praised in this world and the hereafter; And they lost both matters, so God Almighty informed that the people of opinion from the Children of Israel consulted about jihad, and agreed to ask their prophet to appoint a king for them, and end the dispute by appointing him, and they would receive complete obedience; and there was nothing left to say except what was said. They said: Why should we not fight in the cause of Allah when we have been expelled from our homes and our fathers? This was their answer, that they admitted that their enemies expelled them from their homes unjustly and aggressively, and took their children from them either by killing or captivity or otherwise. Soو when fighting was decreed upon them, they turned away except for a few of them So, the spark of fighting appeared, and all of them except a few of them were the ones who fought, and the rest were many. "And they turned away from fighting or turned their affairs to themselves or something else, and Allah is Knowing of the wrongdoers" Here Allah - the Most High - described them as wrongdoers, wronging whom? Allah? God forbid, and neither, nor their prophet. Allah says وَقَالَ لَهُمۡ نَبِيُّهُمۡ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ قَدۡ بَعَثَ لَكُمۡ طَالُوتَ مَلِكٗاۚ قَالُوٓاْ أَنَّىٰ يَكُونُ لَهُ ٱلۡمُلۡكُ عَلَيۡنَا وَنَحۡنُ أَحَقُّ بِٱلۡمُلۡكِ مِنۡهُ وَلَمۡ يُؤۡتَ سَعَةٗ مِّنَ ٱلۡمَالِۚ قَالَ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ ٱصۡطَفَىٰهُ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَزَادَهُۥ بَسۡطَةٗ فِي ٱلۡعِلۡمِ وَٱلۡجِسۡمِۖ وَٱللَّهُ يُؤۡتِي مُلۡكَهُۥ مَن يَشَآءُۚ وَٱللَّهُ وَٰسِعٌ عَلِيمٞ (247) And their Prophet said to them, "God has sent you Talut, as a king, How can he have dominion over us, and we have more right to dominion than him? and he was not given an abundance of wealth. And yet he is poor and does not possess the money that a king possesses. This is based on their corrupt assumption that kingship and similar states are necessary for honorable lineage and abundant wealth. They did not know the true qualities that must be given precedence over them. For this reason, their prophet said to them: {Indeed, Allah has chosen him over you}, so you must submit to that. {And has increased him abundantly in knowledge and stature}, meaning: He has favored him over you with knowledge and stature, meaning: with the strength of opinion and stature by which the affairs of kingship are completed, because if his opinion is complete and he is able to implement what the correct opinion requires, then that perfection is achieved, and if he misses one of the two matters, the matter is disturbed for him. And kingship is not due to an abundance of money; Nor is its owner among those who were kings in their homes. God gives His kingdom to whom He wills. A look at the verse Their prophet informed them that God has sent you a king This is an acknowledgment of God’s will - the Almighty - in choosing Talut as a king over them, so their response was: How can he have a kingdom over us? (Referring to their prophet, and referring to God’s will - the Almighty -) and we are more deserving of the kingdom than him (Did I not tell you that it is an idea of ​​personal entitlement that cannot be documented) Then they began to enumerate the reasons for saying that he does not deserve the kingdom and that they deserve it instead of him, (and he was not given abundance of wealth) and they are rich, and we agree on that, they are a rich elite of the Children of Israel. Their prophet said that there are three reasons for God - the Almighty - choosing Talut: 1- The abundance of knowledge... It seems that they are military knowledge or God knows best, and it is a metaphor for the importance of knowledge and the scholars. 2- Strong structure (qualities of the ideal soldier in military battles) 3- And God gives His kingdom to whomever He wills... that is, do not talk about this matter Here: Read below about the idea of ​​entitlement, then look back at the verse again and you will find that it was fully achieved in the elite of the Children of Israel who told their prophet about that. What is entitlement? Entitlement includes all aspects of life, health, money, relationships, to maintain a balanced state of human life. Entitlement is a state of integration between thoughts, feelings, behaviors and material possessions. It is important to work on increasing entitlement Because this supports the person, the higher the entitlement, the higher the self-esteem, and the lower the entitlement, the lower the self-esteem And most importantly You are entitled when you are the rightful owner, and you are not fake or pretending, and if entitlement decreases, self-destruction is clear Is entitlement only material? It is certain that material things are necessary, but they remain a motivator to raise the feeling of entitlement, such as caring about appearance, and possessing basic needs with the available capabilities. Who suffers from delusions of entitlement? Narcissists who suffer from superficial false self-aggrandizement, their excessive sense of entitlement makes them seek to force others to comply and submit, and they do not accept review of their mistakes and do not accept criticism. The witness from the foregoing How many of us pray Asr while yawning and thinking of going to sleep after a hot meal, which is the opposite of what God Almighty wants, He - Glory be to Him - wants to pray with qunoot: With humility and focus in words, monologues, movements in prayer, and other outward and esoteric rulings (submission) And it is because of our lifestyle, which differed greatly from what the Muslims used to do in the early days of Islam, and God is Most High and Knows. فَإِنۡ خِفۡتُمۡ فَرِجَالًا أَوۡ رُكۡبَانٗاۖ فَإِذَآ أَمِنتُمۡ فَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ كَمَا عَلَّمَكُم مَّا لَمۡ تَكُونُواْ تَعۡلَمُونَ (239) If you were afraid of walking or riding, then if you were secure, so remember God as He taught you what you did not know (239) {if you fear}   He did not mention what he is afraid of to include fear of an unbeliever and an oppressor, and other types of fears, i.e.: If you fear your prayers in that capacity, pray them {Regala} meaning: walking on your feet, {or riders} on horses, camels, and others, and it is necessary for that that they be facing the qiblah and not facing it, and in this there is an increase in emphasis, to preserve its time when it is commanded to do so, even with the violation of many of the pillars and conditions, and that it is not permissible to delay it beyond its time, even in this severe case, praying it in that way is better, and even more obligatory than praying it in peace outside of time {so when you believe} that is: fear is removed from you {so remember God} this includes all types of remembrance, including prayer for its perfection and completeness, {Just as He taught you what you did not know} for it is a great blessing and a great favor, It requires meeting it with remembrance and gratitude, so that He may preserve His blessings upon you and increase them.  وَٱلَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوۡنَ مِنكُمۡ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزۡوَٰجٗا وَصِيَّةٗ لِّأَزۡوَٰجِهِم مَّتَٰعًا إِلَى ٱلۡحَوۡلِ غَيۡرَ إِخۡرَاجٖۚ فَإِنۡ خَرَجۡنَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِي مَا فَعَلۡنَ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِنَّ مِن مَّعۡرُوفٖۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٞ (240) And those of you who die and leave wives behind, a bequest to their wives, enjoyment until the year despite the ejection ٖۚ so if they went out there is no sin upon you for what they do with themselves, who is kind, and God is Mighty, Wise (240) That is: spouses who die and leave behind spouses, so they must bequeath {a bequest to their spouses as enjoyment until one year without taking it out} that is, they instruct that they stay in their homes for a period of one year, without leaving it, {If they go out} from themselves {there is no blame on you} O guardians {For what they have done for themselves of kindness, and God is Mighty, Wise} That is, from reviewing the adornment and perfume and the like, and most of the commentators believe that this verse is abrogated by what preceded it, which is his saying: {And those of you who die and leave couples who wait by themselves for four months and ten days} and it was said that you did not abrogate it, but the first verse indicates that four months and ten days are obligatory, anything more than that is recommended and should be done to complement the husband’s right and out of consideration for the wife, the evidence that this is desirable is that here he denied the wing of the guardians, If they leave before the completion of the year, and if the necessity of housing is obligatory, the embarrassment does not negate them. If they decide to leave mourning after 50 days, then leave them as they want, without prejudice to the requirements of the Sharia of hijab, and modesty and other things, perhaps because wars will increase at the end of time and young widows will multiply, or other than that, and the mercy of religion pervades all those who seek shade under its umbrella, and God is Most High and Knowing. وَلِلۡمُطَلَّقَٰتِ مَتَٰعُۢ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ (241) Enjoyment of kindness is a right upon the righteous (241) That is: every divorced woman has a right to enjoy what is right on every fearful person, to fill her thoughts and fulfill some of her rights, and this pleasure is obligatory for the one who was divorced before the politicized one, and the obligation is Sunnah in the case of someone else, as previously, this is the best of what was said about it, and it was said that mut’a is obligatory for every divorced woman as a proof of the generality of this verse, but the rule is that the divorced person is portable to the restricted one, and it was presented that God imposed the pleasure of the divorced woman before the imposition and the politicized one in particular, for what was explained in the previous verse, the enjoyment of parting with death, it was mentioned here that every divorced woman has the right for her husband to give her enjoyment and give her what suits his condition and her condition, and that it is a right that only the righteous do, It is one of the qualities of obligatory and desirable piety. If the woman did not specify a dowry for her, and he divorced her before consummation, then it was preceded that he must according to his left and his insolvency, and if it is named for her, then her enjoyment is half of the name  And if it was entered into, then the pleasure became desirable, according to the majority of scholars, and among the scholars are those who obligated that, as evidence by saying “a right upon the righteous.” And the basic principle in “the right” is that it is obligatory. A look at the verse Divorcing a woman is a kind of fracture, and a divorced woman feels psychologically broken in reality and not metaphorically as the Messenger of God told (on the authority of Abu Hurayrah, he said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: the woman was created from a rib, she will not straighten you in any way, If you enjoyed her, you enjoyed her and in her a crookedness, and if you go to straighten her, you break her, and divorce is breaks her) this is according to the psychological strength of each woman individually. Some of them take this period (the period of psychological break) for a period of 3 months, the average of which is 6 months or more, the psychological breakage is not too much for her due to the lack of money in her hand also, especially if she is benefiting herself from you in order to get rid of the marital bond with you, and be one of the pious ones who seek self-reliance by the value of their manhood and their upper hand, not by detracting from you, and that you show before yourself and in front of the general believers that you are not pious, and the opposite of piety: departing from obedience (fasq) just because you are stubborn with a woman who does not want you to be her husband.  كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تَعۡقِلُونَ (242) Thus does God make clear to you His signs that you may understand (242) And when the Almighty clarified these great rulings that include wisdom and mercy, He thanked His servants with them, saying: {Thus Allah makes clear to you His verses} that is: His limits, what He permitted and what He prohibited, and the rulings that are beneficial to you, perhaps you understand them, so you know them and know what is meant by them, because whoever knows that is obligated to act according to them, He praised his rulings and his statement and clarification of them, and their approval of sound minds. ۞ أَلَمۡ تَرَ إِلَى ٱلَّذِينَ خَرَجُواْ مِن دِيَٰرِهِمۡ وَهُمۡ أُلُوفٌ حَذَرَ ٱلۡمَوۡتِ فَقَالَ لَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ مُوتُواْ ثُمَّ أَحۡيَٰهُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَذُو فَضۡلٍ عَلَى ٱلنَّاسِ وَلَٰكِنَّ أَكۡثَرَ ٱلنَّاسِ لَا يَشۡكُرُونَ (243) ۞ Have you not seen those who left their homes when they were thousands, they warned the dead, so God said to them, Die, then He will revive them, Indeed, Allah is of bounty to people, but most people are not grateful (243) The Almighty tells us the story of those who left their homes despite their large numbers and the agreement of their purposes, that the one who expelled them from it warned of death from an epidemic or something else, by this exit, they mean safety from death, but caution does not take the place of destiny, {And God said to them, Die} so they died {then {God Almighty} brought them back to life} either by the call of a prophet or otherwise, out of mercy for them, kindness and forbearance, and an explanation of His signs to His creation by bringing the dead to life, and that is why He said: {Indeed, God is endowed with bounty} meaning: Great, {For people, but most of them are not thankful} so the blessing does not increase their gratitude, rather, they may seek the help of God's blessings for his sins, and few of them are thankful who know the blessing, acknowledge it, and spend it in obedience to the blessing. A look at the verse Did you survive certain death? Once or more than once? Did you thank God afterwards, or did you thank those who helped you to be alive and well now? the truth is that we are all remiss, even if we got out of the sea in a whirlpool of sea turmoil, or from under the rubble in a devastating earthquake, we merge into our bad psychological state after getting out of the crisis, and we forget the crisis, and with it we forget gratitude. A person is not called a person except because he is very forgetful, (And We made a covenant with Adam before, then he forgot...) Forgetfulness is an essential feature in our lives, and therefore the reminder benefits the believers, and the best of those who are reminded (God Almighty and Himself) often reminds us of gratitude, and tells us that the grateful are few in number, and God is Most High and All-Knowing. And they fought in the cause of God, and know Then the Almighty commanded to fight in His way, which is to fight the infidel enemies to uphold the word of God and support His religion, He said: {And fight in the way of God and know that God is All-Hearing, All-Knowing} Meaning: So be good with your intentions and aim for God’s sake by that, and know that abstaining from fighting will not benefit you at all, even if you thought that in idleness is your life and your survival, then this is not the case, That is why he mentioned the previous story as a prelude to this matter, just as those who went out from their homes did not benefit from the warning of death from their departure, but rather what they warned came to them without being counted, so know that you are like that, that is: Have you not heard of this amazing story that happened to those before you among the children of Israel, when the epidemic came to their homes, so they went out in this large number, fleeing from death, fleeing did not save them, nor did they avail themselves of the occurrence of what they were warning. So treat them with the opposite of their intentions, and God put them to death from the last of them Then He favored them, so He revived them, either by the call of a Prophet, as many commentators said, or otherwise, but that is by His grace and benevolence, and He is still His bounty over the people, this necessitates their gratitude for God's blessings by acknowledging them and spending them in God's pleasure. However, most people have fallen short of the duty of gratitude.  مَّن ذَا ٱلَّذِي يُقۡرِضُ ٱللَّهَ قَرۡضًا حَسَنٗا فَيُضَٰعِفَهُۥ لَهُۥٓ أَضۡعَافٗا كَثِيرَةٗۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَقۡبِضُ وَيَبۡصُۜطُ وَإِلَيۡهِ تُرۡجَعُونَ (245) Who is it that will lend Allah a goodly loan, so that He will multiply it, He has many multipliers, and it is God that withdraws and pours out, and to Him you shall be returned (245) And since fighting in the way of God cannot be completed without spending and spending money in that, the Almighty commanded spending in His way and desired it, and He called it a loan, so He said: {Who is the one who lends God a goodly loan} so he spends what he can of his money in charitable ways, especially in jihad, a good deed is multiplied by ten to seven hundred times to many times more, according to the state of the spender, his intention, the benefit of his spending and the need for it, and since a person may have imagined that if he spends, he becomes poor, then the Most High repelled this illusion by saying: {And God withholds and simplifies} meaning: He expands the provision for whomever He wills and takes it away from whomever He wills, all disposal is in His Hands and the course of affairs is up to Him, so abstaining does not expand sustenance, and spending does not seize it, and despite that, spending is not wasted on those who deserve it, all disposal is in His Hands and the course of affairs is up to Him, so abstaining does not expand sustenance, and spending does not seize it, and despite that, spending is not wasted on those who deserve it, {And to Him you will be returned} so He will reward you for your deeds. And in it: the command to fight and spend in the way of God, and mention the reasons for that urging it, from calling it a loan, and multiplying it, and that God takes hold and simplifies, and to Him you will be returned. From the meaning of the loan in language What you give to someone else in terms of money that they return to you.     وَٱلَّذِينَ يُتَوَفَّوۡنَ مِنكُمۡ وَيَذَرُونَ أَزۡوَٰجٗا يَتَرَبَّصۡنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ أَرۡبَعَةَ أَشۡهُرٖ وَعَشۡرٗاۖ فَإِذَا بَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِيمَا فَعَلۡنَ فِيٓ أَنفُسِهِنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۗ وَٱللَّهُ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ خَبِيرٞ (234) And those of you who die and leave wives behind, they shall wait by themselves for four months and ten days, so when they fulfill their term, there is no blame on you for what they did to themselves with what settled in the social milieu, and Allah is Aware of what you do. (234) That is: if the husband died, his wife stayed, lurking for four months and ten days obligatory, and the wisdom in that is to make clear the pregnancy in the period of the four, and move in its beginning in the fifth month, and this year is specific to pregnant women, if their waiting period is to give birth, as for her review of adornment and perfume, {with ma`ruf} that is: in a way that is neither forbidden nor hated. In this regard, it is obligatory to mourn for the duration of the waiting period for the deceased husband, excluding other divorced and divorced women, and it is unanimously agreed upon by the scholars. {And Allah is Aware of what you do} He knows your deeds, their outward and inward, great and hidden, so they will reward you for them. And in his address to the guardians by saying: {There is no blame on you for what they do with themselves} evidence that the guardian looks at the woman, and prevents her from what is not permissible to do and forces her to do what is necessary, and that he is addressing that, and it is obligatory for him. A look at the verse At the end of this file, we will link a scientific link on the wisdom of God Almighty choosing the waiting period for a woman whose husband has died.  وَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فِيمَا عَرَّضۡتُم بِهِۦ مِنۡ خِطۡبَةِ ٱلنِّسَآءِ أَوۡ أَكۡنَنتُمۡ فِيٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡۚ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّكُمۡ سَتَذۡكُرُونَهُنَّ وَلَٰكِن لَّا تُوَاعِدُوهُنَّ سِرًّا إِلَّآ أَن تَقُولُواْ قَوۡلٗا مَّعۡرُوفٗاۚ وَلَا تَعۡزِمُواْ عُقۡدَةَ ٱلنِّكَاحِ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡلُغَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبُ أَجَلَهُۥۚ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ يَعۡلَمُ مَا فِيٓ أَنفُسِكُمۡ فَٱحۡذَرُوهُۚ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ حَلِيمٞ (235) And there is no sin upon you for what you proposed to betroth women or you kept within yourselves, God knows that you will remember them, but do not date them secretly, unless you say kind words, and do not intend to marry until the book fulfills its term, and know that God knows what is in yourselves, so beware of him, and know that God is Forgiving, Forbearing. (235) It is forbidden for someone who is not explicit to tell her during the engagement, which is what is meant by his saying, “But do not make a date with them secretly, as for insinuation, the Most High forgave sin in it. The difference between them is: that the statement, does not bear anything other than marriage, and for this forbidden, for fear of her haste, and her lie about the expiry of her waiting period, a desire to marry, which is an indication of the prohibition of forbidden means, and a judgment, the right of her first husband, not to date her to anyone else during her waiting period. As for the hint   It is: the one who assumes marriage and others, so it is permissible for the irrevocable person, such as saying: I want to get married, and I would love for you to consult me when your waiting period expires, and towards that, this is permissible because it is not in the position of the explicit, and in the souls a strong reason for it, as well as the person's conscience in himself to marry the one who is in her waiting period, if it expires. “And know that God knows what is in your hearts.” Meaning: So intend good, and do not intend evil, for fear of punishment and hope for its reward. “And know that God is Forgiving.” For whoever committed sins, repented of them, and returned to his Lord, “Forbearing,” as He did not hasten the disobedient to commit their sins, despite His power over them.  لَّا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِن طَلَّقۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ مَا لَمۡ تَمَسُّوهُنَّ أَوۡ تَفۡرِضُواْ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةٗۚ وَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ عَلَى ٱلۡمُوسِعِ قَدَرُهُۥ وَعَلَى ٱلۡمُقۡتِرِ قَدَرُهُۥ مَتَٰعَۢا بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ حَقًّا عَلَى ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ (236) There is no sin upon you if you divorce women as long as you have not touched them or appointed for them an obligation, and give them enjoyment according to the extent of His measure, and according to the limited measure according to His measure, enjoying the good deeds (236) That is, you do not have to - O group of husbands -   A sin, by divorcing the women before the politicized one, and imposing the dowry, and if that is breaking her, then he is forced by the mut’ah, you have to “enjoy” them by giving them some money, to satisfy their thoughts, on the one who expanded is his destiny, and on the one who is reduced,” that is: the insolvent, “his destiny.” This is due to the custom, and it differs according to the circumstances, and that is why he said: “enjoyment with favor, this is a right that is obligatory upon the doers of good, and they do not have the right to underestimate them, just as they caused them to see them and long for them, and their hearts attached, then they did not give them what they desired, so they have to - in return for that - Mut'ah, for God's sake, how good is this divine judgment, and its proof of the wisdom and mercy of His legislator!! One of the best of God's provision for people who have firm Faith?!! This is the rule of divorced women before politicization and before imposing the dowry.  وَإِن طَلَّقۡتُمُوهُنَّ مِن قَبۡلِ أَن تَمَسُّوهُنَّ وَقَدۡ فَرَضۡتُمۡ لَهُنَّ فَرِيضَةٗ فَنِصۡفُ مَا فَرَضۡتُمۡ إِلَّآ أَن يَعۡفُونَ أَوۡ يَعۡفُوَاْ ٱلَّذِي بِيَدِهِۦ عُقۡدَةُ ٱلنِّكَاحِۚ وَأَن تَعۡفُوٓاْ أَقۡرَبُ لِلتَّقۡوَىٰۚ وَلَا تَنسَوُاْ ٱلۡفَضۡلَ بَيۡنَكُمۡۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٌ (237) And if you divorce them before you have touched them, and you have set a duty for them, half of what you have been ordained, except that they forgive, or they forgive the one in whose hand is the marriage knot, and that you pardon is nearer to piety, and do not forget the bounty between you. Indeed, God is Seer of what you do (237) That is, if you divorced the women before the politicization, and after imposing the dowry, then the divorced women have half of the imposed dowry, and you have half of it, by forgiving half of her to her husband, if her pardon is valid, {or he who has the marriage knot in his hand forgives} and he is the husband according to the correct opinion because he is the one in whose hand is the undoing of his knot; And because the guardian is not right to pardon what is required of the woman, because he is neither an owner nor an agent. Then he desired to pardon, and that whoever pardons is closer to his piety, because it is benevolence that necessitates opening the chest, and because a person should not neglect himself in terms of benevolence and kindness, and he forgets virtue, which is the highest level of treatment, because people treat each other on two levels: either justice and fairness are obligatory, which is: taking what is obligatory, and giving what is obligatory, as for virtue and charity, which is giving what is not obligatory, tolerating one’s rights, and turning a blind eye to what is in the soul, a person should not forget this degree, even at some times, especially for those with whom you have interaction or interaction, for God rewards the doers of good with bounty and generosity, and that is why He said: {Indeed, God is Seer of what you do}.

    قال تعالي  وَإِذَا طَلَّقۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فَبَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ سَرِّحُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٖۚ وَلَا تُمۡسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارٗا لِّتَعۡتَدُواْۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٰلِكَ فَقَدۡ ظَلَمَ نَفۡسَهُۥۚ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوٗاۚ وَٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ يَعِظُكُم بِهِۦۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ (231) "وإذا طلقتم النساء" أي الطلاق الرجعي بواحدة أو اثنتين "فقد بلغن أجلهن" أي انقضت عدتهن أي إما أن ترجعوهن بنية أداء حقوقهن وإما أن تتركوهن بلا رجوع ولا ضرر، ولهذا قال: "ولا تأخذوهن بالضرر" أي بالإيذاء "لتعتدوا" بفعلكم هذا الحلال للحرام، الحلال: التمسك بالمعروف، والحرام: الأذى، "ومن يفعل ذلك فقد ظلم نفسه وإن كان الحق للمخلوق فإن الأذى على من أراد الأذى. "ولا تتخذوا آيات الله هزوا" ولما بين تعالى حدوده غاية البيان كان القصد معرفتها والعمل بها والوقوف عليها وعدم تعديها، لأنه تعالى لم يكشفها عبثاً، بل كشفها صدقاً وصدقاً وجداً، نهى عن اتخاذها هزلاً أي لعباً بها، وهو إغواء لها وعدم القيام بواجبها، مثل استعمال الشدائد في الإمساك، أو الفراق، أو كثرة الطلاق، أو جمع الثلاث، من رحمته جعلها له واحدة بعد واحدة، عطفاً عليه وحرصاً على مصلحته. قال تعالي وَإِذَا طَلَّقۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فَبَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَلَا تَعۡضُلُوهُنَّ أَن يَنكِحۡنَ أَزۡوَٰجَهُنَّ إِذَا تَرَٰضَوۡاْ بَيۡنَهُم بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۗ ذَٰلِكَ يُوعَظُ بِهِۦ مَن كَانَ مِنكُمۡ يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۗ ذَٰلِكُمۡ أَزۡكَىٰ لَكُمۡ وَأَطۡهَرُۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ وَأَنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ (232) هذا خطاب لأولي المطلقة دون الثلاث إذا كانت خارج العدة، وأراد زوجها أن يتزوجها، ورضيت بذلك، فلا يجوز لوليها، من أب وغيره؛ أن يعصبها؛ أي: يمنعها من الزواج به، غضباً عليه؛ غضباً؛ اشمئزازاً مما فعله من الطلاق الأول. ذكر أنه {مَنْ يُؤْمِنُ مِنْكُمْ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ} فإن إيمانه يمنعه من أن يعصب. {هَذَا أَزْكَى وَأَزْكَى لَكُمْ} وخير مما يظن الولي أن عدم نكاحه رأي ومناسب، وأنه يقابل طلاقه الأول بعدم نكاحه، كما هي عادة المتكبرين. وقيل: المراد بالحكمة أسرار الشريعة، فالكتاب مشتمل على الحكم، والحكمة فيه بيان حكمة الله في أوامره ونهيه، وكلاهما معنيان حق، ولهذا قال {يَعِظُكُمْ بِهِ} أي: بما أوحي إليكم، وهذا مما يقوي أن المراد بالحكمة أسرار الشريعة، لأن الوعظ يكون ببيان الحكمة، والترغيب، أو الترهيب، فالحكم بها يزيل الجهل والحكمة مع الترغيب توجب الترغيب، والحكمة مع الترهيب توجب الرهبة. {وَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ} في جميع أموركم {وَاعْلَمُوا أَنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ} ولذلك بينت لكم هذه الأحكام بمنتهى الدقة والإتقان، وهي موافقة للمصالح، في كل زمان ومكان، [وله الحمد والمنة]. قال تعالي  ۞ وَٱلۡوَٰلِدَٰتُ يُرۡضِعۡنَ أَوۡلَٰدَهُنَّ حَوۡلَيۡنِ كَامِلَيۡنِۖ لِمَنۡ أَرَادَ أَن يُتِمَّ ٱلرَّضَاعَةَۚ وَعَلَى ٱلۡمَوۡلُودِ لَهُۥ رِزۡقُهُنَّ وَكِسۡوَتُهُنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ لَا تُكَلَّفُ نَفۡسٌ إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَاۚ لَا تُضَآرَّ وَٰلِدَةُۢ بِوَلَدِهَا وَلَا مَوۡلُودٞ لَّهُۥ بِوَلَدِهِۦۚ وَعَلَى ٱلۡوَارِثِ مِثۡلُ ذَٰلِكَۗ فَإِنۡ أَرَادَا فِصَالًا عَن تَرَاضٖ مِّنۡهُمَا وَتَشَاوُرٖ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَاۗ وَإِنۡ أَرَدتُّمۡ أَن تَسۡتَرۡضِعُوٓاْ أَوۡلَٰدَكُمۡ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذَا سَلَّمۡتُم مَّآ ءَاتَيۡتُم بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٞ (233) "هذا خبر بمعنى الأمر، وتعيينه بمنزلة المأمور، الذي لا يحتاج إلى أمر ""يرضع أولاده حولين، فإذا انقضى الحول سمي تاماً، وفي أغلب السنة يقال: ""حولان كاملان لمن أراد أن يتم الرضاعة""، فإذا أكمل الرضيع الحولين فقد رضاعته، وصار اللبن بعد ذلك كسائر الأطعمة، ولذلك لم يكن الرضاعة بعد الحولين معتبرة، فلم يكن محرماً. ولا يجوز أن تتضرر الأم بسبب ولدها، إما بمنعه من إرضاعه، أو بعدم إعطائها ما يجب عليها من نفقة أو كسوة أو أجرة. ""وليس له ولد مع ولده"" بامتناعها عن إرضاعه على وجه الضرر، أو طلبها أكثر مما يجب، وغير ذلك من أنواع الضرر. "" "ولذلك يجوز له أن يأخذ من ماله شاء أم أبى، خلافاً للأم وقوله: (وعلى الوارث مثل ذلك) أي: الوارث، والولد إذا لم يكن له أب، ولم يكن للولد مال، مثل ما على الأب من نفقة للأم المرضعة وكسوة. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------  وَإِذَا طَلَّقۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فَبَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَأَمۡسِكُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٍ أَوۡ سَرِّحُوهُنَّ بِمَعۡرُوفٖۚ وَلَا تُمۡسِكُوهُنَّ ضِرَارٗا لِّتَعۡتَدُواْۚ وَمَن يَفۡعَلۡ ذَٰلِكَ فَقَدۡ ظَلَمَ نَفۡسَهُۥۚ وَلَا تَتَّخِذُوٓاْ ءَايَٰتِ ٱللَّهِ هُزُوٗاۚ وَٱذۡكُرُواْ نِعۡمَتَ ٱللَّهِ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَمَآ أَنزَلَ عَلَيۡكُم مِّنَ ٱلۡكِتَٰبِ وَٱلۡحِكۡمَةِ يَعِظُكُم بِهِۦۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِكُلِّ شَيۡءٍ عَلِيمٞ (231) And if you divorce the women and they have fulfilled their term, then keep them kindly, or release them with kindness, and do not hold them by harm for to transgress, and whoever does that has wronged himself, and do not take God's verse in jest, and remember God's favor upon you, and what has been revealed to you of the Book and the Wisdom, He admonishes you with it, and pious God and know that God is Knowing of all things (231) “And if you divorce women,” that is, a revocable divorce, with one or two, “then they have reached their term,” that is, their waiting period has come to an end, that is, either you take them back with the intention of fulfilling their rights, or you leave them without going back and not harming them, that is why he said: “And do not seize them by harming them,” i.e. harming them, “in order to transgress, In your doing this halal, to the forbidden, Halal: holding on to what is good, and what is forbidden: harm, “and whoever does that has wronged himself, and if the right belongs to the creature, then the harm is due to the one who wanted the harm. “And do not take God’s signs in jest.”   When the Most High clarified His limits with the utmost clarification, the intent was to know and act upon them, and to stand with them, and not to transgress it, because the Almighty did not reveal it in vain, but He revealed it with truth, honesty and seriousness, He forbade taking it in jest, i.e. playing with it, which is tempting it, and not complying with its duty, Such as the use of adversity in constipation, or separation, or frequent divorce, or collecting three, Of His mercy - He made one after another for him, being kind to him and striving for his interest. وَإِذَا طَلَّقۡتُمُ ٱلنِّسَآءَ فَبَلَغۡنَ أَجَلَهُنَّ فَلَا تَعۡضُلُوهُنَّ أَن يَنكِحۡنَ أَزۡوَٰجَهُنَّ إِذَا تَرَٰضَوۡاْ بَيۡنَهُم بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۗ ذَٰلِكَ يُوعَظُ بِهِۦ مَن كَانَ مِنكُمۡ يُؤۡمِنُ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ ٱلۡأٓخِرِۗ ذَٰلِكُمۡ أَزۡكَىٰ لَكُمۡ وَأَطۡهَرُۚ وَٱللَّهُ يَعۡلَمُ وَأَنتُمۡ لَا تَعۡلَمُونَ (232) And if you divorce women, complete their term, do not prevent them from marrying their husbands, If you are pleased with each other with kindness, that is admonished, whoever among you believes in God and the Last Day, that is purer and purer for you, and God knows and you do not know (232) This is a letter to the guardians of a divorced woman without the three, if she is out of the waiting period, and her husband wants to marry her, and she agrees to that, so it is not permissible for her guardian, from a father and others; to muscle her; That is: he prevents her from marrying him, out of anger at him; angry; Disgust for what he did from the first divorce. And it was said: What is meant by wisdom The secrets of the Sharia, as the book contains the ruling, and the wisdom in it is the statement of God’s wisdom in His commands and prohibitions, and both of them concerned are true, and that is why He said {admonishes you with it} that is: by what was revealed to you, and this is what strengthens that what is meant by wisdom is the secrets of the Sharia, because the exhortation is by explaining the ruling and the wisdom, and the encouragement, or the intimidation, so the ruling by it removes ignorance, And wisdom with enticement necessitates desire, and wisdom with intimidation necessitates awe. {And fear Allah} in all your affairs {and know that Allah is All-Knowing} Therefore, I have explained these provisions to you with the utmost precision and perfection, which are in line with interests, In every time and place, [to Him be praise and grace].  ۞ وَٱلۡوَٰلِدَٰتُ يُرۡضِعۡنَ أَوۡلَٰدَهُنَّ حَوۡلَيۡنِ كَامِلَيۡنِۖ لِمَنۡ أَرَادَ أَن يُتِمَّ ٱلرَّضَاعَةَۚ وَعَلَى ٱلۡمَوۡلُودِ لَهُۥ رِزۡقُهُنَّ وَكِسۡوَتُهُنَّ بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۚ لَا تُكَلَّفُ نَفۡسٌ إِلَّا وُسۡعَهَاۚ لَا تُضَآرَّ وَٰلِدَةُۢ بِوَلَدِهَا وَلَا مَوۡلُودٞ لَّهُۥ بِوَلَدِهِۦۚ وَعَلَى ٱلۡوَارِثِ مِثۡلُ ذَٰلِكَۗ فَإِنۡ أَرَادَا فِصَالًا عَن تَرَاضٖ مِّنۡهُمَا وَتَشَاوُرٖ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡهِمَاۗ وَإِنۡ أَرَدتُّمۡ أَن تَسۡتَرۡضِعُوٓاْ أَوۡلَٰدَكُمۡ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ إِذَا سَلَّمۡتُم مَّآ ءَاتَيۡتُم بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ بِمَا تَعۡمَلُونَ بَصِيرٞ (233) ۞ And on the woman who's given birth breastfeeds their children a full two years, for those who want to complete the breast-feeding, and upon his offspring is their sustenance and clothing for them with kindness, a soul is not burdened beyond its capacity, and a mother is not harmed by her child, and there is no born to him by his child, and on the heirs is the same, If they want separation by mutual consent and consultation, there is no sin on them both, and if you wish to give a woman to breastfeed your children, there is no sin on you, If you deliver what you have been given with kindness, and pious Allah and know that Allah is Seer of what you do (233) This is news in the sense of the command, assigning him the status of the established one, who does not need an order to “breastfeed their children for two years, and when the year is over, it is called the complete one, and for most of the year it is said: “Two full years for whoever wants to complete the breast-feeding.” If the infant has completed two years, He lost his breast-feeding, and after that milk became like all other foods. Therefore, breast-feeding after two years was not considered, so it was not forbidden. It is not permissible for the mother to be harmed because of her son, either by preventing him from breast-feeding him, or by not giving her what is required of her in terms of maintenance, clothing or rent. “And he has no child with his child” by refusing to breastfeed him on the face of harm, or asking for more than is obligatory, and other types of harm.     سَلۡ بَنِيٓ إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ كَمۡ ءَاتَيۡنَٰهُم مِّنۡ ءَايَةِۭ بَيِّنَةٖۗ وَمَن يُبَدِّلۡ نِعۡمَةَ ٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُ فَإِنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ (211) يدل على صدق الرسل، وصدقهم، فعرفوه وعرفوه، ولكنهم لم يشكروا هذه النعمة، التي توجب فعلها، بل كفروا بها، واستبدلوا نعمة الله بالكفر، ولهذا استحقوا أن ينزل الله عليهم عقابه ويحرمهم ثوابه. وسمى الله تعالى الكفر بالنعمة عوضاً عنها لأن من أنعم الله عليه بنعمة دينية أو دنيوية، فلم يشكرها، ولم يؤد واجبها، زالت عنه وزالت، وحل محلها الكفر والمعصية، فأصبح الكفر عوضاً عن النعمة، وأما من شكر الله تعالى، وقام عليها فإنها تثبت وتستمر، ويزيده الله منها.  زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَيَسۡخَرُونَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْۘ وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوۡاْ فَوۡقَهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَرۡزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ بِغَيۡرِ حِسَابٖ (212) تخبر الآية أن الكفار: زُيِّنَت لهم الحياة الدنيا، فزينت في أبصارهم وقلوبهم، وفرضت عليهم، واطمأنوا إليها، فصارت لها أهواؤهم وإراداتهم وأعمالهم، فقبلوها، وحرصوا عليها، وعظَّموها، ومجدوا من شاركهم في نعمتهم، واحتقروا المؤمنين، واستهزأوا بهم، وقالوا: أهؤلاء منا الذين آتاهم الله؟ وذلك لضعف عقولهم وقصر نظرهم، فالدنيا دار ابتلاء واختبار، ويصيب فيها أهل الإيمان والكفر الشقاء. بل المؤمن في الدنيا، وإذا أصابته مصيبة صبر وأجر، فيخفف الله عنه بإيمانه وصبره ما ليس لغيره، بل الأمر كله أمر، والتفضيل الحقيقي، في الدار الباقية، ولهذا قال تعالى: {الذين اتقوا فوقهم يوم القيامة}، فيكون المتقون في أعلى الدرجات، متمتعين بأنواع النعيم والسعادة، والفرح والسرور. كَانَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗ فَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ وَأَنزَلَ مَعَهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ فِيمَا ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِۚ وَمَا ٱخۡتَلَفَ فِيهِ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتُ بَغۡيَۢا بَيۡنَهُمۡۖ فَهَدَى ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لِمَا ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّ بِإِذۡنِهِۦۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٍ (213) "لقد اجتمعوا على الهدى، وذلك بعد نوح عليه السلام بعشرة قرون، فلما اختلفوا في الدين كفرت طائفة منهم وبقيت طائفة أخرى على الدين، ووقع الخلاف فأرسل الله الرسل ليفرقوا بين الخلق ويقيموا الحجة عليهم، وقيل كانوا [مجمعين على الكفر والضلال والشقاء، لا نور لهم ولا إيمان، فرحمهم الله تعالى بإرسال الرسل إليهم (البشرى) فأطاعوا الله بثمرات الطاعة، من الرزق، والقوة في الجسد والقلب، والحياة الطيبة، وفوق ذلك الفوز برضوان الله والجنة." ثمرات الطاعة الرزق وقوة في الجسد والقلب والحياة الطيبة وفوق ذلك الفوز برضوان الله والجنة ومنذرين من عصاه بثمرات المعصية حرمان الرزق وضعف وإهانه ضيق العيش وأشد من ذلك غضب الله ونار "وأنزل معهم الكتاب بالحق" وهو الخبر الصادق والأوامر العادلة فكل ما تضمنته الكتب الإلهية فهو حق ويفصل بين المختلفين في الأصول والفروع وهذا هو الواجب عند الاختلاف والصراع. نظرة على الآية وأنزل معهم الكتاب بالحق ليحكم بين الناس فيما اختلفوا فيه. إذن: الغرض الأساسي من الكتاب (القرآن الكريم) لهذه الأمة أو كتب الأمم التي سبقتها (القضاء بين الناس) بالحق لأن الكتاب نزل بالحق، وما دام هناك أناس في مكان وقع الاختلاف، وإذا وقع الاختلاف فلا بد من ظهور حكماء يحكمون بين المختلفين والمتنازعين، ولا أعقل ممن يحفظ القرآن الكريم ويدرسه ويفقهه، لأنه كله مواعظ وحكم وأحوال الناس في كل العصور، فالعالم أو القاضي يبني على ما وجد في القرآن أو السنة أو يجتهد أو غير ذلك من طرق العدل بين الناس . ولم يختلف فيه إلا الذين أوتوه من بعد ما جاءتهم البينات بغياً بينهم. وهم أهل الكتاب، هم الذين نزلت فيهم هذه الآية، ولكن إذا استخرجنا الآية من سياقها وأسباب نزولها، ألا تكون حكماً علينا نحن المسلمين؟ إن الخلاف الشديد في الأحكام -ومنها العقدية- كما أن الخلاف بين السنة والشيعة نوع من التعدي: فهو تجاوز في الأمر، والله أعلم. فهدى الله الذين آمنوا للحق فيما اختلفوا فيه، بإذنه لا محاباة ولا انتقام لمن لم يهدهم، فالله تعالى له نوعان من الهداية، هداية إرشادية: كل ما يدل على وجود الله في نفسك أو في الآيات من حولك فهو هداية إرشادية في نفسك، أقل مثال أن تدعوه في مرضك فيشفيك وتذكر قوله تعالى: (وإذا مرضت فهو يشفين) وفي النظام المحكم للخلايا وعمل الأعضاء المختلفة التي لا تكل إلا أنها سلوك سيء من جانبنا يبطئ عن العمل الصحيح، وفي الكون من حولنا، وفي النظام المحكم للكواكب والنجوم، وفي العلامات التي يحصل عليها العلماء كل يوم -سواء كانت طبية أو اجتماعية أو نفسية أو حتى علمية- ما يضمن لنا أن الله -تعالى- لا يريد إلا الخير لخلقه، وخاصة من يتبعون هذا الدين هداية مفيدة  من يبحث عن الله -لا بد أن ينال العون من الله تعالى - وكذلك الباحث عن الحقيقة (سلمان الفارسي) وما جرى معه، وهم كثيرون في الشرق والغرب.  أَمۡ حَسِبۡتُمۡ أَن تَدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأۡتِكُم مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۖ مَّسَّتۡهُمُ ٱلۡبَأۡسَآءُ وَٱلضَّرَّآءُ وَزُلۡزِلُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ مَتَىٰ نَصۡرُ ٱللَّهِۗ أَلَآ إِنَّ نَصۡرَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِيبٞ (214) "ولقد هزتهم كل أنواع المخاوف من التهديد بالقتل والنفي وسلب الأموال وقتل الأحبة وأنواع الأذى حتى بلغ بهم الحال وزلزل بهم الداخل إن صح التعبير حتى أبطأوا نصر الله رغم يقينهم به ولكن لشدة الأمر وصعوبته "يقول الرسول والذين آمنوا معه متى نصر الله وكان الفرج عند الضيق وكل ما ضيق الأمر اتسع" "إن نصر الله قريب" هكذا يمتحن كل من اصطفى الحق فكلما اشتد عليه الأمر وعسر عليه إذا صبر وصبر على ما هو عليه انقلبت المحنة نعمة وخففت الشدائد وتبع ذلك النصر على الأعداء وشفاء الداء الذي في قلبه. نظرة على الآية 1- ستقرأون قريباً عن الآثار المدمرة للزلازل، ليس على العظام والعضلات وأجهزة الجسم المختلفة، بل على الجهاز العصبي المركزي - نسأل الله أن يشفي كل المتضررين من الزلازل في كل مكان وأن يافينا بفضله . آمين - ما أود قوله هو: إن الله تعالى اختار كلمة الزلازل في الآية وهي تعبير فريد، يوضح عمق المشكلة التي يقع فيها بعض المسلمين، أو على نطاق كل الناس، بحيث ترتجف كل الأعضاء والخلايا من حالة الاستقرار إلى حالة التوتر والألم وتهيج الأعصاب، كذلك مرضى السرطان يعرفون أن هناك ما يسمى بالدماغ الكيميائي - يمكنك البحث بنفسك - عن تأثير العلاج، وخلاصته أن الإنسان في ذلك الوقت - عفي الله عن الجميع - يكون سريع الانفعال ولا يستطيع التحكم في انفعالاته، لذلك ينصح الأطباء بتناول مضادات الاكتئاب، فما يحدث من خارج أجسادنا بسبب الضغوط النفسية الزائدة هو العامل الأكبر في الأمراض الداخلية أو حتى الوضع الطبيعي للجهاز العصبي. 2- أم ظننتم: إشارة إلى أنه من خفة العقل أن يظن الإنسان أن الحياة لا تأتي إلا بالخير والثمار والمرح، وأن الحياة تغلب عليها القوة، فإذا لم تكن قوياً سقطت، والقوة ليست عضلات فقط، بل هي قوة نفسية أعظم بكثير، من يعتمد على قوة واحدة في الحياة، فهو الخاسر الأكبر، لأنه من الممكن أن تزول بكل المقاييس، فمن اعتمدت على جمالها زال، ومن اعتمد على ماله فقد يوجد من هو أغنى منه يلغي قيمة ماله، وهكذا، ولهذا يفضل لكل مسلم أن يعد عدة قوية يتحصن بها عند الحاجة، لأن مفاجآت الحياة صعبة وقد يكون يوماً ما البدء من الصفر -لا قدر الله-. 3- من كان قبلكم- إذا استخرجت الآية من سياقها أصبحت قاعدة يجب اتباعها - أعني الأمم السابقة، انظروا إلى من مات قبل قليل وعرفتموه، هل تعرفون أحداً في الشرق أو الغرب قضى عمره كله في فرح وسعادة؟ هل تعرفون من لم يمر عليه الفصول كلها (شتاء، صقيع، ظلام، ثم ربيع، صيف، وربما خريف)؟ هذه هي الحياة، إذا ظننت يوماً أنك قادر عليها بقدراتك، جاءت بما لا تتوقعه، تواضع وأنت تخوض الحياة بإمكانيات كثيرة ورزق حلال، فغداً يأتي بلطف الله فقط، وإذا نزع عنه اللطف سنواجه ابتلاءات وصعوبات هذه الحياة. 4- متى نصر الله؟ الجواب عجيب: إن نصر الله قريب، وفي بعض المحن الشخصية أو حتى الجماعية لا نرى نصر الله - عز وجل - في الحال واللحظة مع إيماننا الكامل بأنه سيتحقق لأنه وعد، والله وحده الذي لا يخلف وعوده لعباده المؤمنين به، فلماذا يتأخر النصر إذن؟ لعدة أسباب - عدم نضوجك الكافي بعد  نعم مهما كان عمرك، فهناك من تجاوز الستين والسبعين من عمره حياتهم مليئة بالمرح والبهجة، ولم يأخذوا الحياة على محمل الجد بعد. - الإبتعاد من الدين: عدم إتمام أوامره ونواهيه بعد العلم - إن لك عند الله -عز وجل- مرتبة من الإيمان يعلمها من ذاتك، فهو سبحانه مطلع على ذات الصدور، لم تبلغها بأعمالك الصالحة، فيريد أن يرقيك وأنت في مكانك، ولا تريد انت إلا موضع راحة، مهما اعتدت عليه فإنه يصيبك، ويرفعك ويدفعك إلى أعلى مراتب الجنة. قد يتأخر النصر حتى نكره هذه الحياة، نعم نكرهها، وتعلقنا بها لا يرضي الله عز وجل، ولا تزن عند الله جناح بعوضة، ونتشاجر ونتشاجر، وننفق الأموال من أجل سعادة لا تأتي من أشياء خارجية. نصر الله قريب (النصر) تذكر أن نصر الله لن يكون قريباً إلا في حالة حدوث زلزال داخلي، فتضطرب أعصابك ويسودك شعور بالتوتر العام أشبه بالزلزال، وتذكر أن أبو يوسف - As for the one who thanks God Almighty, and stands up for it, it will prove and continue, and God will increase him from it.  زُيِّنَ لِلَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ ٱلۡحَيَوٰةُ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَيَسۡخَرُونَ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْۘ وَٱلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوۡاْ فَوۡقَهُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَرۡزُقُ مَن يَشَآءُ بِغَيۡرِ حِسَابٖ (212) For those who disbelieve, the life of the world has been made beautiful, and they mock those who believe, and those who fear God will prevail over them on the Day of Resurrection, and God provides for whomever He wills without reckoning (212) The verse informs that the unbelievers: the life of this world has been adorned for them, so it has been adorned in their eyes and hearts, they have been imposed on it, and they have been reassured by it, so their desires, their wills, and their deeds have all become for it, so they accepted it, and they were eager to obtain it, and they glorified it, and they glorified those who participated in their favor, and despised the believers, and they mocked them and said: Are these from among us whom God has bestowed upon them? This is due to the weakness of their minds and their short-sightedness, for the world is a place of trial and testing, and misery will happen there for the people of faith and disbelief. Rather, the believer is in this world, and if something bad befalls him, he is patient and rewarded   So God eases him with his faith and patience, what is not for others, but the matter is all the matter, and the real preference, in the remaining home, so that is why the Almighty said: “Those who feared will be above them on the Day of Resurrection.” So the righteous will be in the highest ranks, enjoying the types of bliss and happiness, joy and happiness. كَانَ ٱلنَّاسُ أُمَّةٗ وَٰحِدَةٗ فَبَعَثَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلنَّبِيِّـۧنَ مُبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ وَأَنزَلَ مَعَهُمُ ٱلۡكِتَٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ لِيَحۡكُمَ بَيۡنَ ٱلنَّاسِ فِيمَا ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِۚ وَمَا ٱخۡتَلَفَ فِيهِ إِلَّا ٱلَّذِينَ أُوتُوهُ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡهُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتُ بَغۡيَۢا بَيۡنَهُمۡۖ فَهَدَى ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ لِمَا ٱخۡتَلَفُواْ فِيهِ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّ بِإِذۡنِهِۦۗ وَٱللَّهُ يَهۡدِي مَن يَشَآءُ إِلَىٰ صِرَٰطٖ مُّسۡتَقِيمٍ (213) People were a single nation, so God sent the Prophets to bring glad tidings and warners, and He sent down the Book with them with truth, that He might judge between the people concerning that in which they differed, and none differed about it except those who were given it after the clear proofs had come to them exceeding the limit between them, so Allah guided those who believed to the truth in that over which they differed, by His permission, and Allah guides whom He wills to a straight path (213) They were gathered on guidance, and that was ten centuries after Noah, peace be upon him, and when they differed in religion, one group of them disbelieved and the other group remained on religion, and the dispute took place and God sent messengers to separate between the creatures and establish the argument against them, and it was said that they were [united on disbelief, misguidance and misery, they have neither light nor faith, so God Almighty had mercy on them by sending messengers to them (good tidings) who obeyed God with the fruits of obedience, of sustenance, strength in the body and heart, and a good life, and above that, winning the pleasure of God and Paradise. The fruits of obedience   of sustenance   And strength in the body and heart   And the good life   And above that, winning the pleasure of God and Paradise And “warners” of those who disobey God, with the fruits of disobedience   from deprivation of livelihood   and weakness   And offended   narrow life   And more severe than that, God's wrath and fire “And He sent down with them the Book with truth.”   It is the truthful information, and the just commands. So everything that is included in the divine books is true, and it separates between those who differ in origins and branches, and this is what is obligatory when there is disagreement and conflict. A look at the verse And He sent down the Book with them with truth, that He might judge between the people concerning that in which they differed. So: The main purpose of the book (the Holy Qur’an) For this nation or the books of the nations that preceded them (the judiciary between people) with the truth because the book was revealed with the truth, and as long as there are people in a place, the difference occurs, and if disagreement occurs, wise men must emerge who judge between those who disagree and dispute, and there is no wiser one than one who memorizes, teaches, and jurisprudence the Noble Qur’an, because it is all sermons, judgment, and people’s conditions in all ages, so the scholar or the judge builds on what is found in the Qur’an or the Sunnah, or he strives or other methods of just justice. And no one differed about it except those who were given it after the clear signs had come to them, outrageously between them. They are the People of the Book, they are the ones about whom this was revealed, but if we extract the verse from its context and the reasons for its revelation, will it not be a judgment for us Muslims? the strong disagreement about rulings - some of them are contractual - just as the disagreement between Sunnis and Shiites is a kind of transgression: it is overstepping the limit in the matter. Of course, God is the Knowing of the best. So Allah guided those who believed to the truth in that over which they differed, by His permission, there is no favoritism or revenge against those who do not guide them, for God Almighty has two types of guidance, Indicative guidance: Anything that indicates the presence of God in your soul or in the verses around you is an indicative guidance in yourself, the least example is if you call upon Him in your illness and He heals you and you remember: Almights said: ( And if I get sick, He heals) and in the tight system of cells and the work of the various organs that do not tire or tire except that it is a misbehavior on our part that slows down from the correct work, and in the universe around us, in the tight system of planets and stars, and in the signs that scientists get every day - whether medical, social, psychological, or even scientific, what guarantees us that God - the Almighty - only desires good for His creation, especially those who follow this religion Helpful Guidance: Whoever searches for God - he must receive help from God Almighty - Likewise, the seeker of truth (Salman Al-Farsi) and what happened with him, and they are many in the East and West.  أَمۡ حَسِبۡتُمۡ أَن تَدۡخُلُواْ ٱلۡجَنَّةَ وَلَمَّا يَأۡتِكُم مَّثَلُ ٱلَّذِينَ خَلَوۡاْ مِن قَبۡلِكُمۖ مَّسَّتۡهُمُ ٱلۡبَأۡسَآءُ وَٱلضَّرَّآءُ وَزُلۡزِلُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَقُولَ ٱلرَّسُولُ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ مَعَهُۥ مَتَىٰ نَصۡرُ ٱللَّهِۗ أَلَآ إِنَّ نَصۡرَ ٱللَّهِ قَرِيبٞ (214) Do you reckon that you will enter Paradise, and when it comes to you what's like those who passed away before you, adversity and hardship touched them, and they were shaken, until the Messenger and those who believe with him say when will Allah help us, surely God’s help is near (214) And they were shaken by all kinds of fears of death threats, exile, taking money, killing loved ones, and types of harm until the situation reached them, and inside earthquake befell them, if so to speak, until they slowed down God's victory despite their certainty in Him, but because of the severity and difficulty of the matter, “The Messenger and those who believed with him say, When will God grant victory? when relief was at distress, and the narrower the matter, the wider "God's victory is near"   This is how everyone who upholds the truth will be tested. The more difficult and difficult it is for him - if he is patient and perseveres in what he is upon - ordeal turned into a blessing, hardships eased, and that was followed by victory over enemies and a cure for the ailment in his heart. A look at the verse 1 - Soon you will read about the devastating effects of earthquakes, not on the bones, muscles and various organs of the body, but on the central nervous system - may God heal all those affected by earthquakes everywhere and heal us with His grace. Amen - What I would like to say is: God Almighty chose the word earthquake in the verse and it is a unique expression, It clarifies the depth of the problem that some Muslims fall into, or on the scale of all people, so that all organs and cells tremble from a state of stability to a state of tension, pain, and nerve irritation, likewise, cancer victims know that there is something called the chemical brain - you can search for yourself - about the effect of treatment, and its conclusion is that the person at that time - may God bless everyone - He is irritable and cannot control his emotions, so doctors recommend taking antidepressants, What happens from outside our bodies due to excessive stress is the biggest factor in internal diseases or even the natural system of the nervous system. 2- Or did you think: an indication that it is lightness in the mind that thinks that life does not come except with goodness, fruits and fun, that life is dominated by strength, so if you are not strong, you will fall, and strength is not only muscles, but it is a much greater psychological force, who depends on one strength in life, the biggest loser, because it is possible for it to vanish by all standards, so the one who relies on its beauty will vanish, and the one who depends on his money, there may be someone richer than him who cancels the value of his money, and that and that, and that is why it is preferable for every Muslim to prepare a strong kit on which to consolidate when needed, because the surprises of life are difficult and it may be one day starting from scratch - God forbid - 3 - Those before us - if the verse is extracted from its context, it becomes a rule to follow - I mean the previous nations, look at those who died a short time ago and you knew him, do you know anyone in the East or the West who spent their entire life in joy and happiness? Do you know who did not pass through all the seasons (winter, frost, darkness, then spring, summer, and perhaps autumn)?this is life, that if you ever thought that you were capable of it with your capabilities, it came with what you do not expect, be humble as you walk through life with many possibilities and lawful sustenance, tomorrow , comes with God's kindness only, and if he removes kindness rom it, we will facing the trials and difficulties of this life. 4 - When will God give victory? The answer is strange: God's victory is near, and some of the personal or even collective tribulations we do not see God's victory - the Almighty - in the immediate and the moment - with our full belief that it will be fulfilled because it is a promise, and God is the only one who does not break His promises to His servants who believe in Him, why is victory delayed then? For several reasons - Your lack of sufficient maturity yet, yes, no matter how old you are, there are those over the age of sixty and seventy whose lives are fun and joy, and they have not taken life seriously yet. - Escaping from religion: not completing its commands and prohibitions after knowing - You have a rank of faith with God - the Almighty - He knows it from your essence, for He, Glory be to Him, is aware of the same breasts, which you have not reached through your righteous deeds, so He wants to promote you while you are in your place, and you only want a place of rest, whatever you are used to, it will befall you, and it will elevate you and push you to the higher ranks of Paradise. Victory may be delayed until we hate this life. Yes, we hate it. Our attachment to it does not please God Almighty, It does not weigh with God one bite of a mosquito, and we fight and quarrel, and we spend money for happiness that never comes from external things. Nasr Allah is near (The victory) Remember, Nasrallah will not be near except in the case of an internal earthquake, your nerves are agitated and a feeling of general tension is like an earthquake, and remember Abu Yusuf - Jacob - peace be upon them both - he lost his sight, then the sight returned and the waters returned to its tunnel when Nasrallah came God's victory is coming, whether for each personally in the ordeal that befell you, or in a general ordeal that befell the Muslims, but it is the scrutiny that God wanted for this nation, I leave you with talk about earthquakes and what they affect in the human central nervous system...     ۞وَٱذۡكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ فِيٓ أَيَّامٖ مَّعۡدُودَٰتٖۚ فَمَن تَعَجَّلَ فِي يَوۡمَيۡنِ فَلَآ إِثۡمَ عَلَيۡهِ وَمَن تَأَخَّرَ فَلَآ إِثۡمَ عَلَيۡهِۖ لِمَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰۗ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّكُمۡ إِلَيۡهِ تُحۡشَرُونَ (203) ۞And remember Allah in the numbered days, so whoever hastens in two days, there is no sin on him, and whoever delays, there is no sin on him, For those who pious God, and pious God and know that to Him you will be gathered (203) It is the three days of Tashreeq after Eid   Because of its advantage and honor, and the fact that the rest of the rites are done with it, and because people are guests of God in it, for this reason, it is forbidden to fast during it, because there is an advantage to remembrance in it, which is not the case for anyone else, That is why the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “The days of al-tashreeq are the days of eating and drinking, and the remembrance of God.” And included in the remembrance of God his remembrance when throwing stones, and when slaughtering, and the restricted remembrance after the obligatory prayers. Rather, some scholars said   It is mustahabb in it the absolute takbeer, such as one-tenth, and not far. {So whoever hastens in two days} That is, he left Mina and fled from it before sunset on the second day and who is late}   By spending the night there on the third night and throwing stones the next day {there is no sin on him} {And pious Allah}   By complying with his orders and avoiding his sins And know that to Him you will be gathered}   He will reward you for your deeds, so whoever fears Him will find the reward of piety with Him, and whoever does not fear Him will punish him with the severest punishment.  وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يُعۡجِبُكَ قَوۡلُهُۥ فِي ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنۡيَا وَيُشۡهِدُ ٱللَّهَ عَلَىٰ مَا فِي قَلۡبِهِۦ وَهُوَ أَلَدُّ ٱلۡخِصَامِ (204) And among the people is he whose speech in the life of this world pleases you, and God bears witness to what is in his heart, and he is the fiercest opponents (204) That is: if he spoke, his words liked the listener. And if he spoke speaking with useful words, and he confirms what he says that he “and God bears witness to what is in his heart” by telling that God knows, that what is in his heart is in agreement with what he said, and he is a liar in that, because what he said contradicts his action If you opponent with him I found in him stinginess, difficulty and intolerance, and the consequences of that, what is of the disgraceful qualities, not like the morals of the believers, who made ease their vehicle, submission to the truth their job, and generosity their character.  وَإِذَا تَوَلَّىٰ سَعَىٰ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ لِيُفۡسِدَ فِيهَا وَيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡحَرۡثَ وَٱلنَّسۡلَۚ وَٱللَّهُ لَا يُحِبُّ ٱلۡفَسَادَ (205) And when he turns away, he strives in the land to make mischief therein and destroy the crop and the descendants, and God does not like corruption (205) "And when he turns away"   This is what you like about his saying when he comes to you: “He strives in the land to make mischief therein.” That is, he strives to commit acts of disobedience, which is corruption in the land, “The crops and the offspring perish” because of that crops, fruits and livestock are damaged and diminished, and their blessing diminishes because of the act of disobedience. “And God does not like corruption.”   If he does not like corruption, then he hates the servant who is corrupt on earth, to the point of hatred, even if he says with his tongue a good word, in this verse, there is evidence that the sayings that are issued by people are not evidence of truthfulness or falsehood, nor righteousness nor immorality until there is an action that confirms them. A look at the verse Not everyone who speaks good words that is beneficial, you accuse him of hypocrisy and debauchery. Why? because he has signs, here they are in this verse and the one after it, and among his attributes found in this verse is that he is, If he took over It is for him to assume a specific position in something in the local or international community, or to turn his back on the rulings of God and follow his whims, If we suppose that it is the first that he was given a specific position, striving and striving: a relentless movement greater than walking and less than running, it is called trotting, what this means is that he has a tireless movement in corrupting what is good in society - not just his sins - which transgresses it and gets used to people, but rather destroys crops and offspring: like what? 1 - Animal experiments 2 - Political corruption that spoils people's lives 3- Commercial fraud 4- Extortion and extortion 5- Favoritism, clientelism and nepotism 6 - cutting trees This is the tip of the iceberg All of them say that their owner wants to do good, for example, but not limited to: animal experiments: their owner says that he wants to serve people and does not put cosmetics directly on a woman’s face, before he tried it on the animal, and in it it breaks and the skins of animals shed tears from the abundance of pain, and measure that in all of the above, and remember that it is the tip of the iceberg in the corruption of any society. وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُ ٱتَّقِ ٱللَّهَ أَخَذَتۡهُ ٱلۡعِزَّةُ بِٱلۡإِثۡمِۚ فَحَسۡبُهُۥ جَهَنَّمُۖ وَلَبِئۡسَ ٱلۡمِهَادُ (206) And when it is said to him, “pious God, pride seizes him with sin,” so he considers it to be Hell, and a miserable place of resting place (206) Then he mentioned that this spoiler on earth is by disobeying God. Pride took him with sin   So Yin combines committing sins and being arrogant towards those who advise, “Hell is sufficient for him, which is the abode of the disobedient and the arrogant.” And what a miserable place it is, meaning: the stable and the abode, eternal torment, unceasing delusion, continuous despair, their punishment is not lightened, nor do they hope for reward, as a reward for their crime and for their deeds. God forbid, from their conditions, then he mentioned that this spoiler in the earth is disobeying God, If he is commanded to fear God, he is arrogant and arrogant, and {pride seizes him in sin} so he combines the act of disobedience and the arrogance of the advisers, {So it is enough for him to be Hell} which is the abode of the disobedient and the arrogant.  وَمِنَ ٱلنَّاسِ مَن يَشۡرِي نَفۡسَهُ ٱبۡتِغَآءَ مَرۡضَاتِ ٱللَّهِۚ وَٱللَّهُ رَءُوفُۢ بِٱلۡعِبَادِ (207) And among the people is he who sells himself to seek the pleasure of God, and God is gracious to His servants (207) That is: sell it And the Almighty said: “And buy it for a low price, a few dirhams.”   That is: sold it This verse was revealed about Suhaib bin Sinan Al-Roumi When the polytheists wanted him to leave Islam, as narrated by Ibn Abbas, Anas, Saeed bin Al-Musayyib, Abu Othman Al-Nahdi, Ikrimah and a group of others, this is because when he embraced Islam in Makkah and wanted to emigrate, people prevented him from emigrating with his money, even if he wanted to be stripped of it and emigrate: He did. So he got rid of them and gave them his money, so God revealed this verse about him, and Umar bin Al-Khattab and a group met him, to the edge of Al-Harrah, They told him: the sale is profit, the sale is profit, and you, may God not lose your trade, and what is that? So they told him that God revealed this verse about him, and it is narrated that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said to him: “The sale was won by Suhaib.”  يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱدۡخُلُواْ فِي ٱلسِّلۡمِ كَآفَّةٗ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُواْ خُطُوَٰتِ ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنِۚ إِنَّهُۥ لَكُمۡ عَدُوّٞ مُّبِينٞ (208) O you who have believed, enter into peace all together, and do not follow the footsteps of the Shaitan, for he is clear enemy to you (208). This is an order from God Almighty for the believers to enter "in peace with all."   That is: in all the laws of the religion, and they do not leave anything out of it, and that they are not among those who have taken their whims as their god, If the legitimate matter coincides with his desires, he does it, and if it contradicts it, he leaves it. Rather, it is obligatory that the desire be in accordance with the religion, and that he does everything he is able to do of good deeds. A look at the verse What is a safe? Reconciliation - Contrary to war - the person surrendered: surrendered, submissive without resistance And in the hadeeth: “A Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand Muslims are safe.” and we cut each other as Muslims with our teeth (in word and deed) and we are Muslims in one another, so what do we want from our enemies? It also has meanings One of the names of God (Peace), then who created you with this name (to make those around you feel peace while they are around you) they never wake up and see treachery and betrayal in your eyes, words, or deeds. Remember that every traitor has a banner that he will raise against his wife on the Day of Resurrection, and he calls out to him: “This is the treachery of so-and-so, the son of so-and-so, this is the treachery of so-and-so, the son of so-and-so.”  فَإِن زَلَلۡتُم مِّنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا جَآءَتۡكُمُ ٱلۡبَيِّنَٰتُ فَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌ (209) And if you slip away from it after the clear proofs have come to you, then know that God is Mighty, Wise (209) And since the servant is bound to fall into error and slip up, God Almighty said: “If you slip,” that is, you err and fall into sins, after the clear proofs came to you, that is, with knowledge and certainty, then know that God is Mighty, Wise. And there is a severe threat, and intimidation, which necessitates leaving the error   For the Mighty is the Wise, the Wise, if the disobedient disobeys him, he conquers him with his strength, and torture him according to his wisdom, for among his wisdom is the torture of the disobedient and the offenders. And this contains severe intimidation and threat, for which hearts are dislocated. A look at the verse Who is the dear one among his people: the lofty one - the rare one among his people - the omnipotent and invincible? This is in the world of people, so what do we care about God Almighty, so it has these meanings, and much more than that, and what is meant here by the seal with this great name: God is omnipotent, he can conquer you by slipping and falling into sin after knowledge, grace, and virtue with religious knowledge, but he is nonetheless, Wise: And part of his wisdom - the Almighty - is that he knows that we are only human beings, we are not angels, and falling into error is possible even after knowledge, but cheating, fraud, or even the fortunes of a soul, the most important thing is that it is from His wisdom to accept repentance from His servants as long as the believer does not gargle even if his faith diminishes. هَلۡ يَنظُرُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَأۡتِيَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِي ظُلَلٖ مِّنَ ٱلۡغَمَامِ وَٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَقُضِيَ ٱلۡأَمۡرُۚ وَإِلَى ٱللَّهِ تُرۡجَعُ ٱلۡأُمُورُ (210) Do they only wait for God to come to them in a shade of clouds and the angels and the matter is decree, and to God are matters returned (210) Do those who seek corruption in the land, who follow the footsteps of Satan, who reject God's command, wait for anyone else?   The Day of Recompense for deeds that has been filled with horrors, hardships and atrocities, what disturbs the hearts of the wrongdoers, and deserves a bad punishment for the corrupt. And that is because God Almighty folds the heavens and the earth, scatters the stars, and makes the sun and the moon circle.  the cales are placed, and collections are published   The faces of the people of happiness will whiten and the faces of the people of misery will prevail, and the people of good will be distinguished from the people of evil, and each will be rewarded for his work. A look at the verse This verse contains a threat to everyone who is characterized by sparkling words during elections and then does not look at his electors afterwards For anyone doing animal experiments For everyone who disturbs the ecosystem and causes diseases, epidemics, earthquakes and volcanoes to affect people’s lives, such as some of the experiments they do in genetic engineering, and other representatives of corruption in societies, who, if you say to him: Fear God, will only increase him in arrogance, and more and more corruption while he imagines that he is one of the reformers So God Almighty warns them because there is a day of reckoning   If he leaves them here for a while, they will enjoy their corruption, but there will be a day of resurrection, reward and punishment, and this is the end of every neighborhood. May God heal us with his grace, not with his justice.

    وَٱقۡتُلُوهُمۡ حَيۡثُ ثَقِفۡتُمُوهُمۡ وَأَخۡرِجُوهُم مِّنۡ حَيۡثُ أَخۡرَجُوكُمۡۚ وَٱلۡفِتۡنَةُ أَشَدُّ مِنَ ٱلۡقَتۡلِۚ وَلَا تُقَٰتِلُوهُمۡ عِندَ ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ حَتَّىٰ يُقَٰتِلُوكُمۡ فِيهِۖ فَإِن قَٰتَلُوكُمۡ فَٱقۡتُلُوهُمۡۗ كَذَٰلِكَ جَزَآءُ ٱلۡكَٰفِرِينَ (191) “And kill them wherever you overtake them.” This is an order to fight them, wherever they are, at all times and at all times, defensive fighting and attacking fighting. Then he excluded from this generality their fighting “at the Sacred Mosque.” And that it is only permissible for them to start fighting, for they are fighting as a recompense for their transgression until they stop their disbelief and submit, God will repent to them, even if what happened from them occurred of disbelief in God, polytheism in the Sacred Mosque, and repelling the Messenger and the believers from him, and this is from His mercy and generosity to His servants, and since the fighting is at the Sacred Mosque, and he imagines that it is corruption in this sacred land, the Almighty has told that the corruption of sedition with polytheism, and repulsion from his religion, is more severe than the corruption of killing, there is nothing wrong with you - O Muslims - in fighting them. This verse is inferred from the well-known rule, Namely: he commits the lesser of the two evils, to ward off the higher of them. If they desist, then surely Allah is Forgiving, Most Merciful (192) And this continues all the time, until they stop their disbelief and embrace Islam, for God forgives them, and if what happened from them occurred of disbelief in God and polytheism in the Sacred Mosque, and the Messenger and the believers repelled him, and this is from his mercy and generosity to his servants.  وَقَٰتِلُوهُمۡ حَتَّىٰ لَا تَكُونَ فِتۡنَةٞ وَيَكُونَ ٱلدِّينُ لِلَّهِۖ فَإِنِ ٱنتَهَوۡاْ فَلَا عُدۡوَٰنَ إِلَّا عَلَى ٱلظَّٰلِمِينَ (193) And fight them so that there is no fitna and religion is for Allah, If they desist, then there is no enmity except against the wrongdoers (193) And since the fighting is at the Sacred Mosque, it is under the illusion that it is corruption in this Sacred Land, the Almighty has told that the evil of sedition with him by polytheism, and hindering from his religion, is more severe than the evil of killing, so you - O Muslims - do not have to fight them, It is inferred from this verse - the well-known rule - which is: He commits the lesser of the two evils, to ward off the higher of them Then the Almighty mentioned what is meant by fighting in His way, and that it is not intended by it, , shed the blood of the infidels, and take their money, but it is meant to be “And the religion will be for God” the Almighty, so the religion of God Almighty will prevail over all other religions, and he pays everything that opposes him, of polytheism and others, which is what is meant by sedition and he pays everything that opposes him, of polytheism and others, which is what is meant by sedition "if they finish" About your fighting at the Sacred Mosque: “There is no aggression except against the wrongdoers.” That is: they do not have any aggression against them, except for those who wronged them, for he deserves to be punished, according to his wrongdoing.  ٱلشَّهۡرُ ٱلۡحَرَامُ بِٱلشَّهۡرِ ٱلۡحَرَامِ وَٱلۡحُرُمَٰتُ قِصَاصٞۚ فَمَنِ ٱعۡتَدَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡ فَٱعۡتَدُواْ عَلَيۡهِ بِمِثۡلِ مَا ٱعۡتَدَىٰ عَلَيۡكُمۡۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ مَعَ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ (194) the sacred month by the sacred month and the forbidden is retaliation ٞۚ, so whoever assaults you, assault him in the same manner as he assaulted you, and pious God and know that God is with the righteous (194) And the potentially meaning If you fight them in the sacred month, they fought you in it, and they are the aggressors, There is nothing wrong with you in that. Everything that the Sharia commands to be respected, whoever dares to do so will be punished for it, whoever fights in the sacred month will be killed, and whoever violates the sacred country, the hadd punishment was taken from him, and he had no sanctity, and whoever killed an equivalent to him was killed with it, whoever wounded him or cut off a member of him, took revenge from him, and whoever took someone else's money, took from him a replacement. But does the owner of the right have the right to take from his money according to his right or not?a disagreement among scholars, the more correct of that, is that if the cause of the truth is apparent like the guest, If no one else approves of it, the wife, and the relative, if the one who is obligated to alimony refuses from spending on him, it is permissible to take it from his money. Although the reason is hidden   Like someone who denies someone else's debt, or betrayed him in a deposit, or stole from him, and the like, it is not permissible for him to take from his money in exchange for it, combining the evidences, and for this reason the Most High said, as an affirmation and strengthening of the foregoing: And since souls - in most cases - do not stand alone if they are authorized to punish them for their request for healing, the Almighty commanded the commitment of his piety, which is standing at his limits, and not to overstep it, and He told the Almighty that He is “with the righteous,” meaning: with help, victory, support, and success, and whoever God is with him, he will attain eternal happiness, and whoever does not adhere to piety, His guardian abandoned him, let him down, and entrusted him to himself, so his doom became closer to him than his jugular vein. وَأَنفِقُواْ فِي سَبِيلِ ٱللَّهِ وَلَا تُلۡقُواْ بِأَيۡدِيكُمۡ إِلَى ٱلتَّهۡلُكَةِ وَأَحۡسِنُوٓاْۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ يُحِبُّ ٱلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ (195) And spend in the way of God, and do not throw yourselves into destruction with your own hands, and do good deeds, for God loves The Beneficent (195) The Most High commands His servants to spend in His way, which is to disburse money in the paths that lead to God. And it is all the ways of goodness, from charity to a poor person, or a relative, or spending on those whose supplies are obligatory. And the greatest of that, and the first thing included in that spending is in the jihad in the way of God. Spending in it is jihad with money, It is an obligation like jihad with the body, and in it there are great benefits, helping to strengthen Muslims, weakening polytheism and its adherents, and establishing the religion of God, and honoring it, the jihad in the way of God is based only on the leg of alimony, In abandoning spending in the way of God, nullifying the jihad, empowering the enemies, and the intensity of their struggles. So the Almighty’s saying: “And do not cast yourselves into destruction” is the reasoning for that. Throwing the hand into destruction refers to two things: to abandon what the servant was commanded to do, If leaving it is positive or close to the destruction of the body or spirit, and doing what is a cause that leads to damage to the soul or spirit, and many things fall under that. Among that, abandoning jihad for the sake of God, or spending on it, the reason for the domination of the enemies, and from that, deceiving a person with himself, in a fight, or in a fearful journey, or a place with snakes or snakes, or climb dangerous trees or buildings, or enter under something in which there is danger, and so on, and that residence on the disobedience of God, and despair of repentance, among them is the abandonment of what God commanded of the statutes, which in leaving them perishes the soul and the religion, and since spending in the way of God is a kind of charity, He commanded beneficence in general, so he said: “And do good, for God loves, for doers of good” This includes all types of charity, because he did not restrict it to anything without anything. Also included in charity is charity in worshiping God Almighty, which is as mentioned by the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “To worship God as if you see Him, and if you do not see Him, He sees you, whoever is characterized by these qualities, he is among those whom God said: For those who do the best is the best and an increase, and God was with him, guiding and guiding him, and helping him in all his affairs, the Most High commands His servants to spend in His way, which is to disburse money on the paths that lead to God, and they are all the ways of goodness, from giving alms to a poor person, And from throwing hands to destruction Remaining in disobedience to God, and despairing of repentance, including abandoning what God commanded of the obligations, which in leaving them is the destruction of the soul and religion. Among the charity Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice   And teaching useful science This includes fulfilling people's needs, relieving their distress and removing their hardships   and clinic of their patients and their funerals   and guide them astray   Helping those who do good deeds, working for those who do not do well, and so on   Which is from the charity that God commanded, and enters the charity also, the charity in the worship of God Almighty A look at the verse 1 - Spend: It came in the imperative form, and it came after the verses of jihad and fighting, so it is the command of every hardship and command, and it is possible that the spending is for the sake of jihad, or spending on the people of the mujahideen or public spending - except that it came in the imperative form. 2 - And do not throw your hands into destruction: death, as if God - the Almighty - made spending life, by which the wheel of life turns, and money is not in the hands of the rich and the poor who are ignorant of meeting their needs. 3 - Then a second matter in the verse (and do good) Mrs. Aisha - may God be pleased with her and please her - used to perfume the money before giving it to the poor and she said: Charity falls into the hands of God before it falls into the hands of the poor, the idea of charity (perfection - to imagine that God sees you) is a central idea in Islam, and the Messenger of God - may God’s prayers and peace be upon him - taught us that charity is written on everything, even in your spending. 4 - Why? Because God loves the benefactors, It is not spending for the sake of spending, but for the sake of God’s love for you, and it is not a love of favoritism, but rather because of the servant’s goodness in all his work. 5 - Look around you: you will find slaves with a force that returned to the world and most of them are out of the Islamic African countries (women - men - children), famines ravaging the Arab world - extreme poverty in some Arab countries, you are not required to spend but to improve, as much as you are able, your spending on famines, even once, is an argument for you before God that you have applied the verse (food on a day of famine), your benevolence to an orphan is an application of the verse (an orphan with dust), even for once, dropping the hypothesis of the verse on your back. وَأَتِمُّواْ ٱلۡحَجَّ وَٱلۡعُمۡرَةَ لِلَّهِۚ فَإِنۡ أُحۡصِرۡتُمۡ فَمَا ٱسۡتَيۡسَرَ مِنَ ٱلۡهَدۡيِۖ وَلَا تَحۡلِقُواْ رُءُوسَكُمۡ حَتَّىٰ يَبۡلُغَ ٱلۡهَدۡيُ مَحِلَّهُۥۚ فَمَن كَانَ مِنكُم مَّرِيضًا أَوۡ بِهِۦٓ أَذٗى مِّن رَّأۡسِهِۦ فَفِدۡيَةٞ مِّن صِيَامٍ أَوۡ صَدَقَةٍ أَوۡ نُسُكٖۚ فَإِذَآ أَمِنتُمۡ فَمَن تَمَتَّعَ بِٱلۡعُمۡرَةِ إِلَى ٱلۡحَجِّ فَمَا ٱسۡتَيۡسَرَ مِنَ ٱلۡهَدۡيِۚ فَمَن لَّمۡ يَجِدۡ فَصِيَامُ ثَلَٰثَةِ أَيَّامٖ فِي ٱلۡحَجِّ وَسَبۡعَةٍ إِذَا رَجَعۡتُمۡۗ تِلۡكَ عَشَرَةٞ كَامِلَةٞۗ ذَٰلِكَ لِمَن لَّمۡ يَكُنۡ أَهۡلُهُۥ حَاضِرِي ٱلۡمَسۡجِدِ ٱلۡحَرَامِۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ وَٱعۡلَمُوٓاْ أَنَّ ٱللَّهَ شَدِيدُ ٱلۡعِقَابِ (196) And complete the Hajj and the Umrah for Allah. If you are constrained, then what is easier from the sacrifice, and do not shave your heads until the sacrifice has reached its place, so whoever of you is sick or has a head that is hurt, then a ransom is from fasting, alms, or rituals, so if you believe, then whoever proceeds with the Umrah to the Hajj, then he is not pleased with the sacrifice, so whoever cannot find it, then he should fast for three days during the Hajj, and seven days when you return, that is a complete ten. This is for the one whose family is not present at the mosque, and pious God and know that God is severe in punishment (196) It is inferred by His saying [the Almighty]: {and complete the Hajj and the Umrah} which includes several matters. The first thing   The obligation of Hajj and Umrah, and their hypothesis.   The second thing   The necessity of completing them with their pillars and their duties, which was indicated by the act of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and his saying: “Take your rites from me.” Third order   There is an argument for those who say that Umrah is obligatory Fourth order   Hajj and Umrah must be completed by initiating them, even if they are supererogatory The fifth command   The command is to perfect them and be mastery them, and this is more than doing what is necessary for them. Sixth command   And in it is their sincerity to God Almighty So sacrifice whatever is possible of the sacrifice, which is one-seventh of a camel, or one-seventh of a cow, or a sheep that is slaughtered by the confined, and he is shaved and released from his ihram because of the confinement, as the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his companions, did, when the polytheists repelled them in the year of Al-Hudaybiyah, if he did not find the sacrifice, then he should fast for ten days, as in performing the Umrah to the Hajj, then he would break free from the Ihram. Then the Most High said: {And do not shave your heads until the sacrifice reaches its place.}   This is one of the prohibitions of Ihram, the removal of hair, by shaving or otherwise, because the meaning is one of the head, or from the body, because what is meant by that is spread of hair, and the prevention of the luxury of removing it, and it is present in the rest of the hair.     قال تعالي أُحِلَّ لَكُمۡ لَيۡلَةَ ٱلصِّيَامِ ٱلرَّفَثُ إِلَىٰ نِسَآئِكُمۡۚ هُنَّ لِبَاسٞ لَّكُمۡ وَأَنتُمۡ لِبَاسٞ لَّهُنَّۗ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّكُمۡ كُنتُمۡ تَخۡتَانُونَ أَنفُسَكُمۡ فَتَابَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَعَفَا عَنكُمۡۖ فَٱلۡـَٰٔنَ بَٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَٱبۡتَغُواْ مَا كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡۚ وَكُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡخَيۡطُ ٱلۡأَبۡيَضُ مِنَ ٱلۡخَيۡطِ ٱلۡأَسۡوَدِ مِنَ ٱلۡفَجۡرِۖ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّواْ ٱلصِّيَامَ إِلَى ٱلَّيۡلِۚ وَلَا تُبَٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمۡ عَٰكِفُونَ فِي ٱلۡمَسَٰجِدِۗ تِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَقۡرَبُوهَاۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ (187) أُحِلَّ لَكُمۡ لَيۡلَةَ ٱلصِّيَامِ ٱلرَّفَثُ إِلَىٰ نِسَآئِكُمۡۚ هُنَّ لِبَاسٞ لَّكُمۡ وَأَنتُمۡ لِبَاسٞ لَّهُنَّۗ عَلِمَ ٱللَّهُ أَنَّكُمۡ كُنتُمۡ تَخۡتَانُونَ أَنفُسَكُمۡ فَتَابَ عَلَيۡكُمۡ وَعَفَا عَنكُمۡۖ فَٱلۡـَٰٔنَ بَٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَٱبۡتَغُواْ مَا كَتَبَ ٱللَّهُ لَكُمۡۚ وَكُلُواْ وَٱشۡرَبُواْ حَتَّىٰ يَتَبَيَّنَ لَكُمُ ٱلۡخَيۡطُ ٱلۡأَبۡيَضُ مِنَ ٱلۡخَيۡطِ ٱلۡأَسۡوَدِ مِنَ ٱلۡفَجۡرِۖ ثُمَّ أَتِمُّواْ ٱلصِّيَامَ إِلَى ٱلَّيۡلِۚ وَلَا تُبَٰشِرُوهُنَّ وَأَنتُمۡ عَٰكِفُونَ فِي ٱلۡمَسَٰجِدِۗ تِلۡكَ حُدُودُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَقۡرَبُوهَاۗ كَذَٰلِكَ يُبَيِّنُ ٱللَّهُ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ لِلنَّاسِ لَعَلَّهُمۡ يَتَّقُونَ (187) Betrayal: diminish something - or become a traitor It was at the beginning of the imposition of fasting, forbidden to Muslims at night, After sleeping, eating, drinking, and sexual intercourse, hardship occurred to some of them, so God Almighty eased that for them, and permitted eating, drinking, and sexual intercourse during all the nights of fasting, whether he slept or not, because they betray themselves by leaving some of what they were commanded to do. {So he repented} {You} that he expanded for you a matter that - had it not been expanded - would have been necessary for sin {and pardoned you} the previous treachery. {So now} after this permission and abundance from God {communicate with them} intercourse, kissing, touching, and so on. {And seek what God has ordained for you} that is: In your intimacy with your wives, intend to draw near to God Almighty. 2- The pre-dawn meal is desirable for the matter, and it is desirable to delay it, taking from the meaning of God’s permission and making it easy for the servants. 3- It is permissible for him to be overtaken by dawn when he is junub from sexual intercourse before he does ghusl, and his fast is valid, because it is necessary to allow intercourse until dawn, to be overtaken by dawn when he is junub, it must be right. {Then} when dawn comes {complete the fast} that is, abstaining from things that break the fast {until the night} which is sunset. 4- Since the permissibility of intercourse during the nights of fasting is not a general permissibility for everyone, it is not permissible for the one who is in i'tikaf to do so, he made an exception by saying: {And do not touch them while you are secluded in the mosques} that is: while you are described as such 5 - The verse indicates the legitimacy of i'tikaf, which is the obligation of the mosque to obey God [the Almighty], and devotion to Him, and that i'tikaaf is only valid in the mosque. 6 - Intercourse is one of the spoilers of i'tikaaf. 7 - Prohibition of breaking the fast for the unexcused 8 - The prohibition of intercourse with the one who is in i'tikaaf, and other things that are prohibited (the limits set by God) that He set for His servants and forbade them from them. He said: {Do not approach it} more eloquently than his saying: “Do not do it” because the offering includes the prohibition of doing the forbidden by itself, and the prohibition of the means that lead to it. And the servant is commanded to leave the prohibited things, and to stay away from them as much as he can, and to leave every reason that calls for them, as for the orders, God says about them: {These are the limits of God, so do not transgress them} He forbids it to be exceeded. {Also}, that is: [Allah] explained to His servants the previous rulings in the most complete way and made it clear to them in the most complete way. {God makes His signs clear to people so that they may fear} for if the truth becomes clear to them, they follow it, and if the falsehood becomes clear to them, they avoid it, a person may do something forbidden out of ignorance that it is forbidden, and if he knew that it was forbidden, he would not do it, If God clarifies His verses to people, there is no excuse or argument left for them, and that was a reason for piety.  وَلَا تَأۡكُلُوٓاْ أَمۡوَٰلَكُم بَيۡنَكُم بِٱلۡبَٰطِلِ وَتُدۡلُواْ بِهَآ إِلَى ٱلۡحُكَّامِ لِتَأۡكُلُواْ فَرِيقٗا مِّنۡ أَمۡوَٰلِ ٱلنَّاسِ بِٱلۡإِثۡمِ وَأَنتُمۡ تَعۡلَمُونَ (188) He added it to them, because it is obligatory for a Muslim to love for his brother what he loves for himself, and to respect his money, just as he respects his own, and because his eating of someone else's money makes others dare to eat his money when he is able, there are two types of money eating.   A kind with right, and a kind with falsehood, and what was forbidden was eating it wrongly, God Almighty restricted him to that. Forms of eating money vanity He took it by way of exchange, with forbidden exchange, such as all usury contracts and gambling contracts, because they are unjustly consuming money  Stealing   And betrayal in a deposit or naked, or so Fraud in buying, selling, leasing, and the like. Use wages, and eat their wages. Likewise, they took payment for a job they did not perform. Taking payment for acts of worship and acts of worship that are not valid until they are intended for the sake of God Almighty Taking payment for acts of worship and acts of worship that are not valid until they are intended for the sake of God Almighty Taking from zakat, alms, endowments, and bequests, for those who have no right to it, or over his right. All of this and the like is from consuming money unjustly, so it is not permissible in any way. Even if the dispute occurred and the elevation to the ruler of Sharia   And the one who wants to eat it falsely gave an argument, the argument of the right one prevailed, and the judge ruled for him accordingly, because the ruling of the judge does not allow what is forbidden, nor does it allow what is forbidden, but he judges in a way that he hears, otherwise, the facts of the matter remain, so there is no comfort, no doubt, and no relaxation in the ruling of the ruler for the wrongdoer, and he eats the money of others, wrongly and sinfully, and he is aware of that, so he will be more informed in his punishment, and more severe in his punishment. Based on this, if the agent knows that his client is invalid in his case   It is not permissible for him to quarrel on behalf of the traitor, as the Almighty said “And do not be an adversary for the traitors.” Then the Almighty said, “It is lawful for you,” to His saying, “That they may become righteous.” Views of the verse 1- We agreed that fasting has its primary aim (to gain piety) + prayer: It forbids indecency and evil, and fasting is linked to supererogatory prayers, so what do we care about the obligatory prayer + and the Holy Qur’an, we agreed that it was revealed in the whole of Ramadan in the Preserved Tablet, then it was revealed in a mine, that is, over a period of 23 years, at the time of the Muhammadan call, so it is as though if you perform what you owe of fasting as God pleases, reading the Qur’an and praying, you will come out of the holy month with honor (al-Taqwa) So watch out for people's money 2- Do not eat: an euphemism that most of the money is spent on eating and drinking. 3- Your money: As if your brother’s money is yours, so do not take it from him unlawfully. 4- Falsehood: We have clarified something similar to it from the words of the eminent scholars. 5- Sin: That which wavers in your heart and that you dislike people finding out about: Therefore, any money that you took unjustly, even if it embarrassed you in front of you, is invalid, as it is said (what was taken by the sword of modesty is invalid). ۞ يَسۡـَٔلُونَكَ عَنِ ٱلۡأَهِلَّةِۖ قُلۡ هِيَ مَوَٰقِيتُ لِلنَّاسِ وَٱلۡحَجِّۗ وَلَيۡسَ ٱلۡبِرُّ بِأَن تَأۡتُواْ ٱلۡبُيُوتَ مِن ظُهُورِهَا وَلَٰكِنَّ ٱلۡبِرَّ مَنِ ٱتَّقَىٰۗ وَأۡتُواْ ٱلۡبُيُوتَ مِنۡ أَبۡوَٰبِهَاۚ وَٱتَّقُواْ ٱللَّهَ لَعَلَّكُمۡ تُفۡلِحُونَ “They ask you about the new moons” plural - crescent - what is their benefit and wisdom, or about themselves, “Say: They are times for people,” that is, God Almighty, with His kindness and mercy, made them according to this arrangement, the crescent appears weak at the beginning of the month, then it increases to half of it, then it begins to decrease to its fullness, and so on, so that people know the times of their worship, of fasting, times of zakat, expiations, and times of Hajj, since the pilgrimage takes place in the most famous information, and it takes a lot of time, he said: “And the Hajj.” You also know by that the times of deferred debts, the duration of the leases, the duration of the number and pregnancy, and other than that, which is among the needs of creation. So the Almighty made it an account that everyone knows, young and old, He is a scholar and an ignorant person. If the calculation was based on the solar year, only a rare number of people would know it. “It is not righteousness that you come to the backs of the houses.”   This is what the Ansar and other Arabs used to do, when they entered ihram, and did not enter the houses through their doors, worshiping it and thinking that it was righteousness, So the Almighty informed that it is not from righteousness, because God Almighty did not legislate it for them. He is a worshiper of heresy. And he commanded them to come to the houses through their doors because of the ease in it for them, which is one of the rules of the Sharia, It is understood from the reference of the verse that it should be in every matter For a person to come to him from the near easy road, which has been made a connection to him. 1- The one who enjoins good and forbids evil should look into the situation of the one who is commanded, and use kindness and policy with him, through which all or part of the purpose is achieved 2- The learner and the teacher should take the closest and easiest way to achieve his goal. Likewise, everyone who tries something and comes to it from its gates, and perseveres in it, must achieve his goal, with the help of the worshiped king. "And fear God" This is righteousness, which God has commanded, and it is necessary to always fear Him, by complying with His commands and avoiding His prohibitions, for it is a means of success, which is the attainment of what is desired, and deliverance from the feared. With prosperity and success. The fasting person leaves what God has forbidden him, such as eating, drinking, sexual intercourse, and the like.   To which his soul tends, drawing closer to God, hoping to leave it, His reward, for this is piety.
